I had sent an sms to port my number to other network on 24th sept later i received a call from airtel team on 25th evening however your executive enquired the reason why i want to port then i stated him that i hv network issue and billing issue so he assured me that for network issue i have to visit to the airtel office and get the sim exchanged as it is a sim issue and for billing issue he stated that he is reducing Rs.100/- from my current month bill i.e Sept bill Rs.578/- and even informed that i would get the confirmation on the same within 48 hours but till date i have not received any confirmation. Later on 29th sept i called the customer care number and informed the same to them but they are so inefficient and told me there is no cut down on th bill and even told me that whatever call i have got is false and they have not at all called and cannot give that cut down on the bill. Now my grievance is y the hell you give such assurances when you are unable to keep up the word given to the customers. Is this a kind of service given to the customer it is really worst service i have ever seen. i have even got the reference number for the complaint i had given i.e 58216203 now i want the thing what was assured to me after that only i will be paying the bill.

    This is to bring to your notice that I Mr. Brahamdev Mandal had
    activated 399 plan for my above number regarding this, the plan which had
    activated on my number was 748 plan due to which I received excess bill amount
    to pay.

    In this regard, I m sure ther is some error from your side, I spoke to
    the concern person, I have received first call from your side Tel No.
    is [protected] to make payment of bill of Rs.1500 approx but the bill amount was
    3900 approx. and balance amount will be wavied off. As per conversation I paid
    the above mentioned amount even though there was no waviver of balance amount &
    my mobile number was also not activated.

    Same as above, for second time I received the call from Tel No.
    [protected] in this coversation I had told to pay 5100 approx. which I have
    rejected to pay the amount, even though I paid Rs.2500 & from your side it was
    told that your Mobile bill get Active & all balance amount will be wavied off.
    But till date there is no reply or action taken from your side. Further, I will
    not pay any amount of bill which will be generated from your side.

    Kindly look into the matter & activate my number as soon as possible.

        I recharged 2G data pack in airtel. the min. Specified speed for 2G as specified by gov is 80 kbps. The Company also claims that it provides 60-70 kbps speed. When i complained aGainsT it. One service executive said that They will resolve the issue Within 6days bt didn't register any comPlaint and hanged the call. Then the another said We can do nothing aNd hanged. I also said that i will raise the issue in forum. They replied do whatever you wanT. I called on 2 Nd october 2014 at 11:04 min. please do The Needful. Name- janmejay Mobile- [protected]

          I am really disappointed because of airtel service and I will surely raze this issue at extrim level. It's really surprise yestarday I have called to customer care he said I have used 662mb net uses from 750 montly free use but I got massage from airtel to I have consumed 100% of net pack how can that possible if records are showing I have used around 662 of 750 in airtel system I had word with Mr. Swapnil ( customer care ) I have confimed two times for the same he said its true fact and I requested him to take complaint against my extra bill amount he told me that complaint is registered and you will get call in 24 il hours but till I haven't received a single call. Today I have called again on 121 as per discussion with Mr. Aapasaheb he told me you have used 842 mb and that 500 re charge is more applicable on my bill what your think I am fool??????? If you guys are not serious about your work I will take very strict legal action against I have all recordings and you too go with all conversation and revert back as soon as my net is not working properly due I am facing lots of problems. I have complaint with my previous bill issues if you don't want costumer like me live it having lots of companies in market and you have to solve this issue arrange call back on priority weather this time I will not thing to go ahead with highcoart as well.             Sir, This is to inform you that a few days earlier I had taken a 4G Internet connection from Airtel but to my disappointment it is highly unreliable and keeps getting disconnected, even the network is not available most of the times. I have been using airtel mobile connection since 2001 and it had been very reliable. Trusting its services I took Airtel Internet Connection and was disappointed.I had switched my previous Tata Photon Plus Internet connection in favour of yours even though it had such good network that I could avail its services even at remote villages. But this connection is not even available at Kolkata, I don't even want to know what will happen in villages, the network is so bad.                     hello i have loaded airtel money on 21/08/2014 for 5000 from charted standerd bank, but from that day i didi t get my money to my airel account are by bankaccount so please refund my money to my bank account or arel money or i will complaint to dt in next 24 hrs

                    Similar case happened with me also, They are not refunding my money after calling them 2-3 times they told I have to give me 1 month bank statement and PAN and AADHAAR card to get money back

                      I purchased corporate connection from airtel by name the name of Abols IT Solutions . Guy names nitin([protected]) took my company documents and after verification sim got activated but I did not get sim now there 2 sim are working on my company name but I never received sim. Please close both number [protected], [protected]. If anything goes wrong with those sim Airtel is responsible for that since never received sim.You guys are totally fake and I will never give you any document at all last guy took my documents and got connection activated on my name and now using them and now again I need to give documents what the hell you guys are doing. Who was that guy who took documents from and didn’t delivered sim. donot provide any document to airtel they can misuse them on your name. be aware stay away from airtel.

