My number is +[protected]. I have been offered a monthly rent of 399 from airtel for porting out from vadafone (Which i was using from 7 years). To my surprise when i got ported to airtel i got to know my plan is 499 and they offered a waiver of rs 100 for 3 months.. I requested them if i can port back to vodafone as they have given all false promises. They are telling me to wait for 3 months to do the same. I regret to change my service provider from vodafone to airtel.. Just to get a customer from a different service provider the tele callers of airtel are committing all false promises. Request all not to fall for it. When i called their customer care to lodge a complaint on the same they took a complaint but never reverted back.. When i tried calling them again they said there is no complaint.. Such is the service..

    I'm facing network issue at my location. The signal strength is too weak where data drops to 70-80 kbps in 4g frequently.

    Complaint was logged on mar 1st, 2018 but no proper response from the customer care. I can hear these non sense words such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.
    We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.

    You ppl expand your network else shut down the company, that's not my problem.. I have paid rs.475 for 4g connectivity with 1gb data for 84 days.. If you are unable to provide service.. Refund my money back.. I have better options to do..

    Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (Snap attached). Its same like what you did in ookla speedtest..
    Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.

    Request you to consider this on priority and do the needful if else give my money back..

      I am post paid customer with connection number [protected] for last several years. Ihad switched to prepaid plan and again to post paid plan since november, 2017.
      Contacted yogesh to switchover to pre paid plan again and submitted duly filed and complete form with aadhar id copy. He mentioned document not clear. How airtel has changed plan in the past based on same document. Behaviour of the staff at allahabad store was not proper rather rubbish which has hurted me grossly.

      Despite such long association i am switching to some other company like vodaphone or idea etc.

      This complaint to take necessary action against erring staff and officials to improve the service and behavior and image of the company

        During first recharge i received transaction failed message...
        In consequent recharge i received two recharge successful message...
        I want either extension of validity by 28 more days or refund of rs 93 after cancellation of any of two recharges.

          I gave a request from postpaid to prepaid migration on 12-apr-2018. You guys followed the process and deactivated my postpaid sim on 14-apr-2018, but you didn’t updated my details for prepaid sim. How can you be so careless and trouble your customers. When i called customer care on 14 night they informed me that my details not updated, after visiting your showroom i called customer care again on 15 once they responded so arrogantly that my details not yet updated. Yesterday when i called customer care for activation they informed that only my name is updated and no other details, today they are telling details updated and recharge was not done. I am suffering from last 3 days because of your carlessness. If you want customers to roam around your showroom and beg you... And your customer care executives guys are such a arrogant people they don’t want to hear to customer issues. Today is the 3rd day from the day of deactivation of my postpaid, when i am telling you that i am suffering for 3 days, you guys reply me that you see a person who suffered for 7days. This is really shame on your airtel service. I am wondered why you say “airtel promise” when you can’t meet the minimum requirement of a customer.

            I am really sorry to say airtel is having worst services for its airtel secure device claim services. Service request # 2970492. Raised a claim online and since last days received multiple calls but no email communication, finally they called me that it will not be covered under airtel secure as per t&c.

            If after parking the car, phone was in my hand and while closing the gate, gate strikes on my hand by mistake and due to that force phone slipped from my hand and got broken. So why the hell these people are saying no.

              This is with reference to airtel no.[protected]
              I purchased this new sim and ir package worth rs.3999 on 23.01.18, as i was to travel to the usa on 27.01.201. I was told that the international roaming would automatically be activated once i reached my destination. Apart from the cost of the sim and the tariff of 3999, another rs 99 was deducted by airtel as ir service charge from my account.

