After using the services for more than 7yrs when we requested to upgrade our normal DTH connection to HD, you people sent a fraud person to our place.

First of all we asked for the Plan A Rs.2550/- HD upgrade for 12months ( Screenshot attached). He fooled my old parents saying that it does not happen like that. You have to recharge for Rs.5801/- .

Above that he charged for HD Box which was all inclusive of the scheme as per airtel website. Not only he charged Rs.600/- for the box but Rs.170+150 for adapter and remote respectively.
I mean does anyone give the HD box without adapter and remote?

This is a case of cheating and fraud. I emailed and called several times for either refund for Rs.600+170+150 or just cancel the whole account and refund the money but no response was received.

The bill enclosed, he gave seems fake too. Not including remote charges.

Please help resolve the issue.

    I am trying to get an airtel connection from past 2-3 years. Every time i get to hear that it's not feasible in your area, because there is no line or the line was damaged in the construction of road.
    Can't airtel put new line in the area. There is high requirement of airtel connection in my area.

    I am hoping a solution to this problem. Thank you.

      This airtel payments bank is doing fraud business, there is no help from customer care and simply harassing on call for submitting confidential documents for KYC, for your info KYC is already verified and then only i added rupees 2000 into wallet from my bank account and recharged the prepaid number for 100 rupees, and this transaction was successfull but only got 50 rupees talktime, available balance is 1950, but unable to recharge any prepaid number nor any bills, always getting error "Debit for this account is not allowed". From last several days unable to catch hold of customer care its always going to recorded voice menus. They are not resolving the issue despite of KYC is verified, again forcing to send KYC details even after that problem is not resolved. Airtel is irresponsible and strict action should be taken.

        Yet again Airtel India has proved it that have the most pathetic customer service. Inspite of several mails, you havent activated my number and now are forcing me to pay money for new sim cards which is absolutely wrong for me because i will not effort these type of charges, i haven't used your services. In last 2 weeks I had to pay Rs 300 amount because my number was still not active. Now that I have asked to keep it in safe custody, I still have been charged an amount of 100 again. Kindly have a call arranged by your senior (Please explain him the case, no one wants to expalin the whole story again). I have already shifted to Jio, considering your fabulous customer service track record... Call me [protected]...

          Outgoing call problem in #airtel during #NATIONALROAMING, call drop suddenly, when receiver take the call to answer, sudden call drop/disconnected? This create lots of tension because whom we call, He thinks we are annoying him. Full network Coverage 4G, Indoor and Outdoor both. कृपया आप लोगों से अनुरोध है कि हमारी call end की समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान निकालिए। हमने आपके यहां कई दफा कंप्लेन किया लेकिन आप लोग लगता है कि मोटी बुद्धि के हो गए हो कभी कोई सुनवाई होती नहीं है और ना तो कुछ उसका समाधान निकल कर आता है।

          O/g call problem (Airtel number [protected]) via @airtelindia, when we want to call a number (Say x) via #airtel, we dial x number & call from airtel, after ring, x take the call to answer me, suddenly call disconnected having error message "call ended". Actually this happens occasionally, not every time. O/g call connect but sometimes, it gets painful and does not seem to call.😂
          Call ended problem during #nationalroaming due to vlr which is non responding to hlr and msc. So when, we call someone, vlr not identify via hlr occasionally and msc disconnect the call "call ended".
          So resolve this type of problem?
          Is "call ended" bug, had reached to your #nationalroaming software?? That cause your system is corrupt, you should to fix it immediately!क्योंकि आप लोग हमारी समस्या का सुधार नहीं कर रहे हो?
          Is your volte service working in roaming?

              Hi,

              I have added 20000 in my airtel wallet, after that airtel blocked my wallet service, each time i try to make transaction from my wallet getting this message "debit transaction is not allowed". After they asked for pan, aadhar and bank statement now 9 days gone, no soltion, yesterday (17/01/2017) one of customer care executing was saying that problem will be solved by tomorrow (18/01/2017) but when i call to cce today (18/01/2017), now they are saying that your date of birth is miss matched. I dont know where airtel india is matching my date of birth i have already submitted pan aadhar and bank statement, i did not get any mail from airtel india, they did not inform me about my dob, now qustion is if they informed me about my dob mismatched then why yesterday cce assured me for solution by today

              each time making false promise to customer on thursday they promise me issue will be resolved by saturday but moday is monday still my wallet is freezed, i have recorded call records for their salse promise for last 15 days they are making false promise my case id is 1351406

