These, i have never asked for.

Please look into this and do the needful and return back rs 30+rs 55.
It is also requested not to go for any such services. The numbers given to send the request to stop was not helpful for me. Probably the process be simple, so that it will be customer friendly. I am unable to understand the sanctity involved in asking for minimum 350 characters.

I done recharge of 448 which had 70 days unlimited call and daily 1 gb data.but if i call to any number it is saying you did not have sufficcient balance.i tried to reach airtel customer care on phone but in vein unable to reach them.
Hi.. I have taken the transfer of the no from Company to my name. The old sim is deactivated but unable to activate the new sim card. It is showing the network but on dialing 59059, it is showing 'not registered on network'. Its been two days since the no is deactivated and causing lot of inconvenience. Kindly help.
Unusual services activated on my airtel no and they deducted amount daily. Its very big trouble for me. Please returne my money back otherwise i will switch my communication band. I can not bear it anymore
Please refer to my SBI transaction ID [protected]IGACLCFPV9 dated 26.11.2017. Rs. 100/- was debited but no top up balance credited to my number [protected]. Pl check and do the needful, either credit the amount or refund it to my SBI Account.

    I did an online recharge of rs100 (Full talktime) on 15th nov using rs75 from airtel payment bank and rs 25 from my debit card, transaction id [[protected]]. The transaction showed as failed, however the said amount was deducted both from my airtel payment bank and my debit card.
    I had multiple rounds of discussion with customer care, airtel gallery and was told it would be reversed in 5 days. It is close to 15 days and yet not refunded to my account. On visiting gallery or customer care, looks like either they don't know how their own system works or don't want to help, they keep suggesting ivr nos which doesn't proceed anywhere wasting my time and effort.

    [dec 2017] again visited the gallery and also called the customer care which was a sheer waste of time and effort. The customer care team on multiple occasions neither knew the process and disconnected my call saying that they are forwarding to their supervisors as they were not able to resolve my issue.

    Need my amount refunded back to my payment sources (Airtel payment bank and debit card) asap

      I have applied for port to airtel of my reliance no. [protected] on 30th oct, 2017. My upc code is es844561 as sent to me several time via sms. But my port is rejected numbers of times, reason shown upc mis-matched. I have communicated several times to airtel customer centre at nagaon, assam, india. But in every visit no satisfactory reply found only informed me that it is rejected. Previous network r.com already closed. Suffering lots as i have been using it since 2005.

      I have a Airtel connection [protected] Can't do some outgoing calls .when i have make a call then computer say you have not account balance but i have unlimited calling plan for 70 days and also i have balance i have many time request but still i have problem with calling
      I recharged my number [protected] with Rs 100/- thru My airtel app and i got full talk time. Later i recharged with Rs8/- power pack which said 30p/min for both STD & local for 84 days. But when i made calls it showed 60p/min for both local and std. Req clarify and resolve the issue.

      Airtel gave false commitment and did not activate the SIM inspite of several reminders and calls. On top, all their commitments were wrong and insensible. Customer service team doesn't have any courtesy to even provide right information.

        I had recharged pre-on - post on my number [protected] to have some extra data for usage but it said recharge has failed. My rs.259 got deducted from my debit card on 17th dec'17 and i have not received any refund even after 12 days.
        Its a corporate number registered under my company jones lang lasalle property consultants pvt ltd.
        I even spoke to your customer care representative mr. Adheshwar singh regarding the same.
        Also attached is the snapshot of the recharge failure and money deduction.

          We sent an email regarding a complaint to [protected]@in. Airtel.com on saturday dec 2, 2017. No response received. We called up 198 — they said they cant help as they dont know who handles the mails!
          The nodal officer/appellate gave no response either. Their phones cant be reached or have no option to discuss a complaint and neither do they respond on mail.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          We are facing network issue in our home town.. Had to come out of the house and her into street to get incoming or for outgoing calls... NO SIGNAL inside or around home..many o[censored]s facing same issue

            I took a new wifi service from swargate pune center in september 17. Now since 17th november 2017 i am getting threatning calls and messges from [protected] to surrender my wifi number [protected] as it belongs to one of the valued customer and he wants it back.

            I did not ask for that specific number. Its their mistake., they are threatning to disconnect my services. On what basis? My payment is regular. If my wifi services are discontinued i will file an fir against your swargate pune center.

