Dear sir, I have compalints many time regaeding network issue by the mobile No-[protected] with complaint refrence No- CGPSC[protected] & CGPSC[protected] & CGPSC[protected], but time I have been misguided by the customer care as well as the supervisior. nither the 4g network is connecting at my location not able to use internet any more but every time they used to say "our services at your location is excellent", the network problem inside is very poor and sometimes call disconnect while making a call.
I am very disappointed with your services and not intersted any more to take your servives further.
kindly take necessary actions against it.

    Hi team,

    I was trying to recharge airtel digital tv through online, while doing the recharge there was option for airtel payments bank 100% cashback. I selected that option then it was asking mobile number and other personal details with aadhar number. I had entered all details and given amount rs. 290. After submitting all details money got deducted from my account and received message as 'you have added rs. 290 in your airtel payments bank wallet. Avl bal rs.290. Txn id.[protected]'
    I am not sure how to get this wallet balance to recharge digital tv however the amount got deducted from my account.
    Please refund my amount asap.

    Hi Team,

    Just wanted to share more details which I received as a message while doing the airtel digital tv recharge through airtel payments bank.

    'you have initiated to add Rs. 290 to your account [protected]. Please keep the txn id[protected] for future reference'
    once added I received below message
    'you have added Rs. 290 in your airtel payments bank wallet. Avl Bal Rs. 290. Txn ID[protected]'

    This is the whole information which I received during the process. There is nothing like customer id/ account number.
    If you want I can share the bank statement reference which is clearly mentioned against airtel bank.

      We are unable to talk on calls all the times network are gone sometime only network are available we need to climb on tree to talk on calls we need a network over here we cant use data we need to go other area to talk on calls we have been complaining to customer care about network since 3 months but no one is doing anything about it, if we tell customer care they tell that problem is in phone and one person was talking rudely to us when we was complaining about it in phone

      Starting from customer care to social media team, airtel only has cheaters they did not give resolution but on mails and messages they are responding that the resolution has already been shared. This happened even on this page.
      The complaint pending for past 11 months.

          Complained o12th feb 2018 conversion from postpaid to prepaid with detailed information mobile no-[protected]. My mobile [protected] was ubruptly disconnected without any followup information and procedure i have to follow.
          Please let me know the latest status and inform me the status of my mobile no[protected] which stage it was stuck and what action i have to take. Please do the needful. Please arrange to send my security deposit balance amount from security deposit account. At the earrliest please arrange to connect my mobile [protected] to prepaid without further delay and confirm the status.

            Myself venugopal, i loaded an amount of rs.1625 on[protected] but it is not added to the airtel wallet, but the bank (Sbi) assured that the amount been debited successfully to wallet. This occured when i was trying to pay my electricity bill, due to shortage of money in wallet it asked me to load some from the card, it crashed during payment and said it failed to transfer but the bank appears to have debited the amount, i tried calling the customer care but it wouldn't connect. And none of the contact procedure seems to be working. Better refund it soon

              Hi, this is srinivas. Customer of airtel services using from many years. Recently i activated hello tune services for mobile number for 6 months with recharge of 146. They have provide a number to dial 578785, by calling that can change unlimited number of times. Now when i am dialing it's saying you are not allowed to dial this number, when i am trying to reach customer care services they are keeping on line and disconnecting. Resolve this issue as soon as possible before switching to other network.

                temporary suspension of outgoing calls airtel

                I have recharged my airtel mobile no. Using airtel payment bank, and as the offers available i am availing 50% cashback (Max. Rs.75) of the recharged amount.

                I have done a recharge of rs.509 on 15 february 2018 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

                  The antenna cable to tv from the terrace causes problem to other flat owners who are above us because the cable goes through their balcony. When we pointed out to the person who fixed the cable, he said nothing could be done. The flat owners are complaining to the manager and also to us. Please send your technician as soon as possible to set right the same. We will pay for the additional cable length if reqd. Please solve the problem at the earliest

                    Hello i am a customer bearing cell no-[protected]. Every time i go for a special recharge of rs.169/ for 28gb data as well as free std and local calls valid for 28 days, i find it gets expired in only 10-12days, it is really disgusting to see how the pack whose validity is for 28days expires in just 10/12 days. Kindly explain me the exact reason for the above matter.

                      Ref a/m mobileno. I reported the ibid no from prepaid to postpaid... Applied for same at a airtel outlet on 25 dec 2017. No sms services from dayone, seven times complaint given but sms services still not resumed. Kindly dont bill/generate the first bill till sms services has been resumed. The service providers everytime take complaint and close it in four days without resolving it

                        I have recently ported to airtel in february 2018. I live in center of pune city, but there is zero network coverage. I have vodafone and had idea, both have excellent coverage. It was a big mistake i shifted to airtel after seeing those deceiving 4g speed advertising, they are cheating people, 30gb of data per month but in reality forget 2g there is zero coverage as soon as i enter my house on modern college road shivajinagar pune.
                        I invest in equity stock market and constantly need to update my self with market movements and place trades. Most of my financialsare linked to this number. I am loosing a lot of money.
                        I have raised network complaints, the complaints get resolved with a message network team could not contact you hence complaint resolved, since there is no network coverage how the hell would they contact me... Dispite giving them an alternative number.
                        I will be paying them for this month for cheating me.

