I have a cug card i opted out of voda and ported out its been 10 days and i can not have any service on my airtel sim card. As a student this has been the worst professional service ever and i strictly am not going to let this go through without attention of legal authorities. It's been over 10 days. I used to get calls from airtel everyday to port but ever since porting not once have they tried to help. What kind of professionalism is this? Is this how you treat your valued post paid customers?

    By using airtel money i want to transfer money to bank account but instead of that a recharge done on[protected] at 11:04pm for rs647.00 and trans id is :[protected].

    My phone no.[protected]

    It was done accidentally and there is no use of it to me. I request you to cancel the above transaction and credit the amount to my account

      I have recharged my phone from bank app on 13 december 2017
      . I always do the same kind of recharges.
      Never been in such situation.
      Amount deducted rs 500 from bank but airtel did not recharge my phone balance. Now i have 5 rs as a talk time.
      I am at loss of 500 rs. Without any reason. I can not call my bank for this cause no balance in phone. What should i do.
      Where is my money gone?? Do any one have any idea??
      Or should i get an idea?

On 11.12.2017 I purchase a new Sim and they And take 300 RS from me and told Next day it will be activated.but after that no calls nothing yesterday day on 13.12.2017 I called then they me it on hold till no information. Their is not a matter of money but people cheat me that hurt me so much. Really hurt my no [protected]

            Dear sir
            Im from lalbag village more than 2000 users using airtel network in our locality and facing a huge call drop problem since last 30 days. Also facing problem of very poor call quality and internet speed. More than 100 complain registered on airtel customer care on this issue but no one listen to us about this problem. Please solve this above issue.

                I have a poor connection from airtel. I had raised a complaint to airtel but till now there has been no improvement. On the contrary the problem has aggravated and i have been informed that my cell phone is unreachable at times. This is impacting my work. I have complained many times but problem still persisting, instead of solving my issues, advised to send a sms at 515 for internet connectivity problem, no improvement till today.

                  My sim card stopped working automatically on dec 13th morning around 10am. I got a new simcard around 8pm from airtel gallery in mulund, mumbai. They said that it would be activated within 4 hours. But this didn't get activated even by morning of dec 14th. So i visited the same airtel gallery again at 10.30 am. They said that request was approved but not updated on server. So they would raise a request and try to fix it in few hours. I called them few times later in the day to check the stauts but the issue was not fixed. Then when i called them fourth time at around 4.30pm, i was told that the issue would not be fixed so i have to again visit airtel gallery and purchase a new card.

                  Overall experience was frustrating as my phone was disconnected for 2 full days and didn't see airtel trying to work on my request on priority inspite of letting them what i was facing and also the losses i was occurring due to no operation of my phone.

                  Request someone to help asap.

                    unable to send sms to 1900 for porting out

                    I have a poor connection from airtel. I had raised a complaint to airtel but till now there has been no improvement.

                    One the contrary the problem has aggravated and i have been informed that my cell phone is unreachable at times. This is impacting my work.

                    I was advised to send a porting message to 1900.

                    But i am unable to send sms to 1900, for porting out my sim from airtel to another service...

                    On 12/12/2017. When i called at *123*0# for validity check through my my airlel mobile number [protected] then a massage displayed on my mobile phone that on recharge rs.9 i get local and std call rate at 25 paisa per minute for 56 days. But as per massage from airtel service provider of kolkata i recharged rs.9 on the same day but airtel gave me other offer with one day validity. I complained to airtel customer care on the same day bearing complain ref number pr[protected]

                      I am on international roaming since 3rd september. On 25th of september i stopped receiving any signal on my aitel sim, till today i am not receiving any signal. I have complained lot of times to airtel, they are not able to resolve my issue, but at the same time, they are sending me monthly bill.

                      I requested them to waive my bill for the period which my sim was inactive, but they are not responding and they are not activating my sim.

                      Due to this i am not able to use my credit and debit card, as all my cards are linked to this number.
                      Untill they activate my sim, i can not even pay my bills as i cannot receive my otp.

                        My airtel postpaid number is not being used from last 4 months. Still, am receiving the bill statements. Called a customer care 2 months back and lodged complaint saying, i have not used the connection. They didn't respond. And again, providing bill statement for every month and calling to the number provided to pay bills.

                        I received a bill of 500 even thought i haven't used it for 2 months. My bill plan is 299 rs/-. They called me to say pay the bill. The customer care person told to pay the bill for 300. I rejected to pay cause i haven't used it. I have asked them to deactivate the number. They were silent all these days and my number is still active. Now again, after 4 months, i am getting the bill statements of the number.

