Pathetic customer service. Specially the last agent i spoke to. The lady customer service executive i spoke to at 3:26pm on 11th february. She is using language like "o god"... Keeping on mute while talking, requestioning back like "when did i say this", i didn't say this ok... All this in hindi. So this is the way u speak to customers. First of all u stopped 40 channels from my current pack, and when i utilised the "make your own pack" thing, it didn't get activated for 4 hours so i contacted. She said it gets activated in 24 hours. Agreed. But is this the way you talk to customers? I had been calling six seven times so of course i am frustrated, above that she says "i did not do this to you". Seriously?? Is this the way you talk to customers? I want actions to be taken against that agent. She really tested my patience very badly.

Kindly refund my amount as recharge on
wrong number has been done..and i am unable to coordinate with airtel operator..I recharged it from paytm..