              My account details show that i have a ballance of rs 2836.77 and expiry on 16/5/18 but i am getting sms alert that my account needs to be recharge before 16th jan 18 and i had just recieved a call also telling me to get recharge done for amount Rs 5801. how to sort this issue.
              Sir airtel ka network bhout jyada khraab h shi se call nhi kr paa rhe h isse to jio bhi badiya h recharge ke piso ka hak to deti h airtel to pise khaati h or customer care. Me to aaj tk phone nhi lga h aapne complain no. To bhout bna rakhe h pr shi se chlta ek bhi nhi h

              koi nahi dost jio ka sim le lo airtel ko bheekh mangane layak bhi nahi chodhegi jio seedha patta saaf marlet se
              Hai am using airtel connection and this is one of the worst network which i ever seen more than 1000 times i spoke with customer care and there is no solution from them. Please don't take this connection and go for some other network.

              yes, worst services they providing they blocked my wallet, and block 20000 in that wallet, will they compensate for this blockage ?

                I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel but my new airtel sim is not working even after 9 days of porting request.

                My old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

                Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port on 9th january 2018, after 9 days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working.

                Is this your world class service

                If i call on customer care or go to airtel store (They replace my sim 3 times) they don't have any solution also,.

                Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim. Please solve my problem. My business has stopped because of this.

                Hi, i was using this number from last one year, and every month unknowingly Airtel enabling "GAMEPIND" service and deducting whatever charged money.
                I tried calling their customer care and nobody responding. And i lost almost 50+ rs

                Request you to credit all the money back and let me know.

                  airtel 4g hotspot not switching on

                  I have bought a airtel 4g hotspot which is not working now. I have visited the sirtel store and they did not accept any complaint and without checking the device they advice me to check in any hardware store if the battery is having some issue. Even they did not help me on availability of battery for the device. Have spend 3000 on the device and now am not able to use and dont know to whom i should complaint....

                  I'm in hungary for past 8 months because of my official work. I will come to india only after 3 months.

                  Two weeks back, i got a message from airtel stating that i need to recharge my above mentioned number to avoid deactivation, since airtel people found no usage on my number for past 90days. I was unable to recharge my number in online at that time.

                  Again i tried on 9th jan'18 it showing invalid number. Airtel people had deleted it without any intimation. All my official and personal transactions can be done only thru that number.

                  When i approach airtel nodel team, they confirmed me that number can be activated within 15 days in any of my family member's name in prepaid. But when my brother approach airtel head office in santhome, they are saying that number can be activated only in postpaid in my name. For that too i need to appear in person. They were dragging us from chengalpattu to chennai for more than one week

                  Worst part is, even i couldn't book my flight ticket without that number since all my bank transactions can be done only thru that number.

                  I'm writing this mail with last drop of my hope. Please help me on this

                    I have requested for mnp on my vodafone no to airtel on 9th of jan18 and it is 18th today. (9days), now my vodafone network is gone with the porting done from there side. The new airtel sim is not yet activated and this is very frustrating as i have called customer care several times and visited the airtel store with no positive response. Getting so much loss in my business due to this if my problem will not resolve i’ll raise complaint in trai.

                      I am meda bharath reddy and my number is [protected] we have a 5 connections at my home @ nellore. My address is 6/5, near kothakaluva centre, navalakh gardens, nellore-524002. We are facing call drops and network issue. Earlier we used to have 4g signals and now it shows only edge. This is from past 7 months. I have given complaint to customer care and done numerous calls. Every time they say there is a tower upgrade and nothing is happening. Infact no one called us regards to issue. Customer care was promising that the issue will be fixed in shorter time and things are getting worsen day by day.in order to speak calls we are going out of house and attending. Please understand that women are there and they cannot go to road and speak the calls. This is shameful to airtel. Infact i have bought jio dongle to have internet at home since airtel 3g/4g is not working. Seems airtel is taking it lighter side and willing to loose customers. I am educating in my area that airtel doesnt resolves the issues and most of them are ready to go for protability including me.

                      Someone from Airtel has called me when I have applied from Port. They want to retain me and says that within 4 days I would be getting a call from technical team. However, he asked me to report issue through Open network. I have done open network and reported issue by dailing 12118. Here the lady says they dont have approval from government to upgrade the tower and it is in hold status. They cant do any thing at this time. They are asking me to go for portability and there is no other option.

