Airtel — Over charged bill | |||
My bill levied for the months January and February are pretty high.. So I complained to the customer car first... I asked about my doubts about the bill but they were not able to clarify my doubts... So I tried to contact their nodal team to resolve my issue..they too were not able to clarify my issues on the bill..so they asked me to wait for 48 hours 1st.. I Waited and waited and now it's about 2 weeks..still my issue is not solved..also my outgoing facility is barred telling that I didn't pay the bill.. I had already got a promise from their nodal office telling that I need not pay the bill until my issue was cleared..but they barred my outgoing facilities.. Again today I got their mail telling that the bill was valid and I need to pay that high amount.. One of their nodal officer, mr.balaji called me to tell this.. He told me that the bill was correct and they cannot reduce the bill.. So I asked him to clear my doubts regarding the bill... He too was not able to clear it today...so he disconnected the call in between without telling... Now they are not contacting me even after my continuous mails.. My outgoing facilities are barred and am in a really helpless situation... Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible ... Thank you.. They are keeping on telling that the charges are valid... But they are not able to explain the details to me... How could that be possible ???

Also they told that they tried to contact me but they.. They are always telling this lie.. Am always on the reach.. But they never calls me

We have cross checked your details and your concern already been registered, with the update from our end with the service request number 60754128, it has been confirmed that the charges levied towards your previous month bill been validated accordingly as per your bill plan tariff and waivers has already been posted towards your account in your previous month bills.
Hence, we request you to clear the outstanding bill amount of Rs.1414.70 to resume the services. Further there is no feasibility to adjust any amount since the charges are valid.
Our effort has always been to provide enhanced customer experience, we request you to write us back, if you come across any issues in future, so that, we may further follow up on the same and work towards resolving the issue.
