I am unable to make outgoing calls in roaming. I am receiving incoming calls alone. My mobile data also does not work. Please resolve issue asap. I am using a telangana number, in karnataka since a month. Now suddenly today, i am not able to call from my phone. I am however able to receive calls. Mobile data also stopped working. Only wifi works.
When i try to make a call, it gets dropped off within seconds. Why does this happen to my phone. Can you resolve this issue immediately, as it is very important for me to make outgoing calls.

    My mob sim [protected]is a cug no. Of hp-kullu and want to port at delhi-ncr. My company given official order for porting this no. To my name (Niranjan kumar popli). Submitted letter to airtel outlet at luxmi plaza, rajendra nagar, sahibabad. They issued new sim[protected]u on dtd. 02-02-18 nd told to be activated within 7 days. But could not. After few days ms. Priya from airtel called nd provided agn new sim no.[protected]u on 27-02-18 but agn could not.in this reg mailed to [protected]@gmail.com severally but no outcome till date.
    Kindly look into the matter and arrange to port my mob no. At the earliest possible.

      recharge done twice to airtel prepaid

      Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 399 and had activated a pack for next 84 days.

      Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 448 and pack for next 82 days.

      I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

      Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done...

      This is complain about Airtel who always says BHARAT KA SABSE TEJ NETWORK...Bull ###... Noted complain mANY TIMEs coz problem facing since Sep., 17, They noted the complain and closed it after a month without resolving it, Again noted the complain (Complain no.[protected], Airtel executive saying that YOUR COMPLAIN is open, Our network team are working for YOUR COMPLAIN, The minimum time is resolution is 120 days and can get more time, can't say any deadline, that means Airtel can take 1 year or more than to resolve a single complain then the public understand that how much time it will take if more complain noted regarding Airtel.

      Due to this, I had to ashamed with many person during call, continuing..., can Airtel solve my problem and compensate me for the same which problem i felt due to poor network of Airtel ???

      V.Very lazy feedback from Airtel, Also there is no benefit to complain in Indian consumer complaints forum ????????????????

      Till today neither got any compensation from airtel for the problem faced since six months, continuing problem nor the problem solved yet??????

      AIRTEL COUND'T SOLVED THE PROBLEM THAT'S WHY IT IS GOING TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICES OF MY NO. [protected] AND MARKED THAT PROBLEM HAS RESOLVED.

      IT IS AUTOCRACY BY AIRTEL WHICH CAN'T BE IGNORED, VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AIRTEL.

        Airtel money is only allowing us to add money to wallet not to transfer.. This is very big cheating.. If they need kyc updates then they need to restrict both add and send money. But they accept the money but not allowing to transfer..

        Airtel app is showing the service is temporarily not available. Already 2 weeks gone. Looks like they wants to hold the money.. Also it shows we can use wallet money only for recharge

          My name is sachin harpale and my mobile no is [protected].
          I received call from airtel for mobile post paid connection on 06/03/18 (& i do have recording of that communication also) and was informed/committed me about airtel 299 plan plus taxes. As airtel commitment i had done portability of my mobile no [protected] from idea to airtel.
          Now when my connection got activated i came to know that plan which was activated on my mobile number is 399 plus tax. Request you to solve my problem.

          I had port my number for better network. Airtel open network shows excellent coverage in my area . But reality is its not working property as 4G it s like 2G .I m irritated by network service. Serious airtel gives me 4G plan and speed is maximum.

            Hello sir,
            As discussed on call regarding reference no 83958572 and other issues.
            I am facing below issues ever since i ported in.

            1. On my no 95*, i am not getting any call from bsnl an docomo nos.
            I have raised this issue in nov and was asked to change my sim, even after that issue is not resolved.
            After contacting again, i have asked to check with bsnl customer care as there is no problem with airtel.
            Still issue is not resolved

            2. On my another no 82*, 3g/4g data services are not available in office location.
            Office location :* hinjawadi phase ii, rajiv gandhi infotech park, pune, maharashtra 411057.

            We've raised this issue multiple times since january but haven't received any solution.
            As i discussed with csrs in feb (Multiple times), i already informed that ill not be able to pay the bill if my issues are not resolved.
            At that time they said it won't be a problem and my connection won't be disconnected.
            But yesterday my outgoing was discontinued and i have faced lot of challenges to resolve this.
            I am already sick of calling customer care daily, you can check records.

            3. Even i had informed regarding bill payment, i have been charged late fee, which should be removed at any cost.
            As this was because of my pending issues which were not resolved and already communicated to csrs multiple times.

            Again i have received a call in morning that my incoming will be discontinued shortly.

            -today after speaking to nodal officer i came to know that these n/w issue will not be resolved easily and they are not able clear out my bill as well.
            Since my main plan is regarding data and i'm not able to use below services.

