    Sir/mam I had recharged my Airtel account with Rs 155 on 7 Nov on the basis of special offers . I had some massages from Airtel side that they would provide me 1 GB 2G data with recharging 155 . But I unfortunately I have received 600 MB of data yet .. so please take a look in this problem and solve it thanks

      I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. The number is [protected]. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per KYC norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting. My wallet is not even a month old. And got a lot of balance, and now they have blocked it. Wonderful system of fooling people! Bunch of cheats

      No steps taken still, i never got any update from you people. All you guys kept on asking is the senders bank account details, is it even logical? Why is a person who gifted me money bound to show you confidential bank account details? The account is mine, i gave all my details, when you are still not resolving it, i believe you never had a right intention to give me the money. This airtel money is a scam and all your conditions are a farce!

            Out lot of escalations, Airtel Team not considering about costumer concerns, simply closing issues (not intimating proper resolution to us). but Bill payment team insisting us to make the payment, not considering user concerns.

            why need to make the payment if you are not providing the services to the customer.
            if this is the case why u need customer care technical services?

            even i complained on closure of the account, why your team simply not caring about the requests ?

            don't show advertisements ? show the work in hands practically?

                Mobile number: [protected] Alternate Contact number: [protected] Complaint Reference number: QCESO[protected] Date of Complaint: 11/17/2015 I am regular customer for Airtel, as Airtel showing in advertisement there is one airtel own app "MY AIRTEL" from the own airtel app for every customer it will show special plans, same it has been showed for me as 255 recharge 1.5GB 3G/4G internet for 28days and there only there is one option to recharge, i did recharge on 11/16/2015 morning around 9:00AM but i got only 1GB internet and i called customer this customer persons never answer properly i spoke with Supervisor also he said he will take a complaint and it will solve in 2days when i ask complaint number he said it will come to you mobile number and when is saw complaint status it shows it is closed and this call is just for Query with Ref # QCESO[protected].

                  Sir, I am using an Airtel dongle No.[protected] at my residence Flat No.505, GH-11, Prateek Kunj, Sector 21-C-III, Faridabad. Time and again I am requesting for the following two issues:- (i) Low speed and non uniform speed. (ii) Automatic Log out As I have already informed you that I have purchased exclusively for on line classes of my kids and in the absence of speed it is not possible for them to take classes. Secondly, automatic log out disturbs their concentration and classes again and again, as they have to log in again and again. The problem was explained verbally to Airtel Executives as well as emails are written to them. It is a sheer wastage of money if I do not get both these things. I request you to kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue please. PRADEEP KUMAR

                    Airtel india advertising for 4G internet speed, but when be are using it then it is not working .                       I have given request for National MNP from Airtel Delhi to Airtel karnataka on 4th November for Airtel Mobile no [protected]. port id - AD261239. Till today my number has not been ported. I contacted Airtel Karnataka customer care they said Donor network which is Airtel Delhi has not released my number. When I contacted Airtel Delhi they said my request for National MNP has been rejected when I asked reason they didn't reply they are saying to contact Airtel Delhi store. How I am supposed to go to Delhi when I have given request in Bangalore, Karnataka.

                        Thank you for your prompt reply on the 12-Nov regarding my complaint with Airtel, Ghana.
                        The problem has not been attended to by the company representatives in Ghana.
                        I have written to them several times on behalf of Mr Randy Otchere from Bechem Ghana with phone no[protected] and Airtel Complaint ID: 1174017
                        We waited for a few days before topping up the phone data but neither I, nor Mr Otchere have had any response or acknowledgement regarding this issue.

                        This is unacceptable, so we are asking you to please track this complaint and rectify this problem from India. This would be so much appreciated.
                        This morning unwanted messages from Airtel have once again continued.
                        Please refer to my email to Ghana which explains the problem fully.

