My airtel number [protected]. Airtel cheating my account balance 6th April 11:57 am. Airtel cut off my 5 rupees balance and "MODELMANIAW" service activate without any information. I requested "TRAI" quick action provide against airtel. Airtel cheating my balance sir. Please help me.

    I raised a request for conversion from postpaid to prepaid yesterday around 4:30 pm at an airtel store in noida 120. I lost network at 9 pm. There are still no signals on my phone. The store guy told me that i gonna get the network back in 4 hrs. It is more than 24 hours. Now the customer care is telling me it is going to take 4 days. Seriously?? Why 4 days? What age are you living in? Why did the store guy lie to me?

    Getting airtel again was the biggest mistake. I should have gone for other operator. What sort of crappy service are you running. And what's wrong with your executives. They don't have things clear in their heads. Everyone is saying different things.

      When ever i see your airtel girl ad on tv i boil in anger as she claims "airtel 4g is the fastest" lol... Its been more than fifteen days in my area saidpur part 4, district cachar, assam pin 788013 land mark borbond the speed of internet sucks neither 4g or 3g is available only stuck into 2g, terrible!! I have complaint more than 7-8 times since 1st april the customer care specialist keep on giving me dates that your problem will be solved but till dated nothing has been fixed. And for your information an airtel tower is right in front of my building. If things goes like that i have to port out.

        There is literally no network coverage at work as well as home location. Vikhroli eaat & thane west.
        99% of times i gets call but no voice reaches to caller.
        Internet connectivity is very poor.
        I took connection as corporate group available for but facing so much issues.
        In their ads they show something which is nit even closer to actual use, tried to lodge complaint but most of times helpdesk nos dontnget answered.
        Worst experience.

          Hi team,

          This is inform you that i have update aadhar in airtel number [protected], however airtel bank automatically add my gas subsidy with this number without any notification to me which is i don't want this. So request to you please delete my aadhar number from your service provider. I unable to use that amount of payment bank for my any uses. So please delete my aadhar number from your account and refund my amount to me as soon as possible.

            Your air tel office located in pb road davangere is not giving effective service to the customers. They will make the people to wait unnecessarily and waste their time. Just to chand my sim, they made me to wait for half an hour and later said server is slow and asked me to bring aadhar no. Is it fair?. They are totally passive. Warn them properly. If the same trend is continued, you will loose many customers. I am professor in an engineering college. You can give my cell no. Also to them to speak. Pls. Give good service. Sell your knowledge and buy money. Follow this prinv=ciple.

              I'm having a airtel hotspot dongle which i have purchased from a authorized salesman of airtel, during purchase it was told to me that 'initially the plan is 6 months advanced rental after completion of 6 month it will converted to monthly plan'. But after several communication from my end airtel didn't convert the plan to monthly basis again the plan renewed to advance rental plan and charging a very high amount than current plans.
              After complaining to the nodal officer, the organization convert the plan into monthly plan but additionally the total amount of deactivated advanced rental was added with my account. Now the organization insisting me to pay the total value which was not served by the organization.

                Hi, my airtel dish tv customer id is [protected]. My airtel dish got dislocated due to repair at my house. I called the customer care on 12th, 13th & 14th april. They told me the same thing that an engineer would come till 7 pm & take a charge of 250 rs to relocate the dish antenna. I agreed but still no engineer has come to my house to get the job done. I m fed up calling the customer care again & again. I have my validity till 4 july. Please forward my complaint & get the job done. I tell u that airtel dish tv is having the worst customer care service among all the dth providers. I might not continue after this experience after 4th july.

                  Incident - internet connectivity issue and signal drops (Postpaid)
                  Description - i am continuously following up with the airtel customer care through calls and mails regarding the internet connectivity issue nd sigal drops in my locality (Ashwath nagar, marathahalli, bangalore). From last 1 year, the issue is not fixed yet. I questioned airtel about the issue and charging for not been used or access internet.
                  Airtel has been telling as india's fastest network in india. But it doest qualify to say that. I have proofs to justify this.
                  I have tested jio and airtel speed test at same time. Airtel shows about 460 kbps speed whereas jio shows atleast descent speed of 2.6 mbps at the same place and same time.
                  I wanted to register a complaint on airtel for saying airtel as indias fastest network and fooling customers to grow there business. Please help me on the same.

                    Sir.
                    Iam from Bhubaneswar. I had a aircel sim which had stopped working due to its bankruptcy. So i opted to port out of the aircel.
                    So i chose the best service provider in india that is AIRTEL.
                    But i am facing certain problems.
                    I had ported from aircel to airtel at 21/3/2018.
                    It usually takes about 1 week from the date of porting to activate the sim. But till now it has not been activated. I could not do any type of official work . My phone number .
                    I would be very thankful if someone could resolve my problem.

