wrong recharge reversal for airtel for my number

Dear team,

Hi i am sachin rathore, recently i have did a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

Now please do the same on urgent basis…....

One of the pathetic behavior i have ever faced till today. One of airtel customer care executive during the verification of new sim card abused me.
When i call back to airtel customer care one of lady staff told me that call can come from any number for verification, if that person has used such kind of language than file a complain in near by police station.
How it is possible that call can be from ant number she told me that, that no is off any third person.
Now tell me that the number on calling to which the ringing says "airtel me apka swagat hai" how could be the number of some other person.
How such people are recruited and what about their trainings, this is really embarrassing.
These people are just doing nonsenses.
Some serious action should be initited against these kind of employees.

May i know which type of resolution you have shared with me???? Only thing which has been done till now is that i have received a call from your office and one of your representative ask the details about my complain. I want to know, what action has been taken till now regarding my complain.

    As i have complaint about my airtel bill issue, that airtel billed me around 62000 and they wre saying i have use data on international roaming but i was on wifi

    As per i read the trai regulations
    So they are telling service provider will not continue the service beyond credit limit and will notify if the customer is reaching 70-80-90% of credit limit.

    So please look after my issue
    And reply as soon as possible.

    Airtel Billed Me Around, 62000 and it is Beyond Credit Limit and TRAI rules are No Customer Can get Bill Beyond Credit Limit even If they Are on International Roaming .

      In my airtel bill for the period: 20/06/2017 19/07/2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected] once. Details below:

      12/july/2017 23:06:[protected]

      But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in airtel's other customer complaints too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged rs5 per sms. I want this to be solved.

        I had an issue with airtel video there was an error b001 explains the same to customer service and specifically told her that i will be taking leave on that day just to resolve my issue as i had a busy schedule this week so i won't be available other day or else they have to visit early mrng or late 8pm. I waited for the call at last one guy called he said he will be giving me the no to contact i called dat no he said tech will be there in an hour i waited. No one turnout i called again they hung up on me and then one lady called me she was so rude she said i am not a special cust and i should wait till 2mro told me not to call them, i was so frustrated at last i saw engineer no in my inbox i called him he said he will fix the issue but will charge.. I am really pissed off with airtel this time, i am a new customer and i have not been given what i was promised at the beginning...

          Dear airtel people, please stop cheating the people by giving advertisement that your network works even at hill stations. My village chinnagundavelly (Pin 502107) is just 100 km away from hyderabad by road and just 7 km from siddipet district (Telangana) headquater. We do not get any network signal properly we have to run to catch signals, if we stay inside the home we never know when we will get the signals. I have complained about this several times but no response from your side. I feel like my village is not in india thats the reason we do not get signals. You telecom providers are pathetic.

            I hereby having a sim in the no [protected] i have got the duplicate sim from the store in rajajinagar 6th block.

            She told it takes 4hours to activate and she took rs 25/- for new sim. I took this sim at 12.00 noon and know the time is 5.00pm still it is not activated the service is very poor.

            Kindly look into the matter orelse i have to migrate to another company,

              I recharged my phone number [protected] on 24th july 2017 of 51/- for 1gb data 1 day validity. As i tried to use it on my laptop, airtel has been constantly redirecting me to oneairtel.in i faced this issue earlier also during one of my previous recharges. I even called their customer care but they didn't cooperate on it. This is a clear violation of net neutrality. Also it causes unnecessary trouble to their customers. I want airtel to refund my recharge amount of both time and pay compensation for unnecessary inconvenience caused of rs5000/-.

                I have requested for port in airtel. They have offered me 399 rupees plan for 70 days. So i have rejected my port and have recharged my mobile number for 399 rupees which is 70 days validity. This offer gives unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for 70 days. But after 28 days i am getting charged for my calls and data. I am not getting proper response.

                      Deactivate simcard no [protected]. It was lost. The simcard belongs to airtel. I was travelling on bus from bellary to guntakal. After reaching to home in guntakal it was found missing. It was lost in bus. The phone also missed along with simcards. Now i purchased new phone and bsnl sim card. Try to block the old airtel sim card no [protected], so that others don't misuse the number. Try to complete the work as early as possible.

                        My airtel digital tv id is - [protected]. I have reharger my account with rupees 285/- on 9th july. Now i am getting message that my next recharge date is 24/7/2017 (Today). I havent requested for any up gradation in my existing pack.in fact, i told the airtel person that i want to continue with 285 rupees of pack when i got call from airtel person before recharging my account. Today i called on 198, had words with your executives. She was keep saying that i requested for hd channels so that is the reason i m not getting 30 days of validity. I told her to transfer the cal to the senior. She said the lines are busy so i will get a call from senior in 2 hrs. Nobody called me till now. Is this your customer service?? Ye jo tv me ads dikha rhe ho na, bohot achha banne ki koshish kr rhe ho. Its all waste because of your
                        Bakwas bekaar customer service.
                        I took hd setup box because i m planning to buy hd tv in future. Tell me one thing, right now i dont use hd tv in my house so why would i request to you guys for hd channels??
                        Does it make any sense??? I want validity of 30 days which i deserve. Dont cheat your customers please. I want a call from you guys asap in 2 hrs. I can go to the consumer court if you wont sort it out. Its all your mistake. So sort it.

                          I am your customer mob no [protected].
                          I have taken family plan, at the time of billing your system or your execitives are charging me cug charges in my child no. I dont know why as this is happening from last 7 months and for rectifying that i have to call twice a month.
                          I have complained on 10 july 2017 sr 77623419 but it is closed now mentioning that charges are valid.
                          My family plan is of 399 and i have not exceded my calling and data limits so why should i have to pay rs1470.
                          Kindly rectify my complaint now and for future also.

                            This is to inform you that i have an airtel postpaid customer. I am paying 799+gst tax but i am unable to use my data and calling facilty from airtel network. I have already looged complain regarding this two time but problem is still pending. Many peoples are suffring from this compant take full amount with tax but when there is no network no anybody think for his whole amount which is already paid.
                            Complain no are 77651294 and 77937902 company is showing false add that there is 4 network in every where.

                            after logging complain on 21 July problem is still pending there is no any progress done on network .After talking executive they have only one word after 48 hrs your problem will resolve but no they only wasting my time. i will never deposit the full amount . Airtel Department give me concession on my bill as i am not able to use network.

                              I had enquired for a broadband connection in delhi. Airtel doesn't serve in the area where i required the connection. However, the call center has been calling me every half an hour to take the connection. The calls are coming from faridabad area with code no 0129.

                              I have told them each time that please remove my number from your list as i am not interested in availing your services. They call me at least 25 times in a day. Every half an hour the phone rings. It is not professional at all.

                              Internet is not at all working in Garudacharpalya. If we try to browse something, its keep loading for very long time. Seriously Airtel network is worst now a days compare to other networks!

                                  I ha taken a new dth connection online on 3th june this year
                                  I waited for so many days. No one called me for installation. Then again i called multiple times to their customer care. No on e helped. Finally i raised a request for cancellation. Then someone called and said they will install, i said them to proceed with cancellation as it was already 9 days after i bought it and no one came for installation.

                                  They accepted it and promised me that they will give a refund in 7 working days. It has been 23 days now, i have been calling them 3 to 4 times on a daily basis to get my money back. No luck.
                                  Such pathetic service they have.

                                  Aur ye problem pichle 6 month se h bahut bar complaint kr chuka hu phir koi solution nai mila h. Even meko no. Change krne ki hidayat de rhe h
                                  Recharge 194 unlimited call, but money deducted from main balance.
