This is to inform you of the disappointing service airtel has provided, initially the carelessness of the sales guy who verified and confirmed that the broadband connection would be available, so i paid an amount of rs 500/- and submitted my documents, after reminding the guy for 3-4 days, he being the neglecting one ignored the matter, and then later stating that the connection won't be possible, i had my important office work pending depending on the same, later after finding out that the connection won't be done i was promised that the money would be reflected in my account in 9 days, it's been more that 25 days. This careless attitude is not tolerable and i called the guy 2-3 times for reminding the same and he again ignored the matter.
I want my money to be reflected asap and i want a reply to this feedback if i am not getting one i am raising this complaint to consumer court.
Airtel is the worst network and the worst service ever provided, i would never use airtel in my life after this horrible experience.

    My airtel dth set-top box stopped working suddenly. I raised a compliant with customer care. An engineer visited my house and checked, he informed set top box is faulty. He said this old model settop box not provided. And a new HD box set for you total cost 600rs for replacement. I am not sure why i have to pay when the services and devices are provided by airtel.

    I paid rs 3000 for their box during initial connection. Why should i pay again when they provided such poor quality box. This is not acceptable and not happy with this kind of service from airtel

    If this can be fixed without any charge i will continue to use the service, otherwise i will cancel the service.

      I already have a bsnl number and i took a airtel sim 2 months back. Today 18th april 2018, i got a call from an unknown number from mumbai. That person is repeatedly calling me saying that i had called him several times and disturbed him when he was at work. He saying that he will file a case.
      What nonsense is this??
      I don't even know that person nor i have called him ever or messaged and i am getting this stupid threat for not doing anything.
      I had been getting few unknown calls when i had bought the sim.
      Please note
      Airtel can't manage the issue of new sims
      Please make sure that there aren't two sims having the same number
      When issuing a sim to a new person please ensure that the previous connections are cut and the person cannot call from the old sim anymore
      This is totally creepy

      I repeatedly tried convincing this person that it wasnt me. This person is still calling me repeatedly and so I have blocked he number.

        From april 01st 2017, airtel scrapes national roaming charges on outgoing & incoming charges but they are charging roaming charges on outgoing calls from me.

        Vide email dtd 18/04/2017, i have requested them to reverse the same but they replied that "as the charges are valid we are unable to reverse the same."

        Kindly look into the matter.

          Airtel has charged rs. 35 twice from my account without taking the subscription of lifestyle. The latest incedence was today on 18-04-18. Even when i am trying to stop the service by sms it is not working. My mobile number is [protected]. The credited amount should be refunded as i did not subscribe for the service. I am going to change my number from airtel if it continues and doesn't stop.

          Airtel has deducted charges so many times. Recently they deducted whatsmob service activate charge which I don't even know. Called up customer care they said user must have click on pop up and immedietly reversed the charges. AIRTEL is totally fraud company. They don't have ethics.

              We are not geting signals at all from the past 6 months at kings sanctuary

              Circuit id no 6196776. Situated at veeranahosahalli hunsur taluk, mysore district. We are having a tower as the village is not getting signals from any nearby village or city and situated in a forest area. Adjutant is nagarahole forest area is situated.

              Nobody attneding the complaint we are going to alternate customer, if the problem is not resolved within 48 hours.

                My name is rashmi. I had requested for a new airtel broadband connection on 9-apr-2018 (Cef[protected].
                Airtel collected address proof documents and cheque for the same.
                Later they denied the request saying there is no feasibility.

                In this case, can i please get the documents and my cheque returned back.
                The cheque is of 500 inr and the bank statement as address proof costed me 200 inr.
                I want both of these returned. But airtel customer care are not assisting me in the same even after calling them 8 times. They keep transferring me to other departments and are keeping me on hold/line for 30+ minutes every time.

                The nodal/allevate team contact number needs me to key in my airtel fixed line number to escalate, which i dont have as my service request was denied.

                I am tired of calling customer care again and again who are not ready to take any action or lodge complaint and there is no facility airtel has provided to escalate the matter to higher team.

                    Since last 15days i have been following with airtel. I just wanted to know how my wallet money is used while making the payment thru airtel money. Their statement shows no such breakup of wallet money and credit card. So i asked for statement. But their stupid call center execs are replying in a stereotype manner, telling me the procedure of how to see statment in app. One foolish asked me my payment bank no. Such things repeated, as an when new execs take over the task of replying the mails. They just dont read the mail at all. Nor they look into the old related mails. They dont even bother to ponder as to why the mails are coming from same person again and again. Only when i wrote a harsh statment about these, they called me.

                    Please also note, these telecon companies have been to told to pass the buck or pass the ball to customer court, so they are free from any obligations.

