[Resolved]  Airtel — Complaint regarding service

I am using Airtel pre-paid number [protected] for past 11 years. Since the phone was not under my ownership I have requested to transfer the ownership to my name. I approached the service center near to my home town which is bharati airtel service limited, bharati towe, s a road kadavanthara, cochin, kerala. As instrusted by the manager Reshma C R, i submitted all the form and ID proof. She promised me that they will change the ownership in 3 weeks. I collected acknowledgement letter form her as well, since I previously have experienced the same thing. So I request honourable court to take my case seriously and take some action on behalf of me.

Thank You for your quick response. I got few miss calls from Airtel Clarification Lead ([protected]), unfortunately because of my meeting schedule I was not able to pick up the call and I can't ring back to that number as well. Can I request for a call at 5.30PM Indian Standard Time. Thank You. Really appreciate your help.
