What kind of customer care is this. Didnt at all expect this from airtel. I activated the 29. Rs data pack nearly 2 years ago and without my concern every single month they are deducting 29. Rs from my balance. The customer care number and ussd codes are not upto any kind o[censored]se and pity on your part. Deducting 29. Rs every month from my balance to give me data which i don't use. I require immediate response to solve this

    Hello,
    I want to complaint against airtel. About 3 months ago i have requested for porting my number from postpaid to prepaid and after one and half week they have deactivated my number without notifying me.
    When i raised concerns about that they said from my side the number was still pending to call. This they have not said to me while i was requesting for porting my number.
    Also this information i received after 1 month of my number deactivated.
    After that i asked them to patch me with their senior authority and they connected with me. They also said that they will reactivate my number but its been more than 15 days i am still not getting replay from them.

    Actually i am out of country for some time and because of the number deactivated i am not able to do any transactions from here because all my otp's related to accounts goes to that number.
    That number is also registered with my aadhar card and now i am struggling to verify my details for my online accounts as everything is now related to aadhar and if that number linked with aadhar is not active you will not get otp (One time password).

    Airtel nodal officer suggested me to send my blood relative to one of their airtel own center. I sent my brother to the center and they said they don't care if my number is deactivated they will not give me the number. Now one side nodal officers from airtel saying we can get the number from their center and other side center people saying they don't care.

    Please help me, as i am facing alot of challenges because of this.

      I was using airtel data card number [protected]. On 20th july it stopped working. Since it had given me problems earlier also, i decided to discontinue. I called airtel customer care on 21st july and requested to discontinue the service which the call centre person confirmed me that the connection will be disconnected effective 22nd july. After about 15 days later i got a call where i was told that i have to pay the bill, when i questioned them that i have cleared all dues till 22nd july then which am i supposed to pay?? He did not clarify.
      After this i started getting calls from airtel call centre where they were demanding money and using threatening language and abusing me
      Now airtel staff is giving me threatening calls very frequently. I can file a criminal against airtel as they are using unfair practices to extract money and it amounts to mental torture. Please see to it that this is stopped immediately. Negligence of airtel staff cannot be covered up by such means.
      Please ensure such calls are not repeated and appropriate action taken against airtel

        All the above complaints related to the registered single customer upon the two numbers. There is no improvement at all in the network, 3g/4g data services speed.

        Why the customer has to pay such huge amount to airtel?

            Dear bharti airtel team​​,

            Today i have called your appellate desk [protected] call taken miss. Steffi from [protected] at 10:24 am. Regrading my query bill issued in my airtel number-+91*.
            Just few days ago i have received sms regrading bill payment why i don't know??? How its possible for that still now the number has been totally migrated from reliance gsm to airtel prepaid. Lastly discuss with ​ (Shashank rawat) as on 17 november with your customer team said, "sir if you have received sms or hard copy against the bill don't need to pay". So, why i'm facing issued regrading the same??? Can you tell me???

            While conversation is on going she provide me the another number but call can not be connected, i have told many times no postpaid number available apart from prepaid number but she call has been disconnected her end when put on hold to talked with her manager regrading the same, what the hell man??? R you joking with me??? I have tried maximum of numbers called appellate desk but no need to option but and higher escalation head of reliance but no one can helpout. Why???

            Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email as of now i have sent mail lastly regrading appellate desk behavior issued but no response from mailing team. Kindly check my previous mail or below mention details, i asked to your bharti airtel appellate desk manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I'm sill unable to received any positive response from your customer service representative and mailing team after 40 days over. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.

            I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my previous email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and highly unprofessional mailing team and back-end team. ​ i am trying to find my way to complain you in public ⛣ forum nothing more else.​

            What i am looking for against my complaint???

            Reliance:

            I am a consumer of reliance communication since 2011 (Blue category)
            I would like to kindly draw your attention towards reliance 4g network.
            Hope i will get fastest response from you. I have many issues with my reliance number.. I had sent already mail for same issued but i am not getting any response from reliance team.. Which is very painful for me to handle its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem.
            Ii don`t know further for how many days i am would be suffering.. I need some one whom i can discuss and escalate asap..

