I recharged for 150 rupees two times the money has also been deducted two times but recharge is not done so please recharge the amount we have paid or else refund it and what to should be done by you do it as quickly as possible
And this is not good for us to use online payment if you do like this you should take care of it other wise we cant keep complainting like this and to lgin and complain you with thus big process

    Airtel is cutting rs 35/- from airtel prepaid balance in the name of lifestyle service charges without the knowledge of the customer. I wrote an email complain and told them about it, they apologized and blamed this on some technical failure in their system, they later wrote an email stating that they reversed the 35 rs, but when i checked my balance it was the same, rs 35/- was not reversed now the customer care is stating they have reversed it. Organised loot... Is what airtel is into. I have unlimited calling plan so it's easy for me to remember my talk time balance and due to which i know that they haven't reversed the 35 rs, the question here is not of rs 35/- but business ethics which i feel airtel is not following.

        As my brother calls me from us... It is not reaching to us.. May i know the reason behind that. Recently i have ported my sim from docomo to airtel as i considered your network is best, but the offer and the plans you are showing fake. We are facing a lot of problems on airtel. Please resolve this issue why i am not getting international incoming calls

          I tried to do recharge of 499 rupees from my airtel app and i tried to do it two times. Transaction was failed and money not refunded. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Pls refund me my money. My transaction ids are given below. Pls try to resolve my problem fast. I tried to recharge on 13 april.

            The customer care helpline takes 40 mins everytime, we place a request for this. For the subject issue of getting one additional sim under the family plan, i spoke to airtel customer care supervisor ms g. Lakshmi, bangalore. Again i was assured that the executive will come to me with the sim but no results even after 2 days.
            The airtel executive also told that no such plan exists to get additional sim under the existing family plan. He conned me to update my plan to higher rental ones and said that he will give me additional sim as a completely new account, instead of consolidating this new connection with my exisiting post-paid account. The sales executive confused me and later i realised later that this was not my purpose. I had already given the documents and after sometime i called him back and told not to process the new sim request.

                Hi i am hanamant using airtel network past 6 years, now i am complaining about your poor services, i have done recharged twice on same day and same amount for 399. But after i came to know my account debited twice, i called to ur supervisor explain issue, he said that we will extend ur validity, but still i did not get extend validity. And today i called to ur supervisor but he gave different statement, that is only one time recharge done we can not able to extend validity. I got two recharge confirmation from airtel same day. If i recharged one time now i got two sms and in my account also debited twice. I have more documents about this and one more ur supervisor way of talking is unacceptable, it is going to loose so many customers. Airtel no.[protected]

                  My phone no. Is [protected] (Delhi ncr). I was charged rs86 from my prepaid balance without any prior approval. It was done on 14th april 2018, the message was -
                  Voice - rc86-local/std calls at 30p/min - 28days has been renewed on your airtel money. Rs 86 has been charged to your account.

                  I didn't ask for any automatic renewal. I also checked the value-added services in my account and there no such service i opted for.

                  Kindly refund my money as soon as possible as it was charged

                    Airtel is very big fraud company. I raised complaint for claim airtel secure for my damaged handset on 26 april with complaint no. 3022364 but after 20 days they could not process my claim. Every 3 days they start demanding something new documents. Although i have submitted documents many times which they demanded. And when i call 121 they always reply that we can't do anything. Shame on you airtel, if you don't have guds they why you claim such offers lots. I am paying you approx 600 rs for that. But in market i can get in 133 rs. When airtel will shut his mouth remember, that your uncle has entered in market (Jio) so get afraid to him if you are not going to repaire my handset then i decided to approach consumer forum.

                      I recharged my sim for ₹448 via the airtel app using my debit card. During the process, i received confirmation message from the bank about the withdrawal of ₹448. The app kept processing the transaction for long time after that and it suddenly showed an error message stating webpage not available and the translation was cancelled. After that there was no record of such transaction happening on the app nor did the sim get recharged. But the money was deducted from my bank account

                      I even mailed the customer service email but didn't receive any response

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I am having the airtel prepaid connection from last 5 year, now i want 4g sim to use in 4g mobile handset, i have visited airtel store at vashi, new mumbai. They give me new blanck sim and told to send sms to 121 after completing all formalities they told sim will start with 2 hours but sim does not get started even completing 8 days. I again visit that store they told this sim is already used and now they don't have blanck sim so refused to raise my complaint. Please solve my complaint.

                            Hi as per airtel advertisement its says that unlimited hellotunes at 46rs for 28 days so i recharged it this morning and tried to activate hellotune through airtel app but it was not going through. I called up 198 to complaint about it but the agent said to get full information i should have called customer service before doing a recharge as this is the service only to change songs at no extra cost therefore i informed agent that no such information is mention in airtel app nor in 121 service & neither its mentioned t&c applied so if this is the case then its a false advertisement made by airtel & to which initially the agent agreed to the point but refused to log a complaint when i insist to do so. Kindly look into the matter as i want to resolve it before taking it further and have also attached screenshot about the offer for your reference.

                              My pack is 399 par day 1 gb data free but i could'nt see/search anything it is loading and rounding i call many time customer care for the related issue but i dont get any resulation so i am very disipointed with airtel services what type of service providing to us i dont know just one thing to tell me. Shell i stop buying any pack or i should stop using airtel please give me veluable suggestion thank you very much

                                  I raised a request for conversion from postpaid to prepaid yesterday around 4:30 pm at an airtel store in noida 120. I lost network at 9 pm. There are still no signals on my phone. The store guy told me that i gonna get the network back in 4 hrs. It is more than 24 hours. Now the customer care is telling me it is going to take 4 days. Seriously?? Why 4 days? What age are you living in? Why did the store guy lie to me?

                                  Getting airtel again was the biggest mistake. I should have gone for other operator. What sort of crappy service are you running. And what's wrong with your executives. They don't have things clear in their heads. Everyone is saying different things.

                                    When ever i see your airtel girl ad on tv i boil in anger as she claims "airtel 4g is the fastest" lol... Its been more than fifteen days in my area saidpur part 4, district cachar, assam pin 788013 land mark borbond the speed of internet sucks neither 4g or 3g is available only stuck into 2g, terrible!! I have complaint more than 7-8 times since 1st april the customer care specialist keep on giving me dates that your problem will be solved but till dated nothing has been fixed. And for your information an airtel tower is right in front of my building. If things goes like that i have to port out.

                                      There is literally no network coverage at work as well as home location. Vikhroli eaat & thane west.
                                      99% of times i gets call but no voice reaches to caller.
                                      Internet connectivity is very poor.
                                      I took connection as corporate group available for but facing so much issues.
                                      In their ads they show something which is nit even closer to actual use, tried to lodge complaint but most of times helpdesk nos dontnget answered.
                                      Worst experience.

                                        This is inform you that i have update aadhar in airtel number [protected], however airtel bank automatically add my gas subsidy with this number without any notification to me which is i don't want this. So request to you please delete my aadhar number from your service provider. I unable to use that amount of payment bank for my any uses. So please delete my aadhar number from your account and refund my amount to me as soon as possible.
