Dear sir/ma'am

I wish to register a official complaint against a dsa who was handling my porting request from vodafone.

I had the worst first experience with airtel. This dsa took all my documents and had my no ported to airtel. The problem is that i have not been provided with the airtel sim and my no has already been transferred from vodafone.

The dsa has blocked my no, is not taking my calls or reverting my messages. This dsa is a fraud

    Pr[protected] & pr[protected] these are my pervious complaint number (To airtel) regarding my porting request (Reliance to airtel) and this is my third complaint.
    My these two complaints are not resloved. I got a call from [protected] regarding my request. They told me that your problem should be resolved within two working days but nothing happend. You (Airtel) guys make me frusted. Plz resolved my problem by tomorrow.

      I am extremely happy in saying that i experience a very worst service from the great airtel india. Thank you for proving that the advertisements are just eyewash, picturising that all the hill tops and deserts and forests are getting strong network!!! Ultimately the city coverage areas will get bad and worst network!! Yeas airtel do cares only hill top, deserts, forests but not the city!!! (Sorry sasha chettri not blaming you) the best customer support i ever experienced!!! Thank you for making me to wait for about half an hour to get connected to one of your greatest customer support representative (Poor people they will be blamed for the mistakes the company does) and get worst answers for my questions. Offers offers offers!!! You give all offers but ultimately you kill the signals and frustrate us in experiencing the offers!!! When i was using a 3g phone i was having a good (Not best) signal and all the offers were valid for 4g handsets and i changed my handset to 4g and sim also to 4g, then wow great the signal was so gooooood then i always go out of my house to attend any call or to google anything at any time even mid night.!!! Wow wow wow!!! Always my complaints are accepted with great apology!! And thrown away in recyclebin!!! Thank you for the best support airtel india!!! Thank you for making me to think to port my number any other network!!! Bye bye!!!

        my amount deducted from my account

        I did online recharge for my no. [protected] for rs. 120/- talk time of rs.98.90/-, after accepting all the information of debit card of my canara bank, & the transaction process of otp also, the transaction failed with error message, but the amount was deducted from account, the amount is not reflected in to my airtel account, put back the amount into my bank a/c or else to airtel ac. So pl. Check do the needful, at the earliest.

        I have complaint about poor network at my home. Of my number. Sinse last 20 days but nothing positive happened two times i got call from airtel but newtwork isssue is as it is mob no [protected]: provided by my company.. I also had a personal number of airtel which i am using since last 15 years which i conveted into idea due to poor netword.. I have 4g dongal provided by my company. But zero speed i am getting at my home. My dongal card no. Is[protected].

        I have a Dongal provided my companeyywhich is 4g Dongal but spped is zero at my home. My home address is 72 shreeji pravesh society opposite Narmada college Bharuch. I am not able to use Dongal at home . Due to speed issue and poor network issue. My Dongal card number is [protected]. Also Dongal card Network not coming sinse last 20 days. please solve as early as possible.

          Airtel is deducting balance on toll free number[protected]Bluedart) at ₹2 per min.

          I had an recharge with 399rs and the plan was active (70 days unlimited call, 1gb/day and 100 sms per day) but when contacted customer care about balance deduction, these illiterate people are telling :

          "this is a special number and is chargeable."

          What's the use o[censored]nlimited plan then... And above all its a toll free number of bluedart customer support. I have called on this number from jio also but they did not deducted any balance.

          Moreover, airtel is also charging ₹1.5 per sms and when asked customer support they replied that sms benefits were not available when i made the recharge. What the hell... There is no recharge with unlimited usage and no sms benefits. Stupid peoples are sitting at customer support, they are rude, arrogant and completely useless.

            I have created my new airtel money accounts this year and totally added 52rupees in my wallets of airtel accounts. And when i wanted to reedem it but it got blocked. I don't know how to reedem it it is now blocked it sudden need money how can i reedem please help me. So that i could work independently using this account using its debit cards. It says that no debit transaction is allowed for this account.

              I bought a 4g wifi dongle with postpaid sim in airtel showroom t. Nagar during the month of august. I received a call on 24th nov, 2017 from balasundhari[protected] stating they are calling from airtel. They told me airtel is offering prepaid connection for postpaid dongle users also have good offers. They told they can come to my place and activate the prepaid connection and for first time recharge you have to pay rs.800 and that data pack will be valid for 3 months.
              I said okay and they came to my working place and gave me new prepaid sim instead of changing the postpaid to prepaid. They activated the sim in dongle and i was able to use wifi with that sim and i paid rs.800 through debit card (I saw the vendor name is alai infocom). Also they told they will deactivate my postpaid sim.
              But after few days the internet connection is very poor. Also my postpaid sim is not deactivated. I called customer care and requested to deactivate my postpaid sim also got to know no data pack is activated in my new prepaid sim. I got this info on 28th december.
              I called to that number[protected] who sold me the prepaid sim. She told me, may be by mistake the pack didn’t get activated. She told me we cant give you the first time offer for that sim as its more than month.
              So she told she can only activate this offer in new sim. I asked to refund my money. She told don't worry we will activate the offer in new sim.
              Again she gave me new sim[protected] – balasundhari as per truecaller) and activated. This time i checked in my airtel app whether any pack activated. I could see rs.448 pack got activated. I checked in airtel website for any pack with rs.800 for first time users, i couldn’t find any. I called her again but she didn't picked up. Also today morning when i checked in my airtel app, no pack is active for my sim. How did this happen? I am calling her again and again from different number but no answer.
              All were cheating?
              How could the airtel provide my details to some third party that too there were many complaints. You can contact me through my email.