            Trai:

            Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against trai portal & of-course you too.. How can i believe that if i register a complaint here then it will get resolved. You guys says the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think trai is on name & nothing else.. I am using 4g phone, when i had change my location still poorest service getting from operator in my location... No work done. All you are hopeless
            I requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several mails to them but fruitless.
            Some useless spot boys are there setting of reliance mailing team who was no responsibility of valuable customer also maybe deleted mail from there mail box.
            I got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them.
            If trai has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, i request trai to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else i will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till i get justice.
            Please take some urgent action and if you want to know any thing from my side please feel free to contact me below mention given number asap.

            Kindly escalated this matter to priority based and take action immediately also audit this call from external client a as soon as possible and arrange the call back from highest point of officially team in below mentioned given number.

I have contacted to customer care and they are saying that i have subscribed these from any website.But i have not subscribed my number to any kind of these website.Please stop such messages.                 Hi airtel team,

                My costumer id number is [protected] & registered mobile number is [protected]

                I was many time call to you but no positive response from costumer care side, when i asked regarding my balance deduction then they are giving different - different excuse, my dish is running only for 20 days but i recharge for 30 days, they says your package of 220/, no enough balance for services
                I am recharge of 200/
                My balance shown before recharge is 25/ rs & after block the services my balance is pending again 25/. It means 200 recharge +25 balance =225.
                Then why services are blocked
                I an not recharge (Join other operator) until refund my balance

                  Previously i was using vodafone number in which i was getting 30gb data with roaming free & unlimited call and sms @329 pm. On september i received a call from airtel store (Address : itpl, whitefield, bangalore) that they will give me a better postpaid plan. That guy offer me 349 plan with 20gb data, roaming free & unlimited call and sms. I asked him about the plan at-least 10 times, even before giving them my document i confirmed about plan and he promised me the same thing. But when my number was ported to airtel i got only 10gb data even the plan is different. I visited airtel store and he first said the plan will start in 24 hours then after not getting plan active i visit again and that time he said will soon active the plan please wait... I use to visit store on every 3-4 days but got no help. One day i got bill of 468.49 rupees. On that day the guy given me discount of rupees 73 and said please pay the remain amount of bill we will soon active your plan and remaining data. But till now i got nothing.
                  On yesterday i called customer care and said everything after listening the senior team also said they cant help.

                  Now u say with all this what i loss. I lost my vodafone plan wasted my time during my office hours just because they made fake promises. That means airtel has no rule & regulation on their employees. They just want is as much as customer they can shift to airtel even if they need to use the wrong path. This is totally disgusting from your side airtel!

                    I bought airtel secure, after viewing this ad in apr 2017. I read the terms and conditions and choose "airtel secure" becos of brand trust. And even after rejecting my claim for two times, im still continuing with airtel secure, jst to make sure, in case if the appalite consider my claim, i must not be in an "inactive" state.

                    Last month my mobile (Iphone6) was slipped from a table due to vibration. I filed a claim and it was rejected twice.

                    1st rejection : mobile was purchased out of india

                    Actual scenario :

                    I got an iphone 6 from us in dec 2015 and in jun 2016, mobile met with liquid damage. So, apple authorized dealer cannot replace it even it is under warranty. So, i paid 24000 for a new phone, paid the amount in inr to an authorized dealer in hyderabad. Unfortunately i have not kept the invoice in a safe place and i moved from hyderabad to banlgalore in mar 2017.

                    This phone was slipped from table in nov 2017 and i raised a claim with in 1-2 days. Im explaining the situation to the customer service person that i have no invoice becos and he listened completely and sent an email stating your mobile doesn't cover up insurance becos it was not purchased in india.

                    2nd rejection : (For the same mobile) i got the invoice from seller and submitted the claim. Now it was rejected stating it was damaged due to my recklessness or some word similar to it. I got a mail from airtel secure which doesnt even mention the reason, all it was informed me by call only. Below is the mail i got from airtel secure

                    Moral : airtel secure customer care is here to reject the claims on a "robot mind" basis, they will not think or understand the situation/concern.

                    The utmost stupidity is there is no number to call them and get the status or query or question or what ever... All of a sudden i do get a call from mumbai landline and i must attend it for hell or heck.. If we ask them to call back in 10 mins, they will understand it as " 10 hours'.

