    Sir,
    We have airtel Dth connection, customer id no [protected] in name of Anita valecha (Mob No [protected])at our residence. We have two TVs in our home and both are arranged with setup boxes. Out of which the second number TV is not in operation for quite a long time and we are using only the first TV Dth service and are also paying regular monthly subscription for one base number @299/pm. Last such monthly subscription of Rs 299 for the month of March 2018 is paid by us as per demand issued by your message received on 24th March 2018 and same confirmed by us by your customer care executive on 24th march itself.We have clearly intimated them to use only one base connection. They suggested us to pay exactly 299 (neither less nor more) and we followed. We got a message too from airtel (AD-AIRDTH) on 24th March confirming the amount they received along with a remark intimating us for next due date 25 April 2018.
    Now today I am getting a message from airtel to pay further amount immediately to continue my service. I am unable to understand how they can demand violating their term of one month. I tried to contact the customer care number today many time to register my grievance, but they are not replying and disconnecting my call. Please help me and instruct your division to provide me service till 24th April 2018 as per their term of service.

    We have two set boxes at our home for two different Tv's. One out of this TV is not in operation for last few months. We are using a single base tv no 1 only and accordingly are paying the monthly subscription. Last monthly payments was done on 24.03.2018 after confirming the amount. We were informed to pay exact Rs 299 (neither more or less as the monthly subscription) by your customer care department on 24.03.2018 and same amount we paid on 24th March. We received the SMS also confirming the amount received and were informed to pay further on due date 25.04.2018.
    I tried to contact your customer care for my grievance but they are not responding and disconnecting my call. My service has been dis-continued and I have been asked to pay a fresh amount. It is requested my second number be kept cancelled and the present service be made active as per your own term received by me on 24.03.2018 after my payment.l have also lodged my complaint at National consumer forum on dated 08.04.2018 with my complaint no 678977, after my services stopped by you and no response.
    Hopefully you will activate my service as per your terms.

      I have complained 3 to 4 times about my network... I am not getting 4 g networks and i am unable to send text messages also... The worst network i have ever seen is airtel... You guys are going to have a very big loss in future if you don’t listen to their complaints and solve it... I am facing this issue since 2 months and every time ur cce says mam ur issue will be resolved in 7 days... I think u guys take 7 years to solve an issue.

      They give 30GB free data but with the speed i get, i could consume only few GBs in a month. Such a scam. I used to get very good speeds when the price was high. now they slashed the price, giving freebies and went from good to worse in their network service. Such a losers. Time to switch to jio or vodafone. After using airtel for the last 13 years, I am quitting airtel because of their poor network.

        I spoke to customer care they are saying No updates from Network team
        I have paid my airtel postpaid bill from payments bank but have not received cash back for two months. I thought initially i will be recieving little late but this repeated for two months
        Request you to please look into this and resolve this as early as possible otherwise we would lose faith in airtel

          How this service activated on my phone, without my knowledge and my balance cut,
          I want my balance back.

            I recharged throughz online for rs.399.. The amount has been deducted. But still my mobile is not reacharged.. Getting an message as your transaction failed.. But amount is been deducted... Your airtel mobile online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 399 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference. Its been to disgusting.. Most of the time i see my money iss been deducting but reacharge does not happen

              Raised request for shifting connection, where i was told it would be done within 1 day. After a week got a call from feedback team for feedback on closure of the ticket, the same happened 3 days regular in-spite i informed them that nothing has been done.

              Now when i ask for escalation, airtel is disconnecting my calls. After multiple times of calling to airtel customer care, when one got hold the call, i asked for disconnection, but now aritel is not accepting this request too.
              Neither they are solving the problem, nor they are disconnecting.

                I watched your add try all the network and switch to Airtel... I have Airtel connection. But no service is available in Coimbatore. Eachanari and mega city madukkarai market road .if i choose automatically no service is available.. If I choose manually network selection i couldn't find your network.
                For add on connection with [protected], i apply to change my prepaid no. [protected] to postpaid.but 1 month pass and my no still not activated as postpaid.
                please do needfull about this very slow service of airtel.

                  I took data card no [protected] with advance rental for 3500. Intial paid 3000 and 500 separately. Without checking i got calls and being charged another 540 with interest to pay 660. Now again i see charge of 118. When i emailed they reversed 118 and again asked about 660 got refund 620 only. I irritated and my line got disconnected in between for non payment. I would like to claim 10k for the intolerance and ridiculous behaviour done to me after explaining so many times.

                    I have been using my brother's sim for past 8 years.

                    My number has recently been disconnected without any intimation. I have been receiving all bank related sms, but all of sudden the connection is disconnected. When i contacted the customer care, i was told that the number has been given to some one else and i am left with no option.
                    Being away from india, it's not possible for me to change all my important contacts.
                    Please provide me a solution to reactivate.

                      An airtel postpaid connection used by my wife against mobile number [protected]. Your agent take documents from house and gave this connection against a faulse commitment that this postpaid plan under unlimited calls.

                      Now we are suffering since last 4 months and unable to port it to prepaid from postpaid. But our nearest airtel store at naihati is refused me each time. So i stop your payment until the porting is done.

                      Now the outgoing facilities are withdrawn. I am ready to clear the dues but at the same time u also port my connection.

                      Please also note that after mar'18 i am not pay any single paisa agaist any charges.

                      I wrote everything what happened and if there is no solution then i will be bound to take any legal action against airtel to get return back my existing number which is hold by a illegal way. Thanking you.

