I have taken Rs. 149/- for receiving ISD called on 21.01.2018 from your Himayatnagar customer care centre. The person specifically told me all receiving calls are free and I should not use data at Foreign Centre. I can use free wifi there. Accordingly I have not used data and used only for internal calls. Because of that I have not taken local SIM at Dubai which costs only 1200/-. Now I received a bill for Rs. 4407/- which is not correct.Roaming Charges of Rs. Rs.649/- per day charged from 23.1.18 to 28.01.2018 which is not warranted. Please reverse these chaarges immly.

    I am using airtel preapid and there representatives called me and offered postpaid offers and requested me to opt for it. I accepted and they gave confirmation that network cannot be affected and sim will be activated within 72 hrs. They gave sim and i submitted all the required details and after 7 days there representatives called me and said that sim got error and said new activated sim will be delivered to u. I accepted and with severely disturbing my work i coordinated with him and met him. He again took the same deatils that i submitted previously and said no need for new sim same sim will be activated in 48 hrs and i paid 100/- as fee. I argued but still accepted. Now total it is 20th day and still my sim not yet activated. My prepaid plan expired 3 days back and i cannot renew it. Daily i m using day plan with everyday recharge. None of the representatives are responding to my calls. No one is taking responsibility.

        no network coverage at pampa

        I write this complaint to inform you that customers don't get network coverage at Pampa, (sabarimala) during the off-season. Even though there is mobile tower the mobile company deliberately cutting the network. During the Sabarimala off-season thousands of pilgrimage uses the airtel network for there communication....

          On the end of sept.2017 or start of oct.2017 received a offer call from [protected] (Speaking from airtel) that if i port the sim no. [protected] (Vodafone) to airtel, any defective or damaged mobile of mine will be replaced within next 7 to 10 days, after porting.
          I agreed and porting was done but after waiting and sending sms, calling the person who offered, later on sending request mails to airtel nodal team till date i did not receive the replacement mobile set, as was committed before porting.
          Meanwhile i have paid a bill also.
          Instead of replacing the mobile set airtel is generating the high value bills and calling regularly to pay it immediately or it will be escalated legally.

            Hi,

            I am msr goutham ([protected]) and i have newly moved into airtel 7-8 months back.
            I am a postpaid customer at the start but on 7th feb 2017 i wanted to change my number to prepaid. So i went to the airtel store (Tirumalgry) and went through the process and completed the process to move into prepaid.
            The person said that it would take 4 days for conversion but i don't know what had happened they were unable to do the conversion properly.
            They were saying that it was converted and i am unable to do my frc recharge.
            Only after frc recharge i could make any calls or messages.

            Store people are trying but they are unable to resolve my issue, i don't know why?
            They said that they had raised some case on this but still issue is not resolved.
            I am not able to make any outgoing calls, messages, internet as i couldn't do recharge for the mobile.

            So i am reaching you hoping that at least now my issue would resolve.

            Please put some person on this and resolve my issue asap.

                Sir/madam, my wife is using airtel no.[protected], as the usses of this number is not much so i want to add this airtel no. To the family plan of my personal no.[protected]. For this i had contected to your local office three times. Today we weare waithig in your office more than half an hour. But there was no responcible person to attend us. Even other costomers are also not getting proper respone, and as i can see the office staff are also not appropriate as per a multinational company. Please take care of it and try to resolve my probleb as soon as possible.

                  Even the same problem is happening with mobile number[protected]
                  I am really fd up with airtel service

                      I have recd a text message informing me as per details of bill dated 12feb 2018 total due is rs 0.10. Due date 02-march-2018. It appears that it is not possible to enter this amount for online payment using netbanking. It jumps to rs 10/- why waste the time and resources of all concerned for this small amount? Is this an attempt to harras a customer for deporting the mobile no to another service provider. The reason for deporting was not adequate coverage at all times. I had even opted for hotspot, even that did not work.

                          Mobile number [protected] has been recharged with amount 509 for 90 days twice through paytm app and both recharge was success please resolve the issue and revert back the duplicate transaction.
                          Transaction number are Transaction ID [protected] and Transaction ID [protected].
                          please payback the transacted amount to paytm wallet and cancel the other recharge.

                            I tried to get a new airtel broadband connection. I was asked to pay an activation fee of 500 and submit my documents. I did as i was told and made the payment. After the payment i am told a technician would come home and install the connection. Four days go by i dont get any update about my request and then i call the customer care to see whats the update. I am told i will get a callback from the concerned dapartment.

                            I get a call after an hour telling me that the connection cannot be installed due to technical issues. I agree to it and ask for the refund. The call is disconnected. I tried calling on the same number again and nobody picks up.I call the customer care number and tell the representative the entire story and he tells me that i need to go to www.airtelonlinerefund.com to get my refund initiated. Turns out that website is suspended so i am back to square one. This is unacceptable.

                              I submitted the claim on 7th feb'18. In spite of submitting all the documents they are saying that the documents are incomplete. They are just trying to get rid of the claim so that they dont have to bother about the repair of my broken phone.

                              This is really not acceptable from Airtel. I have been dancing here and there from past 8 days for collecting all the documents required and still i get a reply saying the documents are incomplete. Are you guys trying to make fun of your consumers.

                              I recommend not to take this fake ### airtel secure. Its a big fraud. I expect to get my claim resolved asap.

                                  I was availing services of idea cellular. Last month, airtel invited me to port my number to them, assuring me of good connectivity.. However, since i shifted to airtel, from 2nd feb, i am facing extreme hardships.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I am using Airtel secure mobile insurance plan via one assist.

                                      I had an accident and fell down the stairs at my house and damaged my mobile phone. The incident happened on Feb 4th. I got hurt and mobile was also damaged. I raised the complaint with oneassist they asked me to contact airtel. I contacted Airtel and provided all photos and information regarding the phone.

                                      But Airtel rejected my claim by mentioning these details. " We would like to inform that your request for device claim has been closed due to below mentioned reason.
                                      Improper Handling"

                                      What is the purpose of a mobile insurance if it is not covering the damages occurred to the device when I met with an accident. Why am I paying monthly premium, if Airtel Secure cannot provide the insurance. I called up customer care around 5 times to escalate this issue. They simply put me on hold for around 30 mins and disconnect the call. I even planned on porting the number, but they are not even allowing me to do that by deferring the solution to my complaint.

                                      By this time I was pretty sure that Airtel Secure plan provided is a scam to Lure customers into paying insurance amount and at the end reject the claim, this looks like another scam like airtel bank for which Airtel was already in scrutiny.

                                      There will be thousands of customers with same type of issues with Airtel Secure plan. Please protect the right of consumers and resolve this issue .
