    Sir/madam, my wife is using airtel no.[protected], as the usses of this number is not much so i want to add this airtel no. To the family plan of my personal no.[protected]. For this i had contected to your local office three times. Today we weare waithig in your office more than half an hour. But there was no responcible person to attend us. Even other costomers are also not getting proper respone, and as i can see the office staff are also not appropriate as per a multinational company. Please take care of it and try to resolve my probleb as soon as possible.

      I have a critical request as unable to call on the Voda Phone Number[protected] and it says number does not exist .

      Even the same problem is happening with mobile number[protected]
      I am really fd up with airtel service

      Request you to consider this as critical otherwise will not use the airtel connection anymore.

        Intervention need against air tel company regarding my prepaid recharge,
        I have recharge my number on 16th of january in net banking i got message from my bank that my money got debited but i couldn't find any improvement in my recharge balance. So, i enquired air tel costumer care there is no proper response on my pay. So, please do consider my mail and do the needful.

          I have recd a text message informing me as per details of bill dated 12feb 2018 total due is rs 0.10. Due date 02-march-2018. It appears that it is not possible to enter this amount for online payment using netbanking. It jumps to rs 10/- why waste the time and resources of all concerned for this small amount? Is this an attempt to harras a customer for deporting the mobile no to another service provider. The reason for deporting was not adequate coverage at all times. I had even opted for hotspot, even that did not work.

            I paid my airtel bill worth rs 5000... By mistake in my airtel no:-[protected] with same paytm no... Kindly revised my amount... Becoz the amount is too high i can't bear this...               Mobile number [protected] has been recharged with amount 509 for 90 days twice through paytm app and both recharge was success please resolve the issue and revert back the duplicate transaction.
              Transaction number are Transaction ID [protected] and Transaction ID [protected].
              please payback the transacted amount to paytm wallet and cancel the other recharge.

                I tried to get a new airtel broadband connection. I was asked to pay an activation fee of 500 and submit my documents. I did as i was told and made the payment. After the payment i am told a technician would come home and install the connection. Four days go by i dont get any update about my request and then i call the customer care to see whats the update. I am told i will get a callback from the concerned dapartment.

                I get a call after an hour telling me that the connection cannot be installed due to technical issues. I agree to it and ask for the refund. The call is disconnected. I tried calling on the same number again and nobody picks up.I call the customer care number and tell the representative the entire story and he tells me that i need to go to www.airtelonlinerefund.com to get my refund initiated. Turns out that website is suspended so i am back to square one. This is unacceptable.

                  Hi,
                  I submitted the claim on 7th feb'18. In spite of submitting all the documents they are saying that the documents are incomplete. They are just trying to get rid of the claim so that they dont have to bother about the repair of my broken phone.

                  This is really not acceptable from Airtel. I have been dancing here and there from past 8 days for collecting all the documents required and still i get a reply saying the documents are incomplete. Are you guys trying to make fun of your consumers.

                  I recommend not to take this fake ### airtel secure. Its a big fraud. I expect to get my claim resolved asap.

                    I am an airtel customer and am constantly get messages from AL-ARWINF about Airtel offers & schemes .

                    Today,[protected], I had received a message from the same regarding
                    "Swachhta Packwada" CERT-in and to click www.cyberswachhtakendra.gov.in . I had downloaded the bot removal software from this site, would like to know if this is actualy from airtel or fake.

                      I was availing services of idea cellular. Last month, airtel invited me to port my number to them, assuring me of good connectivity.. However, since i shifted to airtel, from 2nd feb, i am facing extreme hardships.
                      Connectivity is so poor, that i am not able to receive phone calls,
                      I receive sms so late i am unable to do any online transactions.

                        I would like to complaint to airtel and inform that there is no network in my area since last 1 month or more and same with my mother's airtel number also which [protected]. We both are unable to receive calls from morning till evening. Evening we get the network. Please check what's wrong with the network. We are missing important calls and facing inconvenience since a month now.

                          Dear Team,

                          I am using Airtel secure mobile insurance plan via one assist.

                          I had an accident and fell down the stairs at my house and damaged my mobile phone. The incident happened on Feb 4th. I got hurt and mobile was also damaged. I raised the complaint with oneassist they asked me to contact airtel. I contacted Airtel and provided all photos and information regarding the phone.

