I have been sending email to airtel customer support ([protected]@airtel.com) for the past 3 days till now i didn't get proper response from them.

Below is my concern with airtel:

Could you please help me on this. I am using airtel number [protected] and i have activated international roaming on my mobile. I will be in abroad for next five years and i am using this number only to receive otp messages. Currently monthly i am paying nearly 450 rs for this connection which is huge amount (Considering my stay of 5 years abroad). Just to keep my number active as i don't to loose this number.

Could you please give me some other plan which is less compared to this or i might have to force myself to change my service provider.

Below is the last mail i drafted to customer support this is my last try, if you cant provide proper service to your customer then we have to go the harsh way.

Its been two days i am following up with you for some solution. If this customer support is to provide resolutions and still if i am not getting response then i am not going to pay my bill from this month. You can deactivate my connection and i use this mail chain as reference for further communication between us.

I stress on word that i am not going to pay my bill from this month as i didn't get any update or response from you. Any charges that you impose on me i wont be liable.

I want changed my postpaid airtel connection into prepaid connection and i submitted an application in airtel service center on 15 02 2018 and payed my total amount of bill but my connection of sim card not deactivated and the company of airtel send me again new bill

I have face network problem for a long time and I complained about it to airtel customer care many time but my problem not solved.l spent money for good service not for bad services.plz take action to solve my problem.

    Please note that on 20.09.2017 I had surrendered my above DATA Card through Airtel Customer Care Service over phone no.121. It was confirmed by the concerned officer over phone that my Data Connection will be disconnected with in 24 hours and upto the disconnection, a proportionate bill will be sent to me. Accordingly I had received a proportionate bill for Rs.2360/-( against my monthly rentals of Rs. 4000/- plus tax) under Bill no.[protected] dated 13.10.2017 and the same was duly paid by me on 27.10.2017 by cash. Please note that I have not at all used the DATA card from the date of surrender i.e. 20.09.2017.
    From 1st week of January'2018 I have been receiving repeated phone calls from Airtel office saying that there is huge outstanding amount of around Rs. 14000/- and then I immediately wrote a letter to them on 15.01.2018 and informed that I had already surrendered my Data Card Connection on 20.09.2017 and upto the date of surrender I have cleared the amount of the bill on 27.10.2017. During last 2 months I have received a number of phone calls saying that around Rs. 14000/- - Rs 16000/- is outstanding. I have repeatedly clarified the matter but nothing has been done at their end.
    I would request your good-self to kindly take strong action against the telecom company, who is deliberately harassing me inspite of the repeated clarification.

      I am using airtel for the more than 9 years, after introduction of the 199 pack ul calls and 1gb/day, the network got worse than ever. Calls and data are not getting connected. To add these even call is getting connected in between its voice break and blank out voice is happening.

      Even i complained to airtel customer care about that, they are saying that there is an up gradation going on and it will be resolved within 3 days. It has been two months now. Still the same issue is there.

        I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 15th feb 2018 from my chandni chowk shop by an airtel executive comes with an airtel full year plan of rupees 10150/- which gives me airtel phone free modem and free installation. At the time of booking they r saying they will install it 2 days but till now nothing happen and no action taken by airtel company..           I purchase wifi hotspot device on 23rd feb paying 1000 rupees, from the day1; i couldn't find signal for the device in my area. The
          Registered wifi number is [protected].

          After raising service request emails and thru calls, they say this issue will be fixed by may 30th. I am completely depended on internet as i work from home mostly, when i ask for the refund of money so i can purchase some other service or i am asking for transfer the money of that hotspot to airtel modem. For both the request there is not proper response. When they are selling it, all the response are immediate then why don't they respond for the problems as well with the same sincerity.

          Very worst experience! I want the solution immediately.

            When i talked customer care initially said we will refund all the money, what we deduct from your main balance.
            But theyonly credited 99, 99=198 only refund, the balance 348/- we cannot give to you they said like this. And customer care talked harsly and simply the cut the phone
            Kindly refund balance amount, how we keep amount in future for emergency purpose.

              Following crisis in aircel, i am trying to switch from aircel prepaid to airtel prepaid. I have got the port code from aircel.

              Airtel showroom is refusing my prepaid request and asking me to take a postpaid connection. They say that prepaid connections are technically not feasible now.

                My number is [protected] (Assam). I ported from jio to airtel. Inserted the sim it shows network but when i dial 59059 the call gets disconnected. Services still haven’t got activated, called customer care from other number but they are not helping either. No response to the mail either. I am roaming in rajasthan currently and stuck with such bad service.