                          Copy of one of the mails sent to airtel against its open fraud and cheating

                          The airtel is on spree of looting customers. Earlier it disputed payment of rs. 1655/ and now of rs. 420- duly paid to it as per my bank pass book entries. I have already sent scanned copy of passbook showing my having made payment of rs 1655 on 16.12.17 to airtel and its standing credited to airtel account and now i am sending scanned copy of passbook showing payment of rs 420/- duly paid to airtel on 6.2.2018. The airtel is so shameless that it did not stop demanding the payment of 1655/- even after seeing the pass book entry and this payment having come in its account. I paid the same again to make my civil and criminal cases strong against it. So it is on record that against its bill for rs. 1655 for dec. 2017 it coerced me to pay 3300/- for the same. I made payment of rs 3000/- towards bills of dec. Jan. And airtel demanded rs. 420 by stating that total of bills for dec. And jan was 3, 420 and not rs. 3000 as paid by me. I soon thereafter made payment of balance amount of rs. 420/- on 6.2.2018 to clear the balance besides my payment of rs. 1655 having been paid earlier towards the bills as above which remained in excess.. The payment of rs. 420 is duly credited in airtel's account on 6.2.2018 as shown in the pass book entries scanned copy whereof is attached. Despite the bank transactions showing the airtel having received this payment of rs. 420/- also like that of rs. 1655/- it is not accepting having received this also and have added the same in its present bill. Even the day light robbers try to ensure that no evidence of their robbery is left behind. But airtel is robbing by leaving all evidences showing the same in the open. Any how keep on continuing. The matters are soon coming up in courts of law against its calculated fraud and cheating. The customer care has become deaf and is not responding to my mails repeatedly being sent to it against the same

                            The worst customer service, I am getting from worst mobile provider, I don't know how many times I had complaint for the same thing, I can't type the whole issue which is going on since 1.6yrs, I just want all my money back which I have paid to airtel, for no good joy, none of the customer care executive or manager ever provide a correct information, better if you go with call recording for my calls, may be you will get all the information, I actually wasted a lot time by talking to customer care.
                            Is there anyone who can help me genuinely??? I doubt!!!

                              This is an serious offence that airtel has done to me who is an trusted customer.
                              All my personnel contacts of my mobile number # is sold to icici bank and its vendors who are calling my family, friends and colleagues and harassing them by giving my reference.

                              This is an great offence and i will not hesitate to take legal action against airtel. We are still getting calls. This shows that airtel is not an reliable service provider and breaching individual privacy.

                              We are still getting continuous calls from other numbers and airtel has not taken any action until now with ref:83448100 from 9th feb

                                    When i linked my airtel mobile no with aadhar without intimating me my gas subsidy is going to airtelbank. From last several months my gas subsidy amount is not transferring to my Karur Vysya bank account. Kindly see this and please transfer my gas subsidy to my KVB bank account. Sir i am suffering by this.and also inform you that many times writing complaint sending your executive in fort branch Without my intimation how any bank can take my money. If you do not take action we will cut our airtelsim and deactivate it. My hpcl gas subidy is in KVB bank. Please transfer my money to that bank. your executive also calling me but till date do not transfer my money in my aforesaid account.                                       આપ શ્રી ને જાણ કરવાની કે મે મારા એરટેલ નંબર [protected] ઉપર 13-ફેબ્રુઆરી, 2018 ના રોજ 448/- રૂપીયાનુ રીચાર્જ કરાવેલ જે પહેલી વાર નીષ્ફળ જતા મે બીજી વાર રીચાર્જ કરેલ. બાદ મા બન્ને રીચાર્જ કંફર્મ થયેલ હતા. બાદ મા મે એક વખત ના રીચાર્જ ની રકમ પરત મેળવવા માટે એરટેલ ના હેલ્પ ડેસ્ક કસ્ટમર કેર મા ઓનલાઇન ફરીયાદ કરેલ હતી. ત્યારબાદ તા.[protected] ના રોજ મારા ઉપર એરટેલ ના એક અધીકારી નામ- દીપકકુમાર શર્મા એમપ્લોય આઇ.ડી. 21095 દ્રારા બપોર ના 4.00 વાગ્યા આજુ બાજુ કોલ આવેલ હતો. તેને કોલ મા એમ જણાવેલ હતુ કે તમે તમારા એ.ટી.એમ. કાર્ડ નો નંબર આપો જેથી તમારા રીચાર્જ ની રકમ પરત આવી જશે. જેથી મે મારા કાર્ડ મો નંબર જણાવેલ હ્તો. પરંતુ તેમાથી તેણે પહેલી વાર - 896/- રૂપીયા તેમજ બીજી વાર- 2896/- એમ મળીને કુલ -3792/- રુપીયા મારા ખાતા માથી કાપી લીધા હતા. આપ શ્રી ને જાણ કરવાની કે આ બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરી ન્યાય મળે. તેમજ એરટેલ પ્રા.લી. માથી આવેલ આ ફેક કોલ નો યોગ્ય ચકાસણી કરવામા આવે જે થી અમોને યોગ્ય ન્યાય મળી શકે
