I was downloading only a single file of size 647mb.
I have'nt even used 400mb of daily internet data but my daily internet usage touched 1gb
Within 20minutes between 12am-12:20am. Even your internet speed is a crap. It fluctuates
So much. There is no consistency in data speed. Sometimes it goes below 100kbps or gets
Disconnected completely. How is that possible?
I have talked to customer care too. No satisfactory response.
This is a fraud on part of airtel. Its a clear mistake of airtel company but you don't
Want to accept it now.
I'm just one consumer. There would be thousands & lakhs of people facing the same fraud
But as this is little time-consuming to file complaints, may be consumers are waiting for
Next day to use internet data. And you are taking advantage of this & looting small
Consumers to make money in a fraudulent ways.

    Very slow internet service, subscribed for 4g and having an access for h, h+, e, type internet facility. Several times i have complained. Now i am in bangalore which is an international city. Even here airtel is providing such ridiculous service. My roommate is using jio sim. He is having a very good network. I need to ask for his data where as i have recharged rs. 448.00 with airtel. What is the use of this? Some time 4g symbol would appear on the top of my screen, but the network speed would be the same which i have mentioned above. Even many of my friends have been complaining about their difficulties to contact me. I am searching for a job now. But due to such stupid reasons i am not in a position to interact with others. Yesterday one caller told me about the difficulty to contact me for offering a job. I had to give my friend's mobile no. It is really very very frustrating. I tried with 121 to call the customer care. There are also horrible options. I couldn't get an option to talk to the customer care people. I feel i have shared my position now with you. Now it is your duty to do what next. Otherwise i would prefer to switch from your network. Its enough...

      I mistakenly have recharged a wrong number [[protected]], now i need to transfer the amount of 100 back to [[protected]]. With transaction number[protected] on dated 20/1/2018
      Pleasae share the solution asap.
      This need to be done very soon else the person might use all the amount and it might not get rtransferred back we have also tried with 'wrc (Wrongno) (Transid) (Amt) (Correctno) send to 59109' but it is giving no keyword found message

        I registered on airtel money wallet last week however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, one month later it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. I have submitted all valid documents as per kyc norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting.
        Please find some solution about my issue...

          I am a airtel broadband customer for 6-7 years and currently using 2 mbps plan. I recently came to know that in my area higher speed plans are available and also airtel is providing v-fiber technology in my area. I requested the airtel representative that i want to upgrade to a higher speed plan but they cant provide speed upgrade due to feasibility issues. But they are ready to provide new connections in my area with higher speed i myself checked it a cyber cafe more distant from my location and their local exchange (*dslam) is getting 8 mbps plan

          While in my router the attainable rates are more than 18 mbps (Fluctuate but never goes down to 16mbps) also snr and attenuation are acceptable

          Downstream upstream
          Snr margin (Db): 31.9 29.3
          Attenuation (Db): 25.5 14.2
          Output power (Dbm): 12.3 13.6
          Attainable rate (Kbps): 21824 978
          Rate (Kbps): 2559 511

          Also i somehow got to know that it is due to airtel not giving a high speed slot (Port) to me but is willing to do for new customers

              I am in saudi arab since last week of 9 jan 2018. My airtel number +91- [protected] is not working in saudi premises. I manually searched network but all network is forbidden and can't be connected with any one of them. Please help me for the better connectivity in the saudi kingdom. And also i putted my sim in other android phone for checking purpose and switching off on but the same thing was comming please help me to get rid of this trouble.

                I called on customer care (121) by [protected] number reg. [protected] bill issue.
                On this number bill has been generated approx rs.22, 000/- for one month. We have taken a plan on rs.149/-.
                I talked many times for correction in bill after that they have generated rs.772/-

                Now also bill wrong generated & staff is also not cooperative.

                  On december 25th i had deposited cash of 8000 in my airtel account
                  Airtel payment bank has debit freezed my account in the name of suspicious transaction. When i called customer care 1st they asked me to send my aadhar card and pancard email [protected]@airtel money.com
                  I sent it immediately on 29 th of december. Still now the problem is not clear

                  Please help me

                    Recently on 09th jan 2018 i recharged one of my prepaid number with 509 offer. Today i tried to recharge my mother's number with same 509 plan but the airtel website took the previous number by default and processed the recharge though it's already in the same pack since 09th jan 2018.

                    Can you please cancel the latest transaction with ref no. 968915 and refund the amount.

