Not receiving otp from any service provider like bank, email, others. Also not receiving voice calls at times.

Airtel supervisor priya bansode, maharashtra provided airtel complaint ticket number [protected].

No response after that.

Have raised port out request and very next second i got a call from [protected] and they have promised to resolve otp complaint within 48 to 72 hours.

I hope it is resolved sooner as otp are must.

    Hi,

    Airtel is one of the most worst and fraud network service in india. The reason why i am telling this is that of worst data speeed, but false advertisement that they are the fastest, smartphone friendly and even claim to download gb data in minutes in ad.

    I have pre paid for 2.5gb/day offer. Even though i have full range in 4g network speed is very slow! I phoned customercare service and each time they said that issue is temporary and they will fix in hours. I am tired of calling them.

    Please refer to attachment of 4g speed, at full range! Even slower that 3g or same speed as 2g. Not able to use 2.5gb witb this speed. Very bad service and fraud. If its coverage issue i can understand range is at full bar and even customercare said good data netwtok is there.

    Very bad service and nothing like what the advertise. False advertising and fraud, cheating customers.

      Your representative installed hd box on[protected] not given remote took away the old box charged rs 700. My complaint was that he should return excess money taken from me but not attended till now.
      The hd box which was installed has stopped working today. Although i have made a complaint on your phone [protected]. I request you to attend my complaint on priority basis and up to satisfaction to me.

        As I have ported my number from vodaphone to Airtel, porting msg everything I had got and the vodaphone phone sim got deactivated d next morning I inserted the Airtel sim it’s showing as no service, it’s already 3 days am not able to get the service.what the Airtel people are doing no idea.

          I am using my airtel number [protected] only for voice calls on international roaming in syria from last two days. The total usage must not exceed 40 to 45 minutes of outgoing or incoming calls. However, i have been charged with rs 21000 in last two days. Please check your records. It is not possible for such huge amount. No services should stop on my number. I'll be using the same number for another 10 months in syria. I cant pay such huge amount without any valid usage of number. Please check the same at your end and reduce the billing amount.

            I deposited money to airtel bank to recharge my airtel number [protected], they let me credit the amount but are not letting me debit, it keeps saying 'debit not allowed' what the hell is this? If debit is not allowed the why did they let me credit in the first place? Now my money is stuck and airtel won't reply. Jio has kicked their butt so now they have decided to scam consumers to make money it seems.

              double payment of bills

              I was paying my bill of rs.335 from airtel mobile app. On first time of payment i didn't get an update so i did second time again. After that i got a message of amount being deducted twice from my cbi account... Please refund my excess account. I haven't recieved any update from airtel side regarding my payment. Hope to see resolved as soon as possible...

              Hi, my airtel app shows me new offer of 448 plan. But i am unable to activate that plan with my main balance.
              I have balance of rs456. I called customer service for help but they told me some recharge can be done by using main balance.
              But why some recharge can't done. May be that recharge amount company used for black money.
              Why should i spend money when i have balance in my mobile.

                They approached me for porting out from vodafone to airtel. They initially said that wynk music subscription is free, but after porting out we found that the same is chargeable. We approached the customer care for this, but they inspite of responding to our complaint said that it is only an offer & we should approach wynk directly in order to check d matter & not airtel. Regret choosing airtel

                  This is with reference to the incompletion of installation of a new airtel dth connection regarding customer id [protected]. A payment of ₹1777 was made through a debit card on 21 february 2018 at around 10:30 p. M. I have been getting calls from airtel everyday since then that an engineer will call me and fix a time for the services to be made, but no call from any engineer or technician has been received yet. They even said that i don't need to call again, and that i will definitely recieve the call from the engineer. Really didn't know that a company such as this needs to be complaint for. Not only that, i myself have made contact with them over 3 times, but no result. I hope the matter gets resolved as soon as possible because the tv is no more than a box to us right now. Who can imagine not having a tv these days.

                    This has reference to my airtel mobile no - [protected], i like to inform you that i am housewife and taken prepaid connection from airtel since long and as an when it require for recharging i am doing that.
                    On 24th jan'18, i have recharged for rs.100/-. But i am surprised to note that inspite of having my balance when i wanted to make a urgent call, it is showing no balance and again i have recharged for rs.24/- (On 24.02.2018) at 6.47pm and given a miscall only (At around 7pm) to my daughter's m. No-[protected]. After that have seen balance is showing only rs.7/-.

                    Now it is very clear to me that airtel company just misusing the customers amount which are lying.

                    So i will be highly oblige if you kindly do the necessery action asap.

                      Airtel is incapable of providing a very basic voice service to their mobile customers. They are very much busy in looting money from the customer for the service which they did not provided.

                      There is no option in their voice / web support (Feedback and ombudsman links never work in their we site) to raise service related complaints.

                      As a resident of haralur, bangalore area, airtel network is pathetic since mid of jan 2018. As mentioned earlier, there is no option to raise this complaint. With great difficulty we have raised complaint on 10th feb 2018 but till now they did not taken any efforts to fix the issue

                      Whomever planning to go airtel, please think twice.

                        I am using airtel for last 10 years. I have taken a plan for 4 g but net connectivity in my mobile is 2g for last 15 days.
                        I am unable to use my internet connection for office work as it is 2g and very slow while i am paying for 4g.
                        I have talked to airtel customer care several times but no outcome. Kindly lodge my complaints and get me reversed my rentals for this month as it is providing 2g connectivity after lots of complaints in airtel customer care.

                          I have recently ported my airtel mobile number from andhra pradesh to karnataka. From that day, i'm not able to recharge my number through any means. Even i raised a complaint in airtel office. I'm going to that store and asking for updates daily. Still no solution. It didn't get resolved. Now, there is no balance, internet, nothing. Its being so disgusting to have a sim with which i cannot do anything.