                      I have purchased airtel secure. company give 18000 handset courage. my handset accidently damaged.but company give me ber amount 9330
                      Airtel 3g always no tower.
                      its shows only emergency calls only
                      3g tower come for only two days n
                      other days no tower n emergency calls.
                      I don't really have words to scold about the worst internet service provided by Airtel. Such a big company is not even able to give a basic internet service is shameful to the entire Telecom industry, we paid for the service but the service is not offered properly what section to book in ipc for this ?

                        Dear consumer complaints team,

                        Around 2+ months back, we initialized a service complaint to airtel. We humbly requested them to convert our postpaid connection to prepaid because for using 1-2 gb of internet we were getting more than 700+ inr bill every month.

                        So we went to airtel gallery in kalyan city (The gallery is situated near kalyan station), mumbai, maharashtra. My dad requested the representative to convert postpaid to prepaid, to which representative said, sir it will be done in 3-4 working days and in some cases it will take 1 week. He agreed and said 'ok'. After 2-3 days, we received call from airtel representative, she asked us why we wanted to convert from postpaid to prepaid. Upon our answer she said fine sir, i'm processing your request, it will take 2-3 business days.

                        2-3 passed by and we got no response. While at the end of the month on the billing date airtel slapped us with around 786 rs bill.

                        For this bill issue, we went to the gallery, the representative said, sir your service have been disbarred for non bill payment. We failed to understand why the bill came at the first place, when we can placed conversion request..?? Anyways, after 1 month, we have been receiving constant follow up and harrassments from customer care and today (5th april, 2018), airtel sent one of their representative in our house to ask us why haven't we paid bill? To this we replied that we has raised the request for conversion, so how did the bill came in the first place?

                        We request consumer forum, to please look into this and help us with closure of this case to waive off this amount being put to us by wrong malpractises and permanently remove our number from airtel postpaid because airtel representative have been calling us frequently for paying 2500+ rs bill, while we had officially told them to make it prepaid long 3-4 months back and we haven't even used the dongle since last few months, as the service have been disbarred, since we received the first bill of 786 rs.

                        Looking forward for quick resolution.

                          I have ported my number from vodafone and iam getting very low network in my phone not only my phone all airtel users who's using airtel in my area and internet also getting slow when i called the customer care service they said they have registered a complain and 1 week gone still waiting for fix but airtel customer service didn't response also iam getting this sign in to network notification hope airtel will response soon.

                            I have an airtel postpaid plan since 2004. I have never faced any issue except visiting matheran. Airtel's network never worked, however, recently since last 6 months i'm getting worst experience with airtel network.

                            Wherever i go the experience is same. I have to try at least 5 times to connect or talk. Sometimes i don't hear the opposite caller, other times he can't hear me. Many time it can't connect. At times it disconnects abruptly!

                            In fact, everyone in my family is experiencing the same issue with the airtel network.

                            In spite of complaining many times, there is no solution from airtel. I have never come across such bad experience with any other company.

                            We're planning to switch the service provider. Any suggestions?

                              After a several days i used my airtel sim... I just found that my whole balance had been deducted by airtel, i have around 95 ruppes on my airtel sim.

                              I haven't opt for any deduction of balance from a/c and never asked for any other a/c.
                              I called several times on customer care numbers 121, 198 and spoke about 2 hours but they couldn't answer why the balance got deducted. Even when i am trying to register complaint they put me on indefinite hold. Customer service representative manager even transferred my call to gprs technical department which nothing to do with the balance deductions. Until now i didn't receive any reply on the same nor did i get the balance. This is the worst customer service experience i had with the airtel. I am using airtel from past 4 years and what i get is the disappointment and worst customer service. I am considering porting to other service providers.

                                Mastipack was activated in my mobile without my request or knowledge. Another pack was activated and renewed without my request previously which i had canceled without any refund from airtel.
                                They must be doing this on quite a large scale on unsuspecting customers and pilfering from their accounts.
                                Kindly look into this irresponsible and dishonourable practices by airtel.

                                  I have recharge my mob. No. Today date 5 april 2018 with airtel rs 399 which earlier was suppose to give 84 days validity but nothing of this is seen after recharge. It's show only 1.4gb data available and validity is 6 april 2018. What is this? I want my data/money back. I lost my money and the company is benifitted. Because the company is not affected by our complaint. It will only remain as a sentence readily available for everyone to observe. Cheap means to cheat people.

                                    I am being overcharged on my prepaid calls.. For a call per minute, I'm being charged more than a rupee ! This is ridiculous ! Airtel, you'll owe me an explanation as to why am I being overcharged ? If this continues, I'm going to have to discontinue with Airtel services and switche to another mobile network .

                                      Sir, I generated UPC for portability to switch Airtel N/W.But your Airtel store, Gokulam-Mathikere office not accepted my port because they demanding ₹500 First recharge.Recharge is my wish, I never recharge through anyshop or agency.I have internet banking I do my recharge.why your
                                      Airtel office demanding forcibly recharge.I need port SIM.Kindly take action or I put same in Facebook and Twitter.Hope you will resolve my problem.

                                        Actually i'm currently using airtel prepaid sim and it's currently in 448/- plan. Unlimited calls, unlimited sms, 1.4 gb/day. Now the issue is i couldn't see live tv on hotstar app, which redirects automatically from airtel tv app. It displays a message saying it is accessable only on airtel network (I'm using airtel sim only for internet). Please check the above issue and let me know as soon as possible.
