    Never ever use airtel money such-and-such a fake app.
    Never ever add money in airtel wallet. While adding money to wallet. They didn't say anything. But while taking out our own added money they said my account blocked transaction blocked bla bla and you have to open airtel bank account with 100rssever probelm and keep on dragging to steal money.

    As I am not getting the airtel signal from 3-4 days so for the replacement of the sim the airtel support people in my village are charging high rates of nearly 150/-
    And apart from that they are not showing keen interest to customers regarding the problem. So please take any further action.

      I have purchaed airtel secure service last month for my airtel postpaid number which provide accidental and liquid damage claims for 99rs/month charges.
      Unfortunately on 1st of oct i met with bike accident in which my mobile screen damaged.
      When i claimed for insurance airtel denied to process. Need help to resolve it.
      I hope i will get a solution.

After submitting all details of kyc they not taking any action on it. There is contact from airtel officials on this matter nor they are easily accessible on customer care. I have submitted kyc via mail and again asked about status but reply.

          I paid in advance for 3 months (Rs. 2651) for wifi connection.
          The airtel people came to my house at 11:00 am on monday, 9th oct '17, and did the wiring.
          After that, from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm they have been trying to start the connection and have been unable to do so.
          4-5 people have been coming and going, dirtying our house, walking out without informing so the front door is wide open, and then saying there's "some problem".
          Now, i spoke with the airtel rep for sector 74 noida - adesh chauhan - and he said that it can take indefinite time. He blatantly told me, "go ahead and complain if you want to".
          I am completely frustrated because my mother is home alone and this is taking a toll on her.
          Airtel has taken our money but is not able to give us the service that we paid for.

          But its speed is poor than 2g.

          I recently tried to upgrade my airtel sim to 4g, After getting confirmation my 3g sim got disconnected, it's been 3days 4g sim not yet activated. Called up customer care 2times but in vain.
          Got only 1 GB data with a validity of 28 days for the plan 399. Recharged on September 16 2017 for the number [protected]. Please give data balance as per plan or return back the money.

            First, i should say, you airtel should be ashamed about the quality of customer service executives (Executive - ms. Rani) at your kodambakkam centre, chennai.

            I had given a request for sim upgradation for my no.[protected] from 3g to 4g on 28-sep-17. It has been nearly 2 weeks and the 4g sim (Sim no. [protected][protected]u) is yet to be activated. Meanwhile, the 3g sim was deactivated on 30-sept itself. I have linked my airtel no. With all my official and other transactions. Now, i am unable to complete any online transaction due to this problem. I visited & contacted airtel customercare and also the showroom at kodambakkam chennai, but every time i hear the same reply that server is down and it will be done the next day itself. Now, i have moved to visakhapatnam and not in a position to visit the showroom. When i call the airtel showroom (No.[protected] the executive whom i was dealing with ms. Rani, attends the call and once she recognizes me immediately disconnects the call and does not attend the call subsequently.

            It's pathetic of you to treat your customers like this. You need to learn a thing or two from jio about the right way to treat your customers.

            I have been your customer for more than 10 years and now i regret to have chosen you.

            Hope the issue is resolved at least now.

              I had a request to change my billing address from one place to another, and i uploaded to airtel/mailed it. I got a message from airtel that your details are updated. But when i ask to provide the updated address in airtel letter pad or any pdf file on urgent basis for my some finance issue. Customer care and airtel store staffs tell that you should only get it when the new bill is generated in a rude language.
              But even i asked for the screen shot of my address proof, they tell we and airtel and have no authority to provide you the address or any screenshot.
              That's why i complain for their rude behaviour that the mnc's airtel is a brand and they are helpless to take care to help their customers.
              I want only my new updated address in airtel letter pad or in pdf form to my email as soon as possible.

                I am using airtel pospaid number [protected]. I am facing very poor signal at my residence area that is shaheen bagh, okhla. Also the interest speed is worst in almost all location.

                I have complaint many times from last 4 months but doest seems any action till now, so i have decided not to pay bill until ans unless airtel not resolving my issue.

