Facing severe network issue in my area pfb proper address:-
Green acers society, wakadi village, new panvel, morbe road, near swapana nagari film city.
I have been living since last 3 years and there have been no network from aircel for the first 2 years.
For the last 1 year we are barely getting 2g range from airtel that too is unavailable most of the time.
At the time where mobile service providers are in competition and airtel clamming to be the fastest 4g and available every where we are not even getting proper 2g services, where as idea, vodafone and jio is available in our area
Please look into it as i am not the only customer there are around 400 people living in my area and still no 4g tower of airtel.

    Dear team,
    I live in indirapuram, ghaziabad area where the airtel network is so pathetic that we had tonthink about getting changed into vodafone or jio. Indirapuram is the area where most of the time electricity get fluctuated due to low supply of power.in a day we face more than 10-15 power cuts. Thanks to the power back which we have in most of the apartments. We have been using airtel since decade. We never faced such problem. When we shifted ti indirapuram we started facing this issue where whenever power cut takes place airtel gets no connection for 5-6 secs. And whatever we are doing get cancelled. Call get disconnected.. Internet get disconnected. By the time i types all these i came across 2 power cuts. Kindly fix this problem. The next step which i would be taking is to file a complaint with trai.

      I ported my cellphone number to airtel 45 days back since then im facing network issues. I couldn’t use phone internet, whenever i called it shows call failed issues. I try to contact them many times but they are not taking any valid action this is my complain req id 84084421 pls help me out with this matter. I have called them like 50 times. Thank you

        Ported from docomo prepaid to airtel postpaid connection in october 2017. Been facing call drops when called or received in my airtel connection for the past 5 months. I have been paying for no usage at all, month on month. Here are the solutions tried out,

        1. Changed to 3 different handsets (3g / 4g)
        2. Changed 2 different sims from the store
        3. Changed location from whitefield to indiranagar for a week

        Nothing seem to be working. Not able to call 121 / [protected] / [protected].

        Everyone who calls are getting "not reachable" message.

          I have shifted to k-1101, amarpali princely estate, sec 76 noida since 15th feb. Since then i have faced consistent call drop and signal problem from airtel. Kindly help in getting good signal strength inside our society or else i will need to shift / get my no port to competition.in these times of technology also we are not getting the desired services. Kindly resolve.

            I have recharged for the offer rs. 399 which includes unlimited calls, 1.4 gb/day 4g data, 100 sms/day and validity is for 84 days from the airtel app. But the scheme that was processed is rs. 399 for 70 days.
            I want to know which scheme exactly is activated and if not the 84 days one then do cancel the scheme and reverse my transaction.
            I also have screenshots for you to investigate. I can share it.
            If the scheme cannot be processed, i hope some company executive will give me a call for rectification and clear understanding of this glitch.

              I'm kapil kumar, prepaid customer of airtel since last one year. My airtel no. Is [protected].
              Sincle october 2017 i'm facing so much network problem no signal at all around my residence. I have to go out of my house for calling purpose and there is no call & signal inside my house. I have requested for porting three times before in airtel but airtel has not even ported my number. Now again i have sent the request of the port in airtel 7 days before, but again as before there are not any response by airtel. My port no is ad484383. It's our right to port any number then why airtel is not porting the number. Now i'm suffering from big network problem due to this unprofessional and unethical behaviour. Now just i want airtel port my number as soon as possible.

                My aircel postpaid [protected], for imgration to airtel postpaid.

                Airtel padi office gave me a sim, but it has not got activated

                Every time i call airtel customer care, i am getting same reply : "your sim will get activated in 48 hours"

                What should i do

                  After calling on 198, i explained them that i recharge through my airtel app best offers talk time rs 100 which clearly mentioned "talktime of rs 100. Exclusive offer on my airel app &airtel.in".

                  What i see i paid airtel for that. If there is an it issue and airtel app is not showing updated information this is not customer ends problem.

                  The guy argued and told me to check on *121*51#. If that would be the case than why should i use my airtel app.

                  Please look into this issue and credit 100 rs talktime on[protected].

                    It is a serious issue to consider. Airtel have been advertising that it is the fastest network in india. But when it comes to practical it is not able to provide even 2g
                    Even in guntur also.in 3/10 brodipet of guntur-522002 i am not even able to access the internet. So please consider this issue seriously otherwise i will not going to continue this network and i am going to change network provider. I hope this will get fixed

                      Airtel started minimum rate monthly packs to sustain against JIO but its failed to give good network to use the data. Its a worst part of airtel not making 199 worth full. delay in connecting calls and broad band is just no move in metro city chennai. Change the strong network signals or better we switch other networks.

                        I need money so i am sell my two my a1 mobile in olx. After all the discussion that man. I am going thare place to sell my two mobail (1500×2). He check all the bills and run away not paid me 30k. I[censored] interested in all the details i am provide you.

