I have been using airtel services for more than a decade now and want to continue this relationship
However my experience now with dth customer care is forcing me to request for connection surrender, below are my complaint numbers, on 11th i was having trouble in viewing few channels hence i called customer care from my registered mobile number [protected] (Husband name registered ankit saxena)
Cs executive did run some backend config post which none of the channel were visible, on my various follow up on many days one engineer came and he was asking me the issue and just told i m unable to find the issue after 2hrs of investigation, and it seems suddenly my connector, cable, setup box, dish everything gone wrong, i wonder how it was working before i called the customer care post thisday i keep calling customer care and only false info is being share which is shameful for a provider like airtel
From two days they are giving me fake committment sla and fone number over call with cs which are wrong, you can cross check todays number shared for engineer called prabhu [protected]
I am looking your support for strong action against fake information provided and immediate resolution

If no resolution is provided i would be forced to take this to consumer forum
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
