Hi,
Recently, airtel sales team called me and offered switch from idea to airtel. I have two numbers hence i bought a family package (799/month). Airtel has switched my single number only and even after repetitive request they are not handling my case and not switching my other number. Now i am paying two bills. One for airtel and other for idea. Its a complete forgery

Hello Sir/mam! I want to complain that some services are getting activated without our permission. They are charging heavily. I hope you look after this matter. Whenever we recharge the number the services take all the money and leaves none. I hope you find us a solution as soon as possible. Thank you!!!

    I am a airtel consumer and logged complaint in oct 2017 #80239093 & 82488198 for call drop & network fluctuation issue. Its been 5 months
    Still no resolution. I m not getting the service whch promised by airtel but i’m paying for it every month. Airtel is failed to provide service. Pathetic service provider in terms of service. They do no have any deadline or eta of my issue. Customer care respond are pathetic they just disconnect the call when you ask for escalation.

      Hi,

      Good morning,

      Here my issue regarding deduction of fund (Inr100) in my credit card from past 8 7 months as a smart pay and i have informed to airtel costumer care to deactivate that option, they are neglecting my complaint and not resolved from past 3 month. Every time when i call they tell we will take to higher authority and next time it wont repeat again. If not possible from there end they should send the notice to concerned bank (Hdfc) right, they have not doing that also.

      Please check on this and resolve my issue.

        One person are saying that I am from Airtel and I refund your mony he is asking my account number ATM Card Number and also asking me CVC number his mobile number is [protected]. That person is fraud Or what is this?

          I recharged rs.147 as per your scheme it's provide customer daily 1gb internet and unlimited calls. I am not able to use single kb of of internet in my 3g smartphone. Your customer executive asked me restart mobile, replace simcard, setup internet airtel configuration manually bla bla bla, i followed all instruction but result is zero, i didn't get resolve it.
          We are 12 colleague who recharge with same plan and all of them have same issue that in 3g smartphone internet is not working.
          Also this is issue is not limited to particular location.
          I am 101% sure it's your data issue with this plan and may be you have limited plan for 4g smartphone only.
          If you cannot solve it then i want my refund.

          When i contact your customer care executive they replied very carelessly that "our service works fine we can't help anything in this matter." even they don't have time to listen what actual problem is. They know very well that how to argue with customer and how to collect money from them only.

          One of the worst telecom service provider company i have seen. They are just group of cheater who only believes that do whatever but at the end company must in profit. To compete with jio they recently launched scheme rs. 147 in gujarat area.in this scheme they provides unlimited calling, unlimited data, 100 sms per day. Actually its totally fake scheme because they not provide internet service in 3g smartphone. When i interact with customer care they just replied very carelessly and unresponsive that at our end service works fine so we cant help you anything. I just followed all setting and instruction from them but after a week still same position. I didn't get any resolution yet. I mentioned complaint reference number below, with hope that if the company has any responsible persons than i can get resolution. But i don't expect. Because cheater has not any responsibility they just cheat their customer not more than it they can do better.

          Just want to aware all people and airtel user that as soon as possible port your number to jio or any other service providers. Otherwise you'll lost with your money with airtel always...

            Im from hyderabad in my area airtel 4g was worst even as 1g is good by other network i dnt knw wen vl b solve this problem which is i was facing last 3months my signals are too weak in hyderabad i was complaint abt this but no good response frm store. I hope some day solve this problem soon as possible otherwise we hve to portal to others network with all airtel customer i hve 9 airtel number in my family

              ‭+[protected]‬ this is my number issued on my name adithya iyer.

              I was using this number in ahmedabad and have kept this number active even though i travelled out of country. I dont understand why am i not receiving any incoming calls. Everytime anyone calls this number, it says incoming calls are barred on this number. Has this number being given to someone else?

                I have recharged my plan 200, at 23 january 2018 for month, but airtel send sms exiry date for 18 feb, 2018, i paid for one month. Without instructions and without permission, they have deducted rs.15 for late payment for last month.
                Recgharge is my choice and my own time going to watch for tv channals. They have forced to recharge before expiry date. If expired, they have silently deducted rs 15 for next time recharged. It is malpractices and cheated customer and corrupted way to earning money peoples. Already somany peoples cheated our country from bankers. Airtel silently cheated customer.

