This is just to share a pathatic experience with airtel company.

Till date i was being informed by my friends, collegues that airtel service providers are pathatic. However this experience of mine will proove the same. I am going to post this blog on my facebook wall & twitter account, let the world know this.

Airtel is cutting rs 35/- from airtel prepaid balance in the name of lifestyle service charges without the knowledge of the customer. The customer care helpline takes 40 mins everytime, we place a request for this. For the subject issue of getting one additional sim under the family plan, i spoke to airtel customer care supervisor ms g. Lakshmi, bangalore. Again i was assured that the executive will come to me with the sim but no results even after 2 days.
The airtel executive also told that no such plan exists to get additional sim under the existing family plan....

Hi i am hanamant using airtel network past 6 years, now i am complaining about your poor services, i have done recharged twice on same day and same amount for 399. But after i came to know my account debited twice, i called to ur supervisor explain issue, he said that we will extend ur validity, but still i did not get extend validity. And today i called to ur supervisor but he gave different statement, that is only one time recharge done...

Voice - rc86-local/std calls at 30p/min - 28days has been renewed on your airtel money. Rs 86 has been charged to your account.

Airtel is very big fraud company. I raised complaint for claim airtel secure for my damaged handset on 26 april with complaint no. 3022364 but after 20 days they could not process my claim. Every 3 days they start demanding something new documents. Although i have submitted documents many times which they demanded. And when i call 121 they always reply that we can't do anything. Shame on you airtel, if you don't have guds they why you claim...

I recharged my sim for ₹448 via the airtel app using my debit card. During the process, i received confirmation message from the bank about the withdrawal of ₹448.