                      I have got a call from Airtel and asked for another 1 week time. They have provided network engineer number [protected]. As usual the number is switched off and not reachable. Things are getting worsen day by day with Airtel. They fool the customers. Again they dont give any resolution and after 1 week it is up to me to go for portability.

                      Airtel asked me to check the progress of network issue at www.airtel.in/opennetwork But I could see there is no progess. Giving false assuarances. After long conversation they have provided a number to speak [protected]. The escalation team says they need approval from Government and local bodies to upgrade the tower. Since from 1 year they couldnt get approval itseems. They dont know when they will get approval also. Again they are trying to retain the customer to be with their worst service. Pathetic.                       No update from Airtel. Day by Day becomes worse. Now the issue is in our office too. They have fixed a booster and no use at all.

                        My name jayaprakash reddy. My phone number is [protected]. On january 1, 2018 i paid rs 1563 due for the number and have a receipt for it. I discovered late that the amount was wrongly credited to [protected] by the airtel billing clerk. I brought this to the notice of the airtel staff in their begumpet headquarters. They promised to rectify it but did not. Now the outgoing calls from the above number are barred.
                        Airtel has rotten service. The phone simply does not work in my office on rd no 5 due to poor signal for the past several years. I made hundreds of complaints but no action till so far. It now strikes me that i need to take a legal recourse to redress my problems.

                          I have lodged complaint regarding discrepancy in my bill of december. Not getting any satisfactory response. I am chasing customer care since last 1 month still no response. Complaint is regarding refund of wrong charges. Very disappointed with customer care response. One complaint was going on and i have notified them to resolve before my next bill cycle so that i shouldn't be charged for late fees. Still they have changed for that as well. So unprofessional.

                            I am residing at block 29 of new moti nagar, new delhi-110015 and for the last three days i am not getting netwrok at my residence. Till now i have spoken many times with the customer care but no respite yet. As a last resort i am filing this complaint thereafter i will be having no option other than port the services as mobile, dth, broad band to some other service provider.
                            Pls note that my association with airtel is for the last more than 15 years.

                              I have purchased postpaid 4g wifi service 499 plan on oct 2017 ([protected]). But from day 1 it is not working. I have made several complain and visited pune kalyaninagar airtel service center. They told if you can not able to use it wont charge you sir and our people solve issue on priority. And one more thing i have purchased that airtel wifi device with 2500/-.
                              On nov 28 i received message to pay 494 and that time i told customer care to disconnect my number as it is not useful. Down the time dec 2017 gone and it was not fixed. Then jan gone and now asking to pay 1200, though i have not used any thing. Now i am sure rs.2500/- for that device is gone and airtel going to payback me.

                              Now a days airtel people calling me almost calling every 2 days and asking to pay. I have explained all thing, but they are not trying to understand and asking same again and again. And they are taking in rude manner always. So now i am planning to go to consumer court for this as i dont have much option.

                              I am using idea broadband at my home and service is pretty good. So in future i will never take airtel service. And i am making sure i will do necessary feedback almost every day on every site for airtel.

                                My 4g sim was damaged so i swapped it with another 4g sim (Duplicate sim) but since then my 4g isn’t working whenever i turn on my mobile data it keeps on showing 3g. I called customer care more than 10 times but they haven’t resolved it yet it has already been one n a half week. They keep on saying that it will be resolved in 24 hours. I even changed my location as well since they told me that the problem is in my location, but the problem still persisted. I have recharged my phone with 448 4g pack n i think it is getting wasted.                                   I have ported idea number [protected] from idea to airtel and is my primary number which is registered on naukri.com, monster india and with my bank. Network is so worst at time there is no network connection.in 24 hours mostly network connection is for 2-3 hours that too i have to select manually. Thane missed so many important calls from employer and i cannot get my otp from bank on this number for doing online transaction. It's very inconvenience for me. I need to get reimbursed if possible if not kindly take strict action against airtel as this companies spend lakhs of rupees in advertising but on customer like me as since last 2 months it has been very inconvenient for me. Kindly get this issue resolve as soon as possible.

                                      Unable to call a particular number from my airtel sim.
                                      Error is coming as "you are dialing a invalid number". I also tried calling with prefix "0", even then same error is coming. Owner of that number is able to connect to my number.
                                      The same number is reachable when i am trying to call from some other number.
                                      I called costumer care but they are not providing me a apt solution. They say that it is problem of your handset or may be due to temporary congestion. I have been trying to calling that number from weeks but it is giving the same error.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
