Applied for conversion from airtel postpaid to prepaid 3 days ago.. Yesterday network was gone in the postpaid sim so inserted the new prepaid sim however no network even after 24hrs.. Not even able to connect to 121. When contacted customer care they said they haven't received any documents from airtel store yet.. Now even postpaid is disconnected.. Solve the problem asap..     My cell no.[protected] of bsnl which was port to airtell in the month of aug.17. After switching activated to airtell, suddenly it was de-activated. I had contacted several time to customer care as well as local airtel shop from which it was made for porting, but till date no fruitful answer i have been given. I had simply asked to airtel that whether activate my number or returned to bsnl, so that again it may be activated from bsnl. But action has been taken from your end. Sir please look into the matter and solve the matter under intimation through my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com.

      30gb free data was offered 5 months back for my postpaid mobile connection and i had accepted it. However, from past 3 months, airtel is charging 500rs for data per month while i still have 23gb data balance in my postpaid account. I called customer care in oct and 500rs was reverted back. But in nov and dec bill again 500rs has been over charged per month. Till now i have called atleast 4 times to customer care with recent call done on 26th dec 2017 with complaint reference number 82262667 and the customer care person by name deepak had promised to resolve it within 48hrs. Till now it is not resolved. Airtel customer service has become pathetic and looks like they are least bothered about customers. Airtel will end up losing customers with such carelessness. I am frustrated calling customer care very often without any resolution. Please help to get out of this trouble. I have decided to move out of airtel once the billing issue is resolved.

        My name is samir shah, mumbai mobile: [protected]
        I have taken rs 499 plan which covers free airtel secure, i installed my airtel app on 28/12/2017. Since then i am trying to register my device (Samsung galaxy s 7) with myairtel-airtel secure- subscribe now which is showing error = "something seems to have gone wrong!". I have reinstalled the app also but the result is same. Called 198 which is also helpless. Please do the needful asap.
        I have attached the screenshots for your reference. It has been more than 24 hours and i am still helpless.

          I am holding airtel connection no. [protected] with 4g network facility. I am residing at sector 2266a/20c, chd. And working in old district court building, sector-17, chd. Both places have poor network. Earlier, i complained about same to your rep & he promised to do needful but nothing has been done. I always face problems for downloads, whatsup call, online watching of videos etc. Please do needful else i have to port my no.

            I had ported my no [protected] from vodafone to airtel. Porting was complete on 29 dec. I was using the airtel network until after half an hour, it displayed no service. And the network was gone. Customer care advised me to replace d sim which would take 4 working days to activate. I dnt have any alternate no. And it's my official no. Switching it off for a single day also can put my job at stake. Now i am regretting my decision of switching to airtel. And the airtel store people are not picking up my call.. Where i initiated the porting process. Kindly provide me with a solution whoever is reading this.

              Hi team,

              I don't know who is going to fix my issue but in hope that you may fix my issue i am writing my issue in this forum.

              I did postpaid to prepaid conversion on 23 rd dec 2017. On 28 morning my postpaid number got deactivated. Then i inserted my prepaid number and its not getting activated. Both customer care and airtel store is not having any clue what is the issue so i don't know whom to approach for activating my number.

                  Sir, i required to change my postpaid number to prepaid ([protected]) in the airtel office at krishnapuram colony, madurai-625014 but the customer care authorised person name of (Mr. Selva kumar) make my application form as very delay upto more than 1month... So iam totally disappointed of his this irregular action & i seems to enquire about my application but, he didn't say anything about revelent inspite of he makes sound of quarrel (With using unwanted words) aganist me. Finally i felt bad about his behaviour, so i wish to make complaint about him. And this type of irregular behaviour makes customer bad feel & unsatification against about required airtel company. So please make an action about my requested complaint.

                    I have an airtel postpaid connection since 8 yrs. For 4 yrs i was using ecs service and asked them to stop ecs 6 months back. They took 3 months to stop my ecs. Finally after 3 months they stopped the ecs. 3 more months down the line, ecs has hit my bank account again without me being informed!. I do not have sufficient funds in my bank account. The ecs is bounced and i had to pay penalty for ecs bouncing.
                    For their mistake of activating ecs again without informing i had to get a remark on my credit score. It is so bad and i am very upset. I actually had signal problems in my area, i have called them multiple times, they have come to my place and checked. Later for few days, the signal was good. After that again signal got worse.. Even now the call gets cut suddenly. I have changed mobiles thinking it could be mobile problem.
                    With these multiple issues i am going to change the network.

                    Hi,
                    After visiting airtel branch at Uppal, we came to know that by default ECS is activated. Because of which i had to face 2 problems.
                    1) Pay penalty of rs. 413/- for ECS bouncing
                    2) Remark on credit score for ECS bouncing.
                    I know you cannot help on #2 now. Atleast work on #1 and refund the penalty i have paid to bank because you had activated ECS by default without informing me! Else I may have to go to consumer court.

