On 18/04/2018, i applied for a new airtel connection with all the required kyc and photographs at a local dealer without any business name who also sells paan, cigarettes and other nitty gritties at vip road, six mile, guwahati-781022; he also does recharges. The sim no.[protected]u, imsi no. [protected] and the mobile no. [protected] (Packed on: 24-feb-2018). The dealer also charged rs. 50/- for handing over me the sim card. But even after more than 72 hours the sim hasn't been activated/provided connection. I request you to activate/provide connection to the sim asap. My contact no. Is [protected].     Airtel network is deteriorating day by day. Out of 24 hrs, i have to keep searching and registering for the network for atleast 12hrs. Due to this i have missed immensely important calls. I have suffered a huge loss due to the poor network facility. There is zero network. I had made a complaint earlier but you guys paid no heed. There is absolutely no network on my airtel sim, therefore i cannot even call the customer care/ support.
    You guys have started taking customers for granted. But this time i mean serious business.
    I am issuing a serious complaint against airtel in the consumer forum and trai. I am also filing a case against you for cheating the customer and looting money and providing zero service.
    I will see to it that your goodwill and reputation burns down.
    Airtel will have to compensate for my losses.

      I had converted my airtel postpaid account to prepaid by clearing all the due as per my airtel app. Now after that i am getting message for postpaid bill amount. I am not able to find the details of this amount neither it is showing in the app. Tried contacting customer care but all fail. Myairtel app customer support also does not redirect me properly. I am not sure whom should i contact. I am not going to pay any over burden charges due to this mesh. Airtel should work on customer complaint and services sections.

      There is no complaint I'd generated when I submitted this request. So basically there is no way I can follow up with this complain

Agar aap apna number on rakhna chahte ho to apne sim ke back side number ko 121 pr send kro aur message aane pr uska reply 1 kr dena. Aapka number thodi der mein band ho jayega. Aur new airtel sim number on ho jayega. Fir message aata hai aapka number kisi or sim number per activate ho gya hai.           Hi,

          I have paid inr 3998.00 to activate international roaming on my mobile number - +91-[protected] but both my offline calls n data aren't working. I am only receiving incoming calls. 121 doesn't work and i don't find any other way to reach out to the airtel team to resolve my issue. When traveling abroad, it is lot more important to stay connected to handle regular tasks. Extremely dissatisfied at your service.

            We are suffering due to network since last two years, there is no incoming and outgoing calls, to talk any one we are going one the top of the roof or for net surfing there is no any 4g signals are coming even after going on the top of the roof. Two year back your network was excellent and we never suffer these type of problem. We enjoyed a lot through your network. Kindly do the needful steps for best network coverage. We are your old customer since beginning and if you people provide us good services then its ok otherwise we will be forced to port the company.
            Hope you will take action regarding above subject asap.

              I have been using airtel sim for more than 5 years.. Recently i changed my home and now i am not even getting one point in my phone.. Only in balcony i get one point that too at some time only... I request you to suggest some signal boosting device for my home.. I already posted a complaint but no response till now...                   My fatherr had been a victim of atm fraud transaction. He is a sbi debit card holder, card number ending with 6352.

                  He got a call mentioning they are from sbi bank and asked for card details for linking the bank account with aadhar else the card will be blocked and there will be a fine., on 20th april, 2018.

                  Once the information was provided there was a transaction of rs.4, 999.0 toward airtel money 20th april, 2018. Transaction description othpg 475060 airtelmoney mumbai

                  Kindly help in blocking the money transferred illegally from my father's account and transfer it back to the account.

                    My customer id of airtel dth is [protected]

                    I didnt had any dth connection at my home. On 18-04-18 i looked at different sites for dth connection online order. I came accross airtel dth where in they were charging rs 4700 for hd setop box with 12 months subscription of channels. They were offering 349 channels & 49 hd channels. I paid and waited for further action. Same day i received a call from airtel that when service person should be sent for installation, i said you tell when you want to send as that time i was in office. They said they will call back. Then i went for a meeting for an hour. When i came back i saw there were miscalls. So i called back, it was from airtel i asked pls tell for what you had called, they said sir service man had went to your location but you didint picked phone so he has come back. I said i was never informed when he was coimng. Then they disconnected phone. After 10 minutes i recevied msg. That your order has been cancelled. I called back on 12150 airtel cusotmer care and asked what is happening, i was told that service person will come tomorrow for installation. Next day again in morning call came that service person will come for installation, at what time we should send. I said you send them in between 01 pm to 02 pm. They said ok. No ones call came till 3 p. M. After that i got call from service man that when should i come, you tell me your address. I gave him details. He came at 3.30 and installation finished by 6.30 p. M.

