I had to change my prepaid sim card i hyderabad though acquired at bangalore, since it currently got damaged and doesn't get recognised in mobile devices.
However i have been misguided by customer support and airtel stores on fixing this issue which wasted my time, energy and money.
Eg., made me transit between airtel stores, prepaid team promised to connect me to the next authority but transferred my line to post paid team, guve me outdated/invalid mobile number to contact bangalore team, at last given a replacement sim which is not activated for last 6 days and there is no update on the same. Till now, my issue is not fixed.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
