I have been having innumerble instances with airtel network:

1) calls get dropped quite often though both parties "confirm" good network signal.

2) either party is not able to hear the other though both parties "confirm" good network signal.

3) a single call that usually can be completed in say "1 minute" now most of the times take 5 to 6 calls, all because of this frustrating airtel network issues which keeps dropping calls midway. This in effect has a negative side to it, as we end up being charged for the 5 - 6 calls instead of 1 call.

4) static on calls - instances have been quite frequent.

5) most of the airtel customer service agents (121) though polite, are not aware of issues, and also are not adequately trained to address issues.

6) the common "excuse" that is provided on a call to airtel customer service agents 121 is that their applications are down.

7) it is very hard to get a supervisor or a manager on line to speak to. The common excuse that is provided is that they are not available in that shift?

8) when i make a call to any number, somtimes i keep hearing a ring tone and the call never gets picked up, but the other party reports picking up the call but unable to hear anything on the other side, and we invariably end up getting billed for these calls too.

9) there are many instances of cross connections midway during a call, and we have to end up disconnecting the call and make another call again.

10) there is no support number that we as a customer can call to have these "network issues" addressed. There should be a number for customers to call the network/technical team.

11) the list goes on & on, and the only relief (If we can call it that), is that if we as a customer are aware of our rights and dispute these "invalid" changes, airtel ends up "providing" discounts and free talk time. But the point is, we ask & subscribe for a service, expecting good service as well as good customer satisfaction, but all we get is a run around time and time again.

12) the excuse they have given me many a time is that my mobile must be fauly and suggested i try the connection with a new one, though i did tell the agents that the issue is not with the hand set, but with airtel network, as has been proved time and time aagain by various other customers who are with airtel. I did change my handset to a new model, and i am still facing the same issue, i even changed my number and then my sim, but to no effect.

13) airtel understands that they have a network issue (What they call a global issue), and it has been 5 or so months now, and the issue still remains. How long we as customers can "bear/tolerate" this kind oa pathetic service.

    Hello, there my number is [protected] i have been using it more than 9 years but on 31st dec 2017, my number got disconnected without any notice. My alternate contact number is [protected] and also i have visited airtel center today at margao goa

    But no use they said i need to unlock biometric of adhar card to get duplicate sim as my biometric is locked. But to unlock my adhar biometric i need otp but that's the number which is disabled. It's a trap.

    I can't do bank transactions as well. Everything is linked to this number. Due to bank online transaction hold (Required otp), i am unable to run my business smoothly... I am not sure how long and serious, airtel will be to fix long-term loyal airtel subscriber.

      I have bought a new airtel hotspot connection on 13 dec 2017 till today (As on 02 jan 18) the connection is not activated.
      I have paid 3500+ rupees, they are not ready to repay nor getting resolve the issue.
      Very poor customer service, sales guys and technical guys are not trained well, poor management.
      Pls don't buy airtel products, very poor customer service no one takes initiative to resolve the issue. I choose airtel because it is indian product now i regret for buying airtel.

        Dear sir
        I have sms recharge done by mistake in [protected] of stranger of ₹ 5/- by mobikwick app.
        Please stop this recharge and refund of my amount argent.
        Sorry for this mistake its a first mistake which is done by this new app.
        I don't know which person take benefit of this recharge so please stop this recharge and refund to my mobikwick wallet account.

          Could not able to use the data and calls not able to receive for my child number, everything was ok, until have changed the plan from 1199 to 299, followed up for the past 3 months no proper response from airtel, hold connection for past 12 years... Need solution for the same... As on date data balance is 73 gb and network problem and always it says mobile not reachable...

            I am being with airtel from almost 5 years always facing network issue due which i converted my postpaid connection to prepaid to unnecessary paying off.
            But after converting i am unable to make any recharge and due which unable to make any outgoing call.
            Airtel should change their slogan "india's fastest network" making fool to entire world.

            Customer care executive unable to find correct solution as per their end number is functioning smoothly.

