Hi, my customer id is [protected], i have requested for transfer of my airtel dth on 29th march'18. While uninstallation at my old place the agent charged me correctly 150/- but while installing at new place the new agent has overcharged 540/- which should be actually 250/-, i have raised complaint on 5th april'18 with customer care with all the details but there was no action on that complaint. When i have called back on 13th april'18 the supervisor named saloni spoke to me very carelessly and she says there is no complaint at all and when i requested her to at least try to address the issue from now then she says the new address has not been updated in there system, so no action would be taken on the complaint. This is ridiculous when i am giving the name, address of the agent who has overcharged me she is not even bothering to ask that person instead she is talking about the system not updating the info. I understand now this the reason the airtel agents are taking advantage of this loopholes in airtel process.

    Maine[protected] ko broadband connection ke liye apply kiya tha or 1000rs jama bhi kiya tha. Parntu mujhe baha connection nahi mila to maine cancel karva diya.

    This connection ailtel office platinum plaza bhopal staff mr. Gorav sir ko diya tha

    Cancel karvane per mujhe 500 rs. Cash diye gaye or 500rs. Account me jama karne ko kaha tha parantu abhi tak nahi aya hai.

    Yahi nahi me pichale 3 months se bhatak raha hu or mr. Gorav thik taraha se bat tak nahi karte hai.

      Regarding previous complaint (Docket number: 673569), airtel service provider did not do anything on my compliant they simple called me and my said the same story what they said earlier and didn't give any resolution and simple closed the issue. For the interest of time, i spent some more money (Rs. 199/-) to renew my plan and i am not happy with the action there are taken.

      Another complaint: now, i have faced one more problem with this provider & would like to complain about it (Dated: april 13, 2018). Issue is today this service provider activated "askadoctor" value added service without my confirmation & acceptance and deducted money (Rs. 30/-) from my talk time account balance and i called customer care regrading this they are saying that this service is activated through sms confirmation at early morning 4:26 am. My argument with them is i did attend any sms or call about the activation how can you activate the service. Here my question is how the service provider deduct my talk balance without my confirmation.

      And, i am attaching sms images sent by this provider after activation of the unwanted service. And i have conversation audio while talking with airtel customer care, but i cannot upload that file as it is 36 mb file.

        Sir please read this msgs from airtel but i have didn't receive any pack i'll call to customer care 10 to 15 tims but they respond very harshly i didn't expect that once note my complaint but no resolve my issue please do something 249 doesn't a big issue but call center staff not responding as like...😔

          Why airtel deducted my prepaid amount from my number :[protected]? This is a robbery with me, done by airtel. Please refund the deducted amount in my mobile :[protected].
          This is the reason we hate thief airtel.
          Thats why jio has gained popularity & its business is growing day by day due to its honest policies & airtel business is diminishing day by day.

            Dear sir, initially i used airtel postpaid sim, but due to bad network in my village i go to airtel store beed to close the postpaid sim, but they are not took my request for 2 months, after that i complaint the same to their upper store officer and they took my request and told me to pay previous bill. However 2 month before they didnot took my request to close the postpaid sim due to unavailability of their store services and for the same they generated the bill amount. After that i paid the amount and till now they did not closed/ported my sim to prepaid. They waste our time and money to reach their offices every time for document submission and sim close. I request you to take strong action against the airtel.

              Every time i make a call to any phone no. From other than airtel network, i used to get a recorded voice "all network are busy".

              But when i call any no. From airtel network, i get connected immediately, how is this possible

              Looks like airtel purposely doing this to their customers because of heavy competitions from other network providers, this is injustice, and this will lead the consumers to shift to other networks, i am also thinking of that

                Hello, i m looking for my call history of my pre paid number. I called 198 costomer care and they told me to send message to 121. I try to sent message but it shows that message sending failed. I reached to airtel office to get call history they said i have to get it by sending message. I told them to solve the problem but they behaved very rude. Again i called costomer care 10 times but still no solution.

