Every time when i recharging aircel supposed to taking money and messaging like... As you activated south... As you activated hungama... Thank you for choosing store like that... Then how can i rechargee and speak to somebodya. This is not fair and frustrating me. Kindly give back my money. 25 rs taken today.. Every day taking like this. I need my money... For 1person 25 rupees everytime,,,,,, for 100 members it going too away

    Suddenly my sim card becomes deactivated on last friday (29.12.17). Next day, i have gone to the airtel store at barasat. They have have given the sim card twice on that day saying that it will be be activated within 4 hrs. Nothing has happened. They are not even replying properly. They have not provided their contact number also. The customer care saying sim card has no problem. Network is not coming at all till date. As because i am staying in kharagpur now, i have gone to the airtel store here. They have charged for the sim card from me again. The sim card has not yet activated. The person here is not picking the phone and behaving harshly with me when i called from different number. I have given this number to everywhere. Everytime they are saying that no issue. It will be done. Nothing has been done for last one week the details are given below:

      Sir,
      I was doing a transaction money got debited, while the transaction was unsuccessful. (Transaction id:[protected] i made an complaint, complaint no.1256115, regarding this on 27th of december. Still the complaint hasn’t been resolved. And the represatives are daily telling that the amount will get refunded, the next day. But nothing is happening. Kindly help me through and i hope i’ll hear from you asap.

        I am using an airtel postpaid connection and my bill is overdue but am unable to pay my bill because neither the airtel app nor the airtel online postpaid bill payment website is ready to accept my number, as i go for bill payment it says that the number is incorrect and please fill in a correct number, i have been facing this problem for a while now and am totally fed up with airtel. I want to switch to vodafone bit since there's a minimum time that i gotta use this number isn't up i have no choice but to continue with this number.
        How do i pay my freaking bill when even airtel isn't ready to acknowledge my number as their postpaid connection.
        Where do i complaint to the highest authority for this mistreatment.

        The day i recharged I'm facing issue with data.. data doesn't work at all... This is a fraud recharge and waste of money...I need u guys to get back me and get it sorted

          Hello i am using airtel from past 4 years never faced such problem, from past 2 weeks i am not able to access internet during daytime.in my phone it shows that internet is connected but the net doesn't works. Despite regular complaints at airtel my problem is still not solved and still faceing the same problem. Despite having 2 gb regular daily data i am not able to access it. Ironically it works only at night 1-5 am. I am literally unsatisfied with this network. - saumya

            international roaming data pack balance

            Am looking for option everywhere and trying to connect airtel customer service so many time to know what is my data balance in international roaming... I don't knw how much i have used... And once my data pack is finished my main balance start going... I have loast so much because of this... Airtel don't send any sms or mail that data pack is over... Customer service people don't knw about it they keep telling the india loacal data balnce...

            I’m from chennai and after a small amount of rain in our area the networks have been to its worst and inspite of repeated complaints we only get the reply saying we are resolving it but actually there is not even a single percent improvement and everytime i have to refresh my networks and have to cut the call and try it again and again this has been an serious problem for me because i’m a doctor and i’m not able to communicate to my patients because of this network and it has really affected my lifestyle for the past one month and i’m getting only 2g in my latest 4g handset sometimes and most of the times it’s no service

              I have port my number from Vodafone to airtel. But in airtel network not able to connect other networks even airtel itself. Every time given message server lines are busy.
              I am not getting service then why should I pay bills to airtel.
              Many times I have complain but no solution.airtel team not able to response also. Very bad service provide by airtel, this is not happening with my number even I have seen many person in my with same problem

                    I have shifted from mumbai to banglore. I already had airtel postpaid number since past 5 years. I have raised a request for circle change from mumbai to karnatka on 13th dec 2017. But instead of circle change airtel has deactivated my number from all the services on 19th december 2017 without any notification. Since that day i am calling customer care again and again, dropping emails, visiting airtel stores but no one. Is helping. This is really very ridiculous as i cant do any online transaction or anything as it was my registered number since past 5 years. Also yesterday airtel guy gave me new sim raised request for the activation but still its not working and you guys are again not responding. I had paid advance payment as well. Also it cost me lots of money as i was unable to do any online payment on my due dates. My complaint number is [protected].

                      My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel mobile).
                      Complaint - as my remaining days combo plan (Rs.448 plan for 70 days validity) was 47 days on 03/01/2018, was trying to recharge the same plan to other number on same date, by mistake it was recharged to my number itself only because of the airtel money app. The 47 days validity was vanished and it continued to 70 days from 03/01/2018 (Recharge date). Immediately i called after the recharge has been done, for request of any refund or transferable process to other mobile number which i tried to do the recharge. As the airtel customer person said it is not possible for such refund or transfer. Kindly resolve the issue.

                        I have been charged for Internet usage for 10 days without any notice and now the bill is 6593 which is so much amount which I cant pay as I am not using any service except Rs 149 Basic plan and 149 roaming charges

                        Mailed to airtel customer care but no reply.

                        If this is the case I need to discontinue all my services with Airtel.