            If that employee of your swargate center continues ro message or call me it will force me to take further action against them.

              I have made a complaint regarding network issue on 18 nov and till date that is not solved. Kindly see to it soon we have 4 airtel connection at our place and none is working. I am not able to receive any call nor i am able to do. Its creating lot of trouble. I have ported my no. To airtel from voda but its more worse than vodafone neither the complaint is solved nor any executive have contacted regarding this its been high time i have placed so many complaints but its of no use.

                  I had ordered a landline for my business in the month of August and this was through a corporate contact. The gentleman assured me of a connection. He sent an executive the same day to collect payment, mind you, this man insisted on cash and assured me of a connection the very next day. This never happened much to my disappointment. 2 weeks later 2 people came from Airtel to install wiring, all this while i kept receiving multiple calls regarding unavailability of TAG in my area to install a connection, even then wiring was installed. After a month of back and forth again, no connection was installed. And amazingly, Airtel started billing me for an inactive connection. After 2 months of this drama, I submitted a written complaint to customer care asking for a refund of the amount of 1000 rupees that they rightfully owe me. No one in Airtel Customer care Is aware of the processes for pretty much anything. This is my third negative experience with Airtel, till date they have been unable to resolve anything. I keep getting multiple calls from executives and emails one after another asking me for new derails each time and even after having provided all the teela any documents, no refund has been issued. No one replies, no one responds, they only get the Customer stuck in a loop. This is all a scam now. I want my refund, after 3 months of drama with Airtel, multiple calls and emails, they still refuse to process a simple refund of 1000 rupees. Just yesterday some silly executive calls me and talks about lack of funds, insufficient balance etc etc with me, no one even reads the emails. I have sent them all my details for this stupid refund and nothing. No confirmation of refund from their end. No one in the departments talks to each other, there is no awareness of processes, they keep harassing the Custoner and taking them for a ride. I am one of their oldest customers with a VIP phone number and account. This is how they treat their customers. I would never recommend Airtel to anyone.

                    I have attached the issue as image in this mail as i can't explain every time. I have already explained my issue max 5 times to airtel executives, no resolution from last 72 hours. Really very dissapointed with such a so called big brand.

                    Resolve my issue asap i have so many urgent issues to deal with and all are on hold just because my primary number is not working, you can't even imagine which phase i m going through due to this issue caused from airtel.

                    Every time when i am having call with customer care they were saying issue is already been escalated but no resolution even after 5days.

                      As i require 29 landline connection i drafted a requesting mail for landline connections to airtel

Airtel.com on 20th dec 2017 from there i got respond that there concern team will visit to our place for feasibility still person did not turn up and from there no response. We already marked mail thrice from airtel customer care i got calls but no use still my problem exists

                        Raising complains from more than a year and everytime airtel closes my calls without intimating me or resolving the issue.
                        Paying bills without using it properly.
                        Worst service and network.
                        Airtel has still not provided me the time required for smooth installation for upgrade because from last year it is pending and there has been no progress. Does it take so much time?
                        Paying bills from a long time without proper utilization, how many more billing cycles i need to pay unnecessarily without proper service?
                        If can't be resolved airtel should advise so that i can port my no.

                                My mobile number is [protected] and i recharged my account with rs100/- talk time tariff and got full talk time thru my airtel app. Next i recharged with rs 8/-power pack for std and local. The tariff rates as per my airtel app was 30paise/min for 84 days. But when i started making calls the rates were not as per tariff given when i recharged. Request clarify and reset the tariff rates as per the rates and resolve the issue at earliest.

                                    I have recharged with 3998, 30 days international roaming to usa.
                                    I am getting messages and mobile data, but not able to make any calls and not getting any calls.
                                    Tried all the settings and given compliant but no use.
                                    Recharged on 27-nov-2017, but no use till now.
                                    Either fix this issue immediately or refund the amount.

                                    Hello sir my name Nilratan Paul, I am connecting with airtel .but me and my villagers have a problem to this network. Network signal is so poor that I don't call anyone in my room. Me and my friend complain many time but there is no solution with in 6 month.

                                      I am buying a sim card and i will attached this number in my aadhar card but airtel company will closed the number and issued another one, when i will want otp from aadhar to change my mobile number the another customer will be abuse and behave very badly so i will complaint for that customer. If my complaint will be not work i will complaint in consumer court.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
