I am having a major major problem with the airtel home wifi.in spitel of somany emails there is absolutely no response from air tel people. Mr. Mohan rajesh had promised that till we resolve you problem we will not be charging you for the internet, but again the line has been disconnected. Will appreciate if this is treated on a priority basis. If it cant be ressolved please intimate me so i can disconnect the wi fi once & for all. Receipt of my payment of Rs 942082 for no [protected] not received please send it to my e mail I have not printed it while making payment i need it for reimbursement

I followed the steps for activation to a 4g sim but it shows wrong hlr gold sim. What it mean? How should I activate the sim.
