Airtel — deduction of balance amount without my consent or request

My cell no. [protected] airtel no.
Phone: samsungduo feature phone
On 11/11/2017, airtel deducted rs 15/ from my balance, for which, their message:

"thanks for choosing adofgames on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs.15/ for five days."

I never know about the plan, not chose it, not asked them about it, but, amount was deducted without our consent and without our request for the facility on our basic feature mobile.

It is highly objectionable, day robbing.

Request the company to return the deducted amount.
