Hello sir/madam -

I'm getting unwanted calls from the below numbers. The phone rings once or twice, and the call is disconnected. This is happening during the night as well - 4 am, and through the day at different times. The number is different everytime, and it always starts with +91172.

    I recently ordered for new airtel 4g sim to upgrade my existing 3g sim, online and i got it delivered in a day. I followed the instructions to activate the new sim.

    Dear customer, we have received your request for sim change on airtel mobile. Please do not proceed if you don't have a new airtel sim with you. For your account security and to avoid any banking or financial fraud, sms services will not work on your mobile for next 24 hrs. To confirm for sim change, reply with 1.

    Congratulations! Your new sim no has been activated for your airtel mobile.

    — but please note that the sim number is wrong in the above reply.. The last character 'u'[protected]u) is omitted.

    When i insert my new 4g sim it is not showing network.

    Please suggest me what i can do and help me my new sim card is activated. Right now i am in a situation that i cannot use my old sim and as well as new sim. Please help me in this regard.

      It has been long since a mobile tower of airtel and vodafone in our residential area has been consuming people's health over years. A lot of sleep disorders have been dragging people from everyday problems such as concentration problems to major problems such as cancer, diabetes-related, mental disorder, tumor and so many other life threatening problems we will face.
      The problem is mostly detoriating health of people of this area who can't seen to even get an undisturbed sleep and that makes the problems worse. I ask you for immediate help. Please kindly consider the complaint.

          [protected] is my airtel number i am here to file a complaint regarding auto renewal of net recharge. I have complained many times regarding this recharge but the airtel keep recharging from there behalf and my balance automatically deducted. I have complained so many times. I had a talk with customer care they have told me that this won’t happen again as they have stop the services so that auto renewal won’t happen but the deduction was keep going on after that and it has effected me mentally and economically do the right full or else i have to complaint about this in consumer caurt. As soon as possible.

            4g internet speed is very poor in our area... Very decreasing since last one month... I have a already raised complaint about this... But your customer care told network is still installing wait for some more days... It's already been so many days... My friends having the same problem... Plz do the needful immiadiatly.. Others wise have to select other network

              I have open airtel payment bank. My offer shows first time transaction cashback 75 rs but i didn't get cash back..
              So please so please tell me your scheme is it true or fake because am i feeling false airtel services.
              Then i didn't tell to other people of airtel service are true..

                Urgent need your help. Sir my mobile no is [[protected]], i am from jaipur rajasthan. Last week i made a request for porting of my no. From aircel to airtel. Airtel confirmed by sms that you hv received and verified my identification and soon your sim will start working.. Now i am travelling and presently in jaipur. Aircel already closed their services and still your sim is not working.. What type of service you are providing sir??? How can i carry on my work now?? Kindly do something asap.. Thanks and regards.                   I think beauty is the only criteria for selecting employees at the airtel stores.
                  I ported my jio number [protected] to airtel and services started from 23/3/2018. From the day my services started i am just able to use net and incoming calls are coming on my number but i am unable to make any outgoing call. The call simply ends up as soon as i dial the number.
                  I made complaint on airtel customer care number, but no proper support provided to me. I went to airtel store, ratanlal nagar, kanpur office from where i applied to port my number to airtel, but from there also 7 days have come to an end but no proper support have been provided and now even network have gone from my mobile and it is just showing (Emergency calls only). I have even checked the sim card on other mobiles, but it shows the same problem each time. The two lady employees working there gave me a new sim card and said that it will start working in next 4 hours. But now 2 days have come to an end but the sim is not working and those ladies are continously telling a lie that they submitted all the details but when i talked to customer care, it clearly said that no sim upgradation request have been submitted.
                  I have made a recharge of 230 the day my services started and have additional balance of 14 rupees but still i am facing this problem. Is this the way airtel works than frankly speaking reliance jio is much better than airtel and i will switch back to it again if my problem is not resolved as soon as possible.
                  Not only this, in response to your poor service you provided to me, i will also port my other airtel numbers which my family uses (2 prepaid and 1 postpaid).

