I purchase recharge card of 1000 Naira on 7th for my subscription, immediately i recharge all the money was deducted, on Friday around 11:36pm, i recharge another 1000 Naira it was also deducted, which i forward the complains to the customer care center, I was told is a machine error, which automatically deduct the credit for vedio Google which i was told the money can't be refund.
I want my recharge card or money refund back to aviod damage of image identity.
I don't mind going to any level or cost i will acquire doing that.

    I uploaded money to my airtel money account (Mobile No. [protected]). It is a 4G router number & not a mobile number. So to make bill payments, i can not receive MPIN which is received by SMS on same number. Now airtel customer care does not have any way to refund my money. I want my money back. Customer care people are telling me to visit airtel store. Airtel store people are telling me they can not solve this problem, only airtel money customer care can solve this. i feel cheated. My money struck with airtel for many months now. they dont ask MPIN while you upload money to your account. But when you have to make payments from same account, they ask MPIN. It is wrong policy to steal people money. Please help me.

        Airtel has NO 4G in Whitefield area. Yet, they have actively processed the payment for the 4G data. On inquiry, was told 4G wouldn't be up till 2-3 months, for some issues! I need compensation. This would be cheating to have taken the amount for the 4G data and not providing it.

              Greetings,

              I was using airtel broadband service from last one year. Recently i have stopped using that service. During the time os disconnection, i was requested to make payment of 1500 rupee and paid it thru cheque.

              Now from last 10-15 days, i am getting calls from airtel and they are asking me to make payment again, as their records not updated properly.

              Lasttime when i received a call from airtel customer care they requested me to submit all the proofs for the bill payment and i shared, later there is response from their end.

              Today i received a call from legal department stating that they have failed a complaint against me due to that i have not made the payment.

              I would like to rise this complaint with consumer court as i am not getting proper response from airtel.

                    I wanted to pay my final broadband bill as i had discontinued airtel broadband service. The customer care executive aksed me to pay the bill at any airtel store. Accordingly i went to the airtel store gave them details, but they did not accept the payment. Airtel store said that they cannot process the payment. Now what the hell i can do if airtel itself is not accepting the payment. What kind of service is this?

                      Whenever I try to open a website in Google suddenly a pop-up approach saying to download the airtel application. I do not want to download it. But you people keep on forcing me to download it unnecessary. So stop forcing your customer to download the app or else one by one you are going to be in the looser side... I hope you understand this and stop forcing people to download that waste app... Thank you

                            Airtel lanched rs.244. Plan for prepaid customers for 70 days. My at no is [protected]. I subscribed immediately got on 16.04.17. They validated the plan for only 34 days instead of 70 days as per plan. There was also offer for free calling to all net and atoa. For 70 days. There is now no mention of free calls. Please look into the matter
                            Customers subscribe the plans after fully knowing the benefits of the plan. If full benefits are denied, what is the use of announcing attractive plans seeing competition with jio?

                              Airtel customer care team called me and provided Rs.500 bill value discount for 6months against my airtel postpaid no [protected] on 28.09.2016. And they requested me to continue in airtel network. But in my latest bill, they not shown the Rs.500 bill discount. I contacted airtel customer care team but there is no proper reply from airtel side.

                              Offer activated on 28.09.2016, bill generation date is 27th of every month

                              1st month 28. 09.2016 to 27.10.2016
                              2nd month 28.10.2016 to 27.11.2016
                              3rd month 28.11.2016 to 27.12.2016
                              4th month 28.12.2016 to 27.01.2017
                              5th month 28.01.2017 to 27.02.2017
                              6th month 28.02.2017 to 27.03.2017 (bill generated on 27.03.2017 for the billing cycle from 26.02.2017 to 25.03.2017 but in this bill they not shown the discount )

                              i don't know how airtel is calculating. kindly take up the issue with the airtel and take a necessary action against airtel

                                  Still 19th day my connection not shifts to my new place it's not first time it's second time with me am 9 years old customer of airtel poor and pathetic service, daily they give me feeding give us 72 hours, 48 Hours, 24 hours but am not satisfied with service on every call attend a new executive again explain the whole ram kahani. Very disappointed ill give 0 rates

                                    Company gave me offer on Mobile no.[protected], 70 GB data in rs 244. Than i recharged this offer.
                                    They told me it will work in my 3 G handset. But isn't .
                                    I complained this to company but company not give any typ of respond. I asked- why u give me wrong information?
                                    Then They drop my call
                                    .
                                    I requested my complain to airtel customer care. Now they said this offer is in 3 G handset..it work only 4 G
                                    So pls resolve this problem as soon as possible...

                                        I had recharge 349 Plan on 11 April 2017, as per terms & conditions given on website "4G Handsets with 4G SIM : Unlimited Local & STD A2A Mobile calls with 1GB Data per Day ".
                                        After 2 days data over and showing only 100 MB left.
                                        When i complaint to nearest branch of airtel powai location.
                                        They are giving excuse that offer is only applicable for particular & privilege customer and some are saying it not applicable on your no. Their is limit of lieing, last they find reason and saying you should recharge from retail shop, not online.They can't help me on this.

                                        Airtel is such a fraudulent company, just to compete with Reliance Gio & Vodafone. They just announcing fraud scheme just for marketing purpose and fooling all the customer. They are actually cheating with customer and making everyone fool.

                                        I need my money credited back or give proper plan as written on internet. This is clearly cheating from Airtel.