              That would have all been fine, if airtel had provided me with their promised services.
              During my three weeks (21 days) stay there, not even once could i use the services for which i had already paid (In advance). My phone did receive signals from airtels's american service partner in between and i was able to access internet, but that's about it! Neither could i make a call nor could i receive one - thanks to airtel's exemplary after sales service! - which, needless to say, was my primary and most important requirement and the reason why i had invested on the ir package in the first place. The only sign my phone consistently displayed was the 'no service' one, and it remained the same even on those occasions when i was fortunate enough to receive data signals.
              When i contacted airtel online customer care, first i was given a time limit of 76 hours, then 48 hours and so on it went - but to no avail.in spite of several requests, (All emails), they did absolutely nothing to get the issue resolved. I even contacted one mr. Vimal (Airtel park, [protected]), who offered help, but wouldn't even take my subsequent calls.
              Since the airtel ir pack turned out to be an absolute disaster, i had to turn to other means of communication - for which i was not actually prepared for. And, which obviously ended up costing me dearly.

              This whole episode is a breach of service on the part of airtel. I want to be duly compensated for the losses sustained owing to this breach of contract.
              Hence, i am asking for a full refund - of rs.3999.

                My mobile showed "no service" due to problem with the sim card on 10th march 2018.
                I went to airtel office in good earth mall, gurgaon.
                The lady there told me that she would need aadhar card of person in who's name the connection is. So i asked my uncle raman to whatsapp me his aadhar details. When i went back to the airtel office the lady said she need raman in person to submit his id. I understand there are rules but the lady did not give the complete information the first time. After running around and collecting information i was told something else.
                On 11th march raman oberoi got a new sim (No.[protected]u) from airtel store vyapar kendra market, sushant lok-i (Pl read the bad google reviews of that store). We called airtel 121 and were told this will be operation after 4 hours. When it was not, i called airtel on monady 12th mar and registered a complaint with airtel rep gautam sharma, complaint no. 83996261. Nothing happened after that. We again called airtel and spoke to supervisor, pramod. He gave us "his word" that the sim will work within 24 hours. It did not. Again we called airtel and spoke to an executive and his supervisor, abhinav. This time there was some action and the airtel store vyapar kendra market called us and asked us to resubmit the aadhar to get a new sim[protected]u). We got a new sim on wednesday 14th march and were told that since its past 5:00 pm the sim will be activated after 8:00pm 15th march. Till 9:30 pm, 15th march the sim was still not activated. I spoke to mahesh supervisor, who told me that this has happened because i lost my mobile. Which is not true. I also spoke to his manager after being on hold for a long time. The call with the manager got dropped midway. I didnt get a call back or a resolution of my complaint after that.
                Airtel has a very callous attitude towards its customers and there customer service is negligible. Every supervisor gave me a different reason for why my sim is not working. No one told me what is required from my side. 1 rep, 3 supervisors and 1 manager were not
                Able to solve my complaint.
                I want to register a complaint against airtel in the strongest of words and request you not only to get my complaint resolved but to take action against the company. There is still "no service" on my mobile.

                  Today (16/03/2018) morning i received a text message says "thanks for choosing lifestyle on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs35.0 for 7days. A/c balance: rs3.95 at 09:20. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223" then i sent a stop message to 155223.
                  Then i got this message "kindly note there are no services active on your airtel number. To 'start' a service, sms 'start' to 121."

                    I have applied for migration from postpaid to prepaid service on february 22, 2018 to airtel store, at ctm, ahmedabad 380026. However, my number is not migrated till date. I have visited airtel store severel times and called to airtel customer care (121) many times, but they are not giving proper reply. They are saying that service will continue within 2-3 days, but till date my number is not migrated

                      This is the second time in the same week, i am facing the network connectivity issue. It's been third day now airtel customer care/technical have no clue what's happening. There was a upgrade last week due to which this problem has occurred.

                      Airtel customer support is not responding and i am left with no connectivity for quite awhile now and they have no freaking clue what's happening.

                      This is the second time during the same week, I am facing the network connectivity issue. It's been third day now airtel customer care/technical support have no clue what's happening. There was an upgrade few weeks back due to which this problem has occurred.

