Airtel — non implementation of trais plan

Airtel dth is not providing me the necessary services of the channels that i have selected in view of the recent announcement made by telecom regulatory authority of india;wherein all the operators have been directed to provide the services to the customers for the channels they will opt in addition to the mandatory channels. The dth cable operator is not activating the channels selected by me despite frequent requests and is charging exorbitant monthly charges.
I am optimistic that they will be asked to explain their position and in the meanwhile will be directed to charge the amount as per the channels selected by me. Pertinent to mention here that i have to pay rs 160/= excess than the actual monthly charge.

I have recharged Airtel DTH id [protected] on 4 feb 2019 8:09 am .so sir kindly do refund in this regard . it will be highly helpful

I have recharged on same number . so i want my money to be refunded.
Initially for 3 months after buying Airtel 4g hotspot, internet speed was good but now for 1 week it's not working very slow..max spped is 100 kb/s.Its a postpaid 4g sim which am using in hotspot device.I am very disappointed with the network and net speed

I have recharged on Airtel prepaid mobile of bo [protected] of ₹399/- . The amount has been deducted from my account through UPI ( BHIM ) . But recharge has not done...