                  Despite subscribing to dnd option on my post paid number, i have been getting telemarketing calls on my phone number. Also, i am flooded with spam text messages. I have called airtel customer care and also sent emails to them to this effect. The company is so brazen that they have not acknowledged my complaint yet. This is a clear violation of trai policies on customer privacy. My post paid number is [protected]. Please advise next steps to resolve this for me.

                    Hi,

                    Am edwin, recently this jan 2018 i ported my aircel number to airtel ([protected]) upon a telecallers offer from airtel, the plan offered to me was rs : 299, 20 gb 4g data, unlimited local and std calls with 100 sms per day and i had to pay rs 300 as deposit which will be credit for my bills, sounded good i took the plan, the call and sms services worked fine but the internet was pathetic i was not even able to browse webpages smoothly in the name of 4g speed. I called customer care told them the reason for my call they explained my about my plan saying its a 399 plan, then i told them the plan offered to me and i subscribed was for 299, however they said there is a discount of 100 for those who port from aircel, regarding the internet issue they gave me few settings and asked me to reboot the phone and check but the issue still persist the internet speed near my residence was hardly 200kbps, called up airtel again they said we will raise a ticket and you will get a call in 48 hours but no calls even after 3 days, i call back again and this time they sent a tech who visited near my place and checked the internet speed inside and outside my house and as per him the speed was very very low even to browse the webpages, hence he said he will report the same to the network team and they will get back to me, so i waited and the next day i get a call from the network team and they said they will upgrade the tower due to low signal in the area.

                    I waited for almost a month and still no improvement so i called back and told them i wanted to port back to a different network since the issue is still not resolved and the primary reason i took this network was for their reputation on internet speed, the response was i cannot port unless its 3 months old and to resolve the issue they must upgrade the tower, to that i asked when is this gonna be fixed they said we don't know, i asked then what am i paying for, i don't get the service i need but still should i pay for it? The tech gave me a escalation point and i emailed them, they got back to me saying until the issue is resolved you will only have to pay 50% of the bill amount to which i agreed and they credited rs : 116 on my first bill, am still waiting for the issue to be resolved by then second bill comes up to rs : 242 and the amount that was credited rs 116 was debited without my knowledge, i called back airtel the guy who answered my call was not able to answer my questions and disconnects the call, here's another bill 354 this time...

                    Airtel, answer my questions here.
                    Why is my issue still not resolved?
                    What happened to my deposit money of rs : 300?
                    What happened to the money that was credited to my account after the discount offered on my first bill that is rs : 116?
                    Why there is no 50% reduction not done on my 2nd and 3rd bill, which you promised to do until my issue is not resolved?

                      With due respect, i want to inform you that i recharged my no. [protected] with rs.93 on 05/04/18 after checking several times special offer in my number by dialing *121*51#. This recharge promised me to provide unlimited calls along with 1gb of data for 28 days. But i have got facility for only 8 days. Today, after calling to your customer care, i got to know that rs.93 has been changed to rs.99 in march. Then, my question is why it show rs.93 on 05/04/18. I am using this connection for 12 years. Such harassment is very much insulting to me. *i have screen shot as proof and if you want me to take legal steps against you, i will provide it there. This is your fault, not mine. Solve this as soon as possible. If you can't solve, then this is the last recharge as well as the last day with airtel.

                      * i have already registered my complaint in several consumer forum websites. Soon i will submit this complaint in your facebook, twitter pages.

                        Am a postpaid customer of airtel from coimbatore, the so called india's fastest network.. Don't ever say that.. U r one of d dumbest poorest network.. Being a long term customer of airtel, am very much disappointed.. When i give a port request from ur network, one o[censored]r representative will call me and now they r providing me with 30gb of internet with all calls local+std, roaming incoming& outgoing all free.. But last sunday (08.04.18) i visited tirupati (Roaming) and suffered a lot.. Can't even make a single call to my home.. And internet is worser than that.. By making n giving everything free for low cost, u r making the customer stay in ur network and providing with the worst ever customer support in the world.. I couldn't even connect to ur customer care on the said date.. Now am going to move away from ur network.. Why should i be in the network which provides me everything only in my bill n nothing provided actually for using..