            A) i was not able used any data in jan/feb/march on 82*
            B) and most of incoming calls were not coming on 95* since november as mentioned above
            C) and due 3months rule, i was not able to port out to another provider

            If you know that you will not able to resolve the issue, at least please let us free.

            Your n/w is pathetic and your service is cherry on that.

            1-Airtel is not allowing to port me because i have stay 90 days with airtel.
            2-Not resolving n/w issue as it requires infra upgrade.
            3-Not discounting my rental

            I purchased a new duplicate simcard. But still the sim is not activated. My mobile no: [protected]. Sim no:[protected]. IMSI no:[protected]. Thank u..
            I did not get glamour zone activated.. it got automatically activated without my consent and deducted money from my account
            My sim card is rejected. When switch on my phone it sees your sim is rejected.what im now do????

              I would like to inform you that i recharged my no for rs448/- on 12/3/2018 and was using the same. On 13/3/2018 the line got deactivated and when i contacted the customer care they are informing that my phone not used for 45 days and they have de activated without any information to me or my no.
              They have told that they reactivate the sim but i have to loose the money i have paid.

              I want a remidy for this

              My airtel recharge was not successfull . I paid through paytm account
              Our communication system are depending on Airtel connection but
              since long our Hospital facing communication problem inside premises due to
              tower problem . We harassed daily by AIRTEL services for which we have
              commuinicated vide letter dt.02.03.18 with Nodal Officer, Kolkata, Delhi NCR,
              but no response, kindly support us to way out for the problem.
              Please deactivate my airtel Wallet .

                    I have ported aircel number to airtel and after that a message came without signal ranging from airtel sim that 'your network has been registered. Restart your mobile once'. I have restarted but no network shown!

                    After that it's about more than 10 days, i'm restarting and checking the signal consistently but the network signal isn't came, yet.
                    I request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

                      I tried to recharge a prepaid mobile [protected] on today afternoon and the transaction also successful but on this above mobile i got a sms from erchrge that "bill payment of rs.149 successful with receipt no." (Screenshot attached). No recharge done. I want to know that what is the bill payment of any prepaid number? Which receipt number is this? What type of transaction is this?
                      Next i retried for recharge again and recharge successfully but money deducted twice.

                        We’ve been waiting for your positive response last one week but have not received any positive response from your side regarding queried ([protected]), we are feeling guilty. Due to this problem we are facing financing loss and business losses. We have many times inform you but you told us every time for waiting. Finally i am waiting last time otherwise i will take further legal action and whatever i have got financially loss as well as wasting my costly time you will be fined. Yesterday I again recharged for Rs.349 and its ref.no. is[protected]. Still my mobile shows zero balance. I feared Airtel also becomes as Aircel. pl. clarify

                            I think sim upgrading is free for all but i was charged 25 buks by them.
                            I was in a hurry that's why i paid for it..
                            They told me free 4g sims are not available right now and you have to pay for it if you waana upgrade your sim card.. i talked with the customer care services and they told me this is totally free.
                            Why they charged me 25 buks of a free sim card...
                            I want my 25 bucks back.. i am totally Disappointed with your service...

                              Its around 12.46 pm when I was having my lunch. I havent subscribed for this service. But I was charged around rs. 35.
                              After around 15 minutes i have deactivated above service.
                              Kindly resolve the issue.

                                I have been allotted postpaid airtel No [protected] for the Airtel data card
                                which I am supposed to have got today in place of Tata Photon.

                                But the same is held up for want of Address verification. I was asked to contact [protected] for fixing up for address verification. But this number is of some lady who used to work in Airtel 2 months back and now is in Paytm.

                                I have been given the sim but am waiting for the dongle and also then it has to be activated. Can I request for urgent action as the Tata Photon will stop working any time.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                    I am Binita Solanki.

                                    I applied for Postpaid MNP in Airtel Network.

                                    At time of MNP Executive of Airtel (Mr. Sandip Parte ) told me about below mentioned plan which includes below benefits
                                    1) Plan would be Rs.349 + tax for lifetime
                                    2) In 1st bill I ll get 50% off
                                    3) till 6 month i ll get another Rs.50- off.
                                    So my current plan for 6 month would be Rs.349-Rs.50+Tax but now my 1st Bill I received & its showing Rs.399-50+tax & this is for only 6 month later it ll be Rs.399+tax.

                                    Today I called Airtel Executive to confirm the plan, he told me that he left the Job & he can’t do anything. I asked about his Manager's Contact Number, HE told me that he deleted all contact details.

                                    He was behaving very rude & told me contact to online Customer care.

                                    Kindly give me my committed plan benefit which is Rs.349+tax & for 6 months 349-50+tax