                    In the below email, you mentioned 'Rs. 235.85/- has been reversed back on[protected]'. Why are you reversing this amount? Please try to understand the problem first.
                    Bill amount Rs. 235.85/- was paid by me manually through online on 18th this month. After that you activated ECS by default and ECS has hit by bank account on 26th Dec where i have insufficient balance in my bank account. That is the reason ECS is bounced. On 27th when I deposited some amount in my bank account, penalty of rs. 413/- was levied by bank automatically for bouncing ECS.

                    You are trying to take the bill amount via ECS for the same month for which I paid manually through online, which is wrong. Please STOP ECS. Please refund the penalty of rs. 413/- i paid to bank because you activated ECS without my request. If you have any other queries, call me.

                      I have always been a fan of airtel because of their superior quality of service. Even when everyone was jioing around i stood up for airtel in my group with quality of service as the only weapon. But this fan of yours is hurt now.

                      #airtel - 6days and still i d'ont have the simcard activated. I had just initiated a sim change request and this is how they treat. 20 plus phone followups, 7 times store visit, 3 times new sim. Still the job has to be done. Patience is not hard to find these days. Respect it when someone shows it.

                      I know you will be prompt here hopefully and would like to know the details. The mobile number is [protected] and it has been 7 odd days and i am yet to get my sim activated after documemt submit and multiple successful aadhaar authentication.

                      This is utter harassment of a common man.

                        Hi i have been a airtel prepaid sim for more than 10 years 2 year ago i have updated a 4 g sim too. But from today evening it self it doesn't work it shows as invalid sim (No service) when i contact the customer care through other mobile network they said there is no any issues at our side, and askes me to change the setting in mobile network though i have done as per their guidance my sim is in the same condition.
                        Kindy rectifie the issue aeap as i was my personal mobile and i used for all my account and everything.

                          I had got a call from a number [protected] saying that they are calling from sbi and they are offering some reward points. A girl asked me to provide 16 digit card number which i denied, then she asked 4 digit which i gave. She then told me my 16 digit number. She also told not to share my cvv number with anyone. Later on i got 3 messages with otp. 1st transaction 10000 to airtel money, second 10000 to airtel money and third 2000 to paytm. My first two transaction were deducted, third one did not happen. Later i got a message fro [protected] that "welcome to sbi bank card your money will be refunded after 72 hours". I asked her how did the money got deducted, she said not to worry. I later found out that it was a fraud transaction. I am surprised how they had all information about my card and card details. I request my 20000 should be reimbursed from airtel money or sbi.

                            I have been requesting about bad network in our area (Anantha nagar phase -2, electronic city, bangalore) for the past 3 years towards airtel customer care. There is no action was taken and they always says the issue would be resolved in 3 months but it never resolved. Current it is very bad situation the signals are still worsen in our area. Due less signal it may draw more current which leads to health issues as well. Truly don't know is this right forum to complaint.

                            I have been paying around rs. 1000 every month but not able to utilize their services since there is not sufficient network connectivity.

                              Sir, the company is not providing the spitulated time/days for sim recharged for internet 4g connection under number[protected] as details below:
                              1. Recharged on 17/10/17, plan rs. 399, 1 gb daily for 70 days but plan closed after 28 days aginst the agreement.
                              2. Again recharged on 17/11/17, plan rs. 399, 1 gb daily for 70 days but plan closed after 35 days.
                              Both time it was first promised for 70 days but curtailed earlier.
                              Is it not a palnned cheating?
                              Is this the way the company treats its trusted customers?
                              No concrete and satisficatory answer is given on inquiry.
                              Please look into the matter at the earliest and add the promise data ncluding the previous one, otherwise i will plan future course of action.

                                I do not consume my daily data limit, but airtel system is showing it as full used daily data limit. Even detail data transaction in airtel system is not able to show full data consumption. When i told customer care to write complaint on same. They are not ready to take complaint. I am using airtel for so many days, but these time airtel is not able to provide proper service. Sorry to say but bad luck airtel.

                                    I am vipin. Next generation tv service is activated in my number without my consent and deducted 250rs for two months. When i called customer care they says i have double confirmed by sending sms. However am sure that i have not activated. Now they can't refund the amount.                                       I, Anirban Naskar applied for airtel broad band connection on 15th December, 2017 with all documents and paid advance Rs.500 through cheque to a guy "Sourabh", contact no.-[protected]. My CEF NO.[protected]. Till today I haven't received any call from airtel provider or any proper responce from appellate team. So, I want my money back as early as possible.Regards, Anirban Naskar

                                        We have purchased 6 numbers of Airtel WiFi dongle on Dec 1st and we paid the money also.

                                        But the WiFi dongle still not yet activated, we are calling the person who is from airtel dealer and he is not picking up the calls/not responding properly.

                                        Later he had sent the dongle bill through mail, Please find the attached photo.

                                        Is it really required so many days to activate the service.

                                        Recently last Friday we purchased the Vodafone dongle and it got activated within 3-4 days and we are using that.

                                        Why other operator doing fast and why not Airtel.

                                        Kindly take an action. We paid the money.