                        Asking for your quick attention to this annoying and expensive problem with your company.
                        I don't know who is at fault here, but this subscription is coming from Airtel
                        to phone[protected] Randy Otchere...and even though there is an option to unsubscribe, it will not allow it.
                        My friend Randy Otchere has never subscribed to this service.
                        These are so called inspirational messages that have eaten up all the data I sent. They have been taking money from his main account balance.
                        This is one message forwarded to me:
                        "You must always be willing to let go of the life you planned, so that you can open to the life you were meant to live.
                        Thank you for subscribing to the Inspirational service. To unsubscribe, Text STOP TO 1733" ( this will not be permitted when attempted)

                        My friend Randy Otchere in Bechem Ghana has tried to get it rectified numerous times but to no avail by phone and in person.
                        I am asking you to kindly revise and rectify this immediately or we will use another provider for him.

I have paid them Rs.150 for issuance of new sim they have not issued any receipt for it and when I m trying to contact them through their website on [protected] they are saying wrong number.                           Your J&K nodal officer Mr.Nazmul Alam has contacted me today and given me the contact of the dealer from whom I have purchased the SIM card Mr. Gourav Sachdev mob no.[protected] I called him but he is not responding to my query just ignoring my calls which is very shameful on the part of Airtel how can he be so irresponsible.

                            I was given a new sim to upgrade from 3g to 4G. Since then I don't have proper data service access, most of the time i end up using my WIFI. Called few times, either my complaint gets closed automatically next day or any time I call their server is down! Wonder why they advertise wrong information and not accountable to customers?? Can I sue them in consumer court???

                                This is reference to your last email dated November 14th 2015.

                                I have not seen such hypocrisy in any other service experience. It has been the heights of indecency in Airtel which I have observed in the past couple of days.

                                Kindly try to understand the weight of the situation before sending me any unbiased emails.

                                NOTE THAT MY WHOLE OFFICE IS WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION FROM THE LAST 12 DAYS.

                                Firstly when I request for termination of connection and had all set for a new one, you call me up and try to convince to do not discontinue my connection. When I agree for that you bar my outgoing calls! Upon requesting you to correct the issue over phone you ask for an email. But when I send you an email to unbar my outgoing calls you cease all my services goddammit, which includes outgoing + incoming + INTERNET.

                                Is this some kind of joke to you or you just do it for fun. Later on I find out that you have completely terminated my connection. Help me out here please, when a customer request you to do the same you force him to change his action, but when he agrees you just abruptly terminates cuts the live wire.

                                Then talking over phone with two of your employees, Ms. Muskan Aggarwal‎ and Mr. Tripathi (on Nov 9th) they accept the fault of Airtel for this lame mistakeand promise to activate the connection within 24-48 hours. But guess what the story do not ends there, over phone both of them (over different dates) promised to reactivate my connection at earliest and in the next instant when I receive their email (revert) they ask me to pay some outstanding amount.

                                Is this some scripted form of routine you follow at Airtel to traumatise the customer? Because surely it feels like so! Get one thing clear that I WILL PAY ALL THE AMOUNT at least you activate my connection so that I may continue my business. I will nowhere run with you 1500 rupees. Also as far as I tried to pay the outstanding I was unable to due to obvious reasons (my number does not qualifies due to disconnection). At billdesk registration is required first FROM THE COMPANY SIDE, as concern connection being a corporate connection.

                                I also cannot reach 121 because my broadband number is our of your active database now. I am out of options to reach some sensible individual at Airtel who may help me our of this nightmare. If you do not care about your churns then do provide me with some managerial level employee contact details so that I can get this stupid connection thing over with.

                                Do not bother to reach the undersigned if you want to prolong this matter unnecessarily.

