Rs 25 deducted from my airtel mobile number [protected] when i was sleeping even i didn't touch the phone when call customers service they told me some kind of valu added service has been activated on my mobile.. I demand for the refund as i didn't activate any kind of value added service. They told me sorry refund couldn't possible.. Now what can i do???

    Today i received a sms from airtel stating that lifestyle service has been activated on my mobile and money was deducted from talktime. This was done without my consent. I. E. Without my request or my acceptance. This is not expected from a international company like airtel. Taking a talktime without consent or without acceptance is like a pocketmar.
    I want my deducted talktime to be returned at earliest.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I live in bangalore (kengeri) and for some reason for the past few months the 4g net is absolutely garbage. This is serious for me as a student. And should be dealt as quickly as possible.

    Since last 3 days no dial tone internet connectivity failed. Pl. instruct to redress.

      Vas/cinemasti activated on my number [protected] at night 1.55am, without my consent/ permission, and deducted rs. 99.00 from my balance rs.206.00. I am surprised to know that airtel is cheating their customers in this way. I had never asked to activate any vas on my number. As soon as i came to know the activation, i have unsubscribed from your cinemasti service. I request you to revert my amount which you have deducted from my balance without my permission/consent. Otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against airtel, not only for unauthorised deduction but also wasting my time and giving me mental torture.

        Connection [protected] is postpaid connection. As per policy this should get surplus data forwarded to next cycle. I have 100gb of surplus data. Still i have been wrongly charged 500 rs. On registering complain with airtel customer care. I have been asked to pay total payment, also i have informed this will get adjusted in next billing cycle. But after 2 billing cycle it has not yet adjusted. Below are transactions details: 05-dec-2017 to 04-jan-2018 899.38 rs (500 rs been charged extra) 05-jan-2018 to 04-feb-2018 1, 613.09 rs (714.42 current + 899.38 previous [no adjustment made]) 05-feb-2018 to 13-feb-2018 1, 001.78 rs (905 rs as partial payment done as per instruction) i have been entitled to pay only 411.69 rs. Additional note # as per customer care this is known technical issue. But this is going on for past several months. I request to take strong action against such fraudulent cases.

          Mobile number [protected] on 7 April mobile number portability to airtel from Vodafone mnp done successfully but the sim not taking FRC or recharge from retailer or through online mode talked to customer care but of no help please help.etried numerous times from airtel retailer but no recharge of any kind succeed neither any FRC.

She used all they filth language and misbehaved with me and all the hindi gali to me which is not acceptable. Please take some action or i will complain to police.

                Received a call for porting the postpaid sim, gave me 300 monthly rental plan, with 40gb of data... I was a vodaphone user. I happily ported the sim but didnt knew i am being chected...

                Sim activated on 03/12/2018. First bill cycle is from 03/12/2018 to 03/17/2018. Now guess how much... Its 208 only. Just for 6 days. Its doesnt stop here, irony being...

                On checking the plan i was offered from 355 (When i was a vodaphone user) to 300 as per the lady who spoke to me.
                I was in utter shock to see that it wasn't even 400, but 499/m...
                #airtel #airtelfraud.

                I already have lodged a consumer complaint in bangalore consumer court.

                  Today, i visited at your airtel outlet at south extension part_1, i went for ask some information about my broadband number ([protected]) and also asked about my pending bill info, everyone was there but noone is intrested to listen to me as well as they misbehaved with me infront all of people. They was not coperative nd didnot provide me any hardcopy of my bill. They didnot resolve my problem. If they will not provide me any information then how i will b able to pay. Even they can resolve that time it was not a big deal. Even they told me to (Bring your ceo of your company). It was my bad expirience with your service very disappointed.

                  I recharged my mobile no [protected] of rs.248 behalf of my airtel app quick recharges offer but i do not received this offer. the offer is 82 days 1.4 gb per day and unlimited calls
                  These airtel people are number one fraudsters.. they activate all the accounts with unnecessary and unsubscribed services and deduct amount from all the accounts AT THEIR OWN WISH.. They can make crores of money like this.. Useless network.. Even the recharge which claims to be valid for 28 days is deactivated 4-5 days prior.. Very bad service..
                  I recently port my sim in airtel. I was charged rs 5 for activation of imessages and facetime as carrier charges. I am using iphone. It has been bout 10 days my balance is deducting but still the services are yet not activated. almost 200 rs are deducted for activation but iphone is unable to connect with the carrier. Kindly resolve the matter.

                    Calls disconnecting automatically from past 10 days, 5 times contacted customer care but there is no resolution. Even Team Leader also not resolved the issue. Always saying that some work is going on at this location. I really don't know how many days they will work. Its not only with one mobile its happening for all around me. Please take proper action.

                      I am and my family is using more than 7 connections of airtel and broad band connection from last 18 years and regular making all due payments.
                      I have seen some entries always showing charges for the call made, which has not been made by us.
                      To quote, the bill of my family plan no [protected] which is due on 24.04.2018 has one entry of rs. 36/- being the charges of a call made to nz/australia on 19.03.18 at 17.06 and duration is 2.33 min.