                  Recently i visited bhavna telecom (Airtel gallery in bhandup west, mumbai 400078). I asked about procedure of changing 3g to 4g she (Employee in gallery) rudely replied and were talking very rudely with anger. Also i don't get my work done and i returned. Also when i asked her that i will go to other telecom services and port my airtel to vodafone or any other she said go i don't care!.. Tell me this is the way ti talk... Also she was talking in cheap language.

                    On 16 feb i had interaction with mr. Mohd sayyed sufiyan ; one of your executive over 121 about plan change where he has confirmed me again and again that my rental discount of 200 rs which i was getting in earlier plan will be continued with new plan of 499 rs also. But when i got message from airtel ; no where mentioned about discount. Then i had a discussion with ms. Chandrakala and she has also confirmed about rental discount but i didn't get till now.

                    Today i had a talk around 5 times with 121 but 4 time call has been dropped from your end even i told not to cut the call and no one was ready to give complaint number. Even today also one of your executive told you will get rental discount with in 72 hours.

                    Really i was having lots of trust belief on airtel service but this time all went in vain. I am writing with last hope or else will move all my 7 nos to other service providers and please inform me clearly if it can not be done because now it's not matter of 200 rs but it's matter of false commitment & quality of your service.

                    I have 74 GB internet in Data Balance.And it gets added every month and gets carry forward but i am not able use even 1 GB as speed is very slow. so what is the use of that Data.Please stop making users fool. I am thinking to switch to other network if same is continued.

                      I applied for broadband connection on 12 Jan 18 so I called they ask me to pay the installation free so I said okay asked how should I pay they said need to pay through app or website use pcaf no. 4503068.

                      So I used that and paid ₹500. So I called let them know they asked me to pay like 1000 for installation. I said I didn't know that. They said they will revert the money to card payment made.

                      I asked okay, they ask me give them a plan so said₹1099

                      Then they asked for pic and Id proof and CHK copy they said send it through WhatsApp later a sales guy will come and take these things from you.

                      A technical guy came installed everything asked will he be taking the CHK said no he won't sale guy will come later.

                      I thought some would come and take the check but no one came. Waited more then a week but no one said they sent someone.

                      I wanted the plan for 6 months plan bill came out this 14 the no reversal of pymt was done no pymt was applied and asked to pay monthly payment which I didn't have clue of as i wanted 6 months plan.

                      So i texted that number in WhatsApp on 18 feb18 after seeing the bill whom I spoke to for connection replied need to visit nearest customer care centre. So I visited selaiyur Airtel showroom said we don't know what is needed to done.asked me to visit Gowriwakkam Airtel showroom gone there asked for help said can't do.

                      So he was able to contact that guy so I spoke with him said I will come to house and collect all your details tomorrow. So said okay.

                      He called unable to do anything. So he gave a number for other lady asked call
                      Called her said will call you back but didn't call. I tried calling her may time unable to reach as she was busy. pH no.[protected] it's more than 6 hrs.

                      So I have attached bill that came to me and bill of ₹500 that I paid that they said will be reversed back.

                      No action is being taken by anyone of them each one said I just need to switch the monthly to six month plan so I was ok then do it. But each one giving other person number.

                      Is this kind of services that you provide.
                      I just want it to be fixed no one came and check is still with me. No hard copy proffered they had taken.

                      So solve it ASAP

                      Pymt issue is resolved but still no connection on 22 feb 18 Airtel rep told that a guy will visit your home to CHK the connection. No one came. He called said sir there is problem in main hub. Asked if he will come to CHK connection is ok or said no I will not as there is problem in main hub need to allow three days.
                      It's more than three days still no connection.

