Dear sir,
I recharged my prepaid airtel mobile no [protected] on dated 23/01/2018 by trans. Id no [protected] of rs 399/- as offered by airtel company to get 4 g high speed data and unlimited calls as heavily advertised by that company. I lived in urban area in karnal city and the company not provided me proper 4 g high speed data its blow 2 g speed and not provide proper incoming and out going calls, the call voice are not some time clear and its shows mostly network busy when i need to calling and use of 4 g data and also anyone need to calling me, i also check on trai my speed govt app and submit the data detail but nothing benifit, i call to customer care from spare my woking time many time but nothing respone i call 12144 customer care on dt 26/1/18 at 5.55 pm and 6.33 pm and dt 31/1/2018 at 4.03 pm and 9.17 pm now they if it is speed 2g but it is running you can use like this, the company provided the recharges schemes or amounts area/state/place wise, if company not provide this scheme of this area/distt./state/place why they lanch for this area the company make foolish and harassment me, then i recharged with jio 4g services and its better, so company have to refund my payment with compensation or i will be compelled the knock of justice

    Hi there,

    This is in regards to my airtel payments bank account id-[protected], [protected] (Rs 5000). When i downloaded their app and deposited money in it they allowed to me do the first transaction successfully without any problem and when i deposited some more money inside it they put a debit freeze without any valid reason or any prior notice which i found quite misleading. When i contacted their customer service team initially they told me that you need to submit your aadhaar card and other documents in order to wave off the debit freeze. I submitted those documents via mail to them and since then i have been waiting for them to wave off the freeze but instead of doing the same they have been continuously misleading me that your details (Date of birth) does not match the records in their database and it has been months since i have submitted all the required evidence that i am the one who is the actual user along with the proof to match my date of birth.

    I got to know about this fraudulent service when 4 of my friends told me that they received the same mail from the airtel payments bank that the freeze was put on their account as the date of birth does not match their records. I am completely frustrated with this service as they are neither refunding my money nor they are ready to lift the debit freeze and their customer service does not have any reasonable answer to justify this move.

    So, i request you guys to kindly look into the same and take necessary action to resolve this problem as this is going on since ages and lot of people are getting affected due to this and loosing their money.

        I wanted to change from postpaid to prepaid. What i thought a simple procedure is making me to run to airtel stores and call customer care multiple
        Times. Still the conversion is not done. Started the conversion by visiting the airtel store on 28th jan'18 and i was sent back quoting different reasons to visit some other time multiple times. Finally my request was accepted on 19th feb'18 and i received a new sim assuring me that it will get activated in 1 or 2 days. My old sim got deactivated on 22nd feb and till now (8th mar) they have not activated the new sim. Called customer care and mailed multiple times. Everytime a false assurance only is given and they don't tell me why it is taking this much time. I really don't know why my old sim was deactivated in first place.

          Airtel coverage is very poor and every times when i make a call it was saying as all lines are currently busy more than 3 to 4 times i have to get connected. I have lodged complaints regarding this several times to airtel customer care but they are not responding properly.

          Also i have lodged a complait as my mobile internet is also very poor. Registered complaint to the appelate node and nodal wing also but none of them have give proper solutions.

          Nearly i am being complainting this issue for about 3 months.

          Also i have collected many datas of customers who are facing this issue.

          If i didnt get the proper solution i think better to move legally

            I've ported my no [protected] from bsnl to airtel and the number tele verification is repeatedly failing everytime i try to call to 59059. I recharged my number but amount is refunded saying error. So please try to get solve this issue and you can contact me on my alternate no [protected].
            Calling customer care is of no use as they ask for 24 hrs every day and it has been 4 days and past 4 days same dialogue they shoot on me to give them 24 hrs and they need so to resolve server error.

Ive recharged 399 pack (Unlimited voice and 1gb/day 4g for 84 days) pack 2 weeks before bt i'm getting only 2g speed in the name of 4g. Very bad net speed, webpages takes long time to load.                   My current airtel postpaid number is [protected] . I added child number [protected] to my plan to share calls/data in first week of feb . When i inserted the SIM data service on child number is not working . Complain number 83688783 which they said they have resolved by refreshing the network setting .
                  Customer care said you need to visit on airtel store to get the problem solved. When i visit the service center they said we have put the complain 0126207 it will be resolved by 3rd march . But the problem didn't resolve.