                          It has been my worst experience with ur network... Call drops frequently, sometimes m nt able to even call ur customer care executive... It ll be very kind o[censored] i[censored] could resolve this issue... Or else i have to port to some other network.
                          One more thing... Stop advertising false messages of having the best network coverage... It might be available in some places... But not everywhere

                            This was the second time i got charged for some lifestyle services of airtel. I don't even know what is lifestyle services and when did i activate this? First they charged me 15 rupees and after that i didn't recharge and today i recharged now again they have charged 15 and i had 15 rupees only. And right now i'm running out of balance. I requested to stop but did not get the money back and they just stop it for a while and again after few days they activate it again this is so disgusting.

                              I, vinay prakash mathur, am a postpaid customer with airtel for decades (Current mobile n0 [protected] : bangalore based).
                              I am writing this mail in desperation as my complaint (Service request 82387835?) made in dec.2017 related to weak signals at my residence is not resolved yet after a lapse of 3.5 months. I face a lot of problem in incoming calls. Weak / inaudible sound, call ring not received with a missed call sign showing later etc.
                              Survey has been done a number of times, problem has been identified as that of weak signals but no action has been taken yet and there is no clarity as to how much more time it will take.
                              In the weekly follow up i do with the customer support, the stock answer is that the network team is at it, the matter will be escalated etc etc. There is no feedback on edc and action taken till date.
                              I hope to get a response to this mail and get my problem resolved.

                                Hi, i have tried to recharge prepaid no via paytm for 330 rs on 8th april.
                                I have the transaction id generated from paytm but no recharge amount is received. Paytm have requested to contact airtel for further inquiry.
                                I have sent mail regarding this on [protected]@airtel.com two days ago, but no response.
                                Please help with it.
                                I want this to be resolved asap.

                                  Hi,
                                  in the last bill cycle I have been wrongly charged Rs.500 for Internet usage but I have data balance of 82GB available on my account.
                                  Also, I have been charged Rs.49.60 for roaming usage but I haven’t left the state of Maharashtra in the last bill cycle.Kindly provide the updated bill removing the wrongly charged amounts.

                                    My sim losted before one week. Then i had swap my sim but sim card not activated then after i swap 5 times swap my airtel sim from airtel store. But problem not solve. When i was swap first time then no network on sim. And same fifth time problem sim not activated. And airtel store employees speak to me convert your number in postpaid then it will working. I am also working in telecom company and i know not any porocess like airtel. Soo tell me how will activate my number [protected]. And i give 120 rupes for sim swaping to airtel office. After that problem not solve.

                                      I migrated from Vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid. I applied for the mnp on 06/4/18. It has been approved and cleared from Vodafone. My Vodafone network disconnected on 10/4/18 at 9 pm after which my Airtel is expected to be activated immediately .but to the contrary it's already 48 hrs and still my Airtel sim shows NO SERVICE. I contacted airtel customer service online and visited airtel store thrice. None in the store and customer care have a complete idea and they are simply buying time and pacifying that sim would be activated within couple of hours. Unfortunate that I'm facing a very harsh welcome from airtel. I being a govt doctor and It's been a great loss to me and my patients who are miserably failing to contact on my mobile. Kindly look into the issue with priority and at the earliest. My mobile number [protected].

                                        My no. Is [protected] nd m a airtel 4g user with 4g support handset mi note 4. I am currently staying at narayangaon tal - junnar dist-pune 410504 nd i can't get continue 4g lte network. It gets disturb time to time nd comes back to 3g nd 3g network doesn't even give slight of data
                                        I request you to pls see through my complain coz it has got me troubled mentally quite alot now. Or else i have to really port my no. To another company coz this is 2/3rd time m complaining abt the same.
