As instructed I send the 20 digital number at the back of my new sim to 121 but it says that the number is invalid. I kept trying but it always says invalid

I have port this number [protected] from Reliance to Airtel but i am not getting any facility voice as well as data pack from your end, i have needed some best offer from your end like vodafone and other company and i hope you resolve my query according to my complaint,

I got the airtel prepaid([protected]) in mumbai and from that day i have problem to send sms(local and national).i called to customer care also but they didn't do anything.they always say "we will solve out in 24 hours"but it' has been 24 days.i haven't gotten the solution.please help me out to get rid of this problem