                        As Cdma services of Tata Photon of Tata Docomo company had stopped from 31st Jan 2018 & they tie up with Airtel Co. for giving free Doongle & postpaid sim & AIrtel Co. call me many times in Jan month & provided me postpaid sim as on 22Jan, 2018 but couldn't provide me Doongle till date.They promised me that they will provide me a Doongle in 1week.
                        But 1month passed I didn't get the Doongle. They give me the postpaid sim by telling lie every time.I had already using the prepaid sim of Airtel, I don't need the postpaid sim.The Sim No. is [protected], if the bill comes in future of this sim then I will not going to pay the Bill as I not get the Doongle till date.I only taken this sim for internet usage.If after my complaint I will not get the Doongle within two or three Days then please cancelled this sim.Customer Care Executive No. is [protected] whom I do telephonic conversation 3 or 4times, they don't even tell me that till when I got the Doongle, everytime when I call they are giving only excuses, I have a lot o[censored]sage of net I am facing a lot of problems in my internet works.
                        Plz look into the matter & take serious action as such type o[censored]r executives are destroying the image of such highly reputed company.

                          I have made clear all the dues but my no [protected] and [protected] not activated . I have received the email from airtel to make the due payment For Rs 1968 and i have made as per email but after calling so many times and requested like anything as i am in so urgent need for activation otherwise will be in so trouble and will be so financial loss but still nos not activated after clearing all the dues. Last I have called to care, talked to Ms. Kapila Team Leader but they said due to technical issue no will not be activated till 72 hours. I am in urgent need for my no activation. Otherwise will be having so much financial loss. Airtel have to bear all the loss.

                            On 18th Feb, 2018, I've Recharge ISD Roaminng Pack Of 2998rs On [protected] . I'm Only Able To Receive Incoming Calls. My Complaint is about not getting Outgoing Calls Even I've paid full amount for their pack.

                            Had a call with their customer executive Suresh Moreya, Senior Department, He Does Not Provide Me A resolution regarding this. Need to take strict action on him and Airtel as they does not able to provide what their pack all about.

                            Pack Validity is of 10 days, and 2 days have been wasted till now means no usage of Outgoing Calls.

                            Need A Refund Of 2998rs If They Can't Able to sort it by today

                            If sort by today then Need a Refund of 600rs As 2 days have wasted now.

                            Either Help Me Get My 2998rs For Entire Pack, Or Try To Sort It By today, Initiate A 600rs Refund.

                            If They Can't Sort, I'll definitely put their complaint in high court or whatever they like to be treat.

                            Such a bad customer care service I've ever seen.

                              Very famous place in bangalore.. But unfortunately airtel dont have there network coverage at all.. As soon i enter my house in ground floor it goes no network..
                              Even single call i can't recive or make a call.. Completely waste.. Every time i have cm out of my house to make a call.. Really pathetic service from airtel

                                I have activated my number - [protected] for international roaming on 10 feb, but i m not able to use it, as it's not working at all, no calls can be done from it, the international customer care number is also not working.

                                I have paid 4000 rs to get it, nd now not able to use it. I was not expecting it from airtel, it has created lot of problem for me.

                                I have to buy another number here in us, this is really pathetic.

                                Kindly deactivate the international roaming and refund my money...

                                  I had raised a request for new connection on 9th february'18 through the customer care and i was informed to receive a call back within 24 hours which i never got until today.
                                  I have been daily giving a call to the customer care in this regards, but even after multiple escalations, no revert received.
                                  I am losing all hopes of receiving a new connection of broadband in pune.
                                  I was keen of having their services as i was using the same connection in bangalore until i recently moved to pune. So, please help!!

                                      I faced airtel payment issue today and went to check the same with airtel store. As per the representative all the airtel payment bank account is currently blocked, because of some ongoing legal issue. The same will be activated after 31st march, 2018. You can only channelize airtel money after that. The fraud is there is no notification regarding this issue in website and you can add money without any hassle which in turn is getting blocked.
                                      I request the concerned authorities to suggest how to utilize the money.

                                        This happened only after instaling and using airtel money bank drom 3-4 days after.
                                        I made 2 succesfull transaction from airtel money bank then as i went to pay my electricity bill my transaction failed and my money got deducted through my bank account though it is credited in my wallet so back then my total balance of wallet was rs 1100.09 and still its the same because after that i was unable to make any transaction and they froze my account

                                        Even after sending them 10_15 mails there response was the same i got the same replies and nothing has been done by them since

                                        I request you to take my complaint agiants airtel payment bank and i want to go after them legally for making such kinds of frauds.
                                        I ll hope that my complaint will be consired asap
