Hi,
My ported number has not been activated yet, its been 9 hours i have been disconnected from my old service provider and yet airtel sim is not activated.
My phone no is: [protected].

Ps: kyc is done using biometrics already.
When visited airtel store, they said there is some issue at mnp/mnc something like that. Can you please help resolve this?
I have already lost a lot in this 9 hours as my number is not working.

      I would like to inform that i recarged my data pack on 13dec2017 rs.448 for 70 days. But your not providing the network. Presently my databalance is showing 0balance. I want to now why its happened. Please look into this issue. If i am not get i will large a complaint against your service. I sending the details when i rechared.

        I was issued an airtel 4g sim card yesterday. It got activated and the old 3g sim automatically stopped working. Since then, data and sms services have been working well enough but i am unable to make calls or receive any calls. To any incoming call, it shows that my phone is switched off and i get notified about the missed call via a sms and the outgoing calls don't even reach dial tone.
        I am unable to connect to even 121.
        Please do something about this asap.

          I had recharged my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 28th august 2017, through airtel my app for rs. 100/- with full talktime and unlimited validity.

          After making the recharge i kept my sim out from handset, when i inserted the sim in my new handset after a month's time, all the amount was deducted from my accounts without any usage.

          I called the customer care, but i was surprised by the answer of executive, after making enquiries about the deduction of amount i was told that the amount was deducted as rent for these months.

          Does a prepaid connection has a rent...?

            I am unable to transfer my airtel wallet money from my airtel paments bank a/c-[protected] to any other bank nor i am unable to do any recharge.. I made a complaint about this to the customer care they told that the debit has been freeze so they told me to submit the documents through mail.. I have submitted all the documents as per kyc norms but still i am unable to do any debit transaction... Customer care is not helping also... I have submitted the documents many times... But still my problem is unsolved... Airtel is the worst company i have ever seen... I earnestly request you, never ever to use airtel money. Its a big scam

              I am getting at least 10 calls per day asking whether it is airtel gallary no. Some even start complaining non stop about some problems. Please sort out the issue. It is creating lot of troubles. I am not a paid employee of airtel. Is this the quality you are offering to your customer. Sort out my complaint immediately else i will switch to some other operator.

                Dear sir/madam,
                This is to inform you that internet running very slow on my airtel prepaid whose no. Is [protected] since 15 days. This problem is occurring only at bijwasan place whose pin # is110061. Also note that i have called and talked with customer service team regarding this issue many times but yet no any one resolved this.

                Kindly take it on top priority and resolve this asap. Otherwise i will exit from the service or sim.

                  Hello,

                  I have done mtp for my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel haryana circle. Now i am airtel customer.

                  I am outside india currently and somehow i cannot make calls to any number neither incoming is working for me. It says calls are barred. I have enough balance to make/receive calls.

                  In my phone handset the calls are displayed as barred and when i try to cancel it, it asks for password. I tried with 0000 and 1234 but it says network mmi errror.

                  Could not connect to customer care as well. Can you please check the matter personally?

                    Hi, i'm using an airtel prepaid number. I did port conversion recently from pondicherry to imphal network. Post which i am unable to do recharge from any of the below modes, my airtel app, paytm, mobikwik, online recharge websites. I tried contacting our local imphal airtel office but no solution. I am using this number for all my professional things. Kindly do the needful.

                            Applied for conversion from airtel postpaid to prepaid 3 days ago.. Yesterday network was gone in the postpaid sim so inserted the new prepaid sim however no network even after 24hrs.. Not even able to connect to 121. When contacted customer care they said they haven't received any documents from airtel store yet.. Now even postpaid is disconnected.. Solve the problem asap.. My alternate number is [protected]

                              My cell no.[protected] of bsnl which was port to airtell in the month of aug.17. After switching activated to airtell, suddenly it was de-activated. I had contacted several time to customer care as well as local airtel shop from which it was made for porting, but till date no fruitful answer i have been given. I had simply asked to airtel that whether activate my number or returned to bsnl, so that again it may be activated from bsnl. But action has been taken from your end. Sir please look into the matter and solve the matter under intimation through my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com.

                                30gb free data was offered 5 months back for my postpaid mobile connection and i had accepted it. However, from past 3 months, airtel is charging 500rs for data per month while i still have 23gb data balance in my postpaid account. I called customer care in oct and 500rs was reverted back. But in nov and dec bill again 500rs has been over charged per month. Till now i have called atleast 4 times to customer care with recent call done on 26th dec 2017 with complaint reference number 82262667 and the customer care person by name deepak had promised to resolve it within 48hrs. Till now it is not resolved. Airtel customer service has become pathetic and looks like they are least bothered about customers. Airtel will end up losing customers with such carelessness. I am frustrated calling customer care very often without any resolution. Please help to get out of this trouble. I have decided to move out of airtel once the billing issue is resolved.

                                  I have taken rs 499 plan which covers free airtel secure, i installed my airtel app on 28/12/2017. Since then i am trying to register my device (Samsung galaxy s 7) with myairtel-airtel secure- subscribe now which is showing error = "something seems to have gone wrong!". I have reinstalled the app also but the result is same. Called 198 which is also helpless. Please do the needful asap.
                                  I have attached the screenshots for your reference. It has been more than 24 hours and i am still helpless.

                                      I had ported my no [protected] from vodafone to airtel. Porting was complete on 29 dec. I was using the airtel network until after half an hour, it displayed no service. And the network was gone. Customer care advised me to replace d sim which would take 4 working days to activate. I dnt have any alternate no. And it's my official no. Switching it off for a single day also can put my job at stake. Now i am regretting my decision of switching to airtel. And the airtel store people are not picking up my call.. Where i initiated the porting process. Kindly provide me with a solution whoever is reading this.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I don't know who is going to fix my issue but in hope that you may fix my issue i am writing my issue in this forum.

                                        I did postpaid to prepaid conversion on 23 rd dec 2017. On 28 morning my postpaid number got deactivated. Then i inserted my prepaid number and its not getting activated. Both customer care and airtel store is not having any clue what is the issue so i don't know whom to approach for activating my number.
