I am using airtel delhi number and i am living near thakur wada, near shiv kund, sohna, distt. Gurugram, haryana. Pin code number is 122103. Airtel network coverage is very low here while jio is providing full coverage. Please sort out my problem. I recently recharged my number with rupee 448.00 but i am not making full use of it. I request you to resolve my problem.

    Dear sir/ madam,
    8 want to bring this problem in your notice that i have been cheated by airtel.
    First i got my offer (149 un la2a +28gb 28days) in my phone but when i replied with 1 the pack got activated and my balance of 149 got deducted, but unfortunately i did not receive benefits of 28 gb.
    I have got this offer many times and whenever i check my main account banace this offer comes on my display.
    On contacting customer care number 198. They provided this this email.
    Kindly look into this matter and provide me the actual benefits that show on my phone. Or refund my balance of 149 rs.

      I lost my mobile phone on 24.11.2017 and got my sim swapped on 27.11.2017 by aadhar card e-verification and they told me that it will take maximum 4 hrs. To activate the sim card. On 02.12.2017 my sim card was activated after filing lots of complaints, but no signals were received in my mobile and the customer care told me that your sim card is damaged as from our side your services are working properly. Then on 02.12.2017 i got a new sim card and now again they told me that it will be activated in 4 hrs, but i was activated on 06.12.2017 and still the same problem was existed as no signals were received in my mobile. Then i visited the store and they tried the sim card in their own device but still the sim was not working. I sent several mails and called many time to customer care from my alternate number [protected] but my request was closed due to no response from my side and my problem is resolved, but i responded and tried every procedure as told my the network team. Everyday my complaint is escalated to higher authorities but no respose is received. I tried my sim card in 5 devices but still no signals are receiving but the network team told me that i did not tried the same as my lost phone is showing active in their systems. I am totally frustrated with the services and want to port my number but not able to send the port code as no signals are in my mobile. Please help me out. Your response will be highly thankful.

        Hi,
        I have been an airtel customer for voice (From year 2000 onwards) past 3 months inside my house the signals are very weak, frequent call drops are happening this has caused lot o[censored]nworkability for me, including my other two members in my family are also using airtel.

        I was told by utarhalli airtel outlet (Near chikalsandra) that tower upgradation is going on will be resolved but it is more than 3months there is no improvement.

        Incase this does not get resolved iam planning a signature campaign in my layout with more than a lakh of subscribers of airtel to switch to another service provider.

        Appreciate a quick response and resolution.

          Network is very poor in madhapur and mindspace areas of hyderabad.
          Specially internet services are worst. Even 4g service cannot send a simple whatsapp message.
          Many people are facing the same issue.
          I have made a complaint regarding this issue earlier also. But i didnt see any response/action from you.
          Please take action immediately.
          If not port is the only option left for us.

          Yes. This is a serious issue in such area. I already planned to port.
          Not just madhapur. But also in kondapur and gachibowli which is way worse. Today only i roamed thesse areas for searching hostel and checking speed test everywhere. Seriously disappointed and heard jio is at least good in some areas. So planning to port.

            Worst service, lost business and he
            Lost business of 13 lacks due to incoming calls net work issue, since iam using airtel postpaid for for last 7 years and i took this number for my business to deal with my clients.
            Last 1 week i made nearly about 10 complaints regarding incoming calls issue.
            1.1st they told me basics settings
            It's not worked out
            2. Told me to change new sim
            I did that still of no use
            3. Told me to wait for 24 hours
            Did that still of no use.
            4. Told me to wait for 4days
            Still of no use
            5. Again extended 2 more days to resolve the issue
            Still no use.
            6. Told me that they are going to suspend my services for 8 hours
            Still of no use.
            It has been more than 1 week
            I do a business i don't have any other alternate number, iam using this net work for last 7 years of post paid connection
            And i given the same number for my clinets.
            When i thought of going for number portable other network also saying 1 week for portable
            By trusting airtel people commitments
            On my issue
            I waited for 1 week, which is of no use
            And again number portability
            1 more week
            Means iam going to loose 1 more week business..
            Airtel has to pay me all loss of 1 week and next 1 week.
            My sincere request to airtel
            When you can't give service
            Please shut down your company
            Do not cheat people like this..
            At any cost you people should pay my loss
            Kindly listen to my calls which i made to customer care and understand how much loss i had gone through net work issue...

              Sir, airtel customer care representative told me that internet speed in my area (250404) will be 530kb/s to 2mb/s when signal will good if i recharge 3g pack. After recharged i get only 0.3kb/s to 100kb/s worst interest speed in full signal quality. I complain many time for worst speed. But no solution. Bad experience with airtel. My no. Is [protected].

                A service called super store has been activated automatically on my number without my knowledge.

                How it is possible to activate the service if am not having sufficient balance and also i am out of india.

                Need a clarification on this abnormality on my account and deduction of money without my knowledge.

                1. What is super store service

                2. Who activated the super store service and when it has done.

                3. Is it possible to activate the service if am not having sufficient balance and also i am out of india

                4. I saw many complaints like this in internet on airtel. Is this newly implemented method to deduct money to compensate your loss?

                I am using airtel from past 12 years. I have mailed to airtel before 10 days but didn't get the response. What is the procedure to file complaint against airtel. Kindly advice how to proceed further.

