I stay in j/03/0501, sparsh, sukhobrishti, newtown, aa-iii, pin 700135.in my area there is very low network coverage as of airtel. Airtel open network is showing that the area has got excellent coverage of 3g and 4g but that is not the case in reality. Everytime we wish to make a call or surf the internet we need to go out of our rooms and we need to get down to roads to talk with others. Even then many a times the voice breaks. I have reported the same several times to airtel customer care but they are not taking it into consideration and they are also denying the same.

    Hi,

    This complain regarding wrong commit by airtel store employee rahul
    He told me when you transfer postpaid connection into prepaid then you need to recharge with any plan, then i said to him do with minimum with amount 199 and i pay him rs 199 but now i confirm with airtel customer care that recharge not done with 199. He recharge with amount 178.
    They guys are not genuinely help to customer.
    They provide number for help but pick up very rare case.

      Hi,

      It’s been four days since i ported my number from vodafone to airtel.. I am not getting any incoming calls and messages.. Every day when i call customer care they are giving false commitment about the resolution time, i am seriously feeling very bad for choosing this pathetic network.

      Kindly, request your support in getting this issue resolved immediatly.

        Sir, its almost 4days i have been un-able to us 4g network after upgrading from 2g, whenever i switch my network mode into 4g i lost a network and on out of network coverage. I had call the customer services 4/5 times but still its the same and no action... Today i talk again to a customer services and they ask me to wait again untill 15 january... Plizs need it to resolve in a minimum time

          I have moved to usa during october. I went to a nearby store when i was in india during september there was no one who responded properly for the cancellation of my postpaid service. I had to wait for nearly more than a hour and no proper response from any of the representative over there. I got frustated and left the place. Later i started receiving bills even after i come back to usa for which i have not at all used. I don't even have the sim. It might have already been deactivated as it was more than 3 months that i have used the sim. Still i receive monthly payments from the airtel. I don't think its the right way to charge bills.
          In october last week after heading to usa i have asked my parents to go to the store and request for cancellation. They denied doing it. They said that i should go in person and cancel it. How is it possible for a person who is in abroad to come to airtel store in india and cancel the service?? When i went in person no response from them. But when my parents went they need me to come and cancel. I even spoke to them on phone stating that i am in usa i cannot come and cancel. Accept my parents concern and cancel it if you want any security questions i can answer but they didn't accept. I tried my best. I cannot talk to them anymore i am already frustated. I hate the service they provide. Worst customer service ever. I want my number to be cancelled right away and i will not pay the due for which i have never used.
          Please check the photos which i have attached. I need the postpaid service to be cancelled and deactivate the sim as well.

              I am writing with extreme grievance that my airtel money wallet account has been freezes. No transaction is being allowed causing extreme inconvenience as i have a handsome amount of money in my wallet. I downloaded my airtel app with so many hopes for easier access of money which have now been abolished by this unpredictable, unwanted and unbearable bad service. I would very much like to get my money back. I would like to urge the authority to take necessary steps as soon as possible.

                Dear airtal,
                I have around 60 gb o[censored]nused data on my mobile number for the period dec 6 to jan 05. But on 5 jan i got sms like previous month data 6.07 gb added to my mobile number for current month. I raised complaint with ref no. 82546991. But they closed the ticket with out any resolution. I have faced some issues with 4g/3g/2g connectivity on my mobile from jan 3rd to jan 5th i think. Once the issue resolved i am seeing lot of issues with account related. I haven't proper updates from customer care people. Request you please take a look on data issues.

                  While complaining by me, it has a big surprise for me that one such company could do the same,

                  Selling numbers on false promises. For last around 5 years i was a reliance customer then i switched with the airtel company, while i had good offers from the vodafone and idea too. Still i chose the airtel because a big name.

                  When i took this connection, these commitments were made to me.

                  1. The plan 399 will be in 299 including all tax for life time.

                  2. 20+10 gb data will get with this plan. 10 gb after install the application.

