Airtel have no internet connection in laxmi road and also main road no coverage in my home but others have good coverage and internet before airtel i have vodafone its good service i want to port my no but idea said minimum 3 months to port because of airtel policy

So i am deciding to broke that sim card and purchase new card from idea really pathetic service

    I did recharge of 399 on my number [protected] tomorrow for 4G internet... But not even getting the speed of 2G... Very bad service.
    If not solve I am going to port my number.
    Your customer care number 121 is also not easily connect call to any dealing person. Only computer options are going on.
    You are showing advertisement on tv about high speed...but in actual it very bad..
    Please solve the issue of this very bad internet speed...

      Dear airtel team,

      On good faith and my past experience, i decided to change my airtel cccp number ([protected]) to postpaid number on my name and necessary documentation was done. Did received sms that address verification has been completed.

      To my nightmare, to previous sim was deactivated first and my new sim is not working for past 4 days. I attempted calling 59059 numerous times for past 4 days but it automatically gets disconnected. I sent many sms as status (Mobile no) to 121 & [protected] but it never reverts.

      Called up call centre and asked them to register complaint and they explained that it may take another 24 hours. It doe snot works again.

      You people have mad my life miserable since i am unable to do nay online transaction (Financial / non financial) since the no is attached everywhere. Thanks for my business loss since that no i am carrying for last 3 years and is with every customer of mine and nobody is able to reach me.

      Its the worst and pathetic way of working. If airtel infra is not good and supportive, why the hell you advertise everywhere that you each every nuk and corner of the country.

      Atleast let me know if i can port my number to some other operator at this stage since i am clueless and your 121 services calls my number as not correct and disconnects. Horrible.

          Airtel has been cheating to me.
          Im running on 499 postpaid plan and get 20 gb data per month. But whenever i use the internet its speed is about maximum 300kbps and its very slow but when i swith off the sim and turn it on again the speed is inreased to 2 to 3 mbps for about 5 minutes and then the same speed which is 300 kbps slowly works.
          I have complaint it many times but no satisfied answer has been given to me.
          Thereby i request you to take this complaint seriously.

            Greetings, i had purchased an airtel prepaid sim linked to my aadhar card on 12th december 2017. And activated roaming service paying inr.559/-. But my sim was not having any network while i was travelling in maharashtra. After i came back, the network was restored by the airtel area manager. But again the network is down on my sim since 2 days and the retailer is not even able swap the sim as suggested by the airtel area manager. To my surprise airtel has not been able the resolve the matter. The number is activated on my bio metric with aadhar card.

              I applied to change my postpaid to prepaid 27 / dec / 2017
              They charge me the bill amount and the prepaid amount, they ensure me to start the service with in 48 hrs but, after 4 days we are still waiting for the service to start. They told me that they will recharge my number, but they didn't even after 4 days so please take some actions against them and also inform us what action have you taken against them.

                I have transferred funds from my Airtel number [protected] to my Vodafone [protected] for RS 304/- but the amount is not reached yet to beneficiary
                On 5/01/2018, airtel money has stolen money from my card. without sharing OTP they have stolen 5000/- rs from my sbi card.

                    Hello,

                    I am using airtel number and i am facing so many issues. Everyone telling me why your number is always telling us that you are not reachable. It's my primary number with my bank account and i am not getting any otp for online transaction.

                    Airtel is very worst service i have ever used. How can they claim that they are having india's fatstes network.

                    Still no network in nashik, maharashtra. From 2 pm today.

                    Very worst service.

                    Also, i am trying to port from airtel to another provider but airtel refuses my request.

                    Very worst service.

                    I need compensation from airtel as i need to do some important transaction but it fails due to otp is not received in time.

                      I have recently migrated from postpaid to prepaid in airtel. I have been struggling for last 3 days, but outgoing is not working. The customer care suggested to change the sim, but that also did not work. Is it possible to raise an escalation and get a huge amount for the mental harrassment done by airtel? What is the proper way to log a case in consumer forum?