                      Yesteday they suggested me to go for a duplicate SIM and it's been almost 24 hours, nothing has happened. Other than just asking to remove your SIM and restart your phone the customer care has no freaking clue what's happening. This is pathetic, Airtel wake up!, if this would have been happened in other countries, you would have been hacing the leagal actions.

                      Your upgrade process has not only thrown me out of the network and anyone trying to reach me, the calls are getting diverted to some random number even after customer support confirms it's been disabled. This is going to be a security issue. I have not left with any option other than switching to a different service provider.

                          Our honourable prime minister wants to make india digital india
                          The bankers are not customer helpful
                          For toll-free no in iob they ask otp to proceed to complaint this problem
                          I am 68 years old retired from govt service from higher position & worked to satisfaction in serving people honestly
                          I learnt and am well aware in handling
                          Computers etc.,
                          I am frustrated & think that i have no sense in dealing theses people

                            Without me doing anything at all, i received a message that i subscribed to modelmaniaw service and that five rupees (₹5) were deducted from my account balance. Why am i charged for a service i didn't even know about? And worse, how am i subscribed to a service that i know nothing about? Are you subscribing us yourselves to take money from us without asking? This needs to be resolved as quick as possible. (Ps: i unsubscribed to the service later, though)

                              I havebeen using airtel for last fifteen years and proud to be it but for last few months i have to be forced to change my view due to poor network problems and data charges. I have decided to port my network and applied for it but a call from airtel costumer care promised me to give good plan and i have opted to it. I have been given 30gb data per month but i socked to now that my data had finished within 6days without using so much network. This is all cheating and i m going to leave this # network.

                                My airtel no is[protected] and before leaving to us i kept the no in safe custody in coimbatore office. Now i want to release the same from safe custody and want to use from us itself for my banking purpose limited. What is a plan have to be selected for a minimum bill for a month. I want to use my mobile only for some specific purpose and some fixed monthly minimum plan if available may appreciated.

                                  This is the worst service i've ever experienced!
                                  The network of this useless company starting giving me problems from more than a year ago. This only happens in the house, not under the building, not any other floors, nor the terrace. This happened when suddenly the signal strength was almost nill but was showing full. Slowly this started expanding to call drops, unclear voice, and also data. I've complained many times, and it was getting looked upon and got fixed, but for a week. This time has slowly reduced to two days max.
                                  The latest complaint (Complaint number[protected] was registered on 8th march, 2018 (I do have evidence) which said 'out network team will work you within 4 days' (Evidence available) got registered on 10th march, 2018 which has improved by 12th, but since yesterday, 14th march, 2018, we again started experiencing the same problems. Today when i called the complaint number 198 and the customer care number 121, both were saying the exact same thing which is weird, as one says it is just for complaints. Anyways, both of them were saying that the registered compliant numbers' issue is still not completed, and i am not even able to contact them to know the progress nor to communicate any issue regarding this.
                                  I am tired of this as i cannot repeat the same process again and again. This platform is the last hope i have of them. Fix this issue properly or lose more customers.

                                    I got new sim on this no from airtel store cp delhi they told me it will be activated in 4 hrs but still is not activated still. I hv given adhar card verification and after waiting appros 50 min i got chance to talk to customer care i m living in gzb and i cannot give time daily to these customer cares

                                      I made payment for new connection of airtel broadband 3 days ago to manoj. His number is [protected]. Now he is giving excuses that there is a technical issue and i didn't get my connection. Airtel customer support are not able to resolve my issue. I want action against him and want my money back. Worst service by airtel. I suggest everyone not to go with airtel. They take money and never listen after that. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                        I am unable to make outgoing calls in roaming. I am receiving incoming calls alone. My mobile data also does not work. Please resolve issue asap. I am using a telangana number, in karnataka since a month. Now suddenly today, i am not able to call from my phone. I am however able to receive calls. Mobile data also stopped working. Only wifi works.
                                        When i try to make a call, it gets dropped off within seconds. Why does this happen to my phone. Can you resolve this issue immediately, as it is very important for me to make outgoing calls.