                          This is to inform you that on 27/11/2017 your executive have misguided me and changed my bill plan, but on the same day i vomplaint to custermer care about all this and they said the issue will be resolved in 48 hours but i did not get any call and then i called once back then also they repeated the same thing that issue will be resolved by 9th of december, but no call i recd. From your side and after waiting long time i called on 18/12/2017 then your kaushik assured me that issue will be resolved and again he changed (My plan in my family 399) but today when i recd. My bill of 1132 rs. Then i called custmer care then they are saying you have to pay the bill... Why should i pay, when i was misguided by your executive.

                          Now the airtel executive not responding its more than one month.. Please do the needful asap.

                            Hi, i asked for broadband and i got hotspot from mr. Dhiraj fron khanpur dealership centre. He sold the hotspot for 4000 approx and never started the connection saying verification failed. I asked him to return money or provide connection and he said there was no transaction of money. He took paytm payment in his airtel company number he said, cheque he refused so that the payment is instant and connection can be established next day. I denied cash payment due to recent demonitisation when i requested broadband nov 2016. Please help.
                            All i get is customer service agent returning my calls but no resolution as promised. One manager also spoke to me but he ended up selling broadband and did nothing to resolve hot spot issue
                            Are you delaying until the issue is too old and you will ask me to get lost then..?

                              I have been calling customer care since 1 month about the network issue in my area in jogeshwari east near railway station ismail yusuf college boys hostel. The response is pathetic. My whole family use airtel but the response that i have been given last one month is forcing me to go to vodafone or jio. Really company is on the verge of closure i guess. Everytime telling the same story and closing down the complaint ticket by themselves without even knowing whether they are resolved or not.in name of transferring ur call to seniors they will have u waiting like a # and den cut the call. Giving same answers like bots everytime u call them and no response. I have myself called 10 times last 2 months and response is same that we cant tell u the exact tim but we are working on tower. I am like are you mad since 2 months u r giving the same reason. Pathetic airtel i will recommend every1 to not to use airtel and myself will file the complaint in consumer forum after waiting for two months. Will port out all my connection.

                              I have done a 4g recharge plan on my airtel mob no.[protected] but instead i am not even getting 2g speed.The network strength goes up and down and even sometimes the network goes blank as if there were no sim in my 4g handset lava A71.

                                The internet is not working at our residence premise (Number[protected] for over 3 months now. The first complain given was on 3rd of november and the issue is not solved yet.
                                They make false commitments of solving the issue within 24 hours every time we call them, which is still not solved yet. Also, their technicians do not visit the premise even when promised that their technician will be visiting. It has happened 6-7 times that their technicians have not visited after making a commitment.
                                We would have nearly called them 20-30 times to escalate the issue and solve it. But, they do not take any action towards the same.
                                Also, they sometimes blame it on the customer that there is an internal wiring issue and sometimes on themselves that there is a problem with their wires. It's nearly been 3months since the internet is not working and still they are not doing anything to solve the issue.

                                  Myself sivaramakrishna. I am using airtel postpaid ([protected]) since 1year. My bill plan is 349 (Unlimited calls+300sms+3gb data). I got added 540mb data from last month but i got a bill 787.05. Last month also same complaint. And one more issue about network i raise a complaint in december 2016 about network issue in hyderabad. Since i didn't rectified. What is this. It is very worst i have seen. And also suddenly call dropping issues. Please resolve my problem

                                  Again this month also same issue in generating bill it's worst service provide by Airtel. Now again bill is Rs. 630. Sir please consider my complaint as serious issue and ressolve as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                    From 30-40 days i am hardly able to make any calls. Every time i try calling, i am hearing a lady saying all lines are busy in all languages. I try calling at least 7-8 times and if i am lucky then my call will get connected. On a daily basis, i am spending at least 30 mins trying connecting itself.
                                    From 4 days i stopped using normal calls and was only using whatsapp calls. Thanks to whatsapp,

                                    My connection is from mumbai area. This is happening in all the areas, i tried in other states also but the same situation.

                                    This is so frustrating! This is very bad customer experience by airtel

                                    I have been using airtel for 7 years now. Now i am planning to port because i am seriously disappointed by them.

                                      Unauthorized deductions have been made towards my mobile no xxxxxx3420 despite despite my scheme of free calls my balance has been reduced from 59.20 to 42.30
                                      Similarly rs 89.17 has been reduced to about 17.21 paise despite no calls been made in phone no xxxxxx6724 in the name of my wife.

                                      Air-tel is synonymous with cheating when i opted and charged my phone no xxxxxxx420 with plan of rs399/-on 13/8/17 my data plans were not activated even for one month despite payment made by me around 13th aug 2017 and various lame excuses were made and finally i was able to get data activated only in september 2017 and period
                                      Of no service was not extended to my recharge deadline. And deducting money for every call i make from my phone despite being enrolled in scheme for free calls.

                                      Despite my lodging complaints and entitled to free calls they are going on deducting money from my account and deducting money for calls made at even toll freenumbers
