    Though i live in the very center of the it-hub in hyderabad. The signal is very poor.in my house i won't even get one point and my friends and everyone who calls me gets frustrated due to this network.

    Its not just me, neighbors are also feeling the same way. Yours is the worst network ever.

    Forget about 4g, 3g, atleast give me 2g. I can't even call anybody.

      Whenever somebody is trying to call me ([protected]) they hear a voice saying"this is an invalid number", for the record i am bale to make outgoing calls and also use the internet services without any issues.

      But unable to receive incoming calls.
      The problem persists from (17th dec 2017, 08:30 a. M) i have tried to reach the customer care but no one is able to rectify my problem

        Hi team

        I have provided the documents and paid the amount on 14 of dec and was told that the devices will be installed by another technician within 72 hours. I was waiting patiently.

        However, today (Dated 18 dec 2017) i was told that i will have to wait for another 4 days for the installation. I asked the reason and they told it is some technical issue (No specific reason is there).in my flat, other people are able to use the airtel broadband connection and the new connection is 200% feasible.

              So until they fix the network problems i swiched to 1gb 35 gb data available (But still airtel bad 4g poor worst quality network 80% of my data not able to use it, check my compliant in this number, airtel data card no: [protected].

              A) in open network tower is showing v good. Its next to my building within 20 meters, when i took this connection 25 mpbs speed i was getting but from last 2 months not even 1 mpbs speed not even i can send mails properly.

              2) airtel customer care i called and registered this compliant,

              3) they sent one engineer to my location and verified signals it was very poor he told me, they told me that they will fix this problems in 15 days.

              5) airtel customer care officer given me 50% discount on my bill and he told that until problems they will not fix they will give 50% discount.

              6) till date they have not fixed the problems but again i got 100% bill to pay this mont

              What is this service i don’t understand?
              Seeing airtel adds people are purchasing dongles and wifi routers, if tower signals not working they have to through dongles and wifi routers to dust bin, it looks like airtel 4g plan are fraud

              My home is in city center area of bangalore, just 10 kilometers to state assembly building vidhana soudha, here also aitel tower problems means what about entire india 100000 of small villages are there, how they are running this service.

              So, please [protected] data card bill dated 04-dec-2017 is due on 22-dec-2017, wave of entire bill amount and

              Fix the network tower problems give the promised speed and quality network signals, i will take daily 2gb plan and continue paying the bill regularly.

                I had discontnued airtel dongle and i had to clear the bill, inspite of going to airtel gallery and paying the overdue amount also!, airtel customer care executive named aarti and one of the other colleague and few more to be named called and spoke in a rude manner!.
                They don't have courtesy nor records!
                Nevertheless to say inspite of paying the bill they are behind you and calling you every now and then.
                And before paying the bill they even said you pay the bill and then talk to the manager!!
                Felt hurted, we also loose temper but they should be trained to deal with customers
                (Clients)

                  Hi i am srikanth. I have a "moto c plus" mobile for that i thought change my airtel sim size as nano. So i visit the airtel store which located in balapur (Hyderabad). First i pay 50 rupees for new sim and i gave a id proof. They said after 4 hours it will change but it's not change. Again i visit todays they do the same process but not it's change. Till today i am visited 4 times in this office but they should not give clear reply. Their respect to the customer is very very poor. I am very hurt because of their behavior. So airtel head office please confirm your employees are do work correctly. Atleast teach them how to behave with the customers.

                    While recharging on paytm, i entered the wrong number and recharged 349. On querying paytm, it said to contact operator with the operator reference number (Transaction id mentioned below). Please help me reverse the amount. I have also tried 'wrc (Wrongno) (Transid) (Amt) (Correctno)' send to 59109 message. It responded as no keyword found.
                    I tried reaching for customer care executive through every number i could find on the internet for airtel customer care. (121, 198) none of them could give me any option for speaking with a human. Date:18/12/2017

                      Hi,

                      In the month of dec2017, when i checked message i found my money of rs. 150 deducted whatsmob service, when i called the airtel customer care they said it is deducted yes but when i told them we are not aware of this then why airtel allowed to deduct money? They said they are not responsible.
                      If they are not responsible then why the don't stop providing service itself? When they can deduct our money without our concern.
                      If you are giving my money are you not responsible? I trusted you and given money to you and after giving you are saying not responsible who will accept this.
                      I request govt of india and take action on such act to give more confidence to country men to encourage online transaction as our prime minister moto.

                      Hope to get suitable support and help to resolve this kind of issue to anyone in feature.

                        Educationworld office at 703-704, 7th floor, devatha plaza. 132 residency road. Bangalore 560025 has 30+ users of airtel connection and hundreds of complaint have been registered for worst network and call quality.
                        Airtel is least bothered to solve it, i am afraid failing to attend complaint we would switch to other service provider.

                        All employees of educationworld would be switching to other service if call connection and quality is not improved in next 24 hours.

                        I am using airtel since 5 years. Sim was working fine.
                        But when I installed my sim in Slot1 of my motorola X play phone.. the internet stopped working. and on checking i found out that the Sim is shown as suspended in my phone.
                        I am not able to understand why my sim has been suspended as i am using this sim continously.
                        My Airtel dth no [protected]-001 i recharged my account and i found the amount got deducted from my bank account on first time. But its not recharged so can i get refund. Please look to this. This was my second complaint on airtel services

                          My complaint is still pending and no one attended this service request. I really disappointed with your service as i have raised my complaint 1 week ago and still waiting for resolution. I really don't know if you guys are concerned about the time as the broadband connection is useless for me and it seems that i have paid for waste. As per current status it seems that your team not able to change the router. This is my kind request to cancel this connection immediately and refund the full amount. If i need to take any legal action regarding this, i will go for it.

                              I added 5000rs to my airtel money a month back and now i am unable to spend the money on any platform from past one month. They keep showing that your account is blocked for the transaction, i visited airtel customer care store twice but they couldn't resolve the issue and did not provide any satisfactory answer. I have talked to customer care over the phone but there was no result.
                              Never seen such a poor customer service in my whole life such a bad experience so far.

Three weeks before i lost my mobile along with sim and i have applied new sim ekkatuthangal airtel show room than paid 25 rupees got sim. Sim is not working called customer care they said meet show room. I went show room again paid 25 rupees got new sim same problem happen like that one more time happen.                                   Not getting 3g or 4g signal in my device. Customer care ppl told me that 3g or 4g service is in inactive status due to their technical issue. But their are not ready to solve it soon or provide me any alternative. I did reset my device too but of no use. My office work is completely stopped due to this.                                       I did number porting to Airtel. Internet and outgoing started but all incoming SMS/calls are not working. Everyone getting message as number invalid. What to do? customer care has no clue and gave some useless recommendation. I see its common problem but solution is not posted by anyone. If anyone know what i need to do it will be very helpful.

                                        I am customer of airtel (Satara, maharashtra) mobile no.[protected] from last 6 years.
                                        I have switched to airtel 4g before 5 months.
                                        But i have not able to get 4g services on my handset (Iphone 5s).
                                        I have already registered complaint to airtel customer care but they told that there is no 4g services in your region but my mobile shows 4g network.
                                        Look forward to my complaint else don't make false statement about india's widest network and faster 4g network.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
