I have a corporate 149 plan. (My postpaid no-[protected])
And every month 10 gb 4g data. At last i have 49gb data available with my account.in meantime i have port my no from airtel.

But today i have received a message for 674.00 rs bill against my no-
Internet charges 500+ have been added.

Please resolve this issue and i will pay only my rental amount.

    Hi, about rs.70 have been deducted from my prepaid account for health yoga service which i have never opted for!

    I tried to reach airtel helpline through 121 and many other options but to no avail!

    This is unacceptable. I want a full refund. I have been a loyal airtel customer for a very long time and i am hoping i would get a reply and a solution for problem asap!

      Hi airtel team,

      I have been applied with non used international data roaming charges on my postapid number and bill amount is approx. 20000+, which is just not feasible for me to pay the huge amount.
      Though i have been provided with a 4720 waiver off on these, from nodal office, but it was agreed, that i would be only able to pay the bill amount of 50% out of these charges.
      Kindly provide me waiver off, of further 5000rs. So that i can pay the amount remaining.
      Further, as i have been paying my monthly rental regularly, so it comes from no where, that you can barr my number services.
      Kindly un-barred all the services on my postpaid number, as i am facing all sort of banking and financial issues, due to the number not in active state.

      Request you to immediately unbarr all the services on my postpaid number.

        I recharged my airtel number [protected] with 400 through my airtel app unfortunately the transaction was failed but the recharge money 400 was deducted from my account after some time again 400 was deducted. Totaly 800 was deducted for failed transaction.10 days have been completed till the money was not refunded. This was totally unfair.
        Refund my money as soon as u can

          I recharged the airtel digital tv on 3rd april, i received a msg regarding the same, the recharge is successful. On my account the balance shows, but i have no tv services till date. A msg is displayed in the screen, please recharge. Again i recharged today, 12 april, same no services yet. And the irony is, the balance keeps getting deducted from my account despite no tv services being offered. Airtel dth number [protected].

          Why have i even recharged for the month of april, if i'm given no services for the same month. I want a refund.

            postpaid to prepaid conversion fraud

            Airtel relationship store says that i need to wait for 90 days for postpaid to prepaid conversion on the same network (Airtel). However, airtel customer care number representative said otherwise. As far as i know, 90 days rule is only for mnp for one operator to another. Airtel people are fooling customers who are not aware of these laws. Please take strict action....

            Dear sir
            I recenty applied for migration from vodafone to airtel, request submitted at airtel store hyderabad on 06/4/18. My vodafone network deactivated on 10/04/18 at 9 pm and since then i started using airtel sim. I had signal for couple of minutes and thereafter it shows no service. I contacted vodafone store and they acknowledged it is cleared from their side. Later approched to airtel store and they asking it might take 24-48 hrs.. Its been already 24 hrs and no signal from airtel side. My porting code is va498381. My mobile number - [protected]. Alternate contact [protected]

              This problem is from last 6months
              I have complaint this problem several times but there is no response. This is the service providing to the public by the airtel service provider

              If not problem is not resolved i am ready to port another network i. E (Jio)

              My bro is using jio because your advertise is telling that try all network and compare it

                Sir/madam,

                I have thought airtel provide good network and took airtel sim recently infact ported from vodafone to airtel.

                This guys says its fastest network in india 4g, but it doesnt come even 1g also in my home, everytime i open my you tube videos its keep loading for longer time.

                And whats app vidoe messager video thoo cant do at all with this speed! I normally take work from home for office work, but i wont get proper network due to this slow speed of data network.

                For the airtel executive whomsever its concern : indias top rated network you call yourself for the airtel, do you have any basic things working for it?
                It keep disconnecting inbetween the call and everytime i should call second time to continue conversation, this happens when i stand outside of home.
                Inside home thooo.. Its worst, opposite person not able to hear at all.

                  As i went to airtel store, scf no.8, sector 27/d, chandigarh-160019 for porting my mobile phone no.[protected] from vodafone to your company i. E. Airtel. But concerned official has wrongly and misguiding by charging rs.300/- for giving me sim of new number [protected] (Post paid connection) without any basis. Now kindly refund this amount immediately failing which i will not port to your company by charging rs.300/- by illegal means and fraud of concerned official or adjust this amount on my portable mobile phone no.[protected].

                  I have made recharge amounting to rs. 199 on 10th April 2018 through airtel mobile app. The recharge was failed but the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                    I would like to bring to your attention that I have had the worst experience while using the my Airtel app. Yesterday night twice my account was deducted but the benefit wasn't recharged to my account.

                    Details:
                    1st.
                    Recharge amount :549

                    Status: money deducted from account but failed .

                    You can understand my frustrations of being devoid of rs 1098 but still not getting the benefit. Following which I used a competitors app and got the recharge benefit. I want you to process my refund at the earliest now. This is a big amount and I feel not satisfied with the 121 customer care. I can't even find a personal to complaint in the web of computer generated voices in the 121 menu. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in services provided by Airtel. Thanking you .