                  3. The money given at the time of filling the form will be adjusted in first bill that was @ 250/-

                  I talked twice about this in 198 and every time a different thing was told. When the first call is said to be adjusted in another bill. And when i call today, you are saying that when the connection is closed then it will adjust. I am an old customer of airtel, in addition to postpaid. I am using airtel's dth two prepaid number already. I have been using it long enough. There is no problem in anyone except above said, but why are you spoiling your name in postpaid? With great sorrow, i have to say that you can close my connection. I can not call or mail for complaint repeatedly.

                    It has been more 4 months still problem not yet resolved . I am not getting calls from vodafone customers. It saying Invalid Number if they are calling to me not for one or two customer for all vodafone customers. I fed up by raising complaints to airtel customer care because no use after some days they are hard closing my request. Even i tired port out they are not releasing me . Even they are no payment due to me.

                    Is there any solutions or could any one say me where issues resides.

                      I am experiencing no network and missing many office calls at my home.
                      I am almost missing all the calls. This is a very bad experience with airtel.
                      I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel since past 6 months now.
                      Since last 2 weeks there is network issue occuring here suddenly.

                      Require the airtel cutomer care to resolve this issue.

                      I am staying in shollingnallur region(chennai). We are not getting proper signal in this region..call quality is very low. We are missing important calls. We would like to switch network if you wont resolve this problem. Not only for me, the same problem has been facing by lot of airtel coustmers in this region

                        I am a senior citizen aged 81 and a retired irs officer. I wanted to
                        Convert my 2-3g sim card with a 4g as i wanted to use it in a new
                        Smart phone. Though i find it difficult to walk i went to your airtel office, vadavalli, coimbatore (Tel. No.[protected] and
                        Contacted one shri manikantan on 31.12.2017 evening. He
                        Wan ted to verify my aadhar no. Inspite of repeated efforts my finger impressions could not be matched. He took out a copy of aadhar card, photo, gave me a 4g sim bearing no.[protected]u, collected rs.25/-and told me that he would send the documents and the sim would be activated by next day evening. Since nothing happened i again went to him on 2.1.2018 when he told me that it would be activated the next day. I con tacted him on phone practically
                        Every day. Till today nothing has happened, i then contacted
                        123 when i requested one ms. Nisha who asked me to send an
                        Sms addressed to 121 from the old sim mentioning sim followed by 20 digit nos. Of new 4g sim. So far my new sim is not activated, when i called 121 i was told that my aadhard no. Has already been verified.in fact some 3 months the aadhar card no. Was, linked with the above phone. The govt.
                        Expects the telephone cos. To serve senior citizen by paying home visits. I want to know what i should do to get my new sim activated as an old customer for the last 10 years and holder of more than 5 mobiles can i expect a better treatment or force me to run between pillar to post. From a reputed vco.

                          I had taken the Airtel digital set sub-box 3 months ago. I was afraid of packing 6 months 477, at that time a customer care executive had said that till 6 months your high definition channels will come. But today the High Debigination Channel has been closed. Do not take the Airtel Digital Set sub-box.

                            I have 1 GB data per day. But data is getting exhausted before morning hours just for WhatsApp usage.
                            My device showing only 128 MB usage but airtel app shows that usage is 1 GB.
                            How it is possible.
                            This is really cheating by airtel
                            I raised port on my mobile phone. I got a call from airtel team and told me that "system is hung so give us 2hours will callyou back".till now i did not recevied any call. i rasied port again but tillnow the team is responding.

                              I have lost nearly ₹300 balance from my airtel mobile ([protected]) prepaid while changing the simcard... Actually there is some problem with my sim card for last 2 weeks... We called the customer care and checked with them... They told services are normal to your number and the problem may be with your sim like that... So they asked us to change the sim card for the same number... So we changed the sim and it got activated on 6th jan.. But it showing as ₹0 balance... Kindly check it and help us to get back our balance... Thanking you...

                                I have recharged my mobile for rs. 199 through hdfc net banking on 9th jan 2018. The transaction was successfully done and my money also has been debited from my account. But i didn't receive any recharge from airtel. I went through the process of knowing the wallet balance. But due to inconvenience, i couldn't make it. Please let me know the update even after receiving money why the recharge is not done.

