My number is [protected], on 12 august 17, I purchased the New Sim, this is first time I chose Airtel service but now I very very much disappointed for Airtel service, my sim is not active for 4G service. When I called to customer care they just raised a qurey and said with in half hour you 4G service is going to be active, same thing customer care tell like this when I called them, I call them two or thrice on 12 august, at last in the evening 5:30 pm they have raised ticket for my request and they said that maximum till 14 August before 8pm you will get 4G service. But still my 4G service is not yet active. When again I reached to customer care again they are asking me more 24 hours to resolve.for first day I am not getting proper internet not able browse the site . Now I am totally disappointed with Airtel service. I don't know when my 4G service is going to active, my three days is wasted and I don't know again how many days Airtel customer care will waste to resolve this issue. I just want 4G service in my sim. Waiting for that.
