I have registered a complaint for relocation of my Airtel DTH connection at Airtel DTH customer care service on 07/07/2018. I have received a message that it will be relocated on 08/07/2018 by his engineer. It has not happened. Again when connected to customer care they stated that my complaint is rescheduled to 11/07/2018 and it will be resolved till 11.07.18 any how. When on 11.07.2018 contacted it was stated that my complaint was registered only for disconnection and not for relocation, therefore new complaint was registered and it will be resolved on 12.07.18. I am waiting for next excuse.

    Hi, I had done recharge of 149...I had 25 rupees in my wallet and I have been added 124 in my Airtel account after going to recharge page it has been showing payment failed vid Txn I'd:[protected]...so, d amt deducted from my account 124 till now I didn't receive d deducted amt of 124 vil u chk & refund d deducted amt of my 124 rupees pls...this is so many times I had face d problem from Airtel I think ur cheating vid public amt... Chk & refund my money

      This is with reference to the recharge for International roaming which was done for Hong Kong and USA for the above number from your Airtel store in 9, India Exchange Place Kolkata on 7/7/2018. Rs 3999/- was recharged for 30 days validity.

      The person had left for Hong Kong on 8/7/2018 and since then she has not been able to make or receive calls. All the settings have been tried as per your consultation.

      Today, the toll free helpline suggests the recharge should have been for Rs 3997 and that is why it is not working. Please let me know where am I at fault. I had recharged whatever your store official had told as I had mentioned my countries. Now, if he has done a wrong recharge why am I being penalized for this.

      Now, I am writing this mail to tell you to either activate the phone within 24 hours or refund the money which was given as I am suffering for no fault of mine. I will get a new number from USA. Already 3 days have been wasted with no result.

        Hi,

        This is regarding the pre-paid mobile connection in which the service provider is deducting Rs. 24 /- on a monthly basis. We had called the customer care but in vein. One instance they reversed the transaction but the auto debit is still continuing on a monthly basis. While contacting the customer care, they are blaming the customer stating that it was chosen by the customer and hence the deduction. It is extremely difficult to contact the customer care and when we get through after navigating through multiple IVR options, the executive blames the customer for the auto debit. How ridiculous can this be.

        Stopping the auto debit and refunding the amount deducted till date will resolve the issue.

          Still not received my refund amount and one airtel person name i think sunil called in online refund complaint team mobile number [protected], mail id . [protected]@gmail.com and get my debit card number and cvv number after he will transfer my hdfc account to mobowik and pazapp money tranfer application total amount Rs.14.000, rupees fourteen thousand i wii chek with that person mobile.[protected] he will sail EOD all amont again tranfer in your account this is formality basic, but still not received the amount, please help and recaverd my amount of rs 14.448.00 rupees.

            I had applied for landline and wifi connection in the end of June from Airtel. Your executive (Neeraj [protected]) had taken money from me for 6 months and committed that Landline instrument will be given to me along with connection next day . It has been more than two weeks and I am still waiting for my instrument and my landline to be activated. I have been following up with Neeraj regularly and he has given all false commitments to me but nothing has happened. I spoke to his boss Sandeep also but he also did the same thing (false commitment) and nothing changed. I spoke to your customer care and they committed that instrument will come in 48 hours and after that some one from Airtel called me that they will not be able to provide instrument to me. I again called up to your call centre and requested your executive to let me speak to someone senior and when she spoke to her senior no one agreed to speak to me. Later on some senior executive spoke to me but no solution provided to me. He forwarded my complaint to follow up team and then one female called me and started yelling at me as if I had done something wrong.

            A very unprofessional behavior is been experienced with all Airtel executives till now, may be that is what you train them to be rude with all customers. I feel that I have paid my hard earned money to you to get harassed.

            I have never seen such unprofessional organization till now. If you cannot provide services so at least you can refund the money back to your customers.

              Respected sir, as we are facing problems with airtel dth connection. as i am very old customer of airtel dth. evertymonth before cycle they do stop services regualary when i dial customer care so they sometimes does misbehave or some time do activate my services. but it is in practice uptill . so want to know why they doing this behave with customer. as per their tarriff and plan i gave payment. but they do irritate every month. pls. take action immediately upon this matter.

                I took new Airtel DTH connections. I was promised MakemyTrip voucher worth Rs 1500 which was not given to me. After my comments on Facebook, they gave me a MakemyTrip Voucher which was not accepted by MakemyTrip for hotel bookings. Now there is no response from Airtel.
                I have been using Airtel mobile for more than 4 years now.
                Looks like Airtel is loosing customer base and is engaging in malpractices to attract new customers.