                  I re-visited the service on 7th march and they said complain has already been resolved but it is still not working . They said we can't fix the issue, please visit other service center . I said give me in written but they refused and said we are frencise and we can't give anything . Airtel store is at rohtak -124001 near medical more. Person SUnny-[protected] .

                  Also they are just calling customer care and registering another complain. And giving feedback as awesome from my phone without permission and issue resolution.

                  i went to another airtel outlet as they asked and they said SIM is faulty and gave me a duplicate SIM and said wait for 4 hours . On new SIM it will be working . But it is still not working .
                  All there tech team says, restart phone after half hour, change phone etc which doesn't work.

                  When i called customer care agian they said we don't see any problem .We are raising another complain. They raised complain 83906805 .

                  They are just raising complain after cmplain but no solution . I asked them to port the number, but they said you can't do it for 90 days . From last one month i am stuck on airtel with no data service.

                  Please suggest what can be done. Take action on airtel, i am paying the money without the data service.

                      Dear sir/madam Every month i'm being forced to pay rs 199/- extra on my plan because airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.

                      You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan otherwise i'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against airtel.

                        Incoming and outgoing calls are not working for Airtel CUG sims of Carriage Repair shop, Ttirupathi since 10 days. Even call connected after so many times trying there is a disturbance in voice and call ended with in a minute.                           Airtel money is only allowing us to add money to wallet not to transfer.. This is very big cheating..If they need KYC updates then they need to restrict both add and send money. But they accept the money but not allowing to transfer..

                          Airtel app is showing the service is temporarily not available. Already 2 weeks gone.Looks like they wants to hold the money.. Also it shows we can use wallet money only for recharge..But how can I recharge for that big amount 3400 rupees

                              On december 2017 reliance company stopped its working and they ported there company to airtel 4g but after that till i'm not get accessing to sim card it says "invalid sim" but we contacted many times this service provider and they says we are still working on this issue untill now but no response on the issue so by that i have lost more business contracts by this number my phone number is [protected] it is under my fathers name so please take an action on this company and fix the issue immediately with grand request

                                According to tv ads airtel is providing 4g service in forests, himalayas and even unknown places in india but while we talk about 4g network in ghazipur city (Up), airtel says we can't provide 4g internet there.
                                Before recharging my account, airtel customer care suggested me to recharge my account and i will get all services including 4g as well. But now airtel is saying we can't provide 4g internet service at your current location.

                                My sim isn’t providing network for 10 hours now. No service is being shown. I have tried everything. Switched on and off my phone, put it in airplane mode, did everything. Please resolve the issue. Mobile no-[protected]

In addition, starting 09/02/2018 I was granted Rs. 100/- discount on monthly rent. Still my February Bill is as high as Rs. 540/-, which is beyond my understanding. You are requested to send the bill break up to me at the earliest.

                                    On dec 23rd there was a debit from my credit card for my airtel number [protected]. It is a corporate number and hence i wanted the refund so that my organization can pay the due amount instead of me.
                                    The customer care executives claimed that they had done the refund and hence revoked the payment. But, after multiple follow-up calls and emails, i still could not make the customer care executives understand that i have not received the amount. Neither my organization did. Every other day a new person gives a call, tries to understand the problem and send a mail as closure. First and foremost there is no one person tracking the issue. Every other executive have their own resolution, make me send multiple information/details etc and then every time it ends with no resolution.
                                    Till date none of your customer care executive could share the transaction details for the refund. Although i have submitted my credit card statements showing the payment.
                                    I have been following up for 3 months. Nothing is more frustrating then requesting over and over again for your own money.

                                        For the reason portability problem (Due to insufficient portability for the new connections) i am not able to contact even in airtel network single time attend. I am very hesitate in this type of disturb for the above said complaints. So you are got my money to activate up to coming 20th march. I am ready to filled case against you for lack of customer service. Even customer care number also not one proper. Just 5 minutes before try to speak customer relation ship manager no one way to reach by 121. So you are only booming your name by advertisement not by service. Finally asking the answers for you are ready to given best service? Because of i am lost my money rs.250/- for your booming advertisement words best services. So that i am raising coming words" as per scheduled (Till date you are not given good services. From the good service starting date even today also accepted) coming 28 days given up to april 4th or else publicity your network status by lawful action?