                      Hi, i've raised so many complaint with airtel customer support as i am not able to send messages from my airtel number. I've tried with differnet handsets and still the same fault exists. Very poor service and no one contacted back regarding complaints. Now i am not able to reach customer call centre advisers. So frustrating journey. If i need to use few important applications i need to send sms from my registered airtel number. But not able to do anything. I am not getting services for what i am paying.

                          I'm using airtel number [protected]. I recharged this number for rs. 400 using my airtel app unfortunately the transaction was failed so again i tried to recharge with the same amount rs.400, second time also the transaction was failed but the the amount 800 was deducted from my account for the failed transaction.
                          Then i spoke with the customer care, they told 7-10 working days the money will be refunded but 20 days has been completed till the money was no refunded. This is totally unfair. Refund my money as soon as possible

                            I have submitted the following mobile numbers for porting since 12th march 2018 earlier they said it takes only 25 to 30 days now they are saying 35 - 40 days... And till date it has not worked.

                            Why trai and technology in india is so backward why did they lack vision they know that it is a 1 billion country and yet plan for small capacity!! Which results in call drop, and all kinds of problems.

                              Sir/ma'am,
                              My mother (Shalini pradhan) and i the undersigned visited the airtel city office, jhansi (U. P) on 17th of january 2018, for aadhar linking to our respective prepaid airtel numbers. As both numbers were earlier registered on my father's name who is no more, we were been told by your representatives at the office that we need to convert it into postpaid for getting it transferred to our names and subsequently can be linked to our individual aadhar numbers, so we did that and paid the required fixed charges of rs 250 each on[protected] for post-paid connection.
                              At that time the prepaid balance of my mother's number was around rs 500 (Don't remember exactly) also in my prepaid account there were approximately rs 30-40, we were been told by your representatives that this balance is going to be adjusted in the post-paid bills of forthcoming months, but sadly even after three months bill there was no amount adjusted. To ask for this when i visited the city office again the representatives straight away rejected this and asked for me to tackle this on my own by giving me the customer care number, they said that they do not have any record of our prepaid numbers.
                              When i contacted the customer care for this, i felt betrayed after knowing from one of your customer care executive that there is no such provision and he told me that the city office representatives told a lie about this.
                              Sir the problem is now i don't even have any written proof of what the office employees said to me (On 17th) and also of my earlier prepaid balance.

                              Kindly look into the matter and help me out in this.

                                We have cug connections and having 26 connections. From last august 2017 we submit complain about mobile network... Within office premises no one able to dial or revived any calls... Even we submit for portability request... From your end take some time to resolve the issue...

                                But hope less service...
                                No one contacting after that... No improvement... Only false commitment...
                                In view of this we are facing tremendous business loss...
                                If you don't able to resolve this issue with in 3 working days we don't have option to take legal action agents airtel

                                  Being an airtel subscriber since last ten years, recently i upgraded my dth to hd, during the installation, the person who had completed takes the charges and committed that its will work within 2-3 hours. After one day when it was not working i called some numbers which was shared by the engineer, and after many calls they told me that it will work within 24 hours, when 24 hours was completed, nothing works, again i called those numbers and a lady told me that it will take 48 hours to upgrade into hd, after so many calls when 48 hours completed again no response was committed. Again i called the service engineer and he confirmed me that next day means forth day o[censored]pgradation process, he will come at 10 am to check the issue. When i called him at 11, the service engineer told me that he went to some other place because he was told to do that, and said that it will take some times to reach my location, after so many calls he informed me that after two hours he will come to mu place, and still i am waiting for service engineer to come and rectify the issue.
                                  Why airtel fooling so much to their customers, and doing such things so that their loyal customers get attached to other service providers. I had made more than 50 calls but still no response from anywhere? I am thinking of filing complaint in consumer court.

                                    I have wrongly recharged my airtel prepaid number through syndicate mobile banking app, i need reversal and need my money back. I have recharged the plan of rs 399/- trans id is[protected]. Recently on 09.04.2018 i have recharged the same no it has the validity of 28 days. Unknowingly i recharged it today too. What is the procedure for refunding the money? I need to cancel today's recharge

                                      I was in pune. Where we have a common dish antenna for airtel dth. So, i was not given the "free" dish antenna and 10 meter cable wire. Now i have been relocated to navi mumbai, where we do not have a common dish antenna for airtel dth. I need my "free" dish antenna and 10 meter cable wire. Please provide it to me. I tried calling customer care, but they don't know how to give.

                                      Airtel very bad show.

                                        As airtel has been saying that their's network is the high speed network due to this reason i switched to airtel but now i regret my decision as there is neither 4g nor 3g or 2g speed available to me. I have made a recharge of 349 and i am not at all happy to spend this amount of money as it is not fulfilling my needs. I hope airtel may pay attention to it and try to solve my problem. I will be looking for positive response.
