Hi,

I am writing this on behalf of my mother since she doesn't speak, write or understand english, i recharge her number too. Her airtel number is [protected]. Her balance got deducted multiple times due to value-added services which got activated on her number without her prior knowledge. When i called the customer care to resolve this issue and asked if any refund is possible, they simply refused without understanding the customer's point of view. Your customer support is pathetic, first of all its very hard to reach them, they put me on hold multiple times without informing for how long they are going to put me on hold. The tone of customer support representative is very rude, when i asked how can i submit my grievance to airtel, they simply ignored my question and simply said thanks for calling and disconnected the call. I seriously thought that airtel is the best service provider in my area but know after this pathetic experience i would surely opt for jio. Not getting a refund is acceptable but the way you guys address customer is not at all acceptable. If you guys continue with this kind o[censored]ntrained and unprofessional employees that too in customer support team then your company's image is surely gonna get affected. I wish you guys luck and recommend that you seriously reconsider changing your present customer support structure and process.

    Dear sir,
    Iam using airtel digital tv for the past 6 years recently as per your customer care guidance i purchased additional set of box (Dual connection) they said if you recharge rs. 450 you will get in one connection all hd channels and another connection you will get existing plan but now i recharged rs. 460 on 14-april-18
    Now 2nd connection is not working and i complained regard three times about this issue they all are simply saying sorry sir it will resolved soon nothing has been done till now iam fed up about your customer care executives. I had one complaint id regard this issue:[protected]

        To whome ever concern,
        My airtel number is [protected]. I tried to reacharge my phone through airtel app on 17th of april at 12:00 noon. The transaction was unsuccessfull. But money got detected from my account. Inspite of repeated complaints to the airtel customer care no action has been taken. Hope atleast you would do the needfull at the earliest.

          I have done porting from jio to airtel on 13-april-2018 and bought airtel sim. Since then i have not received airtel tower in my mobile. Porting id was generated and submit aadhar and requested documents to airtel, but till now i did not received tower. Also the people who are sitting in airtel stores are not responding properly. I have been frustrated by airtel now. I request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

            At present i used two dish with two set-up-box for two tvs under a roof.

            I want to change this system & i will want to use two set-up-box / two tv with a dish, for this matter repeatedly apply to airtel customer care but did not get any result.
            For this reason, i have decided that i will stop the two airtel connection of my house as soon as possible, make alternate arrangements.

              I havent come across such disgusting experience from any of the service providers in india, i have been using airtel since 1 year, i got pissed off. Airtel has looted all my hard earn money, by attracting the post paid plans, for 399 plan. They used to charge 1200 per month. If i call to customer care some times they reduced my amount once. But for the other month, they use to make poopy reasons for that.
              They cant justify to our queries, and will hear all the f*ng scoldings, pity on when i asked to forward the call to their higher authority they will never do that. After few days i switched to prepaid, later i faced the new issue,
              The network coverage in my area is so bad that i dont get any incoming calls. (That too in the city like bangalore (Electronic city area). I have to walk all the way to my terrace to make an outgoing call.
              But one suggestion for airtel is "try to make money in the best way, don"t ruin peoples money for your sake". Dont get cursed from heartbroken people like me.
              Bloody poop-eater airtel. You ruined my day.

                I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal at all. When contacted the customer care in february they told that there is technical issue and would be solved by feb month end.

                This is april and kept a message to port when the team immediately called me and are saying the same thing that by april end the problem would be solved.

                This is how they are fooling customers

                I lost many business calls and this took a great hit on my career

                And tooo many call drops with this network

                I do not know which department takes care of this call drop but certain action has to be taken in this regard

                Worst service

                  For my above landline number i have paid entire amount in january 2018 month and gave a letter through courier to trichy airtel office to close my airtel account and surrender my account. But after that i am getting rs. 6871 bill. The number is lying idle for last three months. How such big amount can come? Look into it, it is unfair to exploit the innocent customer and bill such big amount for idle instrument.

