4g hot spot connection which i had bought on 1/12/17 has still not activated... When i approched the local airtel showroom from where i purchased the sim are not responding a proper solution for the activation... They said the address verification will be done shortly for each time when i approch them, a week has passed still there is not a solution for my issue

    Hello,
    I recently tried to port from reliance 2g to airtel from airtel store in thodupuzha, kerala.
    But, i got mail from airtel presence that my request has been rejected. When they called me the sound from the other side was not clear. When i tried to contact back, the call was getting disconnected. The store manager is saying that i have to wait for two days and they told me that they will not refund the full money of 100 (Sim charge) +180 (First recharge). They said they cannot refund sim charge. The reliance number is 90*09.
    Kindly please help

      You are now asking me kyc details to for airtel money account connection. How could you do that? I didn't approach you for an account. Then how and why did you open the same. Also there is no option in your customer care service regarding the same. I feel it's good to deactivate the connection itself if you are deciding what i must do. Feeling pity.

        By june, i have requsted to disconnect my airtel broadband services (A/c no:[protected]) through a nearby airtel store and paid all the dues upto june. By 27th july, from airtel mrs. Prianka selvakumar called me and update me that for the next 3 months airtel was providing broadband service absolutely free. But i repeatedly told her that i don't want broadband since nowadays i haven't using and request for immediate disconnection. Even though i have denied for continueing broad band service, without my consent she has sent me mail for continueing services. (Please find the photocopy of that email in the attachment)
        From july to till date, i haven't used a single gb of broadband in my connection but airtel is sending me bill for every month. I i have requested for disconnection but, i have been forcefully given continued broadband services and also billed every month. So i request onceagain to disconnect my broadband services and waiver the outstanding bill as i have used for the last 6 months. Please look into the matter seriously and resolve it as early as possible.

          This is to draw attention towards airtel's patchy customer services which resulted me paying more than what i would.
          I have subscribed to airtel infinity family 499 plan on joining airtel postpaid services. This plan let me avail 5gb data usage per month and on top of it as a new user i was allocated 10gb for the first three months. Because of airtel's policy to carry the last month's unused data forward to subsequent months data available to me keeps on accumulating, as per myairtel app and that has been ascertained by airtel query services. But to my utter disbelief, i have been charged for data usage beyond 5 gb from the fourth month onwards. When i enquired about it, i was informed that the 10gb data, allotted to me as a new customer, had been deactivated after three months although the airtel services kept on showing that data were available for my usage. That was totally misleading for me as a consumer and i was lured into using more than 5 gb data and then would been charged later for that. If the right information was portrayed to me i would plan my data usage accordingly to keep it under 5gb limit. But now i am being charged exorbitantly for the extra amount of data consumed by me. This is a tantamount evidence to the service provider's irresponsibility at best, and at worst it points to the malicious intent of squeezing money out of customer's pocket.
          I strongly believe the customers should not be charged for the falsified information shown on the app and validated by other services. Please take necessary action and spread awareness about such incidence to stop consumers beguiled into such schemes.

            I made a request on airtel website for a new broadband connection
            Which was accepted and i received a call back from company to prepare the required documents.
            On 26th november 2017 my docs were picked up by mr. Ankit kansal mobile number [protected] saying the connection will be installed in next 48 hrs.
            Its 7-12-17 and still i have no clue about it i spoke to same person who took my docs he said i'll ask my boss to call back the boss called up mr. Vijay mobile number [protected] he said i'll check and get back to you in an hour and now no one is responding to my calls.
            Cef no. 11117311 is written on my customer enrollment form.

[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] which are not belongs to me, also they add the bill charges of said mobile no.               Instead of deconsolidation of bill period[protected] to[protected] ………. To…………….[protected] to[protected] for above mentioned four mobile no. They are sending me duplicate bill for mobile no. [protected].
              Also they added rs. 6660/- instead my dues 3391.47 for bill period[protected] to[protected]

              Please look into the matter seriously and resolve the issue. They had issue me excess bill of rs. 3590.21 for the bill period[protected] to[protected] ………. To…………….[protected] to[protected], which are clearly mentioned in my excel sheet. Also i am enclosing scanned copy of bills sent by airtel for the said period with highlighted fields which are not belongs to me.

                Dear sir,

                I am very disappointed from AIRTEL service.

                Last night I was call customer care for some information... After discussion he suggested me I have some new upgrades in the same plans (649) if you want then I will activate the same... Then I conformed for the upgrade. Then I disconnected the call then I was seen that my internet is not working. Then I was call again customer care and told them same which was faced, then he told me that I will mark complain for the same it will resolve within 12hrs and gives complain no... Then I was received massage...your complain is resolved then I was checked and I seen that.. It's not working... Then I was again call to customer care they again gives another complaint no... Even I was visit retail store he also told me that within 30min your problems will be resolve...
                And I got massage that your internet service is deactivated... I am really socked what is happening with me.

                But still not resolve... Really very bad experience with AIRTEL...

                Dear sir, if possible kindly resolve the same...

                Anyway my problem is not resolve within 5 or 6 hrs then I am going to PORT to another one.

                  This is regarding the problem which i am facing with airtel prepaid services.

                  My mobile number:- [protected]

                  Actual fact is that airtel company is cheating the people on internet services i. E. I will give some few examples.

                  1) 45 rs 150mb plan (This plan is from long years in airtel list) — we completed the 150mb usage the amount 100 or 200 rs is detected from main balance with in few seconds.
                  2) they have so many other internet plans which are false and dishonesty for the users.
                  3) and they have launched new 448 rs internet plan with 2g/3g/4g and its really false plan which never gets 3g/4g speed and 1gb per day.