                      Very worst service, I never ever felt with any other networks. After Aircel shutdown, I went Airtel show room for changing the network to airtel on March 17 2018. Initially they informed me the network will be changed within seven days of working time but it was never happened. After seven days i called to customer care and asked about the activation of sim. They told me that the sim got rejected and you have to take another request to change the Network. At that time i told to customer care i don't want your network, you just ignore my request and will try to change in vodafone. They responded me like that is fine. So i went to vodafone show room and gave requet for MNP but my number not yet changed to vodfone and its rejected since airtel has activated without informing me. Don't know what basis they activated the rejected request also after activation, I'm not getting incoming calls and messages but i can able make call to others.

                      I gave more than 10 complaints thru customer care and Airtel office but still issue not yet fixed. Very worst customer service they are giving they can't able to clear the issue then why should shutdown the tower like Aircel..

                      Airtel first you guys explore at high lelvel then keep a slogan " Express yourself" Cheater...

                        Hello airtel prepaid retailer section incharge i wish to bring to ur kind notice that i am having prepaid airtel cell phone for which i am recharging for rs 300/ every month. From this month onwards i am getting deduction of rs 99 towards movie mazza and rs 30/ towards comedy junction without my consent. Though i refuse such services through sms i am not getting favourable reply for stopping totally such unwanted services. I therefore request you to stop such services and arrange for the refund.                           Dear airtel team,

                          I am totally disappointed from the airtel services because your team is not able to resolve my problem this is happening 8th time.
                          I always pay the monthly rental without checking what is the rental charged and this time i checked that every month i been charged late fees unnecessarily as i pay every month.
                          My airtel plan is requested to the representative as lowest but still i been charged and my bill generated every month above rs.400 how can is it possible this is the company fault.
                          Kindly resolve this issue otherwise i wiil change my network or please provide me a good relationship manager who is able to resolve my issues.

                            I recently ported over to Airtel from Idea and chose the 1.4 GB data per day plan. At the start i received excellent data speeds. But since the last 10 days i am getting very slow data speeds. Sometimes i am unable to even browse the internet.
                            I have registered several complaints by calling CUSTOMER CARE but still no resolution has been provided.You ###ing people claim to have the fastest data speeds and deceive your customers by providing slow speeds once they have recharged. ### you ###. You bloody cheaters.

                                Under extreme inconvenience & tolerance for over a month now, i would like to lodge a complaint against airtel fixed line services.
                                We have been using this line at the egyptian consulate tourism office, mumbai. The line has been inactive/ dead for over a month even after daily requests on tel / email. Daily i receive automated call backs from a different associate after my emails, saying the problem will be escalated. Even false promises were made, that a tecnician will visit our office to technically verify & restore. This shows there is no real interest to actually resolve problems
                                All bills have been clear upto date & latest are :
                                Bill no[protected] dt 3.2.2018 paid 16.2.2018 by chq no 128601 rs 22866.62
                                Bill no[protected] dt 9.3.2018 paid 27.03.2018 by chq no 128598 rs 454.88

                                The above last amount was paid although the line was inactive. We were asked for confidential documents like diplomatic passport, protocol id card with photo proof of the owner of office who is a egyptian diplomat. I strongly will spread the word around & cannot recommend airtel as a service provider to anyone if this is the service we are put through.
                                Today another demand was received by an unofficial sms, asking for weird verification documents like incorporation certificates, confidential government agreements, other inhouse utility bills & purchase orders totally irrelevant to us, after using this line for 10 years!!
                                Prior to this we did not even receive any bill hardcopies from sept 2017-jan 2018.in february on investigating at the gallery, i was shocked to hear that the line had gone into e-bill mode even though no such request was made by us.
                                This is hugely unprofessional to still receive continuous bills when a line is inactive & demands to supply different documents at different times with no single point of contact, no connection between your departments and still the line remains inactive till date. A case of extreme irresponsibility and fabricated lies on the part of airtel which is a waste of our time being a part of diplomatic & foreign services under protection & surveillance of officers of consular police.
                                Just what is the way forward to receive justice on this pathetic issue? We await an immediate clearcut solution as a corporate customer

                                  I had one hot shot of airtel postpaid no.[protected]
                                  One ladytone from airtel for new scheme replacing existing one
                                  She sent some boy with airtel id card
                                  I cleared the bill upto the date 17 feb 2018 for rs 850.
                                  He gave me a new sim card and told to discard old one
                                  Address was verified by visit of another person
                                  After one hour new sim card hotspot[protected] was activated.
                                  Thereafter i am using the later one only and paying bills at right times.

                                  Now regularly different persons phoning me and demanding to pay against the first sim card that is not in use.

                                  Please do not pester after me to pay for what i am not availing the service as per airtel staff.

                                    I did a recharge of rs. 509 first on[protected]. Due to network error the transaction was not completed and i did nit get any message. So after waiting for 2 hours i did a second recharge of rs. 509 and this time it was successful. Unfortunately after 3 hrs i got the successful recharge message of the first transaction!! It was a double recharge. Please kindly make a refund of the first transaction

                                      Hello,
                                      I want to report a complaint against airtel telecom, that my phone number has been charged for the following services without my knowledge:
                                      1) askadoctor - twice for rs 30 each
                                      2) gamezine - once for rs 75
                                      I had requested the askadoctor service to be stopped when the first time it occurred, but it has been billed again, and gamezine has also been billed.
                                      I want the amount credited back to me.
                                      I have 3 airtel sims in my family, and i would switch to jio or any other operator if this isn't solved as soon as possible.

                                      In the attached pictures, you can see the transaction number and date, and for any other information you may contact me.