                    I am trying to call from my airtel karnataka to my mother who is in andhra. She has idea connection and she gets calls from all mobile networks except from my airtel mobile. I am fed up of hearing the same message "currently all lines are busy, please try again". I hate this airtel connection, the mobile service is worse and i'm going to port my connection to other service provider. Airtel should be kicked out of the business and their license should be banned in india.

                      Dear Sir, I'm currently in a plan offer of 449 with Airtel which offers 1.5Gb data per day. But whenever I check through app in morning, it shows only 780mb left.

                      Really it's disgusting from Airtel. How they can show unused data in their count. I have been facing this from a week.

                      Please solve my issue. Airtel is cheating in every way.
                      IAM cheated by Airtel. I only used 106 mb of data but it shows you have used almost 200 mb of data. My data plan is of 1500mb. every day Airtel is cheating with me. I also contacted support but they say that you have used 200 mb of data then where is my 100 mb is gone ?
                      One day I tried to download a file of 1500 mb with my cellular data at 12:01 AM. This is the time at which you got your 1500 mb of daily data refreshing every day . Then I download the file and it downloaded only 80% then a message comes from airtel that you have used 100% of data then where is the rest data is gone. IAM Seriously dissatisfied with Airtel service very poor.

                        Auto change over plan with out informing the customer and customer has complained about the speed of broadband services where as company has called the customer and informed about a replacement of modem and new speed will be good.
                        after that no information to customer about change of plan and new bill has charged more monthly plan

                          I have ported my number to airtel after checking so many claims to be the best network but unfortunately after i started using airtel my phone either shows invalid sim or emergency calls only.
                          I never get a stable network anywhere i go.
                          I have even checked by changing the handsets but nothing has worked.
                          I don't even have enough network stability to directly register complaint by calling at customer help.
                          This is very offensive.

                            I have a fixedline as well as broadband connection on airtel telephone number 4982511. I am fed up with this telephone because of the following problem.

                            Every night at about 10.11 p. M. The wake-up alarm comes on. I never set it nor did i ever got it set; but still it comes on. I am a senior citizen and am being harassed like this every night.

                            I complained to the executives of airtel but they not bothered

                            Please help. Or else advise me as to how i should get the connection disconnected. If this is the harassment i am going to mete out daily, i do not want the connection any more.

                                I have been using airtel since 6 years. There was good coverage and call signals until last month. I had taken the same number's 4g sim in my android phone since last october-17.in the month of march -18, i suscribed for the combo package for both data and calls. Since that day the signals at my home location got so worse. Few normal calls when dialed, we can hear siren and loud disturbing noises. The 4g signal for my data usage is not at all good, that i'm forced to use wifi of another network. I could only use around 5gb since then. Please kindly do the needful network updation in my area and relieve me from this trouble.

                                  Airtel company jise combo pack deta dete hai jo jise ek din ka 1gb our 1.4gb and others uske wjae company plans ke hisab se pura ektha deta dena chieae company ko ese costmer be happy hoga aur company ko be jada banifat hoga... Jise ke gharak pura deta plan pura hone se phile he deta ko khatm kar dega 4g lte deta wise be ek din me computer, laptop and mobile par use kare toh ek din ka 3_4 gb tak use ho he jata hai aur jab pura deta khatm ho jai ga plan ke hisab se toh gharak phir se alag se deta ka recharge karvie ga thankyou...

                                    Used Airtel payment Bank to pay my electricity bill (bescom). The app asks for the customer ID through which it fetches the electricity bill automatically. It showed 1866 rupees which I paid. Then later understood that the actual bill value was 891 rupees from receipt from the electricity board. Paytm also showed 891 rupees. Have sent all the screenshot to [protected]@airte... But they don't give any proper response.

                                        Hi I am Using Airtel network from last 4-5 years. Recently I am facing an issue called "All lines are currently busy " when making a call to my friend. What the hell happening to this network . No proper signal these days. And now this issue. Can you please solve this issue. This is the best network I know and you should stand on your quality. If this same happens for sure your network will be shut down