                        My airtel payment wallet number is [protected]
                        Wen i tried to coll 400... Ivr tell for recharge dial 1 and for other menu option dial 2... By mistakly i pressed 1 nd then i received message thanks for recharging rs 100... So i contact customer care but he don't provide me valid information... I want rs 100 refund in my wallet.. Because information was misleading... Wen i pressed 1 u have atleast confirm that r u really recharging with rs 100...
                        So just refund my 100rs because there was no accurate information... Information was misleading... U can coll me [protected]

I currently am abroad pursuing my higher education and was unable using my sim card for a while and have got my connection deactivated, i have all my bank accounts and other important accounts linked to my phone number. Could you please reactivate my sim card, to enable me to use it?

                            Background - i have a prepaid connection number. I noticed that few days ago there was no signal connectivity on my airtel sim. I tried changing the sim on different phones but to no effect. Consequently, i visited the airtel office today to understand the issue. I was told that the number has been disconnected since dec 1 due to no activity on the connection. I asked if this can be activated now, i was told that it cannot be activated now.

                            I understand there was no outgoing call made on this number, but i had been receiving usual sms's / incoming calls. Thus the number was "active".

                            Concern - i would like to understand why was the number disconnected with no communication to this effect. I have tried raising with the nodal & appellate authorities of airtel as well, unfortunately, have not received satisfactory response so far. They have a very generic response, it looked like i am speaking with some customer care executive and not appellate officers.

                            Support required -
                            1. Activation of the number asap.
                            2. There were around ₹200 amount balance in my account. I would want the same reinstated.

                            P. S: mobile number / email id's have not been mentioned here. Please let me know the email id / mobile number at which i can contact, i will be happy to provide all the information.

                              I am getting calls from airtel everyday though my network is not airtel. This is second time i am writing to you. Are you quickly going to take action or should i consult consumer court or my lawyer. These calls are from cell no. S. And i am getting disturbed and irritated. My work is also getting disturbed due to these calls. Please do the needful asap.

                                This is to bring to your notice that i applied for airtel broadband on 27th of december. All the necessary documents were submitted and i have already paid 3 months advance rental online that day itself.

                                And till now i have been getting the same response everyday that the connection will take 4-5 days. Since no account number or fixed line no was generated i am unable to escalate via customer care.

                                Please provide resolution asap else better to refund my money back.

                                  I wish to register a official complaint against a dsa who was handling my porting request from vodafone.

                                  I had the worst first experience with airtel. This dsa took all my documents and had my no ported to airtel. The problem is that i have not been provided with the airtel sim and my no has already been transferred from vodafone.

                                  The dsa has blocked my no, is not taking my calls or reverting my messages. This dsa is a fraud

                                    Pr[protected] & pr[protected] these are my pervious complaint number (To airtel) regarding my porting request (Reliance to airtel) and this is my third complaint.
                                    My these two complaints are not resloved. I got a call from [protected] regarding my request. They told me that your problem should be resolved within two working days but nothing happend. You (Airtel) guys make me frusted. Plz resolved my problem by tomorrow.

                                      I am extremely happy in saying that i experience a very worst service from the great airtel india. Thank you for proving that the advertisements are just eyewash, picturising that all the hill tops and deserts and forests are getting strong network!!! Ultimately the city coverage areas will get bad and worst network!! Yeas airtel do cares only hill top, deserts, forests but not the city!!! (Sorry sasha chettri not blaming you) the best customer support i ever experienced!!! Thank you for making me to wait for about half an hour to get connected to one of your greatest customer support representative (Poor people they will be blamed for the mistakes the company does) and get worst answers for my questions. Offers offers offers!!! You give all offers but ultimately you kill the signals and frustrate us in experiencing the offers!!! When i was using a 3g phone i was having a good (Not best) signal and all the offers were valid for 4g handsets and i changed my handset to 4g and sim also to 4g, then wow great the signal was so gooooood then i always go out of my house to attend any call or to google anything at any time even mid night.!!! Wow wow wow!!! Always my complaints are accepted with great apology!! And thrown away in recyclebin!!! Thank you for the best support airtel india!!! Thank you for making me to think to port my number any other network!!! Bye bye!!!

                                        I did online recharge for my no. [protected] for rs. 120/- talk time of rs.98.90/-, after accepting all the information of debit card of my canara bank, & the transaction process of otp also, the transaction failed with error message, but the amount was deducted from account, the amount is not reflected in to my airtel account, put back the amount into my bank a/c or else to airtel ac. So pl. Check do the needful, at the earliest.