                Reference to above subject i have visited your airtel store - koppikar road on 28.12.2017 at 10.30 am there i have met miss rashmi and requested for change of post paid to prepaid.

                As per requested i have submitted all the required documents and cleared all the outstanding - 690.00.

                Miss rashmi have informed to replace the sim card when current (Post paid sim) network goes away.

                As per her information network got disconnected on 28.12.2017 at 7.00 pm and i tried to insert new sim card but there was no network.

                Next day on 29.12.2017 there was no network and i have visited the store at 10.30 am and met again miss rashmi and updated about the issue but there was no proper response from her and said you have to wait another 48 hours to resolve the.

                They have disconnected my post paid network and pre paid network is also not coming. I have 1 point contact for this number only.

                Below are the conversion till 29th dec 2017.

                As informed by miss mamta k - store incharge about resolving my concern latest by end of the day (29.12.2017) but till now problem is not rectified yet.

                Yesterday whole day i have spent time at airtel store and there is no solution.

                I got irritate from staff - mr. Ubaib, miss mamta k & rashmi. I have requested lot but no one was listening store incharge even dont have courticy to meet me.

                I have spent 2 days without phone and incurred losses in my busssiness close to about 20000.00 rupees.

                I need to have compensation with solution

                  I am having an account in airtel payment bank. But i don't any idea about mpin and i m unable to recover my money from airtel bank. Kindly help me related to this asap. I am trying changing mpin but they showing that it has expired and all. Please resolve this mpin problem i want my money back.
                  And please describe the procedure in good manner to change mpin but it's not happening. This has already provided me so much inconvenience

                    On dec 27 i got a message from airtel support regarding sim change request as follows:
                    "this is in reference to your request for sim card change for your airtel mobile [protected]. We have registered your request vide order no.[protected]. The same will be processed shortly. Please mention this order no. For any future reference in this regard. We wish to further update you that the above request for change from sim no.[protected]u to sim no.[protected]u will be processed within 4hrs

                    But till now my sim has not activated. With lot of patience i called around 6-7 times about this. But there they can't able to trace the issue also. Then i have approached airtel office near me and explained them. They also can not able to resolve the issue also. Then i mailed to [protected]@in. Airtel.com. Then also i didn't get even a reply from them.

                    I am truly frustrated with the service and lost my valuable time and got a mental tension regarding this. This is the worst service i have faced from airtel. But the advertisement say" india's best network". Best service providers are providing the worst support.

                    I want to lodge a complaint against airtel on wasting my valuable time despite mental tention. I will definitely no longer use the service.

                      Recently i have ported my no. From vodafone to airtel. Yesterday (29dec2017 12.00am) vodafone services disconnected. Then i tried with airtel sim, but it was shown as sim not activated. I have contact the airtel customer care, they replied as with in 24 hours it will activate. Now (30dec 2017) i have called they replied as by end of the day it will activate.
                      So i am unable to use my no. For last two days. This is very good lesson, unnecessary ported my no to airtel.

                        My name is arkadeep marik. I have 4g lte handset and activated 4g internet pack. But my handset signal shows maximum time h, h+ even e with 2 or 3 sticks. It rarely shows 4g signal with no sticks. I had contacted customer care theysaid me to check my mobile settings, clean the sim card and many other things. None of that helped me. I also tested the sim card on other devices which shows the same signal problem. I checked in open network that my locality have have good internet signal with 4g even there is a tower 1.5 km away from my locality. I had no other option but complain about the signal strength. My address is iiser tirupati, karkambadi road, tirupati, andhra pradesh, 517507. I'm using lenovo a7000 handset. Please look after the signal strength. I switched from other isp believing that airtel is best in internet services, but such experience is unacceptable.

                          I am the custmer of airtel, in my area network tower is installed but when i call to anyone even airtel to airtel i faces call drops. Your open signal says in my area 4g/3g internet is good but it not exceeds above 20 to 150kb/s. Connection is not fluent allways drop. Your network accurs call drop, slow network speed, not fluent connection, high charges and many essues.

