Hi,

I hold an airtel pre-paid number and have just re-charged it with 399 plan. Had opted for 399 = unlimited local/std/roaming and 1.4gb data per day for *$ days...! But when the message received the plan duration was showing only 70 days...? What happened to initial package of 84 days which i applied for? Why i was charged 399 for the plan but given 14 days less.

Pls have a look at the complaint and revert.

    Hi team,
    I was using airtel services from nov'17 to nov'18 using mobile number. Due to very bad network coverage, i switched over to another operator.
    I was waiting for the last bill from airtel, which i never got at my communication address or email id ([protected]@gmail.com)
    Now airtel has blocked my outgoing services on my current operator via trai for pending bill.
    The question is how can i pay the bill without received from airtel? And is trai is advising to operators to block customer services for unpaid bills without informing them and without sending bill to them? Will customer get a dream how much the bill :)?

    I called 121 (Customer care) and they tell me to contact cheryl pereira (Nodal officer) to resolve my problem. But she doesn't received my call. This is a stupid service provided by airtel.

    I have written an email to them ('[protected]@airtelindia.com') and nodel officer (Nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) but no response till yet.

    I am ready to pay the pending bill but should received my bill at least on my communication address or email id but sill not received.

    If you requires other information related to this please call me on alternate number [protected].

    Very pathetic service by airtel.

      I am using airtel for long time. I changed my post paid plan in oct'17. According to the plan every month i am eligible for 4 gb data. But this data is always showing 0 gb and i complain every month to claim the data that is guaranteed by airtel. I have been complaining for the part 5 months and there is no permanent solution. Even i changed sim, reinstalled app 100 times. Still issue is not getting resolved. It has become a routine that i complain to airtel about this issue beginning of my billing cycle. I am really unsatisfied with the way the customer is treated. Also i am surprised a no.1 service provided don't have technical capability to solve this simple issue. Also i see airtel is not worried about the customer. I am not asking anything free. What is entitled to me in not given which is cheating the customer.

        On 14.04.2018, at 1807 hrs, i initiated recharge on phone number [protected] for rs.509. The process of payment through hsbc credit card was gone through. After entering the otp, waited for over 15 minutes and the recharge was not reflected in the account. But the amount (Rs.509) had been charged to my credit card account.
        When i contacted hsbc this morning, i understood that the transaction had been through. The reference given is 003136.

        Kindly check and arrange for either refund of the amount to my credit card account or complete the recharge of the phone [protected]. (After the transaction seemed to have failed, i made yet another recharge for rs.249 valid for 28 days)

        I was log many complaint against this issue but no response. I was totally frustrated to this issue no network coverage in my home location. Please look in to this issue and give me better solution.

          I did not activate any services. But they are deducting rs.35 from my account every week. My mobile number is [protected].
          I am getting messages like thanks for choosing lifestyle service on your airtel mobile and they deducted rs.35 like 3 weeks already.
          When i try to contact customer care every time my call is getting disconnected.
          I want the airtel company people to return back my amount.

            I would like to bring to notice that there is a junction box installed without our notice right on our compound wall. Despite repeated efforts to reach airtel, all is in vain. Need to remove the same on an urgent basis.

            There has been so many false promises from airtel with regards to broadband. Initially they said there is feasibility and now they have come up with a new story saying no feasibility.
            Need an immediate solution.

                But 2nd time that is my balance is deduct & net also very poor our network airtel

                  I am using Airtel prepaid

                  The below services were started today morning on my mobile without my knowledge and without me opting for the same.

                  1 : LIFESTYLE
                  2 : AIRTEL NOW FLASH

                  Rs. 70 were debited from my account balance for the same. I have stopped these services.
                  Request Airtel to provide me a refund for the same as these malpractices are not acceptable.

                    Wat a rubbish thing it is..

                      I ported my number from idea to airtel, the agent told me to call on 59059 for televerification and this number is not working it’s continuous asking me to subscribe for some services but i can’t connect to the tele verification executive. My alternative number is [protected]. Kindly help me with this. I am literally disappointed by airtel what this was atleast not expected.

                        I am unable to recharge my airtel prepaid number after i changed it from postpaid to prepaid.

                        Every time i do a transaction from app, the amount gets deducted from my account but the transaction shows to be failed as the bank has rejected the transaction and the amount has never been refunded to me. So far i have spent almost 1000rs on this.

                        When i tried doing the same form paytm, it showed transaction failed but at least i got the refund.

                        Please help me resolving this issue.

