I had submitted a request for closure of my broad band wi-fi service associated with the land line no. 45024714, installed at my residence : flat no. 251, sangam apartments, zone-h-4/5, pitam pura, delhi-110034, on 7th dec. 2017 at around 07:30-8:00 hrs. Requesting for closure of the connection w. E. F.[protected] positively as i had to move out of country for a period till 1st april 2018. Probably one mr. Altamas was on line who recorded the request. On my specific request only he disclosed his identity with a conversation id too which i don't remember now and being out of country, can't even find out and mention here again.
But i observed the service was still working till 10:30 am the next morning on 8th dec. 2017. Now today itself i have received an e-mail intimating the bill generation in respect of my wi-fi connection.
Being out of country i can't even confirm whether the service has actually been discontinued till now or not.
It is requested that please do confirm about the closure of connection or execute the instruction with immediate effect and confirm by return mail.
Also i had requested for discontinuation of the "auto debit of the due bill every month from my credit card" feature with immediate effect. But thanks to the worst most working of your voice interactive response system of working, which otherwise requires more than half hour at least to finish a task, the person handling my call, didn't confirm anything about that even.
Being out of country presently, i can't even check and confirm at my own about the service being still continuing or not and as per prevailing instructions whether the next due proportionately (Part) or full bill shall be deducted from my credit card account.
May i now expect that being fair in dealing i shall get the response after the needful done and confirmation of discontinuation of auto debit of the bills in future?
If executed immediately (If not done so till date), properly and confirmed to the effect, i may again like to get the service restored, on my return to india some time in april 2018, else i may reconsider to have similar services from another service provider.