                    I purches sorrel secure mobile insurance on sorrel connection, now my hand set is damaged and air 4th else was hiding face by denying passing claims and presenting annourmous reasons. They were charging for ok nsurance and now not even putting any concern to attend. I made claim not only for replacement but made claim as i was eligible to replace or repair.

                      My mobile no is [protected] use this prepaid for phone calls etc. Even i use to recharge for full talk time. Today suddenly i received 2 messages message 1: laila service has been renewed on your airtel [protected]@rs15.0 for 7days. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223 message 2: ask a doctor service has been renewed on your airtel [protected]@rs30.0 for 6days. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223 kindly look into the matter. I am really willing to continue my airtel no for calls, but if this loot is not rectified i will have to rethink for better and honest dealers. Awaiting your prompt response.

                        I got my airtel number recharged with ₹25 by paytm on 28th march, 2018. And my balance subsequently got deducted till 29th march, 2018. On calling the customer care one of them said that it has been deducted because of an international message been sent at pakistan and i was amazed because i did not message anyone on international base and on requesting him to kindly see the confusion he said he would check if there is an error. Next day again 5₹ got deducted from my account and on calling the customer care, he started arguing and tried to prove me wrong. The striking part is neither did i message anyone abroad nor do i have connections beyond indian boundaries. I am really concerned what happened to my number where are the messages being sent and how even when i did not text a single thing outside india. I myself don't know about it. I mistakenly received a call on 28th evening by +83 and since then this all is happening. I went to the airtel store and there they said the message history is deleted. Like seriously? Do you want a history of the things undone? Do you people mean that your customer is lying? Why would i argue with you and waste my time if i would have certainly done it. Why will i sit at the store waiting for my problems to be heard? Just for my amusement? Not for the sake of enjoyment for sure i would entertain myself with these things! Adding to this, for 20₹ or 25₹? I am a regular customer of airtel including my family. This is the first time something like this happened. Neither i nor my family has connections abroad. How did this happen? I am, myself freaking out. No children or no one touches the phone and surely not by fault a person may text multiple times. What is then getting me into this trouble? I ain't crazy right that i'll text someone sitting outside india and delete my message history and stroll to the store then freak out and get myself in this concussion. I've no engrossment and time to get into this mess and pull you people. And they are telling me the digits of the number to where the message has been sent and the time. Woah! That means i am lying and you have the details so you are true. Try and understand i did no message anyone abroad. Kindly fix the issue and go through a proper checkup of the issue. I hope i don't get to hear the same story by you. I look forward for your cooperations unlike the people sitting at customer care and the store to resolve problems and not blame, argue and behave rashly with customers. If same, happens i would probably be a dissatisfied customer and disheartened by your services and acts. I would have to shut down the airtel number and the poor services and mishappenings i went through past 2 days.

                          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] for ₹ 448 twice erroneously within 4 days from my airtel account of [protected] during recharging for my number [protected]. This has been done by wrong clicking. I am a senior citizen you can understand the problem. I request your kind office to refund ₹448, or otherwise extend the expiry date of plan for prepaid no.[protected]. Further i had to recharge again my no. [protected] from my airtel account.

                          This can be verified from my airtel account.

                            Dear service provider

                            My number [protected] - bsnl to airtel mnp on 02.03.2018.

                            Activated on 09.03.2018,

                            09.03.2018 to till date and time incoming calls not activated.

                            I speak to 121 customer care in past 20 days above, but not solve my problem.

                            2 times i change my sim as per your 121 engineer advise but problem not solved.

                            2 times i am conduct in local airtel store in chennai and coimbatore. But not solve my problem..

                            What can i do.?

                              I am using a airtel number with the tariff plan of rs.999. As per the tariff plan i got one child plan free of cost. Last month i gone through the itemized billing i came to know that in the itemized billing the tariff plan against my number was mentioned 700 and against the child connection plan of 299 was mentioned.

                              When i made a complaint to airtel, they accepted the mistake but not ready to correct the previous bills which were wrongly generated.

                              Actually this is a case of wrong representation of the data to the customer and government both. This is for the information and necessary action.

                                  My airtel balance was deducted saying the below.

