Airtel — did not get benefit of recharge as per their norms

I have seen benefit of 1GB data with recharge of 65 rupees in *121# .
But I got 250mb data only. I called customer care, and asked about this. They said they vl update by 2 days. So in this two days, I should recharge with one more pack if I need data. This is very worst thing worst airtel software, worst way of managing it. TRAI should take action against this kind of things

Upgrading my 3G to 4G Sim and have received confirmation of my new sim being activated with my old number. Still cant use the new 4g sim to make any call. Its been 10 hours. Only *123# works.
Update : call recieving works but no SMS service working yet.

महोदय, कल रात्री मै बिना किसी request के celebirty wellness mall service activate
कर के 5 रुपये काटना शुरू कर दिया है sms करनेपर भी बंद नही कि जा रही . उक्त सेवा त्त्तकाल बंद करने का अनुरोध है सेवा बंद ना करने पर airtel कि सिम को port करवा लूँगा .