                      I would like to say 1. I never make international calls
                      2. This call is not on log book/details of calls on my
                      Mobile
                      3. Call at this time mean call made at mid night there
                      I object to this call charges and my first request is waiver well before due date otherwise i shall be forced to take step which would appropriate.

                          Oflate i have been receiving sms about vas activation without my consent.

                          That too these are weekly vas. On 10th april 1pm, i received a sms about vas activation while the phone was in sleep mode.

                          Fortunately i was there to notice the sms popping all of a sudden.

                          This has happened thrice in the last two days. Prior issues was with my family members no. Today it was mine

                          The customer care representative credited the wrong deduction but they couldn't identify the reason behind VAS activation. How could VAS get activated when mobile was in sleep mode? I pity the customer care representative. it's the brain sitting in the top which makes such decision in the name of VAS. Why can't you make VAS a payable service so that it gets activated only if I pay for it via Netbanking, debit or credit card?

                          2) i pity the customer care representative who is always at the receiving end. It is the brain sitting in the top which makes such decision in the name of vas. Are you systems tuned to deduct money automatically from customers in the name of vas

                          3) why can't you make vas a payable service so that it gets activated only if i pay for it via netbanking, debit or credit card? And

                          4) why don't you make vas activation possible only with two approvals from the customer and the customer should get the screenshot each time he approves the request. The approval must be backed by an otp so that for vas activation, the customer gets otp to activate it and he has to key in the otp to activate any vas

                          5) with payment via banking system and otp, there are multi layer security to enable vas. Airtel can no longer cheat customers by auto activation.
                          Do you have the guts and honesty to enable such options for vas?

                          I have been facing issue since almost a week and i have called up customer care several times .
                          No action is taken . It is a problem of replacing a new Set top box as the cable connection get disconnected every now and then.

                            I have made prepaid recharge as on 22.3.2018 @199 and suddenly 2-5 days before my outgoing call stopped. I have called 121 customer care and was told that you have lost your minimum balance amount. I dont know what is this??? I was unable to call so was told by cc to add min amount and you will get the validity and call on. Also try to switch off the phone and then switch on, i did that also. Nothing was changed and i was unable to made the calls once again. I have recharged prepaid with rs 349/- as on 09.4.2018 and as on 10.4.2018 the outgoing stopped with the voice message no sufficient amount available for the account.

                            Hope the situation is well understood. Hope you will take immediate steps with immediate effect to arrange to allow my outgoing call on and the benefit of rs 199 plan and rs 349 plan accordingly without any further delays.

                              I traveled to usa on 08/03/2018. We asked the airtel office contonment trichy branch for roaming pack and they suggested us to put 3, 999inr and they said it includes certain minutes of outgoing, free incoming and 1gb data daily free. But nothing worked in usa. I restarted my phone several times as theya sked me to do so. Even now when i go and ask for refund they dont take responsibility. I need refund and proper answer for this issue.

                              In my village Wakso Nengsa, North Garo Hills, Meghalaya there is no proper network, so please provide 4g tower in our area so that we can enjoy internet thanking you.
                              As i am transfered my mobile no. from postpaid to prepaid, but as i am running with credit balance at airtel which has not been refunded till time . as i have called to customer care they are ignoring to make my payment.
                              I have a fixed line connection of airtel broadband at Noida. The internet is fine but from the landline if i try to dial any Jio number, it wont get through. I am noticing this from starting. If i dial any other number from the landline it connect in no time but when its Jio, it doesn't.

                                  My pack was over on 9/4/2018
                                  Today i am selecting online recharge pack for rs 149 in which unlimited calls, sms and 1gb data download every day for 28 days validity.
                                  After entering the mobile number it asked for online payment
                                  So i made payment online through my net banking
                                  I have got the message from bank that amount 149 is debited from your account.
                                  The message from customer care (Airtel) also received that online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 149 has been initiated.

                                  After that i am waiting for one hour and check the balance status.
                                  But it does not show

                                  I could not call to outside or send any message through my mobile number

                                      Hi,

                                      It has been more than 10 days since i have applied for portability from aircel to airtel. Breakdown of aircel was disappointing and i opted for airtel with a belief that it is a renowned telecom service provider and will definitely make my life easy.

                                      As soon as i inserted the sim card i got the initial messages from "atdsa" on friday, 23rd march 2018 which said "your services have been set. Please restart...

                                      I am an airtel user for last 15 years. I have never seen such a worst, irritating and frustrating network of airtel. I have been experiencing this for the last 6 - 8 months and is crossing my tolerance limit. It is as good as having a no data rather than having a airtel data enabled. I have changed 3 phones and 2 sims and not even a slight improvement. Now i understand why airtel is promising customer to carry over the unused data to the next cycle, because i am not able to use it current cycle because of the worst connectivity. What is the value and use of paying bill amount. Pls take some action immediately