                      Myself vinoth kumar, my airtel postpaid sim number is [protected].
                      Currently i am using 199rs plan (80mins, 300mb, 40mins roaming), today only changed the plan into 199rs (I. E 170mins, 200sms, 40mins roaming)
                      I wont add internet pack because i have unused data of previous month of 8.7gb
                      I call to customer care, they told u cant use internet because u won't add internet pack, only solution is activate separate pack or change plan to higher plan.
                      I tried to change the plan in that is showing only once you can change your plan...
                      But i am not interested to change to go for higher cost plan, i am comfortable with 199rs plan only... Kindly give proper solution, otherwise i ll go for someother network
                      Myself i want this plan only 199rs (170mins, 200sms, 150mb)

                        My airtel (Assam circle) was working fine in the morning when suddenly at around 7 am it lost signal and now it's showing 'emergency calls only'. I've tried registering on network manually, not working. Used sim on different phone which is also not working.

                        Customer care representatives are saying i have to replace sim paying 25 rupees with aadhar card, address proof and all documents. I am travelling, i don't have all documents with me. I am also not in my home circle. It is a very difficult situation for me. Moreover, aadhar linking to mobile deadline is 31st march. By deactivating my sim, airtel is forcing me to link aadhar before it is necessary. This is such misuse of power!

                          What i do? I face call drop and poor network again and again in last 2month and airtel customer care executive does not solved my problem.
                          I have no solution for this airtel is very bad network and only airtel user face call drop problem and poor internet.
                          Can i change this network but this is not solution for this problem.in india billions of people using airtel network and face this problem. So airtel network company resolve this problem instantly. I hope my problem solve early...
                          I call airtel customer care executive but no one can solve and not give any properly answer for my problem.

                              Airtel edd aate hai ki ye india ka sb se acha network hai but such to ye hain ki india ka sb se bura network hi yhi hai tbhi sb se jada complain aati hai 4 din ho gye complain to abhi tk kuch nhi huaa ek number hain na call aata hai na network aate hi na net chelta hai is se acha to phle reliance tha jisme 2g bhi 3g ki trha chalta tha
                              Or yha 4g - or na hi 3g kaam krta hai 448 ka recharge krane pr bhi buri service hai

                                I want my call history of december, 2017.
                                It is very urgent because i have deleted my call log of phone and i didnt save the phone number of the person that i need to talk.
                                I have already contact customer support they told me to send message to airtel which i have send but still i didnt recieve any call history.

                                Message which i send to airtel 3-5 times.

                                “eprebill email id” to 121 {format}

                                I sent it like this eprebill dec [protected]@gmail.com and then sent it to 121

                                Please send me call history of december 2017.

If i am inside the house or inside any building the speed is very very very less but if i am outside the speed is fast.                                     Dear customer complaint department:

                                    On 26 july 2017, i notifed airtel in writing and with a personal visit to their koramangala office in bangalore that i was leaving india for 2 years of travel.

                                    I requested to deactivate my accounts effective 29july and put my and my wife mobile numbers into "safe custody" for use when we return.

                                    I paid rs 600 each or a total of rs1, 200 by online transfer at that time, for this safe custody service covering 1 year.

                                    I am now getting emails from airtel advising that i owe rs 2439/- past due on my account without any explanation as to what is the basis for this charge.

                                    They have not email address and their web site demands that i have a mobile and use sms/otp to log in. Since i am traveling overseas and do not have an active mobile number due to deactivation and high expense, i am unable to communicate with airtel about this issue.

                                    I find the inability to communicate with airtel by a means other than mobile ap and mobile number to be very unprofessional.

                                    Please provide me with an airtel customer service email address.

Is [protected] it ws started at 18-09-17 its validity ws for 6 months 1gb/day ..i hv also recieved confirmation mail but the service has been stopped in between ..i called upon the costumer care i talked to "LOKESH VERMA " AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE INDORE ws talking arrogantly and "WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLM AND HAVEN'T FORWRDED MY COMPLAINT" my another number is [protected]

                                        Dear team,
                                        I am carrying 3 numbers of airtel. Several complaints have been done, what i get in revert.. Only a assurance. None of then technical employee ever visited my area only numerous calls received just to ask how r the services.
                                        Hence, not paying the bill's until and unless services didn't get on the track. Numerous calls logs have been done from my side without my knowledge its been closed.
                                        Neither i can able to talk properly nor able to receive calls using a 3g services but its worse than 2g.
                                        Don't know what to do