                                  I reside near hill road bird song cafe and am suffering from extremely poor network coverage as regular call drops etc since starting october 2017 and had registered a complaint with airtel and was promised that some one from their networks team will call me in 72 hours. It’s been two months and the issue remains the same!!!
                                  Every second call made either gets blank or does not connect.
                                  Why is airtel fooling the public by stating they are india’s fastest growing network when they can’t even fix an issue in a prime area of bandra west.
                                  Until. Ow no one has bothered to call me.
                                  I will soon port all my numbers to another operator as airtel is simply not up to the basic service delivery and i also suggest that govt authorities read this complaint and take airtel to task under trai terms.

                                    Mujhe ek din rajiv sir ka call aya ki mein airtel company ki taraf se bol raha hu. Jo ki india ki no. 1 company hai hamari company ne "online airtelcaf form filling" ka work start kiya hai jisme apko pehle 2149 rs ka security amount jama karna registration ke liye. Uske baad apko demo diya jayega demo ke baad agar aap work nahin karna chahte hai to apko 2149 rs ka amount refund kar diya jayega. Magar mjhe mera amount abhi tak bapis nahin mila hai. Please sir help me to refund my money.
                                    Mene 31 december ko airtelcaf ke caller ko payment kiya tha aur unhone mujhe 3 january ko demo diya tha demo ke baad mene rajiv sir se kaha ki mein apke sath kaam nahin karna chahta hu ap mujhe mere money bapis kar dijiye to bolte hain ki aap ab helpline number per call kijiye tab se mein unhe call kar raha hu but wo mjhe refund nahin de rahe hai aur airtelcaf ka helpline number per call kiya jisme ravi sr se bat hui bolte hai kal tak apke paas refund ke liye call aa jayega but abhi tak koi call nahin aya hai. Please help me.

                                      I have submitted mnp request within the same network (Airtel) from postpaid to prepaid ([protected]) on 06th january 2018 and request is yet not completed. All my services are down which is impacting my day to day work.
                                      When i have submitted the port request airtel care told me that they will take only 4 hours of downtime to proceed this request but as of now downtime is exceeded its limit 17+ hours.
                                      I have contacted 3 times on airtel customer care and everytime i got new response from the customer representative. All were not in sync for the same issue.

                                      One of the representative told me that it will take 4-7 day to process this request
                                      Second representative told me that it will take 72 hours to process your request.
                                      Third representative told me to visit near airtel store there is an issue with your sim.
                                      Fourth representative told me there is no details for your number.

                                      Now why customer is suffering in mnp request its airtel responsibility to sync between postpaid department and prepaid department. When postpaid services are taken off make sure prepais sim activate within 1-2 hours.

                                      Who will pay all the loses while services are down by the airtel?

                                      No response after sending so much emails and call on customer care. After that i visited nearest Airtel Store and they have done some reset from their system. Once reset was done network was populated on my handset. Overall downtime was 20+ hours for sim port on same network.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi team,

                                        This is arun.

                                        My plan is rs299+ tax but my account keeps debited for rs646.64. I have approached one of your airtel showroom month ago which is in valachery (Near velachery railway station) regarding my billing query that i am paying more. Was informed that he sent an email to deactivate the add on plan so this will not happen again but this month again i am charged for rs 600 so i approached same showroom but did get proper response. Executive called kannan who addressed my issue not customer friendly. He didn't pay attention to my query and was discussing something else with other colleagues. I am not happy with the support received and my issue is still not resolved. Want to cancel my service. Please take this as a special request and do needful.

                                        Bangalore-560022. having airtel number[protected]. which is not working since 14 days. We have given complaint no. 91691544 dtd 25th december 2017. But unfortunately it was not attended by anyone. kindly look into this complaint and do the needful

                                        We had discontinued our postpaid connection months ago.And last month, even after paying money when we havent used-we asked to disconnect and gave request...Still we are getting bill and they are asking for money...This is not tolerable.

                                        I am unable to make out going calls from My mobile number [protected].

                                        Customer team said that "its failed due to cef outgoing blocking"(I am not sure about this issue) .

                                        Many times reached customer care but it didn't resolved.

                                        Please escalate to higher authorities.

                                        Let me know the root cause.