                Airtel did nothing to solve the issue. Cheaters.
                I'm using airtel since 7 years upto now the network is good .From last two months network is completely worst.
                WASTE NETWORK SEEN FOR TWO MONTHS.
                I'm not able to continue in this network.
                Plans are high and they are Not responding to the customer issues 😢
                I bought a card of 500 naira and miss takenly scratch out two number please hw can i get the two pin back from my airtel card
                We have submitted application for closure of two airtel no ie [protected] and [protected].
                Out of these [protected] has been closed but [protected] has not been closed and monthly rent regularly generating. Despiste our regular reminders.
                Please close said no. Immdiately and delete all rent due.

                  I have changed my plan on 6th July 2018.
                  My previous plan was advance rental plan, which gets renewed in every July.
                  I was waiting till July to change my plan as the plan charges (999 ) per year.
                  I have changed my plan to 399 but still my bill generated included the advance rental charges also.
                  As new plan is activated the old plan should be deactivated by default as per my knowledge.
                  Your customer care executive said that my plan renews on 4th hence the advance rent charges are included. and now nothing can be done.
                  But this is for your kind information that, till July my airtel app on mobile has not facility to change the plan. But till the time i have activated new plan it allowed me to do the same. So its your app problem that it allowed me to change though the previous plan renewed for this year.
                  Also i have visited airtel gallery in karvenagr, Pune in last week to change my plan they said that this can be done on my app on 5th or 6th July.
                  Please have a look in this matter and send me revised bill with deduction of advance rental charges..

                      See from last month onwards you are automatically

                      activating value added service which is "GLAMVIDEOS"

                      and keep on deducting the amount from my main balance

                      (looting), that too today 11/07/2018 itself two times

                      deducted (Rs15+Rs15) stating for GLAMVIDEOS money

                      been deducted, [censored] airtel I haven't activated

                      anything, can you refund my money to my main balance

                      totally Rs45.00 which from the beginning you deducted

                      Rs15.00 then I have not ready to recharge this

                      [censored] airtel number because I already knew you'll

                      do this fraudulent money looting, but I need to make

                      an important call unavoidably I recharge only Rs.30 in

                      that also you deducted Rs.15.00 why airtel why you

                          I have been using airtel postpaid number since last 7-8 years, 5 day before airtel has suspended my number with showing reason non payment of bill. But i don't have any pending bill and i also submitted all the proof to airtel, but continually five days they calling one time in day and saying that we will cal back you in 10 minutes, and they calls next day to repeat same wording " we call back you in 10 min".
                          Airtel refused to last bill payment of Rs.1900 which has paid by me, but in my last bill which has received from airtel, the payment of Rs.1900 are mentioned in that bill. i don't know whats evasive going on in airtel. They himself gave receipt of payment and after 1 month they himself refused that he didn't received above said payment.
                          since 5 day my number has been deactivated and i facing problems.

                          This is also doing some cheap ads with moto of indias fastest data speed.
                          Speed will be the second issue pls first be
                          in a network you dont even have network in this area
                          I dont now i want network in my area

                            Thought of taking an airtel broadband so that at least via wificall we can at least keep mobile aluve. Still nobody is interested in that sales call too.

                            This is 3 Rd time . After deactivated service. I didn't got amount till now
                            There is no network in my mobile during last 5 days.
                            Twice Airtel has deducted amount on Indian Safari without my knowledge

                            the unauthorised service started by Airtel was deactivated by me.

                                I am facing 3G/4G network issues in Anand vihar, Kharegaon, Kalwa Thane.
                                I called airtel CUSTOMER CARE thrice in last week and every time they are saying problem will be resolved very soon. Almost 7days are over and I can use my 3G/4G Internet services. I have faced lot of financial loss due to non availability of Airtel network.
                                Is this Fastest network in India?

                                Worst network, worst CUSTOMER CARE and worst approach for the users...

                                Who will bear my loss... I am free lancer and almost my 3 orders of Rs 8.5 lacs has been cancelled just because I have attended video call meeting on scheduled time.

                                  I had opted for a new Airtel broadband / fixed line connection on 29th June 2018. The sales person had promised a quick (1 day) installation and activation for a 100 Mbps connection at my residence. They also offered a 6-month plan for the same and I ended up paying for it upfront.