                    I was a loyal customer to airtel since 5 years. I was in postpaid from last year. I couldn’t find best offers in airtel postpaid. Now i wanted to shift to prepaid, on 9 dec i went to an airtel store which is in navalur, chennai to process my request. They took my documents and they took money for outstanding due and they told they will process my request. Evening i got a call from same store and said they couldn’t process my request since they are getting some error. I went to store to know the reason what is it exactly. They kept documents in my hand and said they are helpless do wherever you want. Is this the way to treat cystomers??? The same day i visited okyampet chennai store. They also said the same reason and they are not taking my documents. I asked why then they said they won’t process other stores documents. Is this the way you will treat your customers?? I have never seen such a bad and poor and worst service!!
                    I don’t know what happened to airtel these days. You are not treating your customers in a polite manner. The staff is taking in rude manner.

I am porting number from reliance to airtel, while choosing airtel i asked airtel representative how much it will take as this is very urgent for me, he said as this number is already closed by reliance and reliance has shut down operations so it should not take more than 2 days.                           I have recharge my handset through PAYTM of Rs.44.00 but it has not credited into my account.Airtel has a online system which is very un -scientific because customer are not able to talk to any representative to say problems.I noticed to my banker PNB about deductions, they agreed and provide a registration No.A[protected] but I am in the soup, neither getting refund nor recharge my handset,

                              Am kavya from bangalore, i took duplicate sim on 6/12/2017 because of network issue. They told that my sms will be bar for 24 hours and even got sms stating same. Later same day night 9:30 pm my sim got activated and sms got bar. Its been 4 days my sms service is still not active (11/12/2017). Despite of repeated complain, customer care executive rude behavior and ending the call even before my solution is resolved. Am not able to receiveany sms, otp even from my bank, this is impacting my business in a huge way. This is my unofficial notice. If this is not resolved, i would send a legal notice from my lawyer

                                I had submitted a request for closure of my broad band wi-fi service associated with the land line no. 45024714, installed at my residence : flat no. 251, sangam apartments, zone-h-4/5, pitam pura, delhi-110034, on 7th dec. 2017 at around 07:30-8:00 hrs. Requesting for closure of the connection w. E. F.[protected] positively as i had to move out of country for a period till 1st april 2018. Probably one mr. Altamas was on line who recorded the request. On my specific request only he disclosed his identity with a conversation id too which i don't remember now and being out of country, can't even find out and mention here again.
                                But i observed the service was still working till 10:30 am the next morning on 8th dec. 2017. Now today itself i have received an e-mail intimating the bill generation in respect of my wi-fi connection.
                                Being out of country i can't even confirm whether the service has actually been discontinued till now or not.
                                It is requested that please do confirm about the closure of connection or execute the instruction with immediate effect and confirm by return mail.
                                Also i had requested for discontinuation of the "auto debit of the due bill every month from my credit card" feature with immediate effect. But thanks to the worst most working of your voice interactive response system of working, which otherwise requires more than half hour at least to finish a task, the person handling my call, didn't confirm anything about that even.
                                Being out of country presently, i can't even check and confirm at my own about the service being still continuing or not and as per prevailing instructions whether the next due proportionately (Part) or full bill shall be deducted from my credit card account.
                                May i now expect that being fair in dealing i shall get the response after the needful done and confirmation of discontinuation of auto debit of the bills in future?
                                If executed immediately (If not done so till date), properly and confirmed to the effect, i may again like to get the service restored, on my return to india some time in april 2018, else i may reconsider to have similar services from another service provider.

                                  I know about the status of my complaint against bharti airtel customers service submitted on 4th dec, 2017 regarding long pending of my port request.
                                  My original complain as below:
                                  "i have applied for port to airtel of my reliance no. [protected] on 30th oct, 2017. My upc code is es844561 as sent to me several time via sms. But my port is rejected numbers of times, reason shown upc mis-matched. I have communicated several times to airtel customer centre at nagaon, assam, india. But in every visit no satisfactory reply found only informed me that it is rejected. Previous network r.com already closed. Suffering lots as i have been using it since 2005."

                                    As on the airtel website, the promised speed of broadband plan of 899rupees is 40mbps, and I am receiving speed of 16mbps. I have complained to them regarding this issue but everytime I complain them, they say "There is still no technology in my area". I don't get this I live in Dwarka which is a posh area and I am sure there might be a huge consumer base of Airtel Broadband here. They just don't want to provide the service. I request you to atleast confirm a date of when that "Technology" would be available.

                                      When i call customer care, they give false promise for resolution. But the thing is, I am waiting for the resolution and till date i am not getting any updates from their end. Without using Airtel service i am simply paying my bill on time. Today(10/12/2017 at around 10:15pm) when i called and asked about the status and informed that i am going to disconnect the service, one gentleman simply say 'your wish!!!' and the tone he was using while talking with a customer. So shameless persons in customer service. They are not even in mood to listen to customer and give gentle answers. When i called 515 i simple get one sms "Dear Customer, you tried to reach us regarding the n/w complaint for your mobile number. Your service request is already in progress...". But how long???? Its been a month.

                                      How can you claim that you are the fastest network in the Country? You should have some shame while deceiving the customers this way!

                                      My question is when i am unable to user Airtel service why I am paying bills for all three numbers and on time???

                                      I will disconnect this services asap if not resolved and will take strong action by porting all my employees numbers to other services and write about your irresponsibility and the way you cheat customers in social sites and articles.

                                      Please dont think it as a kind of threat or blackmail, you(airtel) have given lot of troubles to me.

                                        Hi, I make a recharge of Rs 7 from airtel.in, the site is reflecting make a rc of 7 get Loc+std call at 30p/min for 27 days after reviewing this pack i recharged (through airtel.in).
                                        Successfully recharged i relieved a msg from airtel that " Enjoy all loc+ std at 30p/min with 1st 90 sec of day @2p/sec."
                                        I want to know why this hidden price is not reflecting on the website.