                      To whomsoever concerned,

                      I was browsing through the internet and decided to check on the offers with airtel as i am currently using a 649 rs pack and under this pack, it has an option for wynk and airtel tv, including handset protection.

                      I downloaded the wynk music app and along with that, i got airtel tv app, when i clicked on the link with the sms message. These apps comes under my subscription pack of 649, as per their website, which doesn't mention anything about any subscription charges or whether its free.

                      I felt suspicious for some reason and decided to call the airtel customer care on 121, but the agent identified as arvind with the most poor listening skills referred me to hotstar app and kept me confused and wondering, whether he is working for airtel or hotstar.

                      Later as i felt his incompetence, i spoke to a floor supervisor, named prateek who again was misleading and doing his best to make me repeat numerous times to my simple query which was 'whether i get any sort of charges for using wynk or airtel tv app, which comes under the 649 plan?

                      After a long wait and answers based on assumptions, without checking about what comes under my subscription and poor customer service, even by mr. Prateek, who identified as floor supervisor who showed his unprofessionalism, i finally spoke to a floor manager identified as nirmala, who said the wynk app is free of charge and doesn't involve any charges, so i began downloading music using my other wifi service provider without using airtel mobile internet.

                      Now this app wynk music had many ads, so i clicked on an ad to close it and it showed charges of 49 extra to rid the ads. I thought, why waste 49 for some silly ads and let them be.

                      Later, after downloading some songs using the wynk, i tried to transfer the song to my music folder, but it doesn't due to copyright and protection content, even that was fine, until when i explored the app options and a page called 'subscription' came up to my utter disbelief, i was shocked to see that the app only had validity just for a month till 12th january 2018 or 30days from 12th december 2017 and after it charges the customer 199 or 49, whatsoever, which was totally misleading upon what it says on the airtel website, where as per the 649 plan, it comes under and nowhere mentions of any charges. Even the manager ms nirmala confirmed the same, that there are no charges, but when did this subscription charges pop up on the subscription page, which clearly pointed out that the app is only free for a month till 12th january 2018?

                      Infact the app is free for a month, doesn't need to have an airtel subscription. I wasted around 500mb downloading something, which at the bitter end became waste, through my other internet service provider. I could have gone for other free sources, where the same music was available for free over the internet.

                      Ain't this daylight robbery? I have recorded call to prove my claims and the source from the airtel website, which shows that these apps wynk and airtel tv comes under the 649 and doesn't mention anything about subscription charges for these apps. Even when you click on any links pertaining to these apps, it just brings up the subscription packs.

                      Airtel may refer to the call dated 12/12/2017 id [protected] given by airtel floor supervisor 'prateek' or whoever.

                      I am sharing this for airtel to rectify this from consumers falling victims to subscription charges, which is not mentioned under the package list where these apps are coming under. Please update the accurate information next to the postpaid plans where wynk and airtel tv app is mentioned, along with terms and conditions, including for the handset protection.

                      Let the consumers know what all are covered and what all are not under their plans, let there be transparency. If someone has a phone and it gets broken, but he has handset protection, let them know what all are covered and any other extra charges, which are hidden from consumers, which is not mentioned anywhere on airtel website.

                        We have recharged with rs.28 for the internet offer on our phone on 10th dec 2017 at mid-night with validity period of 2 days i. E 13th dec 2017 but today at early morning i had on internet for the updation of one app on playstore which around 15 mb & at time my internet balance was more than 100 mb, msg pop up saying data consumed 10 mb & rs.68 was deducted from account balance which was shocking to me since i had more than 100 mb as a internet balance dear sir please take into consideration intiate the refund of rs.68

                        We are existing customer for more than 7 years & this was not expected from airtel. No alert message that your validity of internet has expired was recieved in my phone till now

                        Validity is 13th Dec 2017 how it can be possible that validity of my internet has expired .Kindly provide the definition in your books what is validity period????? since when recharged with Rs.28 it had only shown that validity is till 13th Dec 2017 with no time in a day specifically mentioned.
                        I did recharge from my SBI app for 200 Rs on my mobile number [protected]

                          Today on 13 dec 2017, at 11:42 am, i received a message on my prepaid mobile no. [protected] stating "whatsmob service has been renewed on your airtel [protected]@rs150 for 30 days. To deactivate call or sms stop to 155223". This money has been deducted last month also and even this month without my consent, thus i kindly request you to refund my money and stop this service without further delay. I also want to know, how and why you have started such service, which is totally unknown to me?