                          But Airtel rejected my claim by mentioning these details. " We would like to inform that your request for device claim has been closed due to below mentioned reason.
                          Improper Handling"

                          What is the purpose of a mobile insurance if it is not covering the damages occurred to the device when I met with an accident. Why am I paying monthly premium, if Airtel Secure cannot provide the insurance. I called up customer care around 5 times to escalate this issue. They simply put me on hold for around 30 mins and disconnect the call. I even planned on porting the number, but they are not even allowing me to do that by deferring the solution to my complaint.

                          By this time I was pretty sure that Airtel Secure plan provided is a scam to Lure customers into paying insurance amount and at the end reject the claim, this looks like another scam like airtel bank for which Airtel was already in scrutiny.

                          There will be thousands of customers with same type of issues with Airtel Secure plan. Please protect the right of consumers and resolve this issue .

                            I got airtel broadband installed at my house for which sales representative came and took rs.[protected] for wifi and 1000 for telephone instrument which he told will have speaker phone and caller id). Date of payment: 10th feb, 2018. The wifi was installed next day only but phone instrument is still not installed. The sales rep kept telling that he will come the next day but still no one turned up. Now he is not even picking my phone.
                            This is plain fraud of of rs.1000.

                              Dear sir, I have compalints many time regaeding network issue by the mobile No-[protected] with complaint refrence No- CGPSC[protected] & CGPSC[protected] & CGPSC[protected], but time I have been misguided by the customer care as well as the supervisior. nither the 4g network is connecting at my location not able to use internet any more but every time they used to say "our services at your location is excellent", the network problem inside is very poor and sometimes call disconnect while making a call.
                              I am very disappointed with your services and not intersted any more to take your servives further.
                              kindly take necessary actions against it.

                                Hi team,

                                I was trying to recharge airtel digital tv through online, while doing the recharge there was option for airtel payments bank 100% cashback. I selected that option then it was asking mobile number and other personal details with aadhar number. I had entered all details and given amount rs. 290. After submitting all details money got deducted from my account and received message as 'you have added rs. 290 in your airtel payments bank wallet. Avl bal rs.290. Txn id.[protected]'
                                I am not sure how to get this wallet balance to recharge digital tv however the amount got deducted from my account.
                                Please refund my amount asap.

                                Just wanted to share more details which I received as a message while doing the airtel digital tv recharge through airtel payments bank.

                                'you have initiated to add Rs. 290 to your account [protected]. Please keep the txn id[protected] for future reference'
                                once added I received below message
                                'you have added Rs. 290 in your airtel payments bank wallet. Avl Bal Rs. 290. Txn ID[protected]'

                                This is the whole information which I received during the process. There is nothing like customer id/ account number.
                                If you want I can share the bank statement reference which is clearly mentioned against airtel bank.

                                  We are unable to talk on calls all the times network are gone sometime only network are available we need to climb on tree to talk on calls we need a network over here we cant use data we need to go other area to talk on calls we have been complaining to customer care about network since 3 months but no one is doing anything about it, if we tell customer care they tell that problem is in phone and one person was talking rudely to us when we was complaining about it in phone

                                      Complained o12th feb 2018 conversion from postpaid to prepaid with detailed information mobile no-[protected]. My mobile [protected] was ubruptly disconnected without any followup information and procedure i have to follow.
                                      Please let me know the latest status and inform me the status of my mobile no[protected] which stage it was stuck and what action i have to take. Please do the needful. Please arrange to send my security deposit balance amount from security deposit account. At the earrliest please arrange to connect my mobile [protected] to prepaid without further delay and confirm the status.

                                        Myself venugopal, i loaded an amount of rs.1625 on[protected] but it is not added to the airtel wallet, but the bank (Sbi) assured that the amount been debited successfully to wallet. This occured when i was trying to pay my electricity bill, due to shortage of money in wallet it asked me to load some from the card, it crashed during payment and said it failed to transfer but the bank appears to have debited the amount, i tried calling the customer care but it wouldn't connect. And none of the contact procedure seems to be working. Better refund it soon