I have called multiple times during last two months to customer care to resolve this issue, but no solution from their end.

                    We have approached your outlet many times for porting number : old (Aircel) [protected] to Airtel. Still they could not resolve my problem. They are telling it takes only 7 days it takes to port. But the same has taken more than 15 days still I could not get the connectivity for pre-paid.
                    This is the way the outlets are functioning. Now I am unable to view all my callers. This is nothing but deficiency in your service. Please activate the sim for which I have already paid Rs. 270/- which is nothing but looting the customers.

                    Please activate immediately else I may resort to complaining to TRAI. Hope you will not give scope for such unpleasantness and resolve the problem immediately.

                      Before going out of India, i had opted for International roaming by paying INR 1199 + 149 (for activation) and is valid for 10 days, Internet 3Gb data and voice call 250 min free etc.
                      activated the connection on 28/1/2018 and returned on 5/2018, it was a 9 days trip to Australia. on the day of my arrival to india i get a message from AIRTEl that i have exceed the amount is 6925. Appx.and it was shocked.
                      later recevied the bill and check that i have used 5.5 GB (in Bill) and customer care person says that i have used 3, 5 GB.
                      My concern is whole month (30 days) local i donot use more than 5 GB of data, but when i visited International Roaming in just 9 days i used 3.5GB ? how is this happen? it is really shocked and feeling bad that such a reputed company can do like this to me.
                      I raised complaint to airtel customer care, but they say i need to pay this amount, but they are not ready to understand my problem and provide solution.
                      Then i decided it this 2nd time it is happening, let port to other service provider

                            I have tried all the possible ways to change my mpin. As i have forgoten it.

                            Also tried with both the solutions provided in the help section of the airtel money app and found they didn't work out.

                            When i make a call to 400 they ask to enter mpin at the beginning which i have already forgotten hence unable to connect with the customer care.

                            Please help me resolve this issue asap

                              Hi, my office in in mount tower, mount poonamalle road, ramapuram signal, chennai. I could see there is a tower nearby, but for some reason me and my colleagues have been getting this issue of intermittent connectivity for calls and 4g data. I get messages of missed calls.. But can't get any calls when i'm in office in 3rd floor, mount tower. Many of my colleagues are facing this issue and most of thinking of switching to vodafone through number portability. Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Upc code was generated but due to executive's mistake my no. Is being shown as inactive. Now upc code is not being generated due to system issue. Please help.

                                  Today on 28-feb-18, i tried to recharge my mobile no [protected] with recharge of rs 399 for which balance was deducted twice. But when i asked airtel customer care to refund my additional rs 399 back to my credit card i got a response "your validity is 140 days and money will not be refunded". I don't need a validity of 140 days i want my money refunded back to my sbi card.
                                  Case 2
                                  Similar incident happened with me while paying bill of rs 589 for airtel dongle [protected]. Money is deducted but bill is not paid.
                                  This has happened with me for fourth time. I think and feel that this a planned loot and dacoity by airtel team. To increase their revenues they are cheating common public. This is what thieves do.
                                  I want both my rs 399 refunded as well as rs 589 refunded as early as possible, without which this resolution cannot be completed

                                    This is regarding my postpaid number 9030xxx323. As per the mail which sent by airtel team. Rental discount of 50rs activated to my account on 13th oct 2017 for 6 months. I have the email confirmation on the same. Today i checked my bills and i came to know that they didn't implement that.

                                    This is completely cheating customer. They are telling some thing and they are implementing some other thing.

                                    I am not digesting this cheating,

                                    Please look into the issuer and do the needful.

                                      I get at least 2 calls a day asking if i wish to port my number to airtel. I blocked the number from which they were calling and they are calling from the different number and disturbing me during meetings and office hours. Though requesting many times to remove my number from their list as mine is an official number and i dont have the privileged to port it to other network. They say ok but call again the next day. This is really distubing and disguisting to see that a company like airtel does not update their database and call the same customer everyday to irritate them. I would submit a legal complain on it if the problem is not addressed. I could be contacted on the email id mentioned below in case of any query.

                                        Iam getting voice signal but am unable to get data for my mobile ..if iam inside my home to use data every time i have to come out on roads ... from past 8 years am using airtel but from past 6 months it is getting worse ...please note this issue and rectify ... location: yanamalkuduru konda, saibaba temple, 4th cross