                            I am extremely disappointed to inform you about the irritating and pathetic response to a customers complaint.
                            I raised a complaint that my set top box is not working.4 days passed and no one attended my complaint.
                            Today again when I complained to your company customer care and they told me that they dont have any spare set top box.                             Today when i called the nodal officer he assured that my problems will be resolved today itself and the area manager will give a call back . So far nothing happened and nobody even called me and no technician visited to check my set top box

                            The telephone number given in airtel website for Maharashtra is not even working. Airtel s technology dont even have the facility to check thier own phone numbers are working

                                I am using Airtel from last 2 years now. But from past 2 months, when i am trying to call my home on any other number like Idea or something, everything it says “All channels are currently busy”. This keeps on happening for 15-20 times and at last I couldn’t make calls. But whenever i will dial from another mobile or number, it will get connected. I raised a complaint to Airtel’s customer care also but they say everything is fine. I don’t know what to do. There’s something wrong with Airtel. Why are they doing this??..i have got tired of facing the same issue. Please help me.

I am unable to use it since 4 days. so I tried contacting airtel on 121 and i spoke to Mr. NITIN RATHORE (senior supervisor) he said that everything is fine from there but still my sim card shows no network so he suggested me to swap the sim again from the retailer/airtel store. Then i swap many times but all my swaps failed. Then i went to airtel store which is situated at 18, PUSA ROAD KAROL BAGH DELHI-110005 and met with MR. RATAN LAL whose computer id is A.CHALLENGER .He swap my sim card again and said it is failing and He cant do anything . Then He gave me sim which was failed in swap whose sim no. Is given in photos so plz kindly look into the matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible If you cant able to do anything kindly give me the porting code so i Can port in vodafone

                                    I have recharged my mobile number ([protected])twice with 509 plan (on april 13th and 16th)by mistake, when I spoke to Customer support people they are saying that
                                    THEY CANT REFUND, THEY CANT EXTEND THE PLAN ON SAME NUMBER FINALLY HAPPILY THEY KEEP MY MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SOLUTION
                                    they are saying that extending plan can be done if it is 199 plan or 448 plan but not for 509..what the hell is this

                                    they did not even take any complaint when i asked to rise a complaint.. need a solution for this.. this is not fair at all, , if some mistake is happens there could be some solution for it ... finally I decide to port my number if they dont resolve this

                                      I don’t have a words to tell about Airtel people stories since those are never ending.

                                      I am a customer of Airtel from Benglore city, I am facing coverage issues from 2nd October 2017 and till now it din’t resolved.

                                      Coming to the story, I spoke with Customer care regarding coverage issue on Oct 2017, Airtel did physical survey and they said we need to plan a new tower in our area and it might take 90 days of time. So I believed Airtel and even I paid postpaid bill without usage of network. Earlier we had only indoor issues but now I am facing both indoor and outdoor issues simply its a worst now.

                                      As per the Airtel they said 90days of time to fix this issue and now it took 200 days but till now it din’t resolve.

                                      And Coming to the Airtel care executive stories, they always says lies first thing what ever you ask we doesn’t have that information sorry answer we will get, If ask to transfer your floor manager and senior executives they said they are not avail. I think they don’t work, since 20hours in a day they won’t avail to speak with customers. If you ask any thing more to the executives they doesn’t have answers and will take 48 hours to update please call after 48 hours and if I call after 48 hours same story repeats… Its a never ended recursion story from last 200 days.

                                      Finally one good day by god grace I found one sr.executive to speak, I asked same question when ever I call customer care i.e. how many days do you need to resolve the issue since I wanted to go with temporary solution for time being but I received the same answer- sorry sir my team still it is working hard…. I asked you people doesn’t have any deadline to work because from last 200days you people are saying same answer. And I don’t understand that even they doesn’t have a common sense to get that information from other teams since am keep on calling for that information only.
                                      And Sr. Executive said, we will take high priority and will get back to you by calling from our side after 48 hours(I spoke on 6th April 2017) reg. how much time need to fix the issue, now 240 hours gone no update received.

                                      I have four Airtel Connections at home, And because of their wrong promises I paid postpaid bills and I purchased hotspot I recharged that sim as well. And airtel never provide proper service but they will follow the rules if it belonging to their sides. For example if I won’t recharge my hotspot number (since no signal getting right), they will block the SIM card and deactivate the 4g services. I faced this issue earlier. To reactivate the service I need to call customer care again.

                                      I din’t understand, what airtel higher grade people are doing without check the teams, I understood that there are no followups, no priorities, no feedback checkups. since as per the airtel to resolve the issue 90days but 200 days also not resolved, I don’t know what they are working….

                                      I don’t know what to do .… please help me

                                        I have done mnp switch to airtel from aircel on 11 april 2018.
                                        And also have paid rs 199 to airtel official personal at aritel gallery pp chambers dombivali for first recharge.
                                        Sim activation done after 10 days.
                                        This is not done yet after 20 days.
                                        And gallery people are not helping.
                                        The person prtidnya whom payment is done is on leave and gallery person are saying they don;t know this girl.