                          Stop cheating and fooling the customer or else you will keep loosing your customer and consequently revenue too.

                          1 week back i shifted in my new flat in mahadevapura. I am a airtel postpaid user and airtel signals are not coming in my flat. Its fluctuating on a higher side. Already raised a complaint ref number-8163628 but the issue has not been resolved yet.

                          Please rectify it ASAP.
                          There are huge set of wires placed over the building which are found to be obstruction for construction

                            Sir... Mere airtel number [protected] par mene 499 ka richarge karaya tha. Free 1gb data daily + free calling recharge ki validity 70 days jo ki 7/01/2018 ko khatm ho rahi hai. Lekin me aaj nahi call or nahi data use kar pa raha hu. Mene 198 or 121 pe customer care se bat karne ki koshish ki lekin vaha par bat nhi ho pa rahi hai.

                            Plz sort this out. Mujhe urgent call karni hai or mujhe out of ciyy bhi jana hai to please please mujhe call kare.

The owner of the number is having little difficult to explain n the recharge is done by me. So please contact me.. Please go through the complaint which i have given previous n i hope u will solve this issue soon.

                                I have an airtel prepaid connection number... From punjab. Whenever i was in roaming i am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. Now i am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really facing problems with this kind of poor services from airtel. Kindly look at this matter and try to resolve my problem. Thanks

                                  At november 6th 2017 i visited to panama & on 11th nov i recharged with ir pack of 3995 rs which include 3 gb data & 200min. Incoming/outgoing for 10 days, but during that 10 days period none of service worked on my phone, instead when enabled mobile data, amount deducted from my wallet balance.

                                  On 13 nov. I called with skype no. On hotel wifi to customer care & they assured me that they have taken my complaint & team revert on the issue but none of them replied & issue remain open. Ref. No. Cgpsc[protected].

                                  On 28th nov. Again after return from onsite i raised this concern & want to know the status of complaint. But represented said there was no any complaint and issue was resolved then i ask for to share all my data usage & call usage details but they didn't provide & again forwarded my concern to another dept. Ref. No. Cbdmo[protected]. Same day i received call from airtel representative and said they are working on to identify the issue and will revert with details but till date no one responded again.

                                  Now airtel customer completely refused for any complaint in this regard & said nothing was wrong, also unable to clarify why the wallet balance deduct when i availed the pack of 3gb & 200min voice incoming/outgoing.

                                  For me its a fraud by airtel to its consumers availing international roaming & wasted my 3995 rs

                                    In my airtel app one landline number is automatically added and bundled with my postpaid connection and getting data benefits. I complained about that alot times but no one is giving me exact details. As my number is mumbai circle number and broadband connection is of madhya pradesh circle so both circles are not helping me. I am frustrated with the service of airtel. Apart from this i want to port the number so i request for porting code, the person called me for retention and gave wrong details about the plan and changed my plan. The bill generated was of high amount and plan will be of low amount. I am loyal customer of airtel since 2011 but now i think company is not working properly.

                                      I am shalini, i work in an mnc, i am writing this email with great depression and frustration.

                                      I recently raised a request to convert from postpaid to prepaid connection of my airtel number [protected]. Raised this request on tue 5th dec at airtel office in hsr layout sector 2 parangipalya, bangalore 5600103. They gave a prepaid sim and said it will take 48hrs to get activated. On wed 6th dec my postpaid sim got deactivated.

                                      But from that day till now my new sim (Prepaid) which they gave is not at all activated. I am struggling everyday without mobile service. Its been 6days till now there is no action from there end. They are least bothered about customers infact they dont even care. Everday i go there and ask them why sim is not activated, they give same reason everyday as "some technical issue" and technical team has to deal with it. I dont understand who the technical team is and how to contact them. There is no use of talking to these people at airtel office they dont even understand how customer feels and how to respect them. I know its pretty big mail but hope atleast somebody reads there and give me some solution for all the pain i have taken these 6days. Please understand my situation and please take action against those people sitting there in airtel office hsr layout.

                                      Please help me to get my sim activated asap
