I have booked a complaint of no signal since 18th april 2018. Today is 25th of april 2018. I have called several times in customer care but every time they give me a time period of 24 hours. This is really unprofessional and shameful with a brand like airtel. Disappointed, disgusting

    3g network is very slow on national roaming. I am using this airtel number more than 6years. From last 1year i am staying in rangapahar (Nagaland). I am sending this feedback using jio network. Please do something. Even i don't have network to complaint. I installed my airtel sim on slot 1 in my mobile. Iam using micromax q385 mobile phone. Android 5.1.

      Airtel is a # fraudulent company which lures us to buy there sim by making false commitments of india's fastest network. Such a useless # garbage company useless # fraud company snail network. If i had a power i must destroyed whole airtel towers in india and kick these #s out of india. Useless company useless network. I request everyone to never ever buy airtel service because they are better known for looting and luring us and providing # service. I think terrorist must attack these types of # companies and destroy them why they kill innocent peoples? Why they kill us? They must target these luring looting companies to destroy them in order to save us from looting and lured by them. Our india is stucked in middle of the development path due to these # # telecom companies. Airtel must be removed kicked out from india in the case of traitors asap. Our india needs to develop with excellent service providers by kicking out # traitor network company.

        Dear Airtel,
        Based on the trust you have built in public I have shifted from Vodafone to Airtel a year ago but now I am realizing that I did a hell mistake because from past 2months I am experiencing a huge network issue. Even tough signal is showing as full but people are not able to connect me and they are getting a voice message as 'All lines are busy' . I don't understand the real issue with airtel tough I am staying in Chennai metro city I am still facing network issue in making calls. When it comes to internet this is another hell I stopped using airtel data from past 2months because of the poor connection, I am not even getting 2g speed when connect to Airtel data. I am expecting someone to look into my issue and do the needful. I look for 2days to get the issue resolved otherwise I will go back to Vodafone and will suggest my friends to not take airtel.

          I am airtel customer since year 2005. I have been complaining regarding poor or no Internet connectivity to aurtel. But every time i get messages that issue will b resolved. Iam paying bills regularly and issue is still unresolved even after 6 months. Iam frustrated with airtel.

            I did a recharge of rs. 509 first on[protected]. Due to network error the transaction was not completed and i did nit get any message. So after waiting for 2 hours i did a second recharge of rs. 509 and this time it was successful. Unfortunately after 3 hrs i got the successful recharge message of the first transaction!! It was a double recharge. Please kindly make a refund of the first transaction. It has been more than 14 days since the complaint was made but no action taken

              Airtel is cheater company.

              they sends fake offers about recharge and channel pacakges.

              after recharge will be done, they will not provide same offer and same channel packages.

              i am user or airtel digital TV ( consumer id : 3oo3664930)

              they given me offer via sms that if i recharge with Rs 1499 (for 6 months) then i will get 6 months free.

              but after i recharged with same amount i did not get any offer.
              in addition they removed many existing channels from my package.

              i called customer care but they did not respond .

                I have purchased a New Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot along with post paid Airtel Data SIM No.[protected] against 6 months advanced Rental paid for Rs.3, 600.00 as on 09.04.18 and got the Receipt also.

                Totally I am not able to use the above purchased Airtel 4G Hot Spot due to very low Data Signal Strength in my House during the date of Purchase on 09.04.18 onwards to till the date.I have complained the Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu vide Complaint Number 84652300 dated 10.04.18.

                But There is no use against my requested the above complained because till the date neither any Technical Team of Airtel are not visited to our House and nor improved the Signal Strength and also not practically realized my problems of purchased Airtel 4G Hot Spot against no and Low signal strength.

                The above Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot along with SIM I have purchased from the Airtel's Own Show Room, NGO Colony, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088, Tamil Nadu, they are also totally not taken care of my several calls simply rejecting or refusing the attend the calls-Ref: Show Room Mobile Number : [protected]. I am not able to frequently visit the above Airtel Show Room because I am working as a Finance Manager in the reputed Private Limited Company due to lack of times.

                Finally I have requested to refund the money against advance rental paid (from 09.04.18 to 08.10.18) for Rs.3, 600.00 after deducting the fees of one week utilization whatever may be. But I have received the email communication from Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu has stated that not possible to refund the amount because I have paid for the Advance Rental Plan. This is really hurt my mind and annoying my self how they are saying like this without giving proper service or How to myself digest the paid amount of Rs.3, 600.00 against without using their Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot.

                I have already decided to claim the amount through legally or using the help of TRAI. So I am requesting you kindly arrange to get the refund amount of advance amount paid to Airtel, Chennai, Tamil Nadu or kindly arrange to improve the Signal Strength to continue use the 4G Airtel Wifi Hot Spot without any loss of Signal Data in my house please.

                Finally I have requested the Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu to refund my advance payment of Rs.3, 600.00 after deducting the current 15 days whatver may be. But I have got email communication from Airtel Customer Care, Chennai stated that not able to refund the amount because your Plan is Advance Rental Plan. So this communication very much hurt my mind and myself is annoying against the such communication how to I can digest my self without using their service after paid the Rs.3, 600.00.

                I am requesting you kindly arrange to get the refund of my advance paid amount of Rs.3, 600.00 (through the helfp of TRAI) from the Airtel, Chennai, Tamilnadu or immeditely to improve the Signal Strength to use the Data without signal loss in my house .