                          My airtel number [protected] was lost on 7th april and for security purpose i blocked my number on 7th april. I visited airtel store (Goregaon west, mumbai) at 15:30 on 8th april and i was told i will get number activated in 5 minutes for which i paid 25 rs. Then i was asked to wait for 10 more minutes because of some technical issue which was looked by ismail and ashish on the store. I waited till 16:30 then i was told i can take the sim and it will be activated in 4 hours. I came home but it was not activated even till 22:00 after which i called the customer care and i was told i should wait till mid-night 12 am and then number will be activated. I managed to be awake till midnight re-inserted sim restarted phone but nothing happened.
                          I again called at 08:45 am to customer support and they told me outgoing is still blocked and it is now activated which should activate the number in 1 hour.
                          I again called customer care at 10:50 am and now i am asked to visit the airtel gallery again.
                          Do you think in a city like mumbai is it that easy to go to airtel gallery? Do you really expect a person to take half-day from office just to go to your gallery? When it is about new connections you guys sent executive to very small locations to collect documents then why not now?
                          It is very very disgusting, airtel is losing all its standards all because of the local staff and the customer care service. I am airtel customer and hence wanted to give my feedback to improve the service, please work on your local staff or you will lose your customers like me.

                            We have recharged the pack of star sports one & still our service is not started. Despite of calling them they are not attending our any calls. Our money is with them since a day & we are running out of service. A very pathetic airtel dth tv. I have call them hundred of times & they are still not replying. I want my money back & i want to shut this service.

                              Airtel has disconnected my account due to a technical issue from their end and it’s not been working since april 28.
                              I have repeatedly contacted them to resolve the same with no avail. It’s my official number connected to all my important information and yet they haven’t sorted out the issue for over 11 days.
                              I’m unable to port the number since it’s labelled inactive by airtel.
                              They seem to have no idea how to resolve it and have been dodging my complaint telling - technical issue so far with no real action taken.
                              I have been without network due to airtel’s fault for 12 days now!

                                I had dome my airtel recharge of rs. 399 for 84 days in which i am getting unlimited calls, 2gb per day, 100 text messages per day. But the internet services that airtel is providing is very poor. I had my most of the work on internet only but due to the very minimal speed i cant get my work done on time.
                                As airtel is providing 2 gb data per day acc. To the above mentioned pack but i am unable to use whole data per day due to low speed.
                                In future i will never get this poor airtel connection. As comparatively jio is the best.

                                  Due to pathetic network service, i had given a port change request on 27-mar-18. Post that i received a call from airtel technical dept (Dutta). I specifically told him that you can resolve the issue but my porting request should not go on hold. Till now i didn't get any update from airtel whether the request is approved or declined. So i called today at 12 pm to airtel customer care and spoke to (Rajan singh). Post discussion with him, i got to know that technical staff (Dutta) who spoke to me has put false comment in airtel system that customer wants to hold the porting request.
                                  I was experiencing unethical behaviour of airtel since last 3-4 months but this time it was height o[censored]nprofessionalism and carelessness.
                                  As i am busy in routine schedule till 10-apr so i can't take action but on 11-april i am going to police to file a complaint against this. I have informed this to customer care executive rajan singh today which he must have updated in airtel record if he is honest as an exception otherwise...
                                  Even after i informed him that your technical staff has cheated by giving false information, he was reluctant to resolve my query. This is the speciality of airtel. With this pathetic service i am paying monthly bill of avg inr 900/-

                                    I have ported to airtel from vodafone expecting good network coverage, after poring 1st couple of months it went well but now i am not even able to browse, it's a postpaid plan and i have 100 gb data left which i am not able to use due to their crappy network. I complaint to airtel and they claimed that the issue will get resolved within a month but its 3 months now, i have never missed to pay the due amount but no idea why airtel is cheating me.

                                      Im using airtel 3g/4g pack but due to the great connectivity of your network im not even getting benefit of 2g service. Day by day your network is becoming poorer than other network. It takes me more than 2 minutes to load a webpage. Im facing this problem from past two weeks. So better resolve this problem else i will switch to some other better network.

                                      India is still backward for 3G & 4G. Airtel 3G & 4G is very bad in my circle MH & Goa. On my 3G phone I only get stable 2G. The moment I switch to 3G I get almost zero or very poor network. Call drops and internet times out. On 2G needless to say the internet speed is going to be slow.

                                      Calling customer care does not help as they say I should try with another phone and they blame it on my phone and run away from their responsibility.

                                      Try changing to Idea.

                                        Today i. E. On 08.04.2018 at 17:54 pm i have received fun games service activated message and rs.35/- has been deducted from my account i. E. From my airtel mobile number. Now my balance is rs.5.64. It was told by a written message that to deactivate this service you may call on 56789 which is a toll free number. I have tried to call this toll free number and tried to deactivate this service but there is no reply from this service number... Only hello tune servics are available on this service number (Time 08:41 pm)...

                                        By doing such things, the reputation of the company is looking bad and in such a manner this is a fraud done by the airtel company...

                                        The airtel company should remit this rs.35/- into my account. I tried to call to toll free no. But no response is there and the call cuts automatically... Therefore, the airtel company is requested to kindly remit rs.35/- into my account and do the needful at the earliest...

                                        The aforesaid amount i. E. Rs.35/-, if not remitted, a legal action may be taken. Kindly note the same...