                                  I bought a dongle as its 4G. It does not connect in my area as they do not sufficient towers. As a result there is always net work fluctaions. I am asking for dongle refund as it will take for them 2 months to resolve the issue. when I am not getting services, I am charged. Therefore, I need some help. I am not a fool to loose 2K for nothing,

                                    Respected sir, I am using airtel prepaid west bengal circle, no., [protected] for over a year in the intention to use 3g services only . Till date I am using 955 INR @ 6gb 3g( recharge done today, 16 Nov, 2015) unlimited in my HTC desire 816 dual 3g enabled smartphone Unfortunately, the 3g data speed is not meeting the promises the company cry for. Generally I got 255- 300 kbps where the company shout for 1.5 mbps. Furthermore, I can't use apps when the background data are turned off ( to save data from uncontrolled draining ). I always have to use it as background data turned on which I think is airtel's conspiracy to forcibly spend the data as fast they can.                                       I am using AIRTEL mobile service ([protected]) from last 15 years. From 20-Oct-2015, the Airtel Mobile signal strength in our area has reduced. Me and many of my layout residents (majority of them are airtel subscribers) are facing sever call drop / call disconnection / call establishment problems. We had FULL signal inside our homes prior to 20-Oct-2015. The signal strength / quality reduced drastically after that. Address of location is as follows: Kaveri Street, Opposite SHELL petrol pump, Basavanagar, Marathalli, Bangalore - 560037. 1) Till 12-Nov, i visited AIRTEL office in Basavanagar many times. I was told to wait till 10-Nov for the problem resolution. However, the problem was not resolved on 10-Nov. 2) On 12-Nov, i raised complained ticket #66246410. I was promised a resolution within 2 working days. On 13-Nov, i got a call from AIRTEL stating that the issue is resolved with some parameter adjustment in our area. I agreed to check. However, there was no change in the problem status. On 14-Nov, i called up airtel and quoted the complaint ID, the call center person told me that the problem was marked as "CLOSED" with my consent. But, i never gave any confirmation to AIRTEL that the problem was resolved. When i mentioned this, the call center person mentioned that he will escalate 66246410 and resolve the problem within 1 day. I waited till 15-Nov, but there was no resolution provided. My airtel connection is a company "Business" connection. I am affected when my clients and company colleages aren't able to reach me. I am losing business. AIRTEL should at least let me know WHEN this issue will be resolved. If this issue cannot be resolved, i need AIRTEL to confirm this so that i can move on with another provider.

                                      I was promised a progress on this issue 1.47 pm on 20 nov. I did not get it. I do know that a representative from airtel visited my premises to check the signal. But the visit happened only yesterday (after your promised resolution time).

                                      We are still facing the call drop issue and day by day i am incurring substantial loss only due to airtel.

                                      Please let me know when this issue can be resolved.

                                      This is wrong. please do not mention excuses if you are unable to fix the issue.

                                      Mr. Gowda ([protected]) has visited my house and checked the issue. please check my call records if you need proof. I have spoken to him several times. Mr. Gowda claimed he is from airtel and he is a technician.

                                      For your info:

                                      16 nov : i escalated call to airtel nodal office. promised resolution by 20 nov.

                                      18 nov : mr. gowda from airtel calls me in the morning. i attended the call.we fixed appointment after 6.00 pm. he did not turn up. i called him several times. he did not pick up

                                      20 nov : mr. gowda calls me again. he visited my house and was able to check the issue.


                                      21 nov : no one has called me from airtel and updated status.

                                      please note tht the original problem is call drop. If you call me on my number and you cannot reach me, it is due to bad signal quality from your side. Dont blame customer for this.

                                      Not able to reach me is not an excuse for you. Even if you stand in front of my house... the issue happens.

                                      Also, i had given alternate contact numbers. no one has called on tbose either.

                                      I think i will raise this issue to consumer court

                                        I am a user who is using Rs. 399 Plan on my Airtel postpaid no. I have been told that i will be getting 1350 MB (3G) and then it will be Unlimited 2G with speed of 20 KBps. But for a month they have given me speed of just 2Kbps.They are not following there norms. I am a developer who uses internet for developing. They have nearly cost me job. Please help