                                  That was 12 days back now and I have been facing complete irresponsibility and un-professionalism from Airtel customer care and service personnel since then. Details of the issues faced so far:

                                  1. Airtel took 4 days (July 3rd) just to get a technician to my residence and the person just ended up setting up a connection, but did not activate it (no internet). The service personnel promised that it would get auto-activated in a couple of hours, but that didn't happen.

                                  2. The technician also told me that they can provide max 24 Mbps connection in my area, even though I was promised and had proportionately paid for a 100 Mbps connection, as that was my minimum requirement

                                  3. The connection is still in non-active state. I have not been able to access internet for 12 days in this day and age in Bangalore, not counting the endless hours spent talking and worrying about this

                                  4. I have called the customer support for this at least 8 times, and each time I have been promised that someone will reach my place in 4 hours to 1 day, but no one showed up

                                  5. On July 5th, they closed my service request saying that the connection was activated, even though that was not the case!! On calling them back, I got the same response again that someone will reach my place and resolve the issue

                                  6. Having been frustrated by this behavior, I finally asked for a disconnection and refund. Someone from customer care called me up again saying that not to go for disconnection and someone will soon take case of my request. Once again, no success. They actually closed my disconnection request saying that the issue is resolved!!!

                                  7. I have tried calling the customer care multiple times, sent official mail too, but yet no help from these guys. Finally today I have received a message from these guys saying that my issue will be resolved in 46 days!!! The message also does not mention any details like what exactly is the issue they are going to resolve in 46 days!

                                  Due to all this, I have no option left but to take things in my hand and reach consumer forums. I am looking for a complete cancellation and refund from Airtel on this, as this is the least they can do.

                                  I am just one step away from lodging an official consumer complaint now. I have not heard of this type of behavior towards customer from a company like Airtel.

                                    I'm having full network, but not able to access Internet!.. I have 2 Airtel Sim cards.. using Airtel since 2003.. didn't have any problem till April.. from then I'm having this problem.. when I call Airtel they say we will resolve this problem till some date but nothing is resolved
                                    Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.. I'm not the only one facing this problem.. when I am calling Airtel they say that there's no indoor coverage in your area.. there is good outdoor coverage..

                                    I have airtel number but past two days airtel number not working, no messages coming, bank OTP, password, and also showing not registered on network.
                                    My number is [protected]. I am from chennai. but Currently I am in abudhabi. yearly once only I go to India.
                                    Kindly help me.
                                    I can't play a single video at YouTube...it takes too much time.very disappointing internet service. I am seriously sick off this service

                                    Internet speed is very bad which i was facing from day 1, Kindly disconnect and refund my money.

                                    This is due to pure inefficient and poor service provided to me.

                                      I requested online for new connection in my area and immediately i received 5-10 calls from multiple people to provide docs and payment.they literally haunted me for payment without even showing their faces and forced to share the docs over whatsapp. as i rejected to pay they came to home and then made us pay the amount. even when one representative is at home taking payment one more person from airtel called and said he is ot authorised person.i think this is an internal fight for commission for number of connections taken by each person which made me suspect if this is really airtel or some fake company. and then after the payment none of them received the calls. website dispalys 100mbps but the person who took the payment told he could only give 24 mbps in my area which is literal cheating.and then after 3 days of waiting called the customer care and they told we could not provide service in your area plz apply for a refund. this is the highest level of service to the users from airtel

                                        I recharged my phone on MyAirtel on 14 June 2018 for Rs. 448. Including Promotion, I paid Rs. 403 for the same through my PhonePe Wallet. I repeat, on MyAirtel and payment through PhonePe wallet. The payment was a success and have confirmed it with PhonePe but the MyAirtel app showed that it was a failed transaction. It has been almost a month, they've not cared to refund my money. I receive the same email, every single time I mail them. And finally, last week I received a text saying the "Refund has been initiated, check your bank account in 48 hours". I made the payment through PhonePe and not bank! But I've not received in either of it. I've never had to follow up so much. The service has been pathetic. I can't let my money go for no reason. Ref. No. CONRC[protected]. Merchant Order No. (Which I got after going behind PhonePe number of times. Apparently failed transactions don't show up on MyAirtel which is the most stupidest thing.) is #[protected]. I didn't want to post the complaint here, but is my last resort.

                                        i raised one complaint on network issue

                                        they given 100 minus on 499 package with same benefits

                                        but just now got bill i shocked after seen bill is around 990

                                        they charges on calls and massages also

                                        this is not acceptable please take immediate action

                                        Hi, Im getting a message nowadays from A$-TFAROT stating call cost : 0.0 and duration 0:2:0, i'm not sure what is this all about. Need a clear definition on this and don't need any more such unknown call.
