There is something seriously wrong with so called india's best network 'airtel'. Well there is not issue to discuss, it's difficult to decide from where to start. First of all the quality of network you promise to provide is definitely somewhere lost. Secondly the most adorable issue of cross connection seems to be your favorite but unfortunately it's not our favourite! And i think i pay you to take care of my choices, right? And what's up...

As i said airtel digi. Costumer care about my refund of the recharge they refused to do it. As i have started my new conection. With the siti cable. They are refusing to give my reacharge refund. If possible ple. Help me with my problem bec. I cannot remove my new conection....

Super horrible, pathetic customer services by Airtel. I have requested 5 times to PORT my number due to poor services but no response has come ever & on the top of that whenever I tried to write my feedback on their site's Feedback column, it does not allow you to submit negative feedback. why do companies make feedback columns & customer care teams when they are not open to take the real & genuine feedback. My experience has been horrible....

Vemes services have been activated randomly on my account without my consent. I have been charged for these services @ rs.35 for 7 days. I do not want to lose any more money due to these random services which i have not asked for!

It has started from december onward that whenever i recharged or topup my mobbile the airtel self activated classyandglamvideos service which had been charged ₹15 for three days. This service had started without my consent or permission. The airtel company is cheating with us. The worst airtel company. And when started to deactivate the service it is not responding. I took a postpaid airtel connection last week for 500 rupees a month.
I was told that the benefits i get with the plan is that i get mobile insurance which cover the cost of any accidental damages.
3 days back i dropped my phone which resulted in damaging the back panel of my phone including a liquid leak on the display.
After availing the airtel secure i was told that sorry we cant process the request as the back panel...

Dear sir my airtel payment bank wallate account no. [protected] is debit freeze. I uanable to make transfer my money to any one due to debit freeze. I complain in airtel payment bank so many time. But no result found. I have so many case id 1230119, 1152400 and many. But they only diverted me. Please take the quick action against them.

I recharged on wrong airtel number. Number is [protected]. When i called that number it is showing as invalid. I recharged for 200... Paytm saying you have to contact oeprator. Airtel is declining my request. But if wrong number is of airtel company. They have to revert the transaction... Help to get my money back