                  And regarding this 448 rs internet plan when i called customer care the supervisors are not at all helpful and disconnecting the calls.

                  This is really fraud by airtel group on introducing new plans to overcome other telecom services.

                    I have been continously following with airtel & they had confirmed that as per caf no. 1173140 my connection will get installed at home (Address mentioned below).

                    The persons whom i am continuosly following up are gopal vettel & shahnawaz.

                    All the documentation has been (Including cheque) handed for over a month now.

                    Kindly get this closed urgently as my earlier connection has been disconnected basis airtel confirmation

                      I've also received a message of recharge. Screen shot attached here with.

                      But on date[protected] my account is suspended due to low balance.

                      Kindly help us as we are loosing our important progammes on tv.

                      I demand from airtel digital tv to credit 12 months recharge on my digital tv ac-[protected] for their big mistakes.

                      I complained to mail - [protected]@airtel.com regarding deduction of recharge amount, But they replied as below...

                      "Dear Bharat Thummar,

                      Warm greetings from Airtel!

                      This is with reference to your request regarding balance deduction for your Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected].

                      We regret the inconvenince caused to you.

                      We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation on number [protected] on dated: 07-Dec-17, information regarding the balance deduction has been conveyed.

                      We assure you that the feedback regarding the same has been forwarded and we are ensuring necessary action to prevent recurrence of any such incidence.

                      Please note that your reference No is [protected] for any further correspondence."

                          Airtel has deducted my balance for activation of whatsmob service for which i have not requested to activate it. Please look into this matter and refund my balance asap. I don't want this service and it should be deactivated in no time of receiving this complaint. I am a old customer of airtel just dont want to port my number from airtel to any other cellular network so please make sure i do not get disappointed by your action.

                            My airtel digital tv customer id : [protected].

                            4th december, 2017 at 3:20 p. M i did a recharge of 366/- inr to a wrong digital tv subscribers account. That subscriber id was : [protected].

                            So i called airtel digital tv customer care to find out is there any solution from their side for this issue.

                            Fortunately they have a solution for this issue. Which customer care executive interacted with me, that lady humbly told me that airtel will transfer that amount to your digital tv account within 24 hours.

                            * she gave me a reference no for this issue. Reference no. Is[protected].

                            5th december, 2017 at 3:27 pm a received a message from 'ad_airdth' where they clearly told me that "payment received rs 366 for airtel digital tv id [protected], updated a/c balance is rs 381.94. Current monthly charge - rs 330 next recharge date is 07-jan-2018."

                            So after that when i went to check my balance through my airtel app. Balance was see rs 341/-

                            I was little bit confused & called customer care, which executive interact he was unable to defend my qs. Behind the reason of this deduction & he transferred that call to his senior. He was tried to convince me but failed to give proper reason.

                            My qs is that if it is official deduction fees then i need that confirmation from airtel with that reason. But here is no such message like this.

                            Please verify this matter & ask them to refund that amount 40/- inr to my account.

                            One Airtel Executive called me & explain that money was deducted because In which Id I recharged may be that account is suspended so they charged that from my account or It was the daily charge of that subscriber.

                            My Point is that if a person have balance in his account then It will be deducted from his balance how it will be debited from last recharge.??

                            If this amount is debited as that account's fine.. how airtel can take advantage of this.. when they know whole issue.. Both o[censored]s airtel's subscribers..??

                              This is in reference to my original service request: 80818300. I am in USA right now, and have opted for International Roaming to be able to receive txt messages, so I can make online payments and access my personal accounts ( Gmail, Linkedin, Facebook etc) which are dependent on two step authentication. I am unable to login to any of these accounts or perform any bank transactions since my registered Airtel India number is not working now.
                              I have called customer care for almost 10+ times and also sent emails to [protected]@in.airtel.com, Nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and
                              appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com. And everytime I get a response saying "Tried calling you, but could not reach". They never call me at my US number and half they times, they keep calling on my India number that does not work. I am paying my bills for last 3 months hoping it will work, and not to get the number deactivated.

                                Airtel has without any permission deducted money from my balance. The services were not requested. So with whose permission are you'll charging for the service. Kindly credit back the amount deducted. Neither the customer care answer nor they resolve our problems. Though the amount is small but this is not acceptable.

                                  Bull # i recharged on 21st december and validity it's showing up to 19th dec. Only 28days not even complete one month..
                                  Earlier you were giving 3days more..

                                  How. Can you increase my rent to rs.410/ per month from rs.380/ without any notice to me..

                                    I had applied porting of my reliance no [protected] to airtel post paid on 06112017 but my no is not ported and i am continuously calling and visiting airtel office in ludhiana bbut no one provide the status on 02122017 during visit airtel office at pakhowal road ludhiana informed that my request is rejected and they advised to resubmit the request same day they provide new sim and again completed all formalities but till date my no is not ported and no status updated. I am employee of hdfc bank and this is my corporate official number same is not working due to poor service of ludhiana. I and my family is using airtel no from last 15 years. Please help for porting of my no [protected] otherwise i have no option to use services of another company. Waiting your positive response

                                      My self vishesh, from bangalore. I switched from postpaid to prepaid. My postpaid sim is deactivated & new prepaid sim is not yet activated. Even aft submissions of all the required documents.. Service is not yet activated. Service is down from past 2 days.

                                        I have been staying in malaysia for the past 9 months and i haven't requested airtel to activate ir99. Without being informed they just have deducted the amount. I have no idea why they have deducted when i have never asked for the service.