                      Hi,

                      I have raised a claim for airtel secure which got cancelled because they are saying i have raised a claim after 3 days instead of 2 days, claim to be submitted with in 48 hours, i have tried to make them understand that the cell was not getting switched on but they are saying i should have used other ways to raise the claim, till now i was aware that it should be raised by airtel app. They are getting one or the other way to escape from the claim.
                      Pathetic service it is.

                        Hi i have a prepaid airtel number [protected].
                        It had stopped working and i got a new sim on 16th april. I am unable to send or receive any sms. It keeps failing.

                        Without the sms, i am unable to do any financial transactions.

                        Have tried reaching out to 121 multiple times but none of the call center options fit the category. There is no option to talk to an executive either.

                        Please check and help close this on priority.

                        I need to plan travel and without the sms none of the payment options are possible.

                            On 10/04/2018 i got a sms from you about unlimited calls & 100 sms per day for 28 days with rs 93 recharge. On the same day i recharge rs 93/- & got approval sms from you with the plan details & validity of 28 days. But yesterday, 17/04/2018 i got some smss from you saying the plan would expired within few hours (Midnight). Then i call your call center & customer executive told the offer was for only 7 days, not for 28 days & she was unable to help me out. I was further astonished that, at midnight the plan really expired & my main-balance also reduced significantly. So please do the needful & reinstall the above plan for the remaining 21 days & also reimburse the main-balance which was deducted by you at last midnight. Looking for your quick or positive response. Elsewhere i have to lodge complaint to trai, with all the supporting sms of your approval of the above mentioned plan.

                              I use 3 airtel sim for a long time. It was the best network in west bengal. But from previous 2 months it works worst. Call drop, network problem, call connect problem these are the common problems of this network. I requested many time to the customer care but fade-up. All my efforts are in vain.
                              Finally i am not requesting i am asking you what do you want? Will you want to close this company? Will i port my numbers to the other network?
                              I shall be highly obliged if you take quick action in this matter otherwise i and my community have to port our numbers immediately. I have already left recharging my airtel phones. Hope it will be better condition.

                                I had activated international roaming for 10 days starting from 9.12.2017 to 19.12.2017 with the 2999 pack. I had also activated 149 monthly rental plan for international roaming. Upon my return on 21.12.2018 i send mail requesting to deactivate the facility.in the mean time i had not asked for continuation on 2999 plan which ended on 19th. However i was served with a bill for 7000 rs in january. I raised several complaints but in may i was compelled to pay the disputed amount since my connection was disconnected. This is cheating and extraction.

                                  Whenever i recharge my account my network operator (Airtel) deduct my balance and that time i call to customer care support he said i activated any services... If i am activate any services i know about that and time he deduct any amount i have no problem but i am not active any service. My airtel mobile number ([protected]). Sir please do what u do and solve my problem...

                                    As i have complain before also that my [protected] has having network problem. It is not solve till now. And not not given solutions and temporary working process also.

                                    I am using airtel card from last 2 years and i have never face this problem before but i have change the plan in may 2017 and they give me new number and card and now i am facing this problem. Pls solve the problem as soon as possible

                                      Sir/mam,
                                      This is to inform you that for about 2 weeks have passed & the network of airtel is continuing to have completely no signals in the a block area of sector 41, noida. I have visited your nearest airtel store in sector 50 noida 5-6 times for the same issue & hoping for a solution.

                                      Unfortunately the authorised store of airtel (Sector-50, noida) & its authority people are refusing to help me out again & again on being asked politely about the network problem occurring in my area & also about raising a general issue to the head office. They have been giving me false hopes of the tower getting fixed since 2 weeks. I have not been able to receive or make any calls to anyone & i am totally disconnected with important calls that i am expecting to receive & also missing many.

                                      The callous attitude of airtel store people (Sector-50, noida) of telling me that they cant do anything & you can call customer care number & totally disregarding my problem by saying that you can surely complain to the higher ups with full unperturbness have shocked & troubled me so much that i am forced to write you this mail today.

                                      I am very very disappointed with the unofficial behaviour of the airtel, it being so big & there is no action being taken as to where the fault is occurring in my area, which tower is affected.

                                      It is an urgent request to kindly look into the matter immediately as i have already suffered for days & still suffering. Please take action asap with rectifying the network problem & making your authorities lower in hierarchy answerable enough in solving genuine issues so that i don't have to reach to higher ones.

                                      A prompt reply is solicited.

                                        I was experiencing network issue from several month. So i contacted to customer care. They advise me to wait for one or two months there is a network upgradation is going on. After that it will be resolved. So i waited more than six months but ther is no improvements on that, finally i decided to to migrate me sim to prepaid. And i received the prepaid sim from one of the airtel outlet (Chandapura, bangalore), based on their instruction inserted new prepaid sim. But that sim is not showing any signal/network on any phone. I raised a complaint again for this issue but this time they said your number is active in our system don't know why you are not having signal. And they are telling there is a issue in their system and it will be resolved in couple of hours. But as of now my not receiving any signal / network.