                          Greetings!
                          I would like to register my complaint against airtel customer care support office (Airtel show room) which is situated at navalur, omr (Near ags theatre), chennai.
                          Yesterday (13.12.17) wednesday around 6:00pm, i visited to the above said airtel show room with my wife and children to discuss about my phone tariff that i have with airtel.
                          The following unwanted things were happened when i entered into the office.
                          (I) while entering into the show room nobody welcomed me and not even given a chair to sit, in which no other customers in the shop except the people working in that office and some other people who are working for airtel.
                          (Ii) i was standing in front of that enquiry person, i asked certain clarification but he rudely replied to my questions and asking me to come on next week with out giving any kind of respect.
                          (Iii) while continuing my conversation, the other people of that office also joined with that person and shouted on me.
                          (Iv) they have insulted me by using disrespectful words.
                          (V) they have threatened me saying that they will block my number and they forced me to tell the mobile number that i am using.
                          (Vi) they also argued with my wife without giving any kind of respect to her.
                          The above said event insulted me a lot and has given a lot of depression to mind and soul. My children and wife were got afraid of this event. There is a cc tv coverage, where you can see things happened on yesterday evening.
                          I am working as a professor in a reputed institution in chennai and this unforgettable incident was a great insult for me in my life.
                          Here with i request you take appropriate action against that show room people as soon as people and let me know accordingly.
                          If i do not get appropriate reply, i will go for legal action immediately.

                            Airtel is running the show in the worst and unethical manner. I advice ppl to switch over to any damn other service provider but not airtel... Frustrated by being with them. There's no transparency in dealing with the customers. Airtel is a big fraud.. Everytime you recharge your prepaid for no reason the amount keeps getting deducted from your account till you reach as low as to zero balance. Airtel telecallers quite prompt in promotional stuff but for grievances you never get connected even in 100 decades.

                            I don't subscribe any games but i have been charged Rs. 50 per month for diamond twister 2 in my airtel no. [protected] please deactivate this service from my no. given above

                              Hi,

                              I have just port my no from vodafone to airtel ([protected]) and now realized that there is 0 network in my office located in commerzone tech park yerwada, pune.
                              I am continually talking to the customer care but no resolution, whole day my phone is on no service mode and the airtel people does not even care to solve the network problem.
                              I have raise first complain on 6th dec (Ref[protected] and have given my friends no to contact me but this complain got closed by mentioning that they were not able to contact me. Here i have question to them do you have mind? I have mentioned that my mobile no is on no service mode then how could you able to contact me on that, thats why i have given friend's no.
                              However i was in keep on calling them for status and got no positive answer.
                              Today they have raise another complain (Ref[protected] and told me this time it would be resolve in 4 days.

                                My outgoing calls are not connecting in one attempt, every time i call for around 4 to 5 times then it connects. Even the internet connection stays unstable, even i tried to call 198, that too is not getting connected,, to the same numbers if i try with other network the calls get connected, i am facing this issue since 2 months. This is the worst experience with airtel

                                My airtel sim got deactivated and I want to reactivate it, so i tried to contact the customer service they didn't even listen to my complaint and cut the phone...worst service ever.
                                I was unable to recharge my prepaid mobile number with 448rs after porting from vodafone to airtel using paytm.unable to contact customer care also all hopeless options are coming instead of directly talking to customer care. Please help me with this.

When i ask the customer care they said me to go to the nearest airtel retail store with adhar card to register my number, but when i went to retail store 50 k. M away from my locality, they said it have been deactivated. So i want to why my life time validity sim have been deactivated by you. It is the primary no to my business. So i request you to activate my above said no as soon as possible.

                                    Hello, i am subhasis debnath a postpaid plan user of 499/-. Though my postpaid plan is 499/- and i did not use any additional package or overuse internet but my current month bill generated 1179.13/-. This is not your first time it happens with me multiple times. Every time i have to issue a complaint and then bill was rectified. This is very disgusting service. Please review and regenerate the current bill as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have lost my airtel sim last week and registereda complaint to block the number yesterday. After that they have asked to contact the nearby retailer to collect the new sim for the same number. I have paid for the same and collected and until now it is not activated and neither the customer care representative is not reachable!

                                      I am very much dispaoointed with the service request and received another sim card from the same retailer stating that by contacting the customer care only it will be activated. I have been struggling since past few days and kindly advise the airtel customer care to reactivate my sim card and ask the customer care representative from airtel to contact me urgently failing which will force me to register a complaint on these processes (As i have already given my verification several times and got the mail confirming the same from ndia)
