I had lots of respect towards one of India's leading brand, but now its lost, I have airtel DTH at home, past 3 days I have video issue, blank screen with no signal occurs, this would usually happen only on rainy days but last two days the weather is normal still its the issue with my DTH, I spoke yesterday 5/11/2013 afternoon with the airtel customer care person, I was told that someone would call me and tech would come within evening, but no one came, then I called in the evening and was told that I would get a call and some one would be coming today 6/11/2013 morning on or before 11, still no one called, i spoke with the escalation team yesterday and even today i was again told that tech would call me before 1pm, no one called yet, so i called now, spoke with the same escalation team person named Ravi(whom i spoke with yesterday) he told me before 5 i would get the call, im speechless with the amount of customer service this brand is providing me and i was told by these people several times that i need to pay Rs 150 even though if its a relay issue from broadcasters end, which is atrocious, i cant believe why these people are charging for checking there own issue. Please escalate this to the right team, im sure i wont buy airtels project hereafter, this is a lesson for me.