                                  Gamez4fun service has been renewed @ rs 35.0 for 7day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in

                                  Only god knows when i have activated the so called service. As soon as i received the message i deactivated the service expecting more foul play from airtel. I called the customer care (Took me 15mins to contact) to enquire about this and they replied they cannot check the details as the service was already deactivated.

                                  This is not the first time that this kind of fraud happened to me from airtel. Even last month they deducted 15/- saying that i have activated something that too around 2.30 am in the night (When i am in deep sleep). I checked that message next evening and was busy with my work and forgot to raise a complaint.

                                  Customer service is a joke in airtel. Worst network in india.

                                    I hate taken this data card no [protected] as advance rental in 10/08/2017 closing date to 09/02/2018 in between this period i hate use this data card service the had promise to me above 10 Mbps so but i received only 4 Mbps so i am not satisfied in this service so i visited between in this period to air tel showroom to closing this service in the sales person in the air tel near sourastra high school kamarajarsalai Madurai they had inform me this advance rental plan cant able to close this service at this time so the had requested me to come on the after six month so cant able to visit the air tel showroom closing time so without my conformation without my knowledge the advance rental plan had been renewal on the to 2018. i cant able to make the payment of rupees 5712 i had given cancellation request on 26/03/2018 ref no 84322238 so complaint still in open condition only so i ready to make the payment 1582 rs from the outstanding amount so i needed the cancellation immediately i needed permanent solution

                                    So no ready to make the payment i utilities your service so i ready to make the payment of 1582 i want stop your service right now not ready to make the payment of 4130

                                    sorry i cant able to attend the call from the cancellation team due to my busy work

                                    And i am your best customer i used the broad band service[protected] at 4 years i transfer request given your team but impossible in the new area
                                    my air tel number [protected] number also postpaid and my whole family used only air tel for long time.

                                      I have done the mnp process on march 17 th 2018, from idea network to airtel, still now my sim is not registered under airtel network. How did i get my sim, when i call my number it shows that number does not exists, please check the number you have dailed. I will suffer for the mnp process. All my bank accounts will be linked to that number bro. Can you please advise me how can i get the number. Thank you soo much. If you want any details regarding sim last numbers like that kindly reply to this mail. Waiting for reply as soon as you saw this mail reply me please. Once again thank you soo much for your network.

                                        Ear nodal team,

                                        I would like to bring it your notice that i have ordered my phone (S9+) on 24mar2018 through airtel online store which was scheduled to be delivered on 30 mar2018.

                                        While checking the status on the delivery in the online portal, the phone was out for delivery on 29mar. Later in the evening the portal showing that the order was returned to the facility for no reason. I tried retrieving the contact details of the executive but couldn't. Later the next day on 30mar, the order was out for delivery again. Till late night nobody contacted for delivery. Around 1930, got a call from 1 of the executive that the order cannot be delivered today as the phone is still at the facility. I insisted to deliver it on the same day as we have plans to go out my personal reasons. Later he didn't turnup for delivery.

                                        I tried contacting him today i. E 31mar2018, he is stating that the cannot be delivered in the morning as the server is unable and shall hold the delivery till the server is back online.

                                        I have ordered the phone according to my feasibility and availability at home. Now things are turning up out of control and we are moving out of town. The executive is answering in unprofessional manner and has given some number for escalation. Whereas in truecaller that number belongs to third party agency for online shopping.

                                        I tried contact the nodal office and the appellate team, but nobody was answer the call, the customer service team of 121 are saying that they require 24 hrs for the escalation and look into the same.

                                        I am getting reasons that the issue of some other department and shall look into it. All i am concerned is that i have ordered my phone through airtel and airtel is answerable for me. I am no were concern which department the negligence is happening.

                                        Kindly find the details of my order below.

                                        I had applied for Airtel Samsung note 8, and paid 9490 down payment with order number 10037605 against mobile number [protected] on 12th June.Today the delivery person came and after doing KYC and signing NACH form he told me that the migration of prepaid number to postpaid is not possible so the phone cannot be delivered. My question is ...are you making fool o[censored]s.If was really so then before making the down payment your system should rejected it..even you took 4 days to deliver..in this time span you should have informed this to me.I am waiting for about 4/5 without a handset I would have purchased from outside..This is very unprofessional act of Airtel..
