[Resolved]  Airtel — International roaming data charges

I was in us from 28th of may 2016 to 06th june 2016 for vacations. I was having a local number from at&t from there. I have a dual sim card mobile so i activated the data on my local at&t no. Everything was fine until i received the bill. Its showing 55 mb of data usage for 2 days. I communicated with airtel appellete team and everytime a new person calls up and he/she tells me that the charges are towards the international data usage and it is correct as the bill is generated automatically.

I asked them for at&t report for my usage and they simply denied and said they cannot provide me that. I asked them the details regarding my international roaming and who activated it and what was the means through which it was activated, for this they only give out a date.

To all my queries, they have simply one answer, they have checked their billing and its correct and i need to pay the amount.

How can they demand money for the services which i have not used.

Sir my self Anand, my main balnce deducted even after i had my 4g data on ..i have 600 mb data left on my airtel 4g balance but my main balnce was deducted wihout any intimation ..alomost around 80 rupess..on 21/07/2016 my mobile number is [protected].. Please take action and return my balance immediately.
Airtel isn't providing me details for my international roaming and neither are they providing me the details for international roaming.

So much missing details and yet they want us to clear a huge bill of Rs. 43, 000.
What resolution details have been shared. All i got it "We cannot provide you details" and you need to pay the charges.
