I recently traveled to Switzerland due to which I had activated a International Roaming Pack of Rs. 2999 which said 250 Free minutes to India & Local. Even after activating the pack, Rs.1320 got deducted from my main account when I made calls.
After coming back to India when I called the customer care, they told me that you have made calls to local landline numbers due to which your money is deducted. But on their website they have mentioned Balance deducted without reason. When I told them that it is nowhere mentioned on the website that only local mobile calls are free, One lady from the customer care told me that " you should know that local calls are only local mobile calls. It is coomon sense", she says.
Hoping that my problem is resolved at the earliest and this company is stopped from exploiting customers in the future.

Recharged for 399 on 16 April 2017 having 70 days validity but recieved message from Airtel stating that my pack ends tommorow.