                            Deactivating renewal of services from last week. Even called your worthless customer care for deactivation still you are emptying my balance... It's 3 rd time you did it. You will soon get the hall of shame award for most fraudent company of india. And your 4 g... Dolphin 2 is better than yours. No signal no internet so why i need to use it. To see you snatching money? I am quitting airtel if you don't recover my balance. Even your customer care confirmed deactivatiim still getting charged... For using your services? Or opting for you? I am being rude as it's right way to deal with you. Requesting you is like i don't want to say.

                            And i know niether you will return my balance nor reply..

                              Its been 3 weeks since i asked to upgrade my 3g to 4g and yet its not able to upgrade i asked the store to help me with my issueand they told me to go to airtel office. They said that the sim registered was from a different person so i asked them to change it to mine, the people from the office told me to wait for 1 week and there is still no changes. I hate you airtel

                                I got micro sim for my existing airtel no. [protected] on 22nd feb after inserting the new sim it was showing no sim detected and also tried in other headset but it didnt work. And i went and same airtel store (Vidyaranapura) they checked the new sim provides and told that it was a defective sim and provided me with new sim on 24 th and told that it would be activated in 4 hours but nothing happend still they have not actived the number. I have visited the store 4 times but still it is not done. Pls do the need full its been 2days that my sim is inactive. And no postive respose

                                  This is the support i got from airtel for an international roaming bill compliant i have registered.

                                  I have been to italy in november last week and first week of december. The day i landed (25th november) i used my mobile for informing my parents about my safe reach as i haven't inserted my matrix sim that i bought from airport. After 2 days, on 28th i received a call from airtel customer care excutive informing about an ir plan which cost me only 649 rupees and i have utilized on the day i arrived. Having a discussion about 5-7 minutes i said ok to activate the plan, if that's free of cost. I was so happy that airtel gave me free so dead cheap ir plan.

                                  After a month i have received bill of 14k rupees. So, i have opened a case with airtel on the same to check why i have charged a huge amount of bill. I have called the airtel customer care and asked why i have charged so m8uch, that person infirmed the plan that was activated is per day plan not onetime plan, which was a wrong information provided by the customer care executive when i was in italy. I have explained the same to the person and he said he can see some miscalculations and he will open a case and revert me back.

                                  After few days, i new bill got generated with 9k and they have informed me that i was charged double for few days and they reverted it back. (Same kind of issue has been faced by one of my colleague when he has been for france, he was charge double) if someone doesn't pay attention, will be end up paying amount that they are not supposed to.

                                  Now i have asked them on the call that i have received on the 28th of november 2017. I have requested them to listen to the recordings about the information i was provided over the call and i am sure that the prson told me its one time charge but never informed me that its onetime per day. Remember i have my matric sim with me for communication. After several calls and escalation to higher level and nodel department, they have said the statement since you have used airtel services during your visit you have to pay. They were reluctant to go ahead and check the call that i have received. I have told them that i am ready to pay around 4k but not 9k as i have used the services that i have used because of the wrong information that i have been provided by someone from airtel customer care executive.

                                  They have barred my incoming calls thrice. And i ahd to wall to airtel store to get that fixed. The third time they have confirmed that they wont be activating the services until unless i pay the bill of 10k. I have been without incoming calls for around 2 days and i had to pay the bill which i shouldn't be paying.

                                  It took almost 2 months and i have been charged late payment fee for both the months even there was a dispute in the old bills.

                                  Resolution: airtel should reverse the bill generated for all the ir charges that i used for the period from 28th november to 8th decmeber and the late payment fees that were levied.

                                    On feb 2nd 2018 i submitted my all the documents to airtel office jayanagar to migrate my no. From postpaid to prepaid, they have given me new sim saying within 2 days of time it will be done & i have to clear my all the balance pending till 2nd feb2018. They told me 640 rs is due. I paid that bal online. They said to wait for 2 days u ll get a call from cust care. I waited 1 week & didt recieve any call... Again i visited again they asked all the story & said ur 500 unbilled amount is there & u have to clear the bal 1st & then ur docs can be processed further. They were not ready to migrate my no. Before paying the 500 unbilled amount which i never used & they have forced me to pay the 500 unbilled amount. Still they have dragged me for 3more weeks to get it done after migrated to prepaid they forgot my 500rs and not willing to refund after several complaints & visits

                                    Airtel customer care in jayanagar blr branch are pathetic& least bothered to help the customer care specially when its closing time. I visited there to migrate my postpaid no to prepaid on 2nd feb2018. I submitted all the required docs & paid the bill till 2nd feb2018 there itself. They issued me new sim card saying it will be activated in 2 days & i shd receive a call on that. After waiting for 1 week again i visited there then they have come up with unbilled amount of 500 rs & confirmed that once i get my prepaid done this bal will be credited to me & forced me to pay that amount before that they were not ready to migrate my no to prepaid. I paid, they said to wait for 2 more days. After calling several times to customer care they were not able to ans that why its delaying. After they have dragged my issue to 3 more weeks. I was doubting this before only that, because they are not willing to give my overpaid 500rs bal they are dragging it for 3more weeks simply. Now finally i got my prepaid after 3weeks & as expected they are saying no to my 500 rs, as its delayed from cust care’s end i need my 500 rs bal back, i also want to complain for the ignorance of my mail several times & dragging just to eat my 500 rs. Please help me asap

                                      I got message on my mobile saying ' international roaming rentall rs.99/- deducted from your account.
                                      I am abroad in uae for few months, but this is the 1st time, my charges got deducted. Why this deduction?

                                      Also, i am making sure that i do 'outgoing' call atleast once in 2 months to avoid falling my number in 'non usage of 90 days' clause.

                                      Can you please explain this?
