After visiting airtel branch at Uppal, we came to know that by default ECS is activated. Because of which i had to face 2 problems.
1) Pay penalty of rs. 413/- for ECS bouncing
2) Remark on credit score for ECS bouncing.
I know you cannot help on #2 now. Atleast work on #1 and refund the penalty i have paid to bank because you had activated ECS by default without informing me! Else I may have to go to consumer court.
In the below email, you mentioned 'Rs. 235.85/- has been reversed back on[protected]'. Why are you reversing this amount? Please try to understand the problem first.
Bill amount Rs. 235.85/- was paid by me manually through online on 18th this month. After that you activated ECS by default and ECS has hit by bank account on 26th Dec where i have insufficient balance in my bank account. That is the reason ECS is bounced. On 27th when I deposited some amount in my bank account, penalty of rs. 413/- was levied by bank automatically for bouncing ECS.
You are trying to take the bill amount via ECS for the same month for which I paid manually through online, which is wrong. Please STOP ECS. Please refund the penalty of rs. 413/- i paid to bank because you activated ECS without my request. If you have any other queries, call me.
