Airtel — not linking airtel number with aadhar free of cost charging rs 100

Today i went to link my airtel number to adhar card in airtel office in atharbanki paradip. But this office in atharbanki was forcing me to pay rs 100 for linking adhar card with airtel mobile number otherwise they will not link. They were telling it is compulsory to deposit money in airtel bank. I told i don't want to open airtel bank. Then they told we will not link. So, kindly take strict action against them and punish them for doing such fraud.

Dear Sir our mobile number [protected] port out by idea on 8 August to airtell but the sim provide by airtell still not working till 22.09.2017.pls provide services urgently.it is bad that even after 30 days complaint not resolve.air tell executive not did anything despite too many calls.

I pay 120 rupees with transaction Id:[protected] for pan card but the transaction fail with unknown reason but also deducted my airtel money balance it shows to refund now what to do.