              I have called so many times to airtel customer service no 121 and also tried activation for conference call activation from airtel application but they are not able to activate conference call service on my phone number [protected].in my office it's a important requirement but due to airtel customer service is not activating it on my mobile i am facing issues in my work...                 Dear service team,

                Hi, this is mr. Subhash kr tiwari from new delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my mobile today hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                    Dear sir my mobile no is [protected]. I m complaining against this service of airtel rajasthan. Whenever i recharge they cut my balance every time. I tried to call them on customer care 198, 121, [protected] but they never talk. Yesterday 1 jan 17 i again recharged with 50 rupee but again they cut the amount.                       Your employee name ms priya, from whom i got a call at around 2p. M on 02/01/2018, called me from [protected] regarding porting a number into airtel. So i was on my way to airtel gallery for porting purpose and that time i received a call from ms priya who assured me that a executive will come at my door step to complete the formalities by 3.30 p. M as i have to leave for mumbai due to some urgent work, so i stopped their and went back to home. At 4p. M i called and asked what happen she said executives r not working properly so it will take time. Now i m leaving for mumbai couldn't get my work done due to this negligence. I will wait and won't port my number till 10th of jan and will port to airtel only i[censored] can show me a proof of action taken against your those authorities. If i don't get any revert regarding actions taken against them, i won't port to airtel and also suggest all my friends and their friends about this airtel failure and put up this thing on social media

                        Gamepind services is automatically activated on my number and inr 50 was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my end, requeat you to resolve this at the earliest and credit back the money deducted without any reason. Also deactivate the gamepind services on my mobile.in future don't activate any of the services automatically.in case i need any of the services i will do it my self. [try to resolve the issue as soon as possible ]

                        Hey wtf! Why did u activate some gamepind service on my number while i never requested for it.. my account was debited with inr 30. Useless service. Credit my money back

                          I have got add on plan of rs 799 on 23 december 2017. Since the day i am facing internet problem. Airtel company did provide any solution to me. I have did many complaintsuppliers at customer care but did not get satisfied reply
                          On 31st dec company send me a message that you have consumed 50 gb data of your plan. So your internet could not be run. Sir please do the needful

                            I am using airtel postapoid connection with monthly rental of 399, but now 2 days before i had changed my plan from 399 to 299. My internet quota available is 30 gb which is showing in my myairtel app but i am unable to use it beacause i am receiving the intenet speed upto 2-3kb and i am using 4g connection, not even a single web page is opening.

                              I have paid activation amount of rs. 500 on 30th dec. Transaction id [protected]. I have not the broadband connection yet. Raised refund request but no reply from airtel team.
                              The sales team after getting the payment are not picking up the call. Totally, unprofessional services from airtel. Waiting for resolution till now with no reply from the airtel or any airtel person

                                Mera airtel mob no [protected] hai. Jo ki mene 5/11/2017 ko bsf camp meru ke gate par ek dukan se liya thaa.
                                Dukan wale ne rs. 448 ka sim diya jisme hamse kaha gaya ki rs. 448 me 84 day ki vadhta melegi. Fir sim active hone par kaha gaya ki 70 day ki vedhta hai. Lekin sim 56 day ke bad date-30/12/2017 ko band ho gaya. Customer care me bat karne se pata chala ki mobile me rs 399 ka recharge huwa hai.
                                Aapse anurodh hai ki en dukan wale es tarah ki dhokh dhari aapke grahko se na kare. Es bat se airtel company ko nuksan hai.
                                Jaldi se mera no-[protected] ko recharge kare 14 day ki vedhta ke sath

                                    After making paymnets i am ubnale to make outgoing.. I was chagred my last bill rs 2400 approx for that i called customer care.. They said you got cgarged extra 880 rs.. Will wave off the same amount within 72 hrs.. Later i paid rs 1500 as my bill amount.. Then also issue not resolved..
                                    And i have given complaint with my network issue on 14 sept.. But till date same complaint on hold.. Resuliting extra charges on my postpaid bill.

                                      There is a 4g connectivity issues in the area i stay and even after approaching your staff in the area and also to regional and zonal area, the response has been very poor. The area i stay, there is approximately more than 2000 connection of your company. There is also a problem of call drop which has become a major problem. The response of your staff would force many of the customers to switch the connection to other subscriber.
                                      Secondly, your local staff is the worst i
                                      Have ever seen as they many reasons for not doing the work and not a single reason to complete the work for the ease of the customers.
                                      I must tell you that your staff at the lower level is quite poor.

                                        I had an airtel postpaid connection that was disconnected without any notice today. When i called twice, both customer service representatives told me my visa had expired, but that is completely false - my visa never expired (Someone must have entered my visa details incorrectly). They told me to go into a store location and that they would be able to reconnect my phone there, but that also turned out untrue as the employee at the store did not reconnect my phone but instead sent a note to the "backend guys." i still do not have phone service and i've heard nothing from airtel. At this point, i'm considering giving up on airtel and moving to another provider like jio.