                          I called airtel number[protected] and asked for a new broadband connection in Aminjikarai, Chennai for 4mbps 15GB plan (which comes with free modem). The manager who spoke is Surya and he told only 2 Mbps is available and I need to pay 1.9k extra for wi-fi modem. He sent his associate Baskar ( his mob # 91-[protected]) to collect the wi-fi modem cost and installation cost which is 2.9k and I gave my PAN card, driving license copy + my rental agreement, photo and signed the airtel documents too. I got a bill No also TNPB - 904553. This happened on 10th September 2014. After 3 days, since no response from them, I called Basker, whose number was switched off. I called Surya and he told he will follow up and call back which he didn't do and he gave the same response for 2 more days whenever I called. Later when I called Surya at the number[protected], he told only 4Mbps plan is available and he cant give 2Mbps. I reminded him that my initial plan itself is for 4Mbps only and he only changed it to 2Mbps. So, provide 4Mbps-15GB plan and as per the offer, I need to get free wi-fi modem. Since I paid 1.9k extra for the modem, I told him to return the money or adjust in initial 2 months bill. He told he will check and let me know. After 3-4 days I called his mobile number[protected] which got re-directed to automated airtel voice number. I called airtel customer care and the representative told that my request # TNPB-904553 was never registered and hence technical team didnt work on this. They asked me to file a complaint, the complaint number is 50003408. No response. Again in few days, I called again customer care, they asked me to wait for few days for resolution. I told them to either give connection or return my 2.9k money. Again, the customer care representative told, someone will call. But no response. Now its been 21 days, today, again I called customer care, No response and the representative was like 'Log online. E-mail to airtel then you will get response', if we have to raise online complaints or e-mail then only we will get action, then why customer care is there? Now, I am not sure, what I should to get my money back or get connection.

                            I have tried to recharge Rs 249/- for a 3G data pack in my son's phone through Airtel online recharge services. I used my Citibank Master card. After online credit card payment of Rs. 249/- though the amount had been deducted in favour of Bharti airtel from my account, no recharge had been done to my son's mobile phone. I want an explanation for this. My son's mobile no. is [protected]. Citi Bank had sent the money deduction confirmation and the Citibank's approval no. is 240589. I request you to recharge the amount to the given phone number and see that this should not happen again. I had to go through this experience at least twice.

                                NUMBER : [protected] I called the customer care executive to understand mypack offer for local and STD call rates. Executive confirmed that the offer at RS 306 was for A2A Local and STD calls for 90 days. However, my call charges are still at normal rates. Hence I called the customer care. 1) Each time i call, its pickedup by hindi speaking agent inspite of choosing english option and they have absolutely no atticates to talk. 2) Additionally people in the background make noise like absolute fish market. 3) Coming to the main issue, I called more than 6 - 7 times and; each time it was long 15 - 20 min call when the Gold service executive transfers the call to supervisor as he/ she is unable to fix the issue and then after transferring the call, call is disconnected. Will a customer be free to call so many times from his busy schedule and get such cheap unexpectedly ridiculous treatment?? I urge to get this fixed ASAP and wanted to highlight so that other similar customers donot have to waste their time like how i did. NUMBER : [protected]

                                  My number is [protected] and my name is Amit Verma. What is this one time service activation charge. I was told by your channel partner that this amount will be refunded. I was told my call rates will be 30p and 35p per minuted for local and STD. I was also told that roaming will be life time free and free missed call alert for lifetime will be activated in my number. When I was given the offer I had just activated data usage on my prepaid connection and paid for it just 2 days back. I was told that the 2G usage will be refunded on my phone. But I don't see that (Why that amount is not reflected?). I was told all these when I was offered to change from prepaid to postpaid. I don't see that being reflected. What kind of shoddy scam is this? This is really intolerable. Please tell me how do I file a consumer complain against Airtel and its channel partner. It is customer harassment to the most degradable level.                                     I have 3 airtel sim with data plan and also another airtel 4G connection. After using for 1 month, suddenly lost all the airtel signal at home. It works 1km away from home and everywhere else. But not working at all inside home. This issue i had faced 2 months back and it got resolved in 7 days after following up and fighting with airtel and in all other means. This time also its the same issue, and I am trying to reach out in many ways to get this fixed. I would appreciate If any one can ever understand the problem I am going through, and help me here. I cannot go home, as i will be completely unreachable from family and work. I have to stay in office even if its a holiday. I wish all airtel officers face this issue and never be able to reach their homes.

First I checked on its website www.airtel.in in quick recharge option their they mentioned that recharge by 199 Rs. For 2GB 2G internet data. then I recharge Rs. 199 my mobile no through axis bank website but after recharging I received 25000 local airtel seconds instead of 2GB 2G internet data after calling to airtel customer care I told them everything but they are not ready to refund my amount either they have to give me 2GB 2G internet data as they mention on their website or they have to refund my amount.
