I am having a major major problem with the airtel home wifi.in spitel of somany emails there is absolutely no response from air tel people. Mr. Mohan rajesh had promised that till we resolve you problem we will not be charging you for the internet, but again the line has been disconnected. Will appreciate if this is treated on a priority basis. If it cant be ressolved please intimate me so i can disconnect the wi fi once & for all.

I ported my Idea number to Airtel. On 3/10/2017 22:30 my idea sim got deactivated and since then i am using my new airtel sim but there is no service available. The signal bar shows no service icon.