                We are paying for the service and airtel fails to meet the customer service, then we should not pay the amount. It became worst as i missed so many call everyday. Also for making a call i have to try fir 5 to 10 times and also need to go in balcony for making or receiving calls.

                The internet speed also very poor from day jio came into pictures. I have more than 15 gb of data but due to worst speed not able to use even 1 gb.

                I have changed my old sim, also troubleshooting done as per the conversation with airtel folks.

                They also told our technical team is working, but i don't understand if they are really working they it should and must be resolved within a week or month.

                But regret to say, you will loose all your valuable customers everyday if you will not look into it seriously

Is 12003858 and isp (Shreebalaji enterprises) (Sec34 noida) cheated me. They are manipulating me. Still i didn't get my connection. So i requested to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                    See we are having much trust on air-tel dth but reviewing this kind of issues and customers dis - satisfaction regarding your poor services like this kind of problems makes your business down and fail to the mark. Am very much addicted to vijay tv but your broadband says it is because of signal change and bla bla etc, am experiencing this issue for almost 10 days. See if this continues for sure your goodwill may down to the extreme. I hope you know goodwill is one of the intangible assets that cannot be earn with money but you can earn money with that goodwill. So please dont loose your goodwill by having this kind of stupid 150 rupees. Kindly consider all customers trust and faith towards your network and try to stop this kind of issues.

Mr. Mohan rajesh had promised that till we resolve you problem we will not be charging you for the internet, but again the line has been disconnected.                           I paid 2475 as 3 month advance for airtel broadband but was later told that the service is not available in my area. The agent, mr yogendra, phone number - [protected] stopped picking up my calls. I had to call the customer care to find out what the issue was. Is there no action possible against such agents who take the money and don't even pick up calls. I have wasted enough of my time on this # yogendra. Please someone responsible from airtel, help me get my money back and take some action against worthless agents like yogendra. Seriously thieves are better

                            My phone (Mi 4) was submitted with cracked screen at the bottom screen and completely in working condition.
                            But they rejected the claim and while sending my phone back to me, the screen was completely broken leaving the phone in non working condition (Even unable to switch off). For which they told this is the process they follow to check the phone condition completely.
                            If you are deciding the claim approval status based on the description given, then you not supposed to damage the phone as you are not going to repair.
                            I raised the concern and they told, i have to get the phone repaired and if the repair costs exceeds the estimation price given by airtel, airtel would pay me the difference amount which was completely unacceptable as i would continue to use my phone if the phone was sent back in same condition and i did not accept this.
                            Now, they are telling me, they'll send the phone in working condition but they'll not repair the phone.
                            I am seriously not understanding these diplomatic statements as the phone will not work if its display is not repaired.

                            Please do the justice in my case - i am just asking me to give the phone in the condition at-least i gave you.

                              Dear sir, my gas subsidy was deposited my dena bank self account till 30.05.2017. And last two times it is being deposited in airtel payment bank account even i did not gave permission for it. A agency told that due to link aadhar no with my sim account generated automatic and thus subsidy going on in airtel payment bank account it serious offense. Pl look in the matter immediately.

                                I am an airtel customer from years, i am using my mobile, internet, landline everything airtel.

                                This complaint is regarding the blunders done to my boradband connection and they screwed my connection.

                                I am with 16mbps speed from year 2015 and i don't have any issues. One day i got a call from airtel saying my connection speed feasability increased from 16mbps speed to 24mbps, only thing is to change the modem and re-configure. They sent a technician and he without even checking the speed and feasbility changed modem and re-configured. Since then my internet speed came down to 4mbps and i am unable to work my office vpn connection with this speed.
                                I called customer care and escalated the issues, and they say that feasibility is not there. Technician blames on airtel customer care saying, why they said there is feasibility of 24mbps, airtel customercare say that there is feasability.in middle the escalation team listens to me and technician and do nothing.

                                I have even spoke to a floor manager venkatesh ramayya and region manager venkatesth s, and they promised they will work on my issue and will take up personally to solve, its been more than two weeks now.

