This is to inform you of the disappointing service airtel has provided, initially the carelessness of the sales guy who verified and confirmed that the broadband connection would be available, so i paid an amount of rs 500/- and submitted my documents, after reminding the guy for 3-4 days, he being the neglecting one ignored the matter, and then later stating that the connection won't be possible, i had my important office work pending depending on the same, later after finding out that the connection won't be done i was promised that the money would be reflected in my account in 9 days, it's been more that 25 days. This careless attitude is not tolerable and i called the guy 2-3 times for reminding the same and he again ignored the matter.
I want my money to be reflected asap and i want a reply to this feedback if i am not getting one i am raising this complaint to consumer court.
Airtel is the worst network and the worst service ever provided, i would never use airtel in my life after this horrible experience.