                            Only 3g works and if we download anything, download speed is generally 50 kb to 100 kb per sec. And after sometime, it starts working at 2g. Although i have bought 4g plan but 2g starts working. It's the worst airtel can do.
                            Once you were the best but now even jio 4g is better than you.
                            After jio 4g, you are having bad performance...
                            Airtel, you still can be the best
                            You will have to improve and become india's best internet network...
                            Please airtel you have to do it...

                              I am an airtel postpaid connection holder from chennai circle for last 7 years. I moved to mumbai for work reasons. Around 11 days back my sim card stopped detecting signal. I approached a couple of airtel stores in mumbai. They identified the problem as sim card issue & suggested me to change the sim card. But both the stores said that they did not have stock of sim
                              Cards. Further another store told me that since the uidai has temporarily cancelled the aadhar linking facility for airtel they would not be able to process my request for sim card and i should try getting it from chennai as my number was registered to chennai circle.
                              Finally airtel store on panvel, mumbai was able to provide me an alternate sim but collected all my documents like photo, pancard, aadhar card copy etc to send the documents to chennai circle. I was told that the number was likely to be activated by 27th december 2017. But till date inspite of repeated reminders, the number is still not activated. My requests for escalation matrix is also still in answered. Since this number is linked to all my accounts, i am not even able to do online transactions as well. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am sure that airtel bill would promptly send me my bill on time & would also expect me to pay my bills on time. So would it be wrong on my part to expect timely service from airtel? I hope this complaint reaches the notice on relevant authorities in airtel, who would be able to take some action to resolve this issue. I request airtel to value the customer relationship genuinely.

                                Recently i ported my airtel sim to 4g airtel sim as i bought a new phone... Before that i had the normal old sim (2g)... I followed all the instructions... After it got activated 4g was available... But... Later... It was 2g... Even now... There's only 2g... I don't understand what to do
                                I'm fed up with it...
                                I'm in need of internet that's fast as soon as possible because i have a really important work to be done

                                  I reside at kannampalayam (Pincode : 641402) in coimbatore, tamilnadu. I always used to believe that the airtel was the best and the fastest service provider ever. But for the last 6 months the airtel data speed is so intermittent and it is so bad that it cant even reach 2 g speeds! Everytime i do a speed test its always in the range of betwwen 50 kbps to 200 kbps. I have around 30 gb of pending data and it is a shame that i am unable to use the data. I also use a jio and my wife uses vodafone.. And both jio and vodafone are able to provide data speeds upto 10mbps at any given time be it day or night! Why do you guys at airtel cheat the public in the name of competing with jio? Also, i bought a airtel wifi dongle about 6 months before.. The speed was pathetic and to add to my frustration the battery got swollen by the 5th month. I have almost tried every nook and corner in coimbatore (Airtel store) to find a replacement battery which i couldnt find anywhere. Every airtel store was keen to sell me a new device which was worth about rs 2000, but all i wanted was a battery which was worth only rs 500!! I ended up cancelling the airtel dongle service cos they even raised a compliant that i could not find a battery.. But airtel never cared to get my complaint resolved. Airtel is by far the most dodgy network and i would not even recommended airtel even to my worst enemy! I hold 3 post paid numbers with airtel and i am leaving airtel for good. I dont know if anyone will care to even read this.. But if you are reading pls stay away from airtel for your own good! Cheers!

                                    I am an NRI, maintaining my Airtel SIM active as it was my primary contact in various banks, government, and other organizations. My number was always switched ON and I was very frequently receiving several messages from all these entities. All of a sudden, from past 5 days my mobile started displaying a message 'SIM card registration failed'. Initially, I thought something went wrong with my phone and tried all possibilities to check and still had the same issue. My father walked into a local airtel service center in Warangal, India to inquire about this, he was informed that my number was deactivated 5 days back and was immediately allocated to a different person.
                                    How can my mobile number be immediately allocated to someone else?
                                    Now this person is receiving all my sensitive information. Who holds responsibility for this and who will maintain the sensitivity of my personal information?
                                    I do not think, an entity like Airtel cannot identify which number is active and which is not. I completely understand if such deactivation is done to a number which is completely turned off and no recharge was done to that for about 90 days or so. But how can someone straight away deactivate and allocate the number to someone else?
                                    On one hand, the national government talks about digital policies and making India digital. Part of being digital, almost everything is being tied to the mobile number (banks/insurance/irctc/tsrtc/aadhar/PAN/DL/...). Being this the reason, Airtel or another service provider needs to understand the sensitivity of mobile number and come up with different policies to have mobile number active for meaningful purposes.
                                    Everything aside, I seriously need a right and quick solution to this issue. It is not at all a possibility for me to travel India to get a new number and update the same in every entity I had my old number tied with.
                                    Would like to humbly request you to consider this as an urgent request and act on this at the earliest, thanks !!

                                      I am ex-employee of airtel and under genius consultants pay roll.
                                      I applied for pf withdrawal on 2nd nov 2017 bu till now i didn't got any response from genius side regarding pf form submission.

                                      They are not ready to reply and not updating any status. I marked mail also but didn't got any response.
