I am a senior citizen aged 78 years having mobile connection with bsnl [protected], which has been linked with aadhar card. I have come to know by a sms dated[protected] ae-airbnk (Airtel) that my gas subsidy of rs. 203/= has been transferred to airtel bank a/c no. [protected]. I was surprised that how this a/c no. Has been opened without my consent and knowledge by misusing the data of aadhar, yet i am not the airtel mobile user.

This is not the ease with me only, in fact lots of people, got cheated by airtel mobile company with the help of indian oil company whose subsidy is being sent to airtel payment bank instead of prior bank a/c already stated to gas agency. The poor and un-educated people does not know where hat money has got transferred and how this money of subsidy will come back to bank a/c.

The matter is being reported to government to stop this type of fraudulent practice on immediate basis.

    My self abhijit i am using airtel 4g sim having number [protected]. I did recharge of rs. 399/- on 28 oct 2017 expecting unlimited call. Also i recharge for rs.30/- for main balance as below.

    Still i am not able to call any number i am getting reply back "you are not allowed to call the number".

    In response airtel told me get the duplicate sim, visit the airtel store.

    I have taken new sim on 31 oct 2017 and activated new sim as per airtel reply. (Sim charge is rs.25/-)

    Airtel register this complaint with no. Cogcl[protected].

    Still problem is same, i am not able to call any number, what ever number i called i am getting same message "your are not allowed to call this number".

    Airtel is not resolving this issue and not refunding my recharge amount.

      My name is pushkar chhetri. I tried to add rs 500 to my airtel app but the transaction was failed but the money is deducted from the bank. Please help now. My transaction id is[protected]. I tried to call customer care too but in vain. I want to add that money to my airtel money app or please refund it to my bank. I hope you will understand my problem.

        I have raised for a new broadband connection on 2nd of november 2017 and submitted my aadhar and paid for connection through online. I have a small business which runs online and the person who came to collect the documents guaranteed persons will come within 8hrs of time to fix the connection and its been 6th and every day i keep on following up with him just to listen him say there is no technical person available to give connection.

        I have no idea how long its gonna take every time when i call him he disconnects and puts my call on hold.

        I don't know whom should i reach out too.

            My airtel 4g hotspot is giving me a headache. Whenever i turn on the hotspot, internet seems to work just fine but after 5-10mins, data icon starts blinking and the data connection is completely lost and won't work until i turn it back off and then turn it on again. It's so frustating because my downloads get cancelled because of how unstable the internet. I have 4 airtel sims and all of them show this issue. Please help, i am annoyed as hell!

              I recharged my airtel prepaid number on 3rd november 2017, on that day Airtel was offering unlimited calls and 1.5GB per day for 70days. After recharge air was charging me for all voice calls and recently I realized that I am not getting 3G/4G data after 28 days.

                I have raise a compliant regarding in my area service is not proper, calls are droping, net is not working and signal strength is very low.

                    Mera mobile number [protected] hai is mein balance 4th november 2017 ko 30 rs bina kisi reason ke kat liya gaya aur customer care ko call ki to bataya ap ka balance galti se kat gaya hai. Per balance wapsi bhi nahain kiya. Aise hi reason ki wajah se mene vodaphone se number airtel ko port karaya tha per yahan per bhi mere sath wohi zyadti ho rahi ab mein kya karun recharge karane se bhi darta hun kahin koi balnce na katle.

                        I got recharge pack for my air- tel prepaid mobile No.:- [protected] on[protected] of Rs.899 at Jawaharnagar sales out-let to enjoy 3G/4G internet for 70 days but it was stopped only after 28 days. I need an explanation for why it was done like that, rest of the money must be returned to me.

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              Recently i ported my three post paid number to airtel+1 broadband+hotspot. From day one i am facing lots off technical issue with the airtel. As they mention in media like (India's fast network specifically 4g) not true. From last one month i had lots off conversation with airtel technical team & appellate officer but they are not able to resolved my issues. Every time they are lying to me. I am in big trouble due to airtel because i am not able to complete my day to day task due to airtel. As you know internet is very important part of life and most of the time i have to work on internet. My voice calls getting dropped internet is not working / mobile internet is not working /broadband is not working /hot-spot is not working i am paying more than 2500 to 3000 to them per month but still not getting proper services as they mentioned. So according to me they are cheating people by playing fake adds on media and every time provide them false commitments. I am very disappointed with them because they cheated me. Please find last 3 days service issue screen shots for reference. I request you please look into this matter because i am expecting some positive feedback from your team.

                              i Registered my complaint with Airtel in last month 6-Oct-2017 and we have lots off discussions. But still they are not able to provide me any solutions.

To met life insurance pvt. Ltd. By using my airtel app pay utilities option (Insurance). Initially my 15000 rs. Blocked. After complaing to customer care money released but sent to india idea volt by airtel side wrongly. I contacted many times to airtel customer care. My latest complain id is 931620 and block id is[protected] and transaction id is [protected].. Customer care senior representative suggest me to send email on [protected]@airtelmoney.com. I sent mail on your id with the attachment of my airtel app transaction details screenshot many times. Later on i visited to airtel store near vaishali nagar jaipur. The representative of airtel store send a mail by store. [protected]@airtel.com on 02 nov 17. Still my problem is unsolved and i am in very tense situation. Sir one thing i want to tell that even there is no any option to pay india idea volt in my airtel app. Sir kindly revert my money to my wallet or my sbi account no. [protected]. Sir after putting all my best efforts finally i approached to you sir... Kindly solve this problem.. Thanks

                                    On 11/11/2017, airtel deducted rs 15/ from my balance, for which, their message:

                                    "thanks for choosing adofgames on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs.15/ for five days."

                                    I never know about the plan, not chose it, not asked them about it, but, amount was deducted without our consent and without our request for the facility on our basic feature mobile.

                                    It is highly objectionable, day robbing.

                                    Request the company to return the deducted amount.

                                      I have been requested to change network portability from reliance to airtel more than a week completed still not activated my existing network disconnected immediately when i requested to change network, reliance also worst company in service too, when i contact airtel service call center i choosen option as english, but they are talking in hindi which i dont know very bad service i didnt expected this from airtle service.
                                      Please mobile consumers do not preper airtel for net work portability.