                    He told me in two hours your connection will get activiated, you pls keep your settop box active. Whole night i kept on, i didnt got activated. Then next morning i called customer care for activation, they said by 7-8 p. M. It will be activated. Then i re called at 7.30 p. M. As still it was not activated, they told to wait till 9-10 a. M. Next day. I got very angry with this. But had no option as i have paid money. Again night pass connection not got activated. Then on 21-04-18 in morning i called customer care and said will this be activated, i was told pls wait till 2 p. M.

                    You can imagine the amount of stress i would be going through with all these insensitive and immature promises made by airtel peoples.

                    Finally at 11.30 am connection got activated.

                    But to my surprise now another problem started only tamil language was activiated. No hindi serials, cinemas, news chaneels nothing was coming. I called customer care and asked they your pack has been activated tamil and 4 hd channels. I said i have subscribed for 349 channels and 48 hd channels, he said no this is what is coming now. I said i have paid 4700 then he said let me check, then he said seems there is some issue pls give us 4 hrs of time will resolve this, after this i ended my communnication.

                    I dont know whether promised 349 channels and 48 hd chaneels will be given. Airtel is such a big brand and they are so poorly managed, i couldn't imagine that. I'm totally disheartened today they way i'm cheated and treated by airtel.

                      This is puja jalan with an airtel dth connection (4 connection). My dth id is [protected]. Due to the cyclone which came in kolkata on 17 of april 2018 my tv connection got disturbed and there is no signal coming in all the four connection since that day. I have been calling in121 since then and have talked 5-6 times to the customer care executives but to no response. Everyday they are giving a new excuse. Neither any engineer came nor the connection. As per your rules within 24 hours any complaint register is solved and it has been 3 days since my complain (Complaint i'd[protected] but no response has come from. I would like you to kindly look into the matter and solve as soon as possible. Very much sad with your service may things go like this may be customers have to shift to some other brands.                         Since last 5 days outgoing calls & internet service stopped abruptly. Visited your kothrud service center twice (Opp yatri hotel, kothrud) i was asked to change the simcard, which did not work. Despite my spending on hour in said service centre, problem persisted.

                        Very casual approach of the employees, unsatisfactory service.
                        If not solved the problem in 24 hours i will be constrained to shift to other mobile service provider.

                          I used to have airtel broadband and i changed to other isp as there was no 100 mbps feasibility in my area. I called airtel recently a month back and asked them for feasibility and i was told that 100 mbps still not available. From that day onward i am getting calls everyday from airtel. They are asking that i applied for airtel broadband. I keep telling that i got an information that there is no feasibility. For one month i keep getting calls when i was in office and meetings. I got a call today asking me for same and i told that i keep getting calls from airtel and he disconnected the call while i am talking. Never expected such rude behavior from airtel. I am never going to use airtel again. It has become worst and their service is pathetic.

I just baught your sim and activate 4g but its speed is as slow as 1g not even open google properly.                               On 20 april 18 night at 00:41 hrs i received a message stating that i have been charged rs 49/- for choosing masti pack, which i never chose. This is not expected from airtel. Plz reimburse my balance of rs 49/ immediately. Airtel why you yourself want to loose your customers??? Is jio not doing enough??? Earlier it was bsnl and now airtel has started doing this. Plz stop it...

                                I am an airtel user, it is the worst network, i have ever seen. Let it be a voice call or internet, it is the worst. I have been given 1.4gb of data, but it is of no use. I could rarely hear the voice of the person who is speaking on either side. Airtel is providing service to their customer just for the namesake. I am planning to port out from airtel

                                  I don't know even if this message will reach the Airtel, but Airtel connection really sucks! Its been few months since the network is not working and the network speed is 0KBPS. I have sent emails I have tried calling the numbers which Airtel has provided but they are not picking up. It is not working, no customer care support, no call support. Nothing is there for Airtel customers. I am a person who uses Paytm very often and one day when I went to the shop this Paytm wasn't working and I had to come back because the network was zero and paytm couldn't work! Why do you even say that Airtel provides the best connection when there is not even a constant network speed. People call me and they say it wasn't ringing. I call them and it cuts off as the voice is not clear. Please do something to clear it, otherwise, I think Jio is the best compared to Airtel with good customer support.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I got this MODELMANIAW service activated in my Airtel prepaid connection without my intervention.

                                    Please deactivate this immidiatly, I believe Airtel is the best over all other connections. But if you make these cheep tricks it will loose it's fame. I am staying out of country hardly baring the charger. If you active such nonsense services with out coustomer request, we need to contact consumer fourm.

                                      This Airtel is sucking people money and they don't care about any moral values. This is what happened with me with Airtel postpaid.

                                      1. All the post paid bills are coming with Excess charges, even after i have raised the request to stop all services which i never opted for. Please refer the attached Image for proof.

                                      2. Last month-March-2018.I got irritated and escalated the issue to Nodal Officer and got the written confirmation that it will not happen in future Please refer the attached Image for proof.

                                      3. This month also, same thing happened; What kind of service from top to bottom level??

                                      Now, i am thinking and planning to take this to next level. Hope they will be doing this for their most of the customers.