                                Just i got a call from airtel escalation team asking me to downgrade my connection speed to 2mbps and they say i will get better speed.

                                Are you kidding, i was getting 16mbps speed before they changed my modem, now they are saying me to downgrade to 2mbps.

                                After very much frustration, a loor manager called harish, called me in and was asking me to downgrade my speed to 2bps, if not he is happy to de-activate the connection

                                Is this the way to work

                                  Very bad response from your team. My mobile was slipped from my pocket and got damaged. They wrote me to give a description.in that it is written minimum 250 characters. But it only taking maximum 250 characters. (I feel you did it purposefully to reject the claim as with less characters customers don't explain properly).
                                  When they wrote me to give description again and again with less space. I have written like "my mobile was loosely settled, it might not be settled inside properly" (I could not use "and" used "," instead (Space problem).) i have written this in a single sentence. I was not aware of it before it happened.
                                  Here i am just assuming it might had happened in that situation. This was a truly accidental.

                                  Your people mukesh and neha talked pathetically and they are telling you purposefully put your mobile loosely inside pocket so that it fell and claim got cancelled because of improper handling of device. It's a pure bluffing/cheating from your side.

                                  How can we know it is loosely settled or not. So only i said it might be loose and not settled properly. If i knew it before the incident i would have taken care of it. Every accident can be managed if we know everything before it happens, then we will not call it as accident itself.

                                  So i request you to accept my claim. As it comes under accidental damage.

                                  Give me a solution or else i am going to appeal further as it's a pure cheating from ur side.

                                    I had gone to an airtel franchise store in prem nagar, dehra dun sometime in second week of sep 2017. I met mr ashish there along with his sales girl in the store named ms pravin. I had gone for number portability of my airtel number from delhi to dehra dun as i have now moved permanently to dehra dun. Mr ashish informed me that the portability would take 8-10 days and then i could get the name changed to my daughter's name as she was using that number. This would take another 3-4 days. Ms pravin was also listening to all this conversation. After waiting for almost 10 days after number portability i contacted ashish. He was undergoing some course. Ms pravin picked up the phone. After that we contacted her number of times to which she replied that the email has been sent to their senior for approval but no reply received. Every time when contacted she gave the same answer. On contacting her on saturday, 07 oct 2017 at 0615 p. M. She said that the store had closed for the day and that we could come at 10 a. M. On monday, 09 oct 2017. On contacting her on monday, 09 oct 2017 she informed me and my daughter that the name change was not possible as it had not been approved. On asking why then we were not conveyed the same earlier during our various calls to her over the past so many days she was very rude and discourteous. Such rude and discourteous behaviour (Disconnecting the conversation by cutting the phone call) with a customer is not expected specially from salespersons employed for airtel, which is such a renowned company world wide. Airtel must insist on franchise stores and other store dealers to employ people with utmost care, otherwise their reputation and sales is likely to suffer.

                                    Due to the above mentioned behaviour i have now decided to shift to vodafone. I was with airtel since the last 14 years.

                                    In view of the above, it is therefore requested that ms pravin be penalised for her rude and discourteous behaviour and counselled to behave with customers in a polite manner.

                                    I have submited all docs and verification completed for number porting. Porting rwquest from reliance [protected] to Airtel. I have followup all custoner service number and visited customers service store but no ine can able to resolved my issue. pl help its pending since 28thSept.
                                    Hi Airtel,

                                    I just got a new CUG sim from my company in Karapakkam. Here, at my house, which is very near to the Bus stop, I face a serious network issue here. Even 3G is not working and the network many times switches to 'Emergency calls only' mode.

                                    Please help me in resolving this issue.

                                        I have port my idea no. [protected] to airtel about 6-7 month ago, now i have lost that no. And when i reached at airtel store to get new sim with same no. Then they told that this no. Is not in airtel operator.

                                        I need this no. Back as my bank acc, my gas connection and my aadhar is conneted via this no.

                                        I am trying to get this no. Since from last week.
