I changed my operator from AIRCEL to airtel as airtel announced 348 rs offer which benefits 1gb/day for 28 days and also airtel salesman assured me the same offer now I want that offer or I will change my operator as it is really disgusting to spend my money on rubbish offers and I want airtel to stop fooling people and give the offers as they promised otherwise there will be consequences

    Hi,
    This is sheetal here, my mobile number is prepaid airtel rajasthan number.
    One of your representative ccame to my office and said that he will provide me airtel postpaid 499 plan in 349 rs. I enquire about the plan and he said that i can port my existing sim to airtel postpaid hariyana number. I provided all the required documents like pan card, adhar card, office id photo copy and one photograph on 24 march 2017. He said that my number will be port in 4-6 days and handed over me a sim.
    I forgot to take that person number. I got many calls from airtel postpaid department for document submission, when i said i have already submitted the document, they cut the call by saying its showing pending status to them. I tried calling airtel customer care but didn't get any satisfing response. I was clueless and just waiting for new sim to be activated.

    On 8th of april i got the call from the person narendra ([protected]) that 349 plan has not come so i have wait for another week. I said i have already suffered alot, please activate 499 plan. He asked for my office id card again, inspite of having all the documents. I shared the id card again over whatsapp.
    Then i started getting the updates about the port. I was happy that finally everything is going fine and i don't need to do internet and talk time recharge in my another sim.
    But on 14 april i got the message that portion request is rejected because upc expired. My upc expired because of the representative who delayed my application. I generated the new upc and shared with narendra. But still didn't get any status update.
    Today i got a call from airtel for submitting my documents. And i have submitted all documents with photograph again today.
    Just want to ask
    1. How many times i have to submit the documents?
    2. Wo will bear the cost of recharge i have done in other sim, because i was waiting for this stupid port to be completed.
    3. I have suffered alot mentally and financially. Will i get the offer will i have promised before or it was just to make fool o[censored]s.
    4. My new upc will expire on 29 april. Can you port my sim within this week?

    Is really really disappointing. Airtel pls resolve my concern. I hope for the positive response and pls don't ask me to submit any documents again, i have already submitted that 3times and its been nearly a month now.

      I have recently taken internet connection from airtel brodband services. My broadband number is[protected] i am facing so much problem with your service.

      Its been just a 15days and i have complaint 3 times for the same reason.

      I would like to request you to please cancel my connection. I don't want to further take services from airtel broadband.

            Network problem issue

            From last 6 month there is network problem in Airtel and i not able to use incoming call and outing calls and Airtel generating bill regularly. when call call to appellate team of Airtel they just replied that i am working on network issue and don't know when they will solve my issue and they also told me that i have to pay bill regularly when i able to use or not

            Dear sir,

            I am in naithadi (5km from puttur city 574202). I am not able to get airtel network. Leave 4g there is no trace of 3g.. My only question is on what basis airtel is saying that it is largest network in india. It can't cover radius of 5km then how it announces itself as largest network. It's just a gimmick or cheating innocent people of india?? Why there is no law in india to control just fraud like this fooling people by such a advertisement.
            Open network is another gimmick from airtel. Showing false details. Please see the screen shot. If this the matter then there was should be perfect 4g network in my place. But there is no trace of 3g only here. Sir please look at this matter and take necessary action with such fraud. You are only hope sir.

              Dear sir/mam,

              Today at 1.59 i got the cal from the no. [protected] regarding porting out my no. From vodafone to airtel. I was tring to tell the guy regarding the airtel network problem we are facing. But suddenly the call was over took by one of the lady as senior to him, and statrted roughly talikng to me. And spoke very badly and bangged the phone.
              When i again i called and said this not the way to talk to customer. I can compalint against you. She said go and do nothing will happend, and as you dont have any other work.

              I think its a recorded call pl. Look in to it as it is very important because its effect the brand value and reputation of airtel.

              Pl feel free to know for any further detail.

                  I have paid money for establishing broadband connection in pune! I paid the money last saturday. Its almost been 3 business days but there is no response!! I have been trying to get in touch however the local provider s number is switched off. This is very frustrating_i expected this to be completed yesterday but still there is no response from airtel. This is not something expected from a company like airtel.

                    We are staying at kosmos society in jaypee wishtown, sector 134, noida since 2015.in today's world telephone/mobile is one of the major facilities that every body require in his/her daily life. Airtel broad brand service is not available. Airtel mobile facilityis so much poor here that most of the times, nobody can reach us, or if we get the network connection by chance, it will drop within a while. Request airtel, a major giant company in our telecom industry to resolve this problem at the earliest, so that user can use their connection without any hassale.

                      Dear customer care,

                      My airtel wallet is blocked and if i try to reset my mpin it always saying "mpin reset window closed please try after 24 hours". If i dial 400 number, it is saying "your airtel account blocked please try *400# to reset the mpin". *400# is also saying the same thing when i, m trying to rest my mpin "mpin reset window closed please try after 24 hours".
                      Even i went to airtel service centre and people there are helpless. This made me very sad. I feel, i did a big mistake by opening an account at airtel apps.
                      I hope u guys will resolve my issue asap.

                        I work with a company called capgemini technologies ltd and this is situated in - "prestige cyber towers, no.117, rajiv gandhi salai, karapakkam, chennai – 600 096"

                        Both of these works very slow because of network issue, the signal is very poor

                        Out office has about 4500 people working and they are forced to use vodafone or reliance as there network are better in this area then airtel

                        I took airtel as the place where i stay airtel has good network and dont face issue

                        Can you guys do some thing so you guys get more customers and also resolve my issue - in karapakkam

                                A lady with a no.[protected], dupes service provider by doing a particular recharge which doesn't display balance in her phone. Instead of getting a successful message, the lady argues badly and says vulgar things.
                                Please take it on priority to block this customer for doing so.

                                  My airtel wifi device is not showing any signal since 13/04/2017(Thursday).According to your advertisement airtel has signal everywhere in India including all the remote places but the reality is airtel doesnot have signal in a major city like Kolkata, (West Bengal, India)😠😠😠.Very much disappointed with Airtel.So look after my problem airtel as earliest as possible.

                                      I have been in great trouble because of poor network.
                                      I m having trouble for last one month.
                                      I m having problems in voice call n internet uses.
                                      There's voice mute n voice cracking during the call.
                                      I m unable to use 3g or 4g. Because of the poor network.
                                      Network always flecuate.
                                      I complained so many times to customers care no as well as through email too.
                                      All the customers executive made me disturbed because of their unhelpful behaviour.
                                      I called so many times every they assured me they are registering a complained regarding my issues but there's no solutions when I contact again the other representatives informed me that there's no complained registered in ur no. Regarding the issues i contacted to the senior representatives even they assured me that they are registering complained about the issues but again there's no solutions again i contacted the customers executive again they informed me that there's no complained registered in ur no.
                                      I complained through email they contacted me they assured me that company engineer will visit my place regarding the network n internet issues they ask me time to be in my house because of the engineer visit.
                                      He assured me that on 14th or 16th of April 2017 engineer will visit my place.
                                      Because of engineer visit i didn't go outside for my work.
                                      But noone visit n still i m having trouble in using internet n voice call.
