Despite subscribing to dnd option on my post paid number, i have been getting telemarketing calls on my phone number. Also, i am flooded with spam text messages. I have called airtel customer care and also sent emails to them to this effect. The company is so brazen that they have not acknowledged my complaint yet. This is a clear violation of trai policies on customer privacy. My post paid number is [protected]. Please advise next steps to...

Am edwin, recently this jan 2018 i ported my aircel number to airtel ([protected]) upon a telecallers offer from airtel, the plan offered to me was rs : 299, 20 gb 4g data, unlimited local and std calls with 100 sms per day and i had to pay rs 300 as deposit which will be credit for my bills, sounded good i took the plan, the call and sms services worked fine but the internet was pathetic i was not even able to browse webpages...

With due respect, i want to inform you that i recharged my no. [protected] with rs.93 on 05/04/18 after checking several times special offer in my number by dialing *121*51#. This recharge promised me to provide unlimited calls along with 1gb of data for 28 days. But i have got facility for only 8 days. One more thing... Stop advertising false messages of having the best network coverage... It might be available in some places... But not everywhere

This was the second time i got charged for some lifestyle services of airtel. I don't even know what is lifestyle services and when did i activate this? First they charged me 15 rupees and after that i didn't recharge and today i recharged now again they have charged 15 and i had 15 rupees only. And right now i'm running out of balance. Hi, i have tried to recharge prepaid no via paytm for 330 rs on 8th april.
I have the transaction id generated from paytm but no recharge amount is received. Paytm have requested to contact airtel for further inquiry.
I have sent mail regarding this on [protected]@airtel.com two days ago, but no response.
Please help with it.

in the last bill cycle I have been wrongly charged Rs.500 for Internet usage but I have data balance of 82GB available on my account.

My sim losted before one week. Then i had swap my sim but sim card not activated then after i swap 5 times swap my airtel sim from airtel store. But problem not solve. I migrated from Vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid. I applied for the mnp on 06/4/18. It has been approved and cleared from Vodafone. My Vodafone network disconnected on 10/4/18 at 9 pm after which my Airtel is expected to be activated immediately .but to the contrary it's already 48 hrs and still my Airtel sim shows NO SERVICE. On 24 march I was sent a message according to which I will get 10gb/month free data for six months on downloading airtel app but not given by the name Airtel
AJ-ARWINF. No such free data was given on my phone number and such messages do not respond as well after downloading MY AIRTEL APP.
I want to know why I was not given such data allowance if I downloaded the required app as part of the bargain.

On the payment of my airtel postpaid bill, i did not receive any acknowledgement slip, as the employee on the desk said, i will receive an sms confirming the payment. The complaint is about the same as i never received any such sms and further i am being forced to repay that bill again.

Kindly resolve this as soon as possible. I am frustrated by using yours internet service.. It is too slow. Even am not able to open google page.. Resolve this otherwise i will take action by consumer act. I had pay 399 rs internet pack. But it is not working. Im nisha ghate from malad mumbai im using airtel prepaid from last 1year and now suddenly from 2 days im not able to place a call either receive a call.. Airtel man called me and then said they provide sim but they took 1000 rupees from me but their sim was fake. I giving their details. My name is pradeep kumar, from bangalore. My mobile no. [protected] has convert idea prepaid to airtel postpaid. The number was then converted into postpaid connection but from 10 days not able to access this service and they are charging so much, my activated plan is 399rs but paying above 600rs to 900rs. Airtel service centre is not able to resolve the issue, why its happening.

Waiting or almost six months, constantly following up with airtel customer service get my network issue resolved, all in vain
No body has bothered to visit my place to assess the issue. All i receive is one generic response that they are working on the upgradation.
Six months past and nothing worked, customer services refuses to give a timeline for resolution.
Sent an email to nodal, and they asked me to wait for another...

Airtel has fraudulently activated the whatsmob services on numbers [protected] (Prepaid) and [protected] (Postpaid). Secretly deducting money without my knowledge. This is called cheating. I have requested to stop such stupid services on my phone numbers.

I work in telecom sector, so don't try to fool me by saying teach me i have activated it by my self by mistake.

You are requested to cancel the whatsmob service...