                  Dear team today i visited kadugodi airtel store for updating my aadhar card to my mobile number ([protected]) .actually this number is belongs to my brother (samir kumar parida) he is out of state .last year this sim deactived so i visit to same store and spoke to representer he given me new sim card and took old one aslo i submitted my document like aadhara card, driving licence but its not updated and the sim is with my brothers name
                  that way today i went there but representer told me its unable to updater your aadhar card this mobile number .
                  so please help me and resolve the issue

                  today i visited airtel store near kadugodi for updating my aadhara card actually my mobile number is belongs to my brother name (samir kumar parida) he is out of state, one year before this number also deactived for some reason so that time i visited same store and spoke to representer about this matter and he told me (you took new sim card and submit old one) i did same one sim i submit there and took new one also submitt my documets like aadhar card & driving licence hard copy to representer within two day that sim is activated but name is not change .so again today i visited to store for aadhar card updation as per government ruels but represent told me he unable to help me about this matter.
                  please look in to this issue and resolve it as soon as possible...

                    Well I m a resident of Kolkata, West Bengal, I ported into Airtel just because Tata DoCoMo does not have 3G or 4G services almost 2-3 years back. I had been using Airtel since 2016 & eventually had been complaining since last 14 months about the rediculous coverage Airtel has at different places of Kolkata.

                    So far the Fastest Network as the Global leader Okhla has certified it's nothing but rubbish I presume or rather Airtel must have paid something to Okhla for this certification. Since the Data rollover started in Airtel my Data balance last month was 293 GB on just a single number. Calls usually drops on Airtel so you can never be sure of a smooth communication. So far Network signal is concerned across Kolkata wherever you go you can only see 1 Bar at the Network signal. Only few places of Kolkata Airtel does have wonderful Services. What more to say just this month I ported out of Airtel & currently using Vodafone & I find much better coverage at least in Kolkata. Anyways I would seriously recommend Airtel absolutely is not a Network for Kolkata.

                      I have been experiencing worst network experience with airtel for more than 2 months. Started from on call complaints i moved to e-mail complaints. After dropping my first complaint over e-mail a new problem started which was getting 2-3 calls every day from their executives. Tooo much irritating. Now i scare of dropping any more mails to them the first reason why i scare is they can't resolve my concern and the second is they will irritate me with so many calls. I have requested them to at least visit the location. Airtel should not advertise this much when they are not able to provide that much strong network experience to its customers.

                        I bought airtel number [protected] data sim last year but now for the last 3 to 4 months i am not using this.
                        But everytime a bill of about 1500 is generated and customer care people are calling and forcing me to pay the bill even when i have not used it.

                        In the month of January also i was forced to pay around 800 rupees saying that after this we will deactivate your sim and no more bills will be made.But nothing of that sort happened and again now a bill of 1500 rupees is made.

                        I will not pay any amount now further.

                        Stop your customer care from calling and troubling me.
                        You cab deactivate this sim.

                            On[protected] at about 9 pm i was trying to re charge my dth air tel connection for rs 2994/. Through hdfc credit card. I find this air tel payment bill desk. After registering my mail and mob. No. Prompted with credit card details and i entered. Asked one time password that too given. So my credit card debited the amount and send me the message"rs 2994.00 was spent on it hdfc bank credit card ending 3946 on[protected]:21:54:30at airtel pymt - billdesk. Till now there is no confirmation by air tel bill desk nor from airtel dth service. Pl. Help me to get back my payment.

                              I have paid the broadband advance 3 month installation pack but till today the connection has not been installed. My receipt number is 3316585 and txn id is[protected] of rs 2475 for advance 3 month rental of pack of rs 699. I have been an airtel loyalist but never expected this kind of a response. Please install the connection as soon as possible or refund my money asap.

                                the world's poor service nowadays,
                                i am suffering from very poor network since last one month and so that i contact airtel customer care but there is also a issue that the IVR syatem is designed like a labyrinth, becoz i waited 10 -20 minuts for connecting my call to csa and also the problem is that when i press any number. of my choice after play the menu so that the IVR dosent proceed for the same and playing continues for further information...
                                now i m going to switch my number from airtel to any other best operators, if possible please try to improve your services.

                                  I opted for airtel with the hope that they will provide the fastest internet as advertised by them but really disappointed it is too slow. Plzz look into the problem else i have to port it to some other network which could provide better speed... If i would have known that the internet condition is too bad i would have opted have some other network not airtel... Too bad.

                                    Myself Mahesh i have bought a airtel dth prepaid connection id [protected]-001. On subsequent recharges they have charged rs.15 calling it as idle maintenance fee. They claim this charge is idle maintenance fee for customer charge after due date. Though i have paid for the set up box, installation and dish, i am not sure what kind of idle maintenance they are doing on my set up box. These charges are not explained to me before selling me...

                                    I am using airtel prepaid number [protected]. Since last 1 week, airtel deducting rs.75 for smartskids package, again rs75 for schoolzone... For somany other packages... Which i was not activated.
                                    Airtel activating automatically and deducting rs75 multiple times. Whenever my balance is over rs75.. They are deducting. Contacting customer care now a days very difficult.. They have some many options so that you cannot reach them to talk. Since last 1 week i have lost more than rs.400 rupees with this automatic activation. Even after deactiving any service, they are again deducting rs.75 with some other name.

                                    Kindly help to revert the amount.

                                      My no is disconnected by last week. I am not getting any incoming and outgoing calls. I am not getting tower also. Kindly resolve the issue. Last week also i send complaint. But you are not resolve the issue.
